Eric and his team are the best!
From the moment we met Eric, he was nice, personable, funny, everything you’d want in someone to handle your wedding. We felt like we were working w...
ith a friend throughout the process: He was always responsive when I asked questions, and patient when I was picking out my songs. He did a fantastic job of getting my older (and younger) guests up and dancing! He was professional, on top of everything, and fun. We just loved him!
Hi everyone,
It appears that Eric and Greg have a lot of 5 star reviews but I need to come on here to share a different experience. I was very unhappy with the service that they p...
rovided and so were my guests. Below are a few things that were off putting and disappointing about all event entertainment.
1. I was asked why I wasn’t changing my last name, and then Eric tried to bro out with my soon to be husband after I said I am a strong independent women with a publication record who wanted to keep my own name. My now husband shrugged it off but I found it offensive.
2. Regarding the night, someone showed up who I never talked to before after being told Eric would be there. Greg corresponded directly with me (the bride) several times. This wouldn’t have been a problem if he didn’t try to leave an hour earlier than he was contracted to do so. He accused me of changing the time on the contract and honestly ruined the last part of my night.
3. This company talks a big game but was honestly the only thing wrong with my wedding day. I would feel sad to not warn future brides about this possibility. They will not play top hits, they will not “keep the party going”. They will change genres quickly and play extremely loud poorly chosen elevator music all during dinner.
4. Please be aware that a company with mostly 5 star reviews is something that deserves a closer look. They have been rude, lied, and been extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t want this for any future bride.

rytale I've always dreamed it would be. Every worry I had flew right out the window after the first phone call I had with them. I felt so confident that everything would work out great, and my expectations were exceeded during the whole process. They will tweak any detail to make sure it is exactly the way you want it! Even the photo booth was designed specifically to our liking. Reggie made sure I was involved in all the big decisions the night of, and I'm so appreciative of that! I had always dreamed of a fairytale wedding, and that's exactly what I had with All Event Entertainment! I can't thank you guys enough!!
My now-husband (yay!) and I hired All Event Entertainment for our big day on 9/12/2020 at Hotel Utica. From the get-go, Eric was friendly and easy to approach. He was quick to resp...
ond to texts, calls and emails throughout our ever-changing wedding planning process that we faced during the pandemic. He always had a positive attitude with an infectious personality that truly made us feel like he would do whatever he had to do to make our wedding day a blast! I had a strange game request that he full force committed to making a success — and sure enough it was! We had a separate set up on the mezzanine for cocktail hour as well as a full DJ booth in the grand ballroom. Our guests loved him! Prices are very reasonable for the quality of work he provided. I highly recommend All Event Entertainment. Thank you so much Eric!! Xoxo
Eric was a pleasure to work with! He has a lot of experience and made the planning process very easy. We live out of state and had to do all of our planning remotely but he made su...
re no details were forgotten. He was always easy to reach and quick to respond to all of our questions. On the day of Eric went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were attended to throughout the reception. Our guests had a great time on the dance floor and in the photo booth! We highly recommend Eric and his team.
Eric was just awesome - we knew immediately that we were in good hands, and could just relax and enjoy our day! He put in so much work to making sure everything was going to go smo...
othly - my husband is Spanish, so we had lots of obscure Spanish music we wanted to include, and the wedding party had a lot of Spanish (and Indian, and French) names to announce - Eric triple-checked everything and made it all happen, as if it were just no big deal. He and his team are super professional, and helped us strike exactly the kind of casual-but-classy tone we were hoping for. We could tell that he really, really cared about making our day great - he made sure that we got to enjoy our wedding, and we got no end of compliments from our guests saying what a good time they had. I'd highly, highly recommend Eric and All Event Entertainment.

e in music. Both DJs from All Event Entertainment were very professional, showed up on time, and looked great. They also weren't over the top, which I appreciated.
They were very accessible by email and by text, which was awesome. I highly recommend them!
