All About You Event Planning & Rentals

I wish I could write a book titled, “What would I have done without Tara?” My daughter Maggie was married on August 9, 2024. She and I were separated my many miles as we planned her wedding over texts, pictures, emails and calls. So many beautiful ideas and plans. Trying to keep the cost down we assigned various tasks to family and friends. The day I was able to visit the venue, a huge question consumed my thinking. DIY is great but who will coordinate all the pieces so the wedding couple and family can enjoy all the plan. And by the grace ofGod, I found Tara. Tara came on board and a heavy weight lifted from my shoulders. She took care of everything and was especially valuable as our “day of” coordinator. She knew her job and executed it with efficiency, timeliness and excellent communication. Everything went off without a hitch. Or maybe there were a few bumps along the way but the bride nor I knew about it. It was beautiful. I have 4 daughters and thankfully this is the last to marry, but if I had another wedding or event to plan, Tara would be my first call. Such a blessing.

Tara was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is very experienced in this industry and it shows! She has an amazing inventory with any rental you could possibly want for your wedding day. My husband and I met with her several times over Zoom leading up to our wedding and she was always so pleasant to work with. She very kindly answered all our questions and genuinely cared about helping us have the easiest and best experience possible. The day before our wedding she had everything ready to go and we picked everything up. After the wedding, she took all the rentals with her which made the process even easier (we had her through Complete Weddings coordination services as well). She made the process so smooth. Would highly, highly recommend!

Tara is worth every dime, get the planner! She spent plenty of time helping us with everything from vendors, to rentals and decorating, to an organized timeline. The wedding went without a hitch, we didn't worry about anything. My daughter forgot her veil at the suite up the road from the venue, I was jumping in my truck to retrieve it when Tara stopped me, said "No, you stay, I'll send my assistant." She made the day so much more relaxing and enjoyable. All of the setup Tara either did or helped up arrange. The grass display that was at the ceremony site, Tara brought it up and put it in front of the wedding party table. Just beautiful! I highly recommend her!

Tara was fabulous! She thought of every detail, kept us on track. She was easy to work with and took great care of us especially on the rehearsal and wedding days. I trusted and appreciated her talents which let me relax and enjoy the celebrations with family and friends.
