I worked with Kate at All American for months leading up to our wedding. We rented tables, chairs, cushions, tablecloths, dinner plates, salad plates, silverware, napkins and other various pieces for our wedding. Everything was accounted for on the day of and they set up early enough to solve any possible issues. I would recommend All American to any bride and groom for their big day. This company was fantastic to work with and was a crucial part in executing my dream wedding.
We had a great experience with them. We rented 90 chairs from them, 10 dining tables and several smaller tables for displays and such. They were friendly and helpful the whole time.
As the wedding approached, I started panicking because we had an incredibly rainy season and our entire wedding was outdoors. I called to get a quote on a tent and they were super nice in helping me figure out the right size, but actually talked me out of reserving one right away! They gave me up to the Monday before my wedding to make my decision. As luck would have it, the rain cleared out and we didn't need the tent. If they hadn't been so patient and caring, I probably would have spent a good amount of money on a tent I didn't even need!
I talked with various representatives over the phone and in-person. Every one of them was friendly, polite, and helpful.
They were 2.5 hours late delivering our tables and chairs. They notified us a the day of the wedding that they didn't have a specific table that we had ordered 5 months ago. What we ordered did look just like the pictures they had online though.
Aside from the margarita machine not working when we got it, everything else was great. And they refunded us for our troubles with the machine
I rented chairs from all American rental!!! They were nice white chairs and it went perfect with my outside wedding. I ordered 100 chairs 1 month before the wedding and had to give a deposit to hold the chairs and the week of the wedding they called me to get a final count. I actually needed 40 more and it wasn't a problem. They do charge a delivery fee but it was worth it. They took the chairs to my venue and picked them up after the wedding!
