The company’s wide range of services are coordinated by dedicated team members who are committed to providing top-of-the-line service for your special day.
All Access DJ can create playlists that include a variety of genres. They arrive on time and prepared with their state-of-the-art audio/visual and sound equipment. In addition to wedding entertainment packages, they can offer uplight and dance lights to set the mood for a lively celebration. High-tech photo booths, complete with stunning backdrops and silly props, can be installed at your reception. One of their team members will be on-site with the booth to ensure a seamless experience.

Our Dj was great! He missed the song he was supposed to play for our private prayer. I tried to look at him and tell him to play the song but I don’t think he was paying attention and looking at us. Other than that everything was great and he was so sweet!
Edited to add after I left this review the owner of the company texted trying to bully me into taking down my review and confirmed our DJ brought his friends to my wedding. We hired All Access DJ for our intimate reception on 8/31/24. The main reason we booked them was because of the affordability but in retrospect would have been worth the money to spend extra and go in a different direction. Our DJ called multiple times leading up to the event to confirm details then the week leading up to our reception went radio silent. I sent a couple texts all of which were kicked back. I had a friend try and text him and text were again kicked back. Day of we genuinely thought he was going to no show and made backup plans.
At the reception our DJ acted like he had no idea what was going on and would come up to myself or my MOH repeatedly even though he had an incredibly detailed timeline plus I had multiple calls beforehand with him. When my dad gave our welcome speech and prayer the DJ gave him a mic that didn't work and no one ended up being able to hear him. After this he pulled my MOH out of the reception for over 30 mins to test mics. He brought 2 coworkers/friends with him to the reception so having her test mics seemed insane.
For the 1st half he played exclusively from our playlist, but the 2nd half it was 50/50 our pre-selected music and whatever he wanted. I loved being able to pre-select music but if we spent that much time selecting music I wish he would have stuck to it.
The day after we found out the coworkers/friends he brought with him welcomed themselves to our open bar. We found this beyond strange and a little unprofessional. We were given no heads up there would be anyone with him and they never took the chance to introduce themselves. Truly have no idea who they were or why they were there.
I know weddings can be expensive and things add up so quickly, but would highly encourage other couples to spend more on their DJ so you can avoid any similar experience.
Ed did a great job at my daughters wedding! He was kind and professional!
Absolutely amazing!! We would recommend Ed for every event!! He made our wedding day so special & memorable!
The DJ hired could not attend so he sent a replacement DJ for our wedding and it was a bad experience. He did not have the set list even after we emailed it to him. He kept playing the music low and had to use my hotspot to download music during the event. The setup we agreed to was not fulfilled. The event coord at the venue said they have issues with this DJ all the time. If thats the case he should not be a Knot preferred vendor. We cannot get our special day back but hopefully we can save someone else from a bad experience.
We had DJ Ed who was just beyond phenomenal. From the moment we hired him to the end of the just he was incredible. He really cares about this clients and he made sure we were doing okay before walking down the aisle. He even went as far to ask if there was anything set up wise he could help with which was just super sweet. Our guests absolutely loved him and thought he was incredible!! He was very very responsive to all my emails prior to the wedding day as well and answered all my questions practically immediately.
I would 10/10 recommend using All Access DJ services again! Ed Markwardt did an incredible job not only with the music selection but with keeping the timeline moving smoothly and making sure everything ran perfectly! I did not have a wedding planner or a day of coordinator and I felt like he did a fantastic job communicating with our wedding party and other vendors to ensure that everything ran smoothly. I could tell he was experienced by the organization that was prepared before the even event began to ensure that each and every part of the wedding had meaningful music which I really appreciated! He was very professional and I couldn’t have asked for better quality of service. Thank you so much for a perfect night!

All access was so incredibly accommodating of us! We had to postpone our wedding by a full year, and they helped us do that. Then, our assigned DJ had an injury 24 hours prior to our event, and they assigned a replacement immediately! They took such great care of us and made sure our requests were met through all of the changes!

It doesn’t get better than an on time, efficient, professional, and engaging DJ. DJ Willie exceeded expectations. We were a small group (less than 20) in a large venue but his engaging personality and ability to read the room and change the music accordingly brought our small party to life. He had everyone dancing and engaging. HE WAS FANTASTIC and I literally couldn’t have asked for a better experience

We had a pleasure working with Ed as our DJ for our wedding last April 15, 2024. Ed was wonderful. He made sure everything was coordinated in the wedding timeline with our photographer/videographer. He responded quickly whenever we send him emails or messages. He is a great man and knows his job. We appreciate everything he did for our wedding. Thank you so much again Ed!
DJ Willie was great. He was on time was quickly set up and ready with the music to kick off our event.
He played a great selection of the music we requested (we sent over five hours of music for an event where music was played for about 2 1/2 hours or so and even brought some others song in that our crowd enjoyed. The dance floor was busy with people have a great time.
He was great to help with announcements and ensuring everything was working sound wise during our verbal presentation.
DJ Willie was super polite and provided a high quality of service.

So amazing! Ed was so helpful the entire night of my wedding, and such a fantastic Dj! He had some amazing ideas and is so creative with what he does. 10/10 recommend. He got me and my husband drinks the entire time we ate dinner because he saw nobody else was, very considerate!!
I had to pleasure of working with Ed recently for my wedding. He was such a big help getting everything to run smoothly. He jumped in wherever he was needed. He coordinated with my decorator, photographer and officiant. I would definitely hire him again!

We hired All Access DJ for our recent school event, an elementary Sweetheart Dance. Our dance was well-attended by hundreds of people. The music was absolutely great! It was age-appropriate and the DJ really respected what type of vibe we were trying to achieve and made it happen. They arrived on time and cleaned up quickly. Extremely professional. We will definitely be using them for future events!
We just had my daughter's wedding last night and Ed from All Access DJ was incredible!! He did a fantastic job from the ceremony, to the dinner then to the reception. We could hear the officiant and the vows from the bride and groom. He was set up in 3 different places and the sound in each place was perfect! He was great at getting the guest up and dancing! His mics and speakers were very high quality. He was also a great communicator! Every time I emailed him he responded quickly.

As a very last-minute decision, and I mean the week of, we contacted All Access DJ and they very quickly helped us figure out what to do! We requested DJ Chris and the next day we were on a phone call hammering out all the details. Just from hearing Chris on the phone we instantly felt relief. He was so excited and just happy to be working with us and made us feel like everything was going to go smoothly. The day of he showed up on time and was ready to go for our ceremony. If we had not hired DJ Chris, I would have regretted it. He MADE our wedding. Seriously don't second guess it. I didn't have room in the budget but we made it for him.
Ed was amazing! We had to change our wedding things last minute because of the weather and Ed worked great! He also created a song mix for our father daughter dance that was perfect! He also worked great with our photographer and coordinator. I didn’t have too many songs on our list and he made it a party! I would absolutely recommend him for ANY event!

Ed Markwardt did an outstanding job as DJ & master of ceremony. He helped by detailing all the necessary times required for dinner, speeches, and knew when to lower the music for the different moods. He was instrumental in setting up all the different areas in the dance hall, has superb communication skills and fully aware of all that needs to be done prior to the main event. I am extremely grateful to the Texas Star for telling us about him and am ready to hire him again for our 55th anniversary.

Chris from All Access was fantastic! We told him from the very beginning we needed an MC and we wanted a PARTY and he was hyping the crowd up before we even made our grand entrance! Everyone was on the dance floor most of the night (some even before the dance floor was officially open!)! Their prices were fair from my research. I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

We want to express our appreciation for Ed from All Access DJ. He truly made our reception unforgettable! We had so much fun dancing with our loved ones all night long. DJ Anthony did an amazing job. He knows how to read a room and really kept the dance floor moving. He stayed flexible with us as we ran behind schedule at the reception and he was very low stress and easy to work with. They did amazing for my parents 50th anniversary celebration!!!! Was just what we needed for the party and will be using them again!!!! Very communicative and answered all questions!!!!
He didn't play the songs we requested during the reception. It was a let down. We really wanted those songs played and had gone over the timeline with him before hand.
I absolutely loved all the planning tools this vendor gave us. Any time we reached out to them we received an email back quickly. We had several check ins to make sure we were all on the same page. We had booked them for too few hours and we reached out and we got it all fixed the same day. I truly thought they were reasonably priced for the quality of their service and the location. We also booked the photo booth and we were shocked at the quality of the product. It was a major hit with all of our guests. If I had to do it over again, I would pick All Access DJ again.
Like everyone else, from the minute I spoke with All AccessDJ, I instantly liked them! They are such a fun group that truly love what they do. They are SO helpful throughout the entire process too. They had tons of recommendations when I needed them, and made sure we were on the same page for everything. Our DJ was incredible!! Ed kept me in the loop, made sure I was happy, and read the crowd really well. They do follow up calls with you to make sure they have every detail perfect so you don't have to worry about anything on your big day. Their prices are awesome compared to others, and it is worth every penny!

I felt so bad because our event was outside, and a random storm cell popped up, and I was so worried about his equipment. We provided him with some big tarps to cover his equipment and he just kept the music playing during the mini rain storm. He was such a trooper and never let the party stop.

I was extremely nervous for my wedding but Dj Ed was absolutely fantastic, if I could go over 5 starts I would. Extremely communicative throughout the wedding process and even jumped up when the venue did not open the door for me to walk through, Ed knew something was wrong and jumped into action. I'm so late doing this but we used All Access DJ for our wedding on October 7, 2022! Everything from the communication with Ed from the day I booked up (Over a year before) to the week of was great. We had a lot of last minute changes but Ed did great handling everything as it happened. Photobooth was a hit and I'm so glad we did that as well! I also wanted to thank Ed for playing the slideshow I made for cocktail hour. I greatly appreciated everything yall did!

Ed is the BEST! He was there for everything I needed and more! He is always willing to help out no matter what. There were songs that I was unsure what to put there and he would help give me options or pick if that was what I needed. He was very patient with me and my family when it came to song choices and what we were wanting. He is truly out there to help make one of the most important days really important to each couple. Making people feel good and loved on their important day is what he strives for and he has the best heart. I could not recommend him enough. You will not be disappointed.

I had several calls ahead of time with Ed and he was friendly and offered advice to a bride who had no clue what she was doing! He showed up ahead of time, provided a mic for our officiant, and ceremony and reception music. He took one more thing off my plate that day! 10/10 recommend.
This business's response time was phenomenal and very easy to book. Their online portal was easy to use and the DJ that was assigned to us (John) was easy-going and did a great job playing the songs that we requested, along with reading the room and playing additional music. He did a great job announcing. We did not have to worry about him at all. Would definitely use this DJ again.
Ed!! Thank you for keeping our wedding day on track (get it?) and playing music to keep our guests dancing. All Access DJ was suggested on a few of the bridal Facebook pages I was a part of. I submitted a form and got a call back within a couple hours. Ed was available for our date and with his 5 star reviews and years of experience, we knew we were in good hands. We had a discovery call where we learned about us and our guests and what type of music and events we wanted at our wedding. We were then invited a client portal to organize our Must Plays and (even more importantly) our Do Not Plays! We then had another call before the wedding to finalize the details. Ed showed up early to set up and didn't miss a beat the whole night. Thank you bringing the party!

My husband and I spoke with Ed at All Access DJ in 2019 and immediately were impressed with his professionalism, customer service, and friendliness. We booked with him for our wedding in July 2020. COVID hit and due to travel restrictions we had to postpone to July 2021. He was extremely accommodating while we were changing our date. July 2021 came and went and the US/Canada border was still closed and we had to postpone AGAIN to July 2022. Again, Ed was wonderful and reassured us everything would be exactly what we hoped. Ed followed up with several emails and a meeting the week before the wedding to finalize details. The day of the wedding everything was perfect. He went above and beyond and helped us stay on budget. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend All Access DJ for any event!
All Access DJ exceeded our expectations for a good DJ.
We first heard about All Access DJ at a friend's wedding and knew we wanted to work with them.
They traveled all the way from Dallas to College Station for us.
John did a phenomenal job at our wedding and we are still talking about how fun our wedding was.
We had an outdoor wedding at a private ranch and access to electricity was complicated, and I had my doubts about the setup, but John set everything up to perfection and made it work so smoothly.
Derious was an amazing DJ! He read the room just right! He played all the different genres of songs we requested and got the crowd on the dance floor! Many people have said it was the best wedding they’ve been to!
From the initial contact, the owner Ed was easy to reach and talk to. I originally reached out for a quote that unfortunately was above my budget. I let them know and they worked with me until I got everything I needed within my price limits. I really appreciated this. Anytime I had a question I could reach out to Ed or once we got assigned a new DJ, John. John was excellent. Arrived on time, set up himself and had all the songs I requested ready to go. I was in the makeup chair at this point so I really appreciated how he got everything ready without me having to check in. He kept the dancing going until we tapped out! Thank you to both Ed and John for an awesome experience.
Ed with All Access DJ was great! He was there early for the ceremony, got everyone mic’d up and played all the hits! All Access also provided uplights and we did the photo booth through them. It was a hit!

We had Derious as our DJ/MC and he was so amazing! He kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night. His setup was very nice as well. My only complaint is that he forgot to upload the song we requested for a segment of our ceremony. Consequently, we had to do that part without music. Outside of that, we had an amazing experience with All Access DJ. I would definitely use them again for any future events.

All Access DJ (Ed and his team) delivered at our wedding! The client portal was a great platform to communicate our songs for our wedding. Ed was very professional, personable, and flexible. Ed was great as a DJ and as an officiant! He kept the party on the dance floor and I loved the speech he wrote and spoke before we said our vows. He was open and willing with any changes that happened last minute. Getting married is such a whirl wind and it was perfect having him on our team.

DJ John did a great job at our wedding! We had a bilingual reception and he did an excellent job playing English and Spanish music that everyone enjoyed. The energy was perfect and the dance floor was packed all night.
Everything was so easy from the beginning. They have a portal that was so helpful in planning. Derious was our DJ at our wedding and he killed the game. He was so on point with the scheduling of the music and he knew how to read a room to get and keep the party started. He played many genres which was perfect for such a mixed bunch of guests. Steve was an outstanding DJ for our wedding. He stayed in contact before our wedding and even took time to meet in person beforehand to go over the timeline as well as songs to play. He could feel the vibe of the dance floor and knew how to adjust accordingly! My wife and I could not have been happier!
Everything went so perfectly, out DJ was John and he did amazingly. He showed up on time, was very easy-going and made planning less stressful for sure. Very communicative and kind. We also had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Ed, in the beginning and he is such a delight. All Access provided a portal where we could customize all our song choices, uplighting color, etc, which really helped us get a grasp of what they needed from us so they could make our day special. We used All Access DJ for our photo booth at our wedding. Our guests absolutely LOVED the booth and the attendants helping with it. Our guests were even able to leave video messages for us. My husband and I had so much fun flipping through the book of photo strips after the wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better vendor for our photo booth!!

Derious was the amazing DJ at our wedding. He always played the correct music and played music to keep the guests going. Even before the wedding day, communication with both Derious and Ed were quick and efficient. I’ve only experienced amazing things with weddings that had All Access DJ as a vendor.

We had Ed DJ our wedding and our guests had an absolute blast! Ed was very easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding, and goes through all the minute details with you. We created a playlist for the night, but when the dance floor opened up we realized not many people were dancing because our music selection didn’t have enough of a “party” vibe (it was a lot of country which was not our guests’ cup of tea). But Ed was able to switch gears and play ONLY party songs when I asked him to scratch our plan, and the dance floor came alive!
The only detail that I wish would’ve gone smoother were COVID protocols. Our venue required masks to be worn by vendors all night, and we also had quite a few guests who requested this. We had assured them our vendors would stay masked. I did agree with Ed that while he was at his booth he did not need to wear a mask, but there were several instances throughout the night when he left his booth mask-less (i.e. lining us up for the grand entrance, coming on to the dance floor to encourage his to sing and dance). Per museum policy, our guests are not required to wear a mask for our reception; I also asked all of our guests beforehand if they were vaccinated, of which 99% were, and informed all guests of this info so they felt comfortable not wearing a mask at our reception. So, our Covid-sensitive guests did not wear one since they were assured vendors (who may or may not be vaccinated) would wear them in close proximity. I had quite a few guests express this concern with me afterwards that Ed came on our dance floor mask-less and that they had to therefore walk away to keep a distance.
Long story short, I recommend hiring Ed if you don't have strict Covid protocols. Otherwise, perhaps hire All Access DJ and request for a DJ who is able to adhere to guidelines.
Ed was our dj/officiant for our wedding!
He was easy to work with and made whatever changes we wanted. He was also super helpful when we couldn’t decide on specific songs for different events at the wedding. Overall, he was great to work with and I highly recommend this group to anyone who needs a DJ for their wedding or other event.
Shane was very professional, punctual, and helpful from the very beginning of the planning process. I loved how easy it was to access the portal for song requests. The sound quality and lights were awesome! Highly recommend!
Our DJ Derious was awesome! He made things so effortless. We completed the wedding portal listing our songs we definitely wanted played and songs we did not want played. We also inputted all of the songs we wanted for our ceremony, first dances, etc. On the day of, everything went so smoothly. Derious was great at reading the room and was also accommodating when we switched up parts of our timeline. We had multiple guests comment about how much they enjoyed our DJ. This was an important part of our wedding so I’m so glad things went so smoothly. Book with All Access DJ! They will not disappoint!!!!
Steve La Barbera, with All Access DJ, was our DJ for our wedding. Steve is so much fun!!! He read the party, kept everyone dancing, adapted at a moments notice when the plans changed, and smiled through everything. Could not recommend him more! We also did our photo booth through All Access DJ and it was a hit! We got some great photos and everyone had fun!

DJ that we booked didn’t show up, due to his wife being sick (understandable) BUT didn’t inform us until 20 minutes before our ceremony STARTED. We were sent a random DJ with no equipment, (none of our dance lights, no speakers, and no mic) which were all included in the price we paid for their service! Unfortunately this company really left us unorganized the entire night. Save yourself from a complete mess on your special day!
