Hiring Brandi was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process. Although we hired her as a "day of coordinator", she was SO much more than that. We had check-in calls with her throughout the planning process, she came to our tasting and rehearsal, and was timely in her response for the many questions I had. She knew every single detail about our wedding well before the "day of" and I just knew things would run smoothly with her in charge. The relief I felt knowing she was at my venue the day of the wedding allowed me and my bridal party to fully relax and enjoy getting ready.
I also really appreciated her level of knowledge and expertise on the wedding industry. She gave such honest/sound advice based on the many weddings she has coordinated, and I just really trusted her opinion on so many things. It also helped that she has such great relationships with so many vendors in the Cleveland area, and others seem to genuinely enjoy working with her.

Working with Brandi was one of the BEST decisons we made when planning our daughter's wedding. Since the wedding was in Cleveland and I (mother of the bride) live in Pittsburgh, I knew i would need help. From our very first conversation, Brandi and I bonded. Brandi was truly a God sent to us as a recommendation from our venue. Both myself and my mom are not from Cleveland so when it came to vendors, we had no idea where to start or who to ask. Brandi was great at giving us about 5 of her top vendors based on my preferences and I went to research them from there. I loved each and every one of them when it came to my wedding day! We had plenty of meetings & phone calls through out the year and a half of my engagement and always was very honest about my ideas if they would work or not. I really appreciate that in a planner, as I wouldn’t want someone to just try to please me and then it not turn out well! The month before and the day of was when I was SO HAPPY I hired Brandi. She was answering all my random texts at all hours of the day as I was getting more nervous getting closer to the big day, and during the wedding day, I have never seen someone do so well with communication with all the vendors, heard my guests, and even went out of her way to get chairs with arm rests on them from an office down the street so we could do the Hora! Everything went so smooth, I feel like she fixed every issue before I even knew there was a problem! If you want a planner that is going to get the job done and done extremely well, hire Brandi!!

Choosing Brandi as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made! We valued her honest opinion and great advice throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, she handled day-of situations with grace and professionalism. Her coordination with our vendors and the Marriott was superb. There were a lot of things behind the scenes that she executed without us knowing, which we were so appreciative of. If we could change one thing, it would be that we bought a higher package so she could have helped with more aspects of the wedding.
We were thrilled with Brandi and her amazing team at All Events Planned. We had a long engagement through the pandemic and had some minor details already set by the time we booked with Brandi for the month-of coordinating. She went above and beyond figuring out the details, and of course even addressing anything that came up on the day of the wedding. I highly recommend Brandi, she made our special day perfect in every way. She understood exactly what we wanted, she was extremely professional and was always one step ahead in anticipating what to do, how to do it, and coordinating everything so quickly. We planned and executed the wedding in two months, and she made it seem easy, all worked wonderful.
Hiring AEP and Brandi was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process. I chose the "month-of" planning package because I chose most of my vendors already, but needed help with details, timeline, and the day running smoothly. I also have chronic illness and Brandi was extremely sensitive to that, more so than any other vendor I worked with. She made sure I was comfortable, relaxed, as stress free as possible, and all of my health concerns were taken care of. It was more than I could have asked for. If you are wondering if you have the budget for her, I would say make room in the budget for her because she's so worth it. I have absolutely no regrets about hiring AEP and recommend them to any bride.
Brandi is by far the best wedding planner there is. She made sure everything leading up to the wedding was taken care of and during the wedding she made sure things went smoothly. We never once had to talk to any vendors during our wedding until the end of the night when they were saying "bye" to us. Why was this? Because she took care of everything. If you are looking for a wedding planner, she is the one.
Brandi was fabulous, and relentlessly competent! She is very personable and attentive. We hired her for the "Month of Coordination" package. She responded quickly to questions and any issues. Brandi knew what we needed before we did.

I can't thank Brandi and the team at All Events Planned enough for the work that they did for our wedding. Brandi was recommended to us from a friend. From the beginning she was very easy to talk too and was very helpful. With having to postpone the wedding due to covid in 2020 to having the wedding in 2021 with the restrictions , Brandi was ontop of keeping us informed and de stressing my daughter through out the time. We heard about Brandi from our best friends and she was hands down THE BEST wedding planner we could have ever asked for! Hiring All Events Planned was one of the best wedding decisions we made. We tried to save money by planning our wedding ourselves and working with our venue coordinator, but we got overwhelmed as our wedding date got closer. We hired Brandi for month-of coordination, and her services were worth every penny! She took over coordinating with our vendors, getting our timeline organized, and helping us make decisions that we didn't know we needed to make. And on our wedding day when I tripped and ripped my dress, she sewed me back up and kept us on schedule! Brandi was overall great to work with and really helped take the pressure off of us.
Rachel & Brandi were an absolute godsend. I hired AEP as month & day of planners and coordinators and the month before the wedding went very smoothly because of them. I initially met with Brandi and she made me feel very comfortable about all of my decisions I had made, and made suggestions about where we could improve the timeline.
Rachel coordinated the timeline and led communication with all of my vendors, led the rehearsal, and was there for the actual wedding day, and I cannot thank her enough. She made me feel at ease the entire time and pretty much handled everything, all while making sure I had a glass of bubbly in my hand to enjoy the night. We hired Brandi as a partial wedding planner, knowing from experience that she would exceed our expectations! (She was also the wedding planner at my sisters wedding and did an amazing job!) Brandi has a such a happy and pleasant personality, she was very easy to work with. She made all our wishes and requests come true and was there to calm us down when we needed it or when we were super stressed! She provided us with excellent advice on good/bad vendors, where to save money in the budget, and kept the entire day organized for us. I LOVED working with Brandi. I initially found AEP and Brandi when I searched The Knot for top-rated wedding planners in the Cleveland area. I no longer live in my hometown and knew that I could use assistance planning the big day from afar. Also, I knew we were having a big wedding, which means lots of moving parts and pieces, and finding someone to oversee the process felt necessary to reduce the stress of planning a wedding. I got a good feeling after speaking with Brandi, and I am so glad that we hired her and her team. She was always available to answer questions and was great with follow-up. She helped make sure that the big day ran smoothly and that my family and I could enjoy it and not have to stress about any of the details. More than that, Brandi is fun and easy to work with. She always has a smile on her face and makes it seem like running a wedding is breeze (which we all know it is definitely not). I am really glad that we decided to use AEP.
As the mother of an out-of-state bride I knew I would need some help. My daughter chose to check out All Events Planned and we all agreed Brandi was the one to go with. We selected the Partial Planning service. I was very unsure of everything that we had to do - Brandi helped us determine what we wanted to do (you don't have to do or have everything you see on websites!). It was very nice to have someone to discuss the choices with. We met with Brandi a few times in the year before the wedding, there were emails too. The couple weeks before the wedding are the busiest - I'm really glad we could count on Brandi and All Events Planned. Brandi attended final walk-throughs at the venues to help solidify the plans. Nataya was present at the rehearsal and made sure everyone knew what to expect and how to act - we had to practice outdoors and indoors to be ready in case of rain. Brandi and another assistant were at the ceremony and the reception and took care of everything. This was the best! I really didn't want to have to worry about a thing. Having a Wedding Planner was one of the best decisions I made for my daughter's wedding. I would encourage any mom to do it - and I would recommend All Events Planned.
Brandi from All Events Planned was absolutely amazing! We started working with her about a year before our wedding and she started by giving us some amazing recommendations for various vendors. She suggested the venue of our dreams and helped us find many other wonderful vendors. Throughout the following year she was quick to respond to any of our questions and checked in with us regularly to make sure we were on track. But the real reason I'm so grateful we had Brandi was because of how helpful she was on the day of the wedding. I (the bride) ended up getting sick in between the ceremony and reception, and could not wear my wedding dress the entire night because of the pressure it put on my upset stomach. Brandi worked with all of the vendors to re-arrange the night so that I could still have my first dance in my dress and then do a quick change so I was in a more comfortable dress for the rest of the night. The whole thing went so smoothly, none of the guests even realized I wasn't feeling well and it was all due to Brandi's quick thinking and coordination. Don't know what we would have done without her!

Brandi helped us with the schedule for our ENTIRE wedding weekend - from rehearsal dinner and welcome party to the wedding day to the Sunday brunch - she was there to plan, organize, and coordinate! She was very honest with us throughout the planning portions, which my mom and I both needed. She was thorough in her layout and organization of the timeline, which was seamless on the day of. Hiring Brandi was the first decision I made in planning my daughters Wedding and it was also the BEST as well! She helped my daughter and I at every critical point in the planning stage. She kept us on track. I was a nervous wreck from the start and Brandi always talked me off the ledge no matter what the circumstances were. Large or small... She was there! What a God send.

I did the partial planning package with AEP. Brandi was organized, professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. She attended important meetings with us and held frequent phone conversations with me. She helped point out the little things I wasn't thinking of to keep the day organized and on track.
Brandi recommended working with her designer, Rhiannon to design our backdrop. Working with her was great because I was able to send her a picture of what I wanted and she made it happen easily!
Later in the process I learned that Brandi wouldn't actually be coming on the day of the wedding. One of her partners Rachel was our day-of coordinator. She was fantastic and really hustled to make everything perfect for us. Our day went off without a hitch and we had the best day ever!!
There is NO ONE better than Brandi. She works her butt off to help execute your vision and she doesn't take shortcuts. She is honest about vendors, things that will work for you and your event and things that may not. She's conscious of your budget and there 24/7 to answer any and all questions you have no matter what it is. Her team on my wedding day was amazing and I know she listened to me 1000x over because they helped her and everything looked just like I always dreamed. I did not worry about a thing day of and if I could give any bride advice it is budget for day of coordination so you can ENJOY it!

I cannot say enough about Nataya and the amazing job she did on my wedding! I am an organized person and had a year and a half engagement so I was very adamant about not needing a wedding planner. That was until the last six months hit and all the small details were keeping me up at night. I was referred to All Events Planned by a friend and had my first phone call with Nataya. She immediately talked me off the ledge and reassured me that she had the details under control. After that first meeting, she answered every question and offered encouragement and support that was definitely needed! On the day of the wedding, we were shocked to find out the new owner of the reception venue was very rude but Nataya played goalie all night refusing to let him ruin the day. Brandi is also incredibly accountable. Our cake maker baked her cakes on boards that had to be returned or else a $50 deposit would be charged. On Sunday morning, we only found one cake board, and when it couldn't be located, Brandi promptly paid the $50 to the cake maker. This really impressed my husband and me, and we really appreciated it.
Lastly, Brandi becomes part of your wedding experience because she loves the magic of wedding days so much! She may come off as all business leading up to the wedding, but it is fun to see a coordinator enjoy a wedding so much the day of! We even found Brandi commenting on wedding videos and pictures we posted on Facebook - which we loved. Thank for for how much you care and invest yourself in other couple's big days! It means a lot.

Brandi from All Events Planned was a gem when it came to planning our wedding. She was very candid and honest and extremely helpful in making our wedding beautiful and budget friendly. She was very accommodating when we changed our wedding date and venue six months into our planning process.
I never felt like she was trying to persuade me in any way to do something I was not interested in doing for the big day. She was also always available to alleviate any of my worries or stressors in the planning process.
She has great relationships with wedding vendors and we went with every recommendation for vendors that she made. She linked us with a wonderful caterer, photographer, hair and make up and DJ. She made the day so stress-free that I never knew if anything went awry. She set up and cleaned up everything so we were able to enjoy the day without any work on our end. Our daughter got married in September here in Chagrin Falls. She and her husband live out of town, so I knew I would need help with planning. Brandi was excellent. We felt like her knowledge of vendors, her experience with where to "skimp" and where to "splurge" and her gentle nudges to stay on schedule were more than worth her fee. Our daughter and son in law wanted to blend the traditions of his culture and hers. They wanted a more informal affair so that would be comfortable and relaxed. (First, let me say that I work with a TON of wedding planners) Brandi was a dream to work with! As a wedding vendor myself, it was assumed that I could plan my own wedding without the assistance of a coordinator - it quickly became clear that I needed the expertise of a planner to fill in the gaps and make it run smoothly. Brandi met with my now husband and I for a vibe session to start, and kept us on track with goals/to dos/venue visits, etc. She was quick to offer solutions and realistic expectations for our ceremony and celebration. We wanted everything to develop like a scene from a movie, and she did it! I will say this, I wish we would have hired her for longer into the night as there were a few details towards the end that she would've kept us on track for as the celebration became a party - trust me, hiring a coordinator is so worth it. We thought planning a Cleveland wedding from Miami would be difficult, but it was seamless and fun with All Events Planned on our side! We hired Brandi for the "month-of" planning, but she truly was involved throughout the entire wedding planning process. Thank goodness for Brandi and her team! We used Brandi for month of planning but she was there from the beginning. Brandi was always available by email or phone leading up to our big day and provided very helpful vendor recommendations. I knew that all of the details would be taken care of and on the day of, my biggest concern was just getting to the church on time - from there it was all taken care of. Rachel was also there at our ceremony and reception and we are so grateful for both of their help. All Events Planned was a great choice in our wedding planning process. We always felt like top priority and enjoyed working with them the entire process. From vetting various vendors to avoiding day of disasters, they were there. I really appreciated the initial consultation to share what was important to us - people, music, parts of the ceremony.
After the initial meeting, we had a few phone calls which served as check ins to make sure we had completed outstanding tasks. All Events Planned helped me greatly with numerous etiquette questions.
The final month before the wedding we were in much more frequent contact. We had an in person meeting ( I did not live in the wedding location city) and then had emails throughout the rest of the time. Brandi was wonderful! I was hesitant at first to hire a planner, but I am so glad that we did. From the first meeting we had with her, it was obvious that she was an expert at what she does. She made the planning process easy and stress free, whenever I had a question or problem she always knew the answer and was easy to get in touch with over email or phone. I loved that she would suggest things she had seen at other weddings that she thought would fit well with the look and feel that we were going for. For example, she suggested having trivia at the tables which was a great way to get people talking to each other. I signed-up for a partial planning service which included planning consultation and day-of coordination. If your ceremony and wedding are in the same location AND that venue has a great event coordinator then maybe a planner is not needed, BUT we were in two different venues (ceremony early afternoon, reception in the evening) and having Brandi's assistance through the planning process and on day-of was invaluable. Not to mention that it rained, so some last minute adjustments were required. We received so many compliments from family and friends (direct and through the grapevine) who said this was the best weddings they had ever attended because every detail was covered and things went so smoothly. Brandi was a huge reason for that success. There are planning packages to fit many different budgets and we were really on the fence about using a planner or not, but considering how expensive and stressful weddings can be anyway, I would strongly consider setting aside some funding for a professional planner to ensure your piece of mind. It will make the day less stressful and more enjoyable for the couple and family as all the details and hiccups are in good hands.
When I first got engaged we were living in columbus and planning a wedding near Cleveland. I realized we would definitely need help pulling it all together, and at a fair price too. Working with Brandi was one of the best decisions I made. She was always on top of everything and so organized. Our meetings were always something I looked forward to! She was always asking the right questions to make sure all of our bases were covered and theta everything was prepared and ready to go. She helped us find everything we needed when we weren't in the area. She was always available if we had a question or concern. She really is the best of the best!! I'd say my favorite thing about her is how nice and sweet she is, but at the same time she is very serious and is not afraid to do what it takes to make sure everything runs smoothly! If you are looking for wedding planning help from someone with great ideas, great vendors, great personality, great organization and great results, you have ABSOLUTELY found your girl!! My experience with All Events Planned and Brandi were nothing short of excellent. As the MOH of a very indecisive best friend and bride, we gifted Brandi's services to her for the wedding and it was worth every penny! It saved all parties involved a lot of stress and took a lot of pressure off the bride for the rehearsal and the day of the ceremony! I don't know how people get married without a wedding planner, honestly, and Brandi's matter of fact attitude, prompt responsiveness and constant truthfulness were all incredible. Would recommened a hundred times over!
We were extremely happy with Brandi. She was very straight forward and got the job done. We had her for mostly "day of" services. She checked in with me through out the night and made sure that any little thing I needed was taken care of so I didn't need to worry about it. It really made a difference, and I didn't feel like I needed to worry about the small stuff. My mom and I were incredibly thankful that Brandi took care of calling and confirming all the vendors. That was not something we wanted to deal with the days before the wedding. All in all, Brandi was great, and the wedding was absolutely perfect and we couldn't have done it without her!!!!

About 3 months before the wedding, I had a mini breakdown at work thinking about all the things that would need to be done the day of the wedding, with no idea how to make it all happen. A friend suggested hiring a "day of planner" and it was the best decision I could have made. Brandi was easy to work with, organized, and stayed in contact throughout the process. Any blips that happened the day of the wedding, I knew nothing about until it was all over. Most importantly, having her there allowed me to actually enjoy the day and not be stressed about the details.
