Aleacia was amazing! Her and her team truly made the planning process and our wedding day so seamless! She went above and beyond in her services and it enriched our special day that much more. She was always accommodating, welcomed communication, and made sure we had everything we needed before and on the day. As an out-of-state, bride she ensured that I felt confident about every decision and helped us locate and book awesome local vendors! I can’t say enough good things about Aleacia and her team!
Aleacia went so above and beyond for my wedding !!! I can honestly say that she should charge more for her services! I could not have planned my wedding on my own without her! Also everything that could have gone wrong went wrong at my wedding and she was running around trying to make sure I wasn’t stressed about it and really turned the whole day around for me! She is just the absolute best. She is just the absolute but person and planner !!!

Aleacia from All A's Events was AMAZING! She managed to get our favorite local band to play at our reception, something we thought was impossible. She was so on top of everything and constantly running around making sure things were perfect. The day ran smoothly, and we felt completely at ease, able to enjoy every moment. We felt checked on, but still able to enjoy ourselves. Aleacia is super friendly and easy to talk to but clearly a professional and so organized - it made the planning process super stress-free. We couldn’t have done it without her!!

5 stars does not even begin to describe how AMAZING Aleacia and her team are! When we got engaged we had planned to get married in September 2025, but due to my mother’s health issues we decided to get married earlier. We planned our wedding in 4 months, and let me tell you the ONLY reason I did not go insane in because of Aleacia. Every question I had was answered quickly. She listened to every concern I had and was brutally honest. Without her I probably would have called the whole thing off and eloped. The day before the wedding she ran the rehearsal with such efficiency. She was so patient when we had wedding party members late for rehearsal. She made sure everyone knew exactly what they were doing, and what time to be there day of. Come our big day her and her team made sure I didn’t need to worry about ANYTHING. They did all of the set up of both the ceremony and reception. They took what was in my brain and made it a reality. I could not be happier with the work All A’s Event’s did. We will be forever grateful of all the hard work they put in to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams.
Aleacia and her team are incredible. I thought I would be able to do all of my wedding planning on my own but when I started running into questions that I couldn't answer, I knew I needed some help. I'm so happy that I found Aleacia. She takes the time to understand exactly how you want your day and executes it perfectly. If I didn't have her and her team my day would not have gone as smoothly and as perfectly as it did. I would highly recommend All A's Events and if you're wondering if you really need the extra help of planning or day of coordinating for your wedding - you really do; it will make your day 1000x better.
I'm so glad we chose to hire All A's Events for our wedding! Aleacia was helpful, collected, and felt like our friend by the end. I was so stressed about so many aspects of wedding planning, and she put me at ease from the first call. On our actual wedding day, I didn't have to stress about anything! My biggest advice to anyone else planning a stress-free wedding is to HIRE ALL A'S EVENTS!!
Aleacia is literally superwoman. She is the reason my day went so well. She coordinated with the vendors, advocated for me in every area, and ensured that I could relax and enjoy my wedding day. I cannot sing her praises enough!!!
Aleacia and All A’s staff are amazing! We had her for our day of coordinator, but she was there through the whole planning process to answer any questions we had!! She kept checking in on me during the day and made sure everything was going smoothly. I gave her inspiration photos for my tables and she exceeded my expectations! I would recommend All A’s to anyone planning a wedding!
I was a major DIY bride but knew I would need someone to help manage everything on the day of, so we hired Aleacia for the day of coordination and I am so glad we did. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, even silly bride requests like pulling the labels off of vases last minute 😂 she put my mind at ease to where I could actually enjoy the day and not stress about the little things. If I could give her more stars I would 100000% recommend going with Aleacia and All A’s Events!
We hired All A Events as our day of coordinator. My wife and I are so glad we did. Aleacia was easy to work with, and always had an open line of communication even if she wasn’t our complete wedding planner(we did most of the planning in advance, but agreed the day of was going to be hectic) as the groom, all I had to do was bring our decor and drinks. Then I was told to hang out in the groom suite. The bride arrived and all she had to focus on was getting ready. I kept asking Aleacia if I needed to do anything(I hate not being able to help lol) her and her crew told me no politely of course and told me “it’s your day to relax”. They decorated the venue beautifully and understood what we wanted. (We didn’t give them detail for detail cause we’re easy going) but I know All A events wouldn’t have any issues with more meticulous wedding decor. We had a smaller wedding and they made our 7 tables look like a large crowd from the sweetheart table. When we were doing our photography shoot, she made sure to bring us snacks and water from all the walking, and updated us about our catering be a bit late but on the way! Even offered to get more snacks from a grocery store nearby. Also Aleacia did all of this a month or so after having a baby! And she still kept that communication line open if we had any questions! She kept our timeline going in a timely manner(we had room for things be delayed or pushed forward) The end of the night her and crew cleaned up the venue in a timely manner. (We did a fake exit to help load our personal cars and pick up the suites) I would highly recommend them, they work quick and to the point, and offer any type of assistance in decor or rentals.
Aleacia and team were probably one of the best decisions we made while planning my daughter’s wedding! Aleacia is personable, organized, and is great at problem solving. On numerous occasions, I called her for various reasons, and she was on it. Problem solved in minutes! She goes out of her way to make the weeks and days leading up to the wedding go smoothly and that the day of is perfect!
Don’t let it scare you that she’s located outside of Kansas City. She made every appointment on time and was more than willing to make things happen! For the perfect day, I highly recommend Aleacia and her team!
If I could give more stars I absolutely would. At first I waffled on getting a coordinator but I can without a doubt say I am so thankful that I did especially because it was Aleacia! Aleacia was such an amazing coordinator and was 100% on my side though-out my big day as well as ahead of time. She stuck to her original price we had discussed even though her prices had jumped by the time I hired her. She helped me stay calm and came up with solutions to all of my problems (especially when I realized I bought the wrong sized table cloths!!!). She busted her butt all of my rehearsal day as well as my big day. She made sure the venue was spotless before we left, she helped me get the glasses I set out for free (since I never ended up touching them), she set up a beautiful memorial table, and she even DROVE to my house to drop something off that I had forgotten at the venue the night of my wedding. I absolutely adore her and would recommend her to anyone. She was such a blessing and I truly do not think I could have made it through my big day without her.
Aleacia is very detailed and thinks of everything! Easy to work with and makes our day her top priority. I can't thank her enough for all she has done. Love All A's Events!
