Colorado’s four seasons and culture provide an opportunity to bring uniqueness to every event. As a certified wedding and event planner, owner Patricia launched All Four Seasons Events in 2015 with the desire to help people achieve their wedding and/or special event visions without the anxiety that normally accompanies them. All Four Seasons Events is dedicated to exceeding our client’s expectations as we aim to develop a personal relationship and partnership to create a memorable event. Where to begin? Hiring Patricia may be one of the best decisions we’ve made as there is no way we could have pulled off our wedding without her. She was very organized and helped us so much throughout our planning process, especially the few weeks leading up to the wedding. Patricia was always available to answer our questions and we knew we could count on her even for an honest opinion.
During the rehearsal, Patricia was so professional and on point with giving clear instructions to our wedding party. We knew we were in good hands and truly felt that Patricia had our backs and cared about us. On our wedding day, she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day. She was always checking in with us and ran any timeline updates by us. She was also great at being the main point of contact for all our vendors and made sure any problems that came up were brought to her instead of us.
We are so beyond grateful to have had Patricia on our special day and cannot imagine it without her. She was exactly what we needed to have the best day ever. If you want to enjoy your wedding day without any worries, we’d highly recommend hiring Patricia!

We hired Patricia as our coordinator for the day and I CANNOT recommend her enough. She is the most organized and on top of it person I have ever met and that is exactly what you want for your wedding coordinator! If something went wrong with my wedding, I wouldn't know it. My husband and I got married last month at The Rose Event Center. Patricia and All Four Seasons Events helped us make our wedding day run so smoothly. Any questions we had throughout the process she responded almost immediately which gave us a lot of peace of mind. She also gave us a lot of helpful vendor suggestions, and suggestions for timeline details that we were unsure about. The day of our wedding she coordinated all of our vendor arrival times and set up times so that we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. My husband and I had the best time at our wedding. We cannot recommend Patricia and All Four Seasons Events enough for a wedding. From the day we chose it as our venue Patricia and her team were by our side to make sure everything ran smoothly. Their organization, level of detail, and open communication were second-to-none in the wedding planning process. They made sure we were on track and covered at every step and worked with us to bring our creative visions to life. The night came together perfectly and we could not have had a better time. We hired Patricia and team for our wedding in June 2024. We had a wonderful experience throughout the entire planning process and felt taken care of every step of the way! I couldn't have imagined a more perfect day than our wedding in Golden, CO that was coordinated by Patricia Zutman with All Four Seasons Events. I was extremely overwhelmed with wedding planning but Patricia was so thorough with coordinating all the details and was really helpful at getting us to stay on top of planning so we weren't pushing anything to the last minute. On the day, my husband and I barely had to worry about anything except having the best time possible because Patricia and her team had everything so well thought out. I truly don't know how we would have done it without her. I would absolutely recommend anyone to use All Four Seasons Events for seamless event planning!
Patricia was absolutely amazing! She kept us on track planning out wedding reception. Her attention to detail without making us feel overwhelmed was perfect.
Patricia is fabulous, she is organized and knows the event and wedding industry well! The only note I have is that she can be a bit particular, one example - we had initially asked for only passed appetizers and she pushed against that (preferring passed and stationed) for so long that we eventually just did it her way. Even with a few frustrating communications, we're very happy with how our wedding reception went and that is due in large part to Patricia's attention to detail and care during the planning process. We'd certainly recommend her for wedding planning!

Patricia alone makes it worth it! She is the wedding coordinator and she is amazing. I am not a planner and she helped me so much - she kept me on track for deadlines and gave me suggestions of things I wouldn't have thought of. She is super professional and on it. On the day of the wedding she kept everyone in check and helped us have the best wedding day! I am SO glad we decided to have our wedding here it was beautiful! Oh yeah -the venue was great too!
Your wedding is supposed to be one of the best days of your life. But you rarely hear how stressful and overwhelming it can be. Lucky for us, we found All Four Season Events. Patricia served as our wedding day coordinator. She made sure any and all stress fell onto her on our special day. She worked tirelessly to ensure our wedding went off without a hitch. When I showed up to the venue with a bow tie not knowing how to tie a bow tie, she sat with me to figure out how. When our DJ overpromised and underdelivered, she worked with him directly to address the issue without either of us knowing there was an issue at the time. She is thorough, thoughtful and communicative. Her attention to detail is unmatched. We appreciated the planning docs she provided as they helped us stay organized before our wedding. We truly could not have pulled off our wedding without her. We highly recommend Patricia for your next event.
The Rose and All Four Seasons Events were perfect for our big day. The venue was beautiful with great ambiance, food, and staff. Having Patricia as the Coordinator was more important and valuable than we ever would have thought. She worked with us the whole way leading up to our wedding and was extremely organized and detail oriented. Patricia took care of everything and was very kind to our family and friends. All her hard work ahead of time allowed us to fully enjoy the day. We would 100% recommend both All Four Seasons Events and The Rose.
Where do we even begin?! We celebrated our wedding in October 2022 at the Rose Event Center and could not recommend it more!! 10 stars if we could! The search for a venue is tricky but immediately Patricia made it easy. She gave us upfront pricing without even touring yet. She is so organized and had us planning before we knew it. She was so easy to work with and made the decision to book at the Rose a no-brainer because we also knew we would be working with her! She was a lifesaver through our entire wedding process start to finish and we only had a 6 month engagement! She was so organized and made a timeline for us and made it seem like a breeze!! The day of, she was there all day and helped us have the most magical day. She sat with me (bride) before the day even began because some unexpected things happened and she not only comforted me but also made last minute changes, no problem! She sewed my dress back together when it snapped as I was getting dressed and she pinned all the boutonnieres. She had a mimosa bar ready for the gals upon arrival and a variety of beer for the guys. She made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be and when! She directed the entire wedding party when it came time to walk down the aisle and fluffed my dress for me. There was not one thing she left undone and for that we cannot thank her or recommend her enough! She was an absolute pleasure to work with and even told us where to go for the after party!! Thank you, Patricia, for creating the wedding of our dreams!
Patricia is your dream coordinator! She was so easy to work with, extremely communicative (I think I waited at tops 12 hours for a response-- she is so fast!), super attentive to detail and very knowledgeable. Patricia also gave great advice and multiple options when we were indecisive or unsure.
You can tell with how hard she works and how intentional she is that the wedding industry is her passion and love. You will be in great hands with Patricia.

Patricia was no less than amazing. She is organized and accommodating. Anytime we hit a road block, Patricia was able to remove it and keep things flowing. At one point during the wedding, I had a wardrobe issue. Patricia pulled out a literal tackle box of necessities and fixed me right up. I can’t say enough about how calm and taken care of I felt in Patricia’s hands. She has a great passion for what she does and it shows in her work.

I highly recommend working with Patricia! I would’ve been lost without her on our wedding day. From day one she was immediate to respond to any questions I had, extremely detailed oriented and guided me through the minor details I wouldn’t have even realized on my own. She made our special day so incredibly stress free, it honestly was perfect and it wouldn’t have been possible with out Patricia and her help.
I could go on and on about how gorgeous every part of our venue, The Rose, is but a major reason we picked that venue was because of their coordinator, Patricia. We wanted to be as stress free as possible with planning and day of events. After initially talking to Patricia, we knew we were in good hands.
I don't think my now husband!! and I could say enough thank you's for everything Patricia did to make our wedding day so perfect. At the end of the night, perfect, was the literally the only way we could describe it. I'm honestly not sure what we would have done without her guidance throughout the entire planning process, and the organization and leadership the day of. We had several guests coming up to us at rehearsal and all day/night Saturday complimenting Patricia and how efficient and professional she was. Patricia ran around all day with crutches, a boot on her foot, and a scooter, yet she somehow made sure everyone and everything was in place at the correct time. We all know you had to be EXHAUSTED when the night was over.

We celebrated our wedding this past May (2022) in Golden, Colorado at the Buffalo Rose Event Center. Patricia Zutman helped us coordinate all the details for the wedding; DJ'ing, food, decorations, time tables, essentially everything we would need to make the event special, and everything we didn't even think of. Her experience in coordinating weddings was top tier. Patricia knew how to keep things on a smooth schedule, and stayed completely flexible on the day of the wedding. She accomodated all the small changes we wanted to make too. We were completely stress free the day of the wedding, which was totally unexpected, but undoubtedly thanks to her immaculate planning. Patricia was exceptionally professional and kept us looped in on everything we'd need to complete and their timelines, and as a result, our wedding ceremony, dinner and reception went off perfectly. We're still receiving compliments on how beautiful the day way, and how well it was put together, comments on how it was the best wedding they'd ever attended, and we never could've experienced the unforgettable day we had without Patricia's help. She's an awesome person, the venue was an awesome location, and it ended up a day we will cherish for the rest of our lives!
Where to even start?! Patricia is amazing! She helped us plan and execute our wedding and I can say it would've been extremely difficult without her expertise and guidance. Patricia was absolutely incredible. We worked with her for day-of coordination services and I don't know how I could have done any of it without her. In addition to the day-of services, she was extremely helpful throughout the entire process answering questions, providing guidance, and sharing unique ideas to truly make our day special. Every step of the planning process, Patricia has brought so much peace and reassurance to us. Planning a wedding during COVID, as many know, is the opposite of easy. However, Patricia made it so much better and helped me to know that no matter what, we were going to be taken care of.

When looking into wedding reception venues we found Patricia, with All Four Seasons Events, at the Buffalo Rose. I told my mom, even if we didn't choose the Buffalo Rose we needed to hire Patricia to help us with wedding planning! She was extremely organized and helpful to work with in planning the details of the reception and coordinating details I would have never thought about! Patricia had so many recommendations for other vendors from flowers to transportation which proved very helpful to hire people we knew did good work. We had set an original date for February of 2021 but had to postpone because of COVID. Patricia was so kind in working with the venue to help us weigh our options and pick another date, emailing us back right away all hours of the day and any day of the week. We ultimately got married in October of 2021 and because of her incredible planning and organization she made sure it was a perfect day for everyone! I can not recommend Patricia with All Four Seasons Events enough!

When we had our tasting Patricia was so kind and honestly wanted to make our day special. She was very invested in making our night perfect. She is very thorough and has a TON of experience! On our wedding night, Particia was so accommodating and flexible. She made sure that we had a drink and a snack before we made out grand entrance. Patricia made sure that everything was in place and on time. She is especially communicative and she makes you feel like you are her top priority. Patricia is a lifesaver and she is so organized that it makes planning a wedding without a wedding planner easy. She was also the day of the event wedding coordinator for us, which was so helpful throughout the day. Honestly, Patricia had so many good ideas, recommendations for vendors, and overall advise throughout the wedding planning process. Her staff at The Rose were very friendly and accommodating to all of our guests needs and we received a lot of great compliments on the food for our wedding. There were even a few guests who forgot to tell us about certain allergies prior to the day, the staff was able to accommodate their needs and made them something different. Our venue, The Rose, was very unique and customizable to all of your needs and the vision for your day! THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS THE BEST DAY EVER, many of our guests said it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to! :)

Patricia from All Four Season Events helped us plan not one but two weddings (thanks COVID cancelations). She is the most organized and professional person I have ever met. She truly cares for each of her clients and does everything in her power to make the event the best it can be.
We went through the whole process with Patricia twice. Each time she was perfect! The amount of time and effort she puts into her clients does not go unnoticed. She provides you with the tools you need to make the task of planning and executing a wedding a step by step process instead of an overwhelming mess. You don’t need a wedding planning book, you only need Patricia and her checklists.
We had to make a few tough decisions along with way. With the first planning session, we had to cancel within a month of the date, so when we decided to try planning again, we had one call to make; that call was to Patricia. Once we had her as our wedding planner and coordinator again I felt a sense of calm come over me. She keeps you on task and on time with all decisions, nothing is overlooked.
We had to decide to change our reception location the morning of due to rain with our second go-round and she was there for us for each decision.
There is no way we could have done it without her! We can not thank Patricia enough for helping us with one of the most important days of our lives, we will forever be grateful to her for that.
My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Buffalo Rose event center with the help of Patricia Zutman and All Four Seasons Events planning (which we got courtesy of booking with the Buffalo Rose). We could not have been happier with how the wedding celebration turned out. Patricia was so easy to work with and we loved how transparent all the pricing and expectations were through her and the Buffalo Rose. Planning and celebrating a wedding during COVID craziness has been so challenging-- but Patricia was an excellent guide through the chaos. She always kept us up to date with all the rules and regulations and updated us about timelines and pricing should we choose to postpone and re-schedule. We ended up forging ahead and never did try to reschedule; and were fortunate enough to have all of our desired guests be a part of our celebration.
The Buffalo Rose with All Four Seasons Events was able to accommodate almost everything, and provide recommendations for things they did not provide (Such as decorations, cakes, transportation etc.) Buffalo Rose catered the food for the event- which turned out delicious. They were also able to coordinate our other vendors (lighting and drapery, floral, cake etc.) to ensure everything was set up and taken down smoothly. Patricia did an excellent job guiding my husband and I through the wedding planning process and the day of made sure we kept our wedding on schedule to make sure that we had time for all the planned special moments.
The only thing we would advise other couples to keep in mind when planning concerned the food. While it did turn out delicious, it was not the same as when we had our tasting... My husband and I had been blown away when we had our tasting at how fresh and well prepared all the food had been. Obviously cooking 4 portions of food to taste is different than preparing enough for a group of 140. So we were a little disappointed the food was not as good and fresh as it had been when we had our tasting. However, our guests still enjoyed everything and we wouldn't have done anything differently in the end.
All in all would highly recommend. Thank you to the Buffalo Rose and Patricia, with All Four Seasons Events for helping make our day so magical. It was a celebration we and our guests will always remember.
All Four Seasons Events were an amazing pair with The Rose in Golden to help assist with the party/wedding planning. When we went to tour The Rose we met Patricia who is part of the AFSE team. She was amazing. Her responses were very timely and she is very knowable about what needs to be done and when. I would say the normally you are only getting married once, so there are so many thing I didn’t know/think about and Patricia was there to help out on it all. She provided me with a wedding checklist that at first I feared but in the end of the planning it was my best friend and helped me think about all the things that I missed. Patricia and AFSE had great recommendations for vendors and the linen color choice that we were able to select from was wide so it met our needs! Patricia was there until the very end of the wedding to ensure that everything was on track perfect and taken care of! She is absolutely amazing! With AFSE and The Rose combined our wedding was everything we imagined and more!!!

Patricia with All Four Seasons Events was one of the main reasons we could breathe easy on our wedding day at The Rose Event Center in Golden, CO. Her attention to detail meant that everything was scheduled and accounted for. But rather than feeling confined by the schedule, we had just the right amount of flexibility to flow with the pace of the day. When we were to be somewhere due to the timeline, Patricia calmly and professionally reminded us and gave us options if we were behind. She made the difference in feeling relaxed versus rushed.
All of the preparation and communication ahead of our wedding date made it so much easier to show up on the big day and feel comfortable and prepared. Patricia was personally invested in the success of our day and it showed. We highly recommend her to other couples or groups planning a special celebration.
Patricia at All Four Seasons Events is like Super Woman. I worked with her to plan my wedding, postpone my wedding (two weeks before it was supposed to happen), and eventually cancel my wedding. Through it all she was my advocate, cheerleader, collaborator, and support team. Patricia is a model professional, who is responsive and thorough in her communications. I am a super detail oriented person and had a lot of ideas and questions along the way. Patricia was always very patient with me, never failed to answer a question, and when I wanted to do something out of the box, she worked with the venue and the catering/bar staff to see if we could make it happen and we made it happen. If the pandemic hadn't happened and the wedding could have gone off as planned, I know that Patricia would have been the best day-of coordinator and that I would have been able to enjoy every moment of my day without worrying about the schedule or vendors. Even though the event didn't happen, Patricia stood by my side and helped me through the entire cancellation process. She made what was a very difficult and emotional task as easy as possible and I am so grateful for her and will recommend her to all of my friends going forward.
While we had to cancel our event with Patricia, we were so very sad to do so for many reasons, but one of them was that we were really enjoying working with Patricia and valued the advice and guidance that she provided. She responded quickly to all of our questions, and had tools in place that helped to move our planning along efficiently. Patricia will be at the top of our list for our next big event!
My husband (fiancé at the time) first toured the venue by himself. He is a native to Colorado, whereas I was living in Canada at the time. When I first saw the photos of The Rose venue I fell in love with it. It had everything we loved – an art deco décor, a mountain town feel, and historic significance. We planned our wedding in less than 4-months, with me in Canada for a majority of the planning, and it went off seamlessly. Our Event Coordinator Patricia with All Four Seasons Events was professional, pleasant, and prompt. Patricia helped ease my mind and stress levels with planning a wedding during that short period of time while living in Canada. She was wonderful in making unbiased fair recommendations for DJ services, cake and desserts, lighting, décor, and flowers. She is extremely organized and helped keep us on track by providing a checklist and work back schedule.
Based on her expertise in the event planning industry she came forth with many great and creative ideas to make our wedding cost-effective and beautiful. Patricia has a very warm personality and once you meet her you feel like you have known her for years. This is so important when you are entrusting one of the most important days of your life to an event planner. All Four Seasons Events did an incredible job coordinating every aspect of our wedding. Patricia went ABOVE and BEYOND anything we could have asked for in a day-of coordinator. From the very beginning she was helpful, insightful, and provided so much useful feedback and ideas. Don't even get me started on how communicative she is! She was so quick to answer any and all questions, and never left us following-up with unanswered questions. She was also able to give us recommendations for other vendors and ensure we felt confident in her ability to handle every detail.

Leading up to the wedding, she took care of everything concerning the vendors starting two weeks before the wedding. We had a destination wedding, she was able to do a walk the venue 3 days before the wedding, was able to catch so many details, that need to be addressed. She was also able to communicated so well with our venue, to make sure every detail was done and correct. Day of wedding didn't have to worry about a thing, Patricia managed them so smoothly that we did not have to worry at all. She executed perfectly on everything we wanted. Not only is Patricia incredibly competent and organized, but she is also very warm and friendly. Our entire family couldn't stop talking about how great she is. I'm very detail oriented and have planned large events before, so I debated if a wedding coordinator would actually add value. However, when we met with Patricia before the wedding, she brought up so many details that I never would have thought of. Leading up to the wedding, she gave helpful advice when we had issues with another vendor and managed all of our vendor communication starting two weeks before the wedding, which took some of the stress off of our shoulders. On our wedding day, there were a few unforeseen logistical challenges (that couldn't have been planned for). These could have thrown off our day, but Patricia managed them so smoothly that we did not have to worry at all. She executed perfectly on everything we wanted. The minute I thought about wedding planning I knew I needed Patricia to help with our day-of-coordination and I was right! She is so helpful, professional, organized and prompt with her e-mail responses and phone calls. Leading up to the big day Patricia gave me her recommendations on limo transportation, flowers and suit rentals all of which made our day even more perfect. She also makes sure that every little detail is accounted for so you don’t miss anything!
Two weeks before the wedding she made sure to be the main point of contact for vendors so my husband and I could be stress-free!
On the big day she had a very organized and detailed timeline that allowed us to make the most of each part our night. To this day we still say our wedding was so perfect, problem free and the greatest day of our lives! She made sure everything was perfect and just the way we wanted it, but also offered her recommendations and suggestions when we couldn’t decide. All of our guests and family commented on how professional and helpful she is. She even went out of her way to help my mom find her special dress.

If I had any questions at all, she had the answer immediately. When my husband and I met with her for the first time, we knew we could trust her with our big day, as she had such a warm personality and was so detail oriented. Patricia constantly went above and beyond our expectations. When the day of the wedding came, Patricia made me feel at ease, even though mother nature took a turn for the worse. We spoke with Patricia and she was great! She responded immediately when we contacted her over phone and email. She took the time in our phone conversations to tell us all about herself and really made us feel at ease. She is also a DIY genius and did her own wedding completely DIY, so she had very helpful tips to share in the DIY space. If you are looking for someone to thoughtfully care for and thoroughly take into consideration all the little (and big) details of your day - and execute them perfectly - look no further. Like other reviews say, I really can't imagine our big day without her coordination. Because of Patricia, my family and myself included, were able to fully enjoy and appreciate an incredible and *stress-free* wedding. Every little "inconvenience" was quickly put to a halt with her above-and-beyond assistance. She makes you feel like you are her #1 concern. Throughout the planning process, her responses were always more than timely and her suggestions were much needed. We were blown away and really can't recommend All Four Seasons Events enough. I will be forever grateful to Patricia with All Four Seasons for allowing me as mother of the bride to be fully present at my daughters wedding. I hired All Four Seasons as the "Day of" coordinator had I known how much she would take off my plate I would have hired her for the entire package. You will not regret it!! I honestly cannot imagine getting married without our Day of Coordinator, Patricia Zutman from All Four Seasons Events and would recommend her services for any major event! When we first met with Patricia, we felt like we had a good handle on the big picture of what we envisioned for our wedding, but she coached us through thinking about the details and the little things that would make our day flow seamlessly. Throughout our planning, Patricia helped put us in contact with vendors (and saved us when our original florist backed out!), acted as our advocate with our vendors and venue, and answered our constant emails and questions with the utmost professionalism. As our wedding approached, Patricia was in constant contact with our vendors and wedding party to ensure everyone knew where to be and when, as well as who to contact if they had any issues. This took so much pressure off of us as a couple and allowed us to enjoy the month before our wedding without worrying about the details for our day.
On the day of the wedding, Patricia facilitated our timeline, vendors, wedding party, and families with grace and poise. She made sure our timeline was going mostly to plan, ensured all vendors were where they needed to be and doing what they needed to be doing, and took care of us as a couple, making sure we had food/drinks, making sure we knew what was coming next, checking in to see if we wanted to change anything - even fixing my dress when my strap snapped! After we had our grand exit, Patricia facilitated the closing of the event, including who took what home, cleaning up, signing final documents, and distributing tips, so that we did not have to. Our wedding was a beautiful event that ran without a hitch because of Patricia. We are confident that without her, our event would not have been as beautiful and wonderful as it was.
Beyond all of the services Patricia provided before our wedding and on the day of, the greatest asset she provided during our wedding was piece of mind. Being a bride can be a hectic, stressful experience, but being a bride with All Four Seasons Events was nothing short of joyful and fun. We knew and trusted Patricia to take care of things and help guide us through the planning as well as our wedding day. Without a doubt, this was the best part we budgeted for in our wedding and would not hesitate to hire her again for any other life event!

As our DOC Patricia went 100% above & beyond to make our day extra special. From making sure I was staying hydrated to literally sewing my mom & myself into our dresses & most importantly, reminding me to stop & take a deep breathe multiple times. Communication was great from the very start, I felt like if I had called her at 1am freaking out she still would have answered & calmed me down.
