Chris and Dan with All Events did a really great job with our wedding rentals - tent, tables, chairs, dinnerware, etc. They were easy to communicate with and let me make so many ch...
anges to the order and answer all my questions. They also delivered earlier than scheduled without charging me extra to make sure we had everything on time. Highly Recommend!
All events was absolutely terrible. From the moment we walked into the showroom, the staff treated my fiancé and I like we were the biggest inconvenience. We got a few tables and c...
hairs for our event, not like we were getting anything crazy. Every time I spoke to them on the phone they acted like I was incompetent and stupid when I was just trying to figure out the details. My fiancé and I got food poisoning the day after the event. Called to see if we could return the tables the next morning. They refused and wanted to charge us an obscene amount unless we returned them. Overall the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company and I will absolutely never recommend these people.
We used All Events for our May 1, 2021 wedding and we could not be happier with this choice. First and foremost - Chris at All Events is the MAN! He was a huge part in the success...
of our backyard wedding :). Chris was with us, offering solutions, ideas and support, throughout the entire process, even when we had to make the change from a 200 person outdoor wedding to a 50 person backyard wedding and bring everything in. I cannot say enough about how incredible Chris and his team are. I would recommend this company a million times over. Thank you!!
Look no further for your rental needs! All Events rentals has the best rentals for a reasonable price. They were quick to respond and easy to work with. Since my wedding was on a S...
unday, they let me pick up the rentals a day before and drop it off the day after for no extra fee and no travel fee! I highly recommend using them!
I highly recommend working with All Events for your event rental and tent needs! I work at a venue in downtown Boulder and send all of my clients to them. They take pride in their ...
work and it shows through their quality products. They have years of experience in the Boulder/Longmont community and have worked at every venue in town.
All events is the best in the area. We have used them for every event we do (which is a lot) and are never disappointed. Most recently Dan and Chris did my wedding and that was n...
o small feat. The wedding was in a field, and we had to essentially build the venue from scratch. We had 6 tents across two different properties, each with their own feel. One had crystal chandeliers and a beautiful lining, another was architectural and opened up to a beautiful view. They took us step by step for months as we edited our order and worked to create these spaces. The guests were shocked when they saw how beautiful it was. Gold silverware, perfect linens, and did I mention chandeliers?? All events made my wedding. Without them it would not have been nearly as special. Thank you Dan and Chris, you guys are amazing.
Pricing, options and quality is what you will get with this vendor. They are straight shooters and not big on customer service, but still professional. They were on time and respon...
sive with my questions. Thanks, Dan!
All Events works hard to ensure that everything you need is set up and ready for your wedding so that you don't have to worry about it. Despite the fact that my tent was set up in ...
the wrong place, All Events worked with us on the day of the wedding and rushed a floor out to us within hours of the wedding ceremony to help with the mud issue under the tent. Not only did they work with us with our changes, but they were set up and ready to go way before we were expecting it which helped in our set-up time.
All Events also has a great selection of rentals to help continue to create whatever feel you want at your wedding. The whiskey barrels at my wedding were perfect cocktail tables that helped to keep my rustic chic feeling alive.
All Events was recommended by our venue and was so easy to work with. Dan helped me place my linen order and was flexible to allow me to add on a tent rental the day before my wedd...
ing as it was supposed to rain. He made sure the tent was delivered on time so I did not have to be stressed.
First of all, when I called to confirm, the person on the other end was NOT friendly or welcoming. I'm sure he's busy and probably going crazy because of wedding season, but I didn...
't like talking to a grumpy person.
When the tables and chairs showed up on the day of the wedding, they got set up by our helpful family and friends and - there wasn't enough chairs. Poop. Thankfully our venue had chairs for us to use! So it worked out just fine. I wish that someone could be helpful and recognize that although they've done a bazillion weddings, I haven't. Maybe help a girl out a little and give me a hint about things I might need for my outdoor wedding. The lack of help was really annoying, add the lack of friendliness, add the lack of chairs, and you've got a poor review. I'm sure they're fine for other events, but their participation in this event was not even close to 5-star performance.
I tried another rental place and was very disappointed. It took forever to get prices and it was way over budget when they did. All Events (talk to Dan!) was really knowledgeable a...
bout what kind of tent I should get for the season, what size would fit on the property, and exact prices on everything so I knew what I was paying for. Plus they put up with me adding all kinds of stuff at the last minute!
Event furniture and service items arrived on time.
We tried to use as many local vendors as possible and All Events is right down the street from home. They are wonderful, we went into the showroom to look and Dan was very helpful ...
with picking out place settings and linens. The day of the wedding, they were short a few items and made substitutions that stayed with the theme of the day and were perfect. They delivered and picked up all items and worked very well with the crew from Greens Point.
