Keeping my vision alive we brought the color to the reception space and truly made it pop. Our May wedding was brought alive with Lynn’s work. Working together was such an amazing experience. Lynn was considerate of our budget and helped source new ways to stay within it. On the day of our wedding, she was on her toes as we brought the ceremony inside with only 15 minutes to spare. I’m so grateful for her creativity and passion! Our florals were far better than the inspiration pictures I shared with Lynn!

could not have been more correct. We were engaged for three years due to Covid, so my design vision changed over time, and Judy could not have been more accommodating. I presented her with my vision, and she took my ideas and made suggestions that made them 100 times better. Even though we never met live because of Covid, every time we talked virtually I would hang up the phone feeling so confident that we made the right decision because of her expertise. The bouquets, especially mine, were absolutely breathtaking and more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. She met our budget with all of the asks we had, and repurposed florals from the ceremony to decorate the reception so that we could make the most of our investment, which we were so appreciative of. She even brought extra florals to decorate around the venue in places that might have been missing some detail. When I walked into the room for the first time I cried seeing our vision brought to life! We had a variety of candles on each table, and it created the most beautiful glow in the room, that created such a nice atmosphere for us. We could not be more appreciative of all that Judy did for us these last three years, especially for our big day!!

spite a post-ponement from COVID-19, Judy was always on top of our needs. Her team beautifully set up our pergola for our ceremony, and our centerpieces for our reception were elegant, timeless, and romantic. We did participate in a centerpiece giveaway at the end of our wedding, to which the guests who received them said that their flowers are still holding up even a week after our wedding. I doubted this because we had a Sunday wedding but she seemed reassuring in person and we had a family friend recommend her to us so we thought we were in good hands. Eventually we went with her and sent her the 1st deposit, that’s when problems began. We live in Texas, so communication was absolutely KEY and Judy told us email was the best method to contact her. It took us on average 3-5 emails in addition to a few phone calls before she would ever respond back. When we'd finally hear back from her, we'd verbally talk over details/timeline on the phone and have what we thought were fairly good discussions. We were very specific about what flowers we wanted, decor, and the amount needed. About 1 month after giving the 1st deposit, she sent another email saying we owed the 2nd payment, there was still about 4 months before the wedding! Gratefully she let us push it back 2 weeks. The day of the wedding more issues arose: The flowers never showed up at the houses where we were getting ready at, we eventually received them at the wedding venue but we quickly found out though, that we were missing 1 bouquet and 1 boutonniere. My bouquet looked like I was holding a bouquet of leaves and we had to ask our photographer to photo-shop more flowers into it for our wedding photos because they look so skimpy. The absolute worst part of it all is Judy didn't even give us the flowers that I specifically asked for in the emails and telephone calls! For the ceremony: we paid to have 2 white washed doors at the end of the aisle with a rope of flowers over it. Due to the wind that day, she couldn't setup the doors, which is understandable but she refused to give us a reimbursement for it. There was supposed to be a massive bed of flowers on the arbor above us while we got married; there was 10 flowers and mostly leaves. The arbor itself was also nothing like what we had requested. It looked like 4x4 pieces of wood from home depot bolted together and the bolts were protruding out in the corners, it was very cheap looking. We were also missing an easel to hold our welcome sign and a rope of flowers on the welcome sign. We contacted Judy the week after our wedding, and when she answered I told her what we were pleased with and things that we felt didn't go right to see if she would be willing to work something out with us to get a partial reimbursement. We felt very good about our emails, pictures and requests that she'd work with us. Over a month later after more continuous follow up calling and emailing, we finally got a respond back via email declining any reimbursement. It’s clear she has no intention of reimbursing us for the items that never showed up. I strongly recommend you do not to go with All About Flowers. It seems like she has too much on her plate which blocks communication barriers. If she can't communicate, then she can't deliver what was asked for. To top it off, not negotiating for some kind of reimbursement was pretty rude and unprofessional, especially with how much money we spent with her.

When trying to contact Judy with a billing question, not only did I call and email, my venue had to contact her directly to obtain an answer. The day of the wedding, multiple decors pieces were sub par. Despite submitting exact picture of the aisle runner I wanted (that were from her own website) I was given a runner that was created with a puffy paint like substance, something that my nephew could has easily completed for more than half the price. When trying to resolve this, I was talked down to and made to feel extremely embarrassed for addressing a concern. On top of this, Judy brought the wrong number of flower corsages to our wedding and dismissed the mother of the bride upon addressing this concern. Per discussions, our table numbers were to be frames that held pictures of us, but the day of we were delivered painted pieces of wood- NOT picture frames. Along with this, it was brought to my attention that countless place cards were miss spelled despite submitting this information in multiple formats. When trying to obtain a refund for the corsage mistake, it took over one month of unanswered emails and telephone calls from Judy to even get an update. Thank god for her daughter who was competent enough to solve the problem. We were extremely dissapointed in goods and services provided, treatment in person by Judy the day of the wedding, and with all communication when trying to resolve a problem. In my opinion, it did not feel like we were working with a professional but an amateur who was overwhelmed and unable to organize and manage her time and production. I would NOT recommend interviewing, hiring, or working with All About Flowers for Weddings

Judy also worked with me on some of the pricing (I suggested smaller items and more greenery to save on some items but I wouldn't even have been able to have noticed looking back now). This was a new experience for me and it was difficult to really tell what we would be getting for our money. Day of she placed flowers every where they were supposed to go. I never saw her or any of her people. She came to my house with the flowers, the church to meet the guys and place flowers there, then moved those flowers to the reception and placed more flowers there. Everything held up great. We took photos at the beach and our bouquets held up in the wind and looked great all evening. The centerpieces were great. Guests took some home and have still been sending me photos of how great the flowers still look over a week later. I took the two succulents out of my bouquet, placed them in water and they are starting to grow roots. Everything looked great and was worth the price.
