My wife and I used Melissa for our wedding on 10/30, and honestly I didn’t know what had gone wrong until the next day because I was shielded from the near disaster by my wife’s bridesmaids and friends. My wife was so stressed out that she threw up on our wedding night because of Melissa. That is how we spent our night. I am extremely disappointed in the services Melissa provided and the amount of stress she caused my wife with her lack of care for the biggest moment in our lives. I do not recommend working with Melissa as she is not capable, and unfortunately - I really thought she was. Not great to find out after you spent 100k+

I don't honestly know where to start, but I'll start with the good. Melissa is sweet and dedicated to wanting to be a great planner, but that is where the good stops. Melissa is more of an assistant than she is a wedding planner. On my wedding day, I had to execute my own walk down the aisle. She was nowhere to be found and it was one of the worst moments of my life. I nearly balled my eyes out while I was walking. My wedding reception nearly didn't happen because of her inability to get it together and pull off the event. Two of my makeup artists had to tell her to get it together as she was crying and not doing what she needed to do for her client. My makeup artist Linda and bridesmaids ended up being the drill sergeants handing out tasks to the team. It was an absolute shit show. The only reason my wedding reception went right is because I have friends and family members that went above and beyond to make sure my day went the way it should. If they were not there, it would have not happened. Melissa refuses to refund me because "per my contract". . . per my contract you are a fraud. I do not recommend anyone work with Melissa until she figures out how to not have two full time jobs while being a wedding planner and have a team that is actually competent.

Omg wow I don’t even know where to start! Melissa was absolutely AMAZING! Her team was on time, respectful, knowledgeable, had a beautiful vision, and we’re just an absolute joy to be around! They were so sweet and funny and made our wedding day so incredibly special. I was an absolute nervous wreck but Melissa and her wonderful team handled everything from start to finish and truly created a beautiful space for me and my husband. Melissa was able to literally make our wedding vision come to life and it truly blew us away. She took all of our worries and made sure that everything was handled and we didn’t have to lift a finger. I cannot express enough how great they were. The communication was great between us and she was there every step of the way making sure we were included. Thank you thank you thank you!! I would highly recommend her and her team for any and all future events! They were just so great!

I initially hired Melissa because she offered the best pricing among the several wedding coordinators I researched and she also offered wedding coordination and officiant services. So I booked her. I was blown away with how great she truly was! We had two zoom meetings to make sure she understood my vision and then constant back and forth texting to be sure everything was set for the big day. Melissa went above and beyond in every aspect. I had mentioned in passing I didn’t have flowers for the ceremony and she took it upon her self to surprise me with hand made flower center pieces that matched my wedding free of cost. Then she did a wedding for another bride two days before my wedding, and instead of letting the real flower center pieces be thrown in the trash, she saved them for my wedding and kept them looking beautiful and fresh! I had hundreds of dollars of free beautiful fresh flowers because of Melissa that absolutely made the venue look outstanding. Her team followed my step by step guide and set the venue up exactly how I liked. They helped with set up and take down. Melissa was also my officiant and delivered the most beautiful ceremony!!! It went above and beyond my expectations. Then during the reception she was right there with her crew cheering my husband and I on and hyping up the crowd. She was fantastic from the very moment we began communicating to the last minute of the wedding event. I could not say more nice things about her!! Please don’t even hesitate in hiring her, you won’t regret it. She’s fabulous and has a heart of gold!

Melissa and her team were the absolute best! I honestly don't think my husband and I would have enjoyed ourselves as much had I not hired Melissa. Prior to hiring Melissa, I was planning to have a close friend assit in wedding coordinating being we were two months shy from our wedding; however, we realized we made the best decision. I found Melissa on the Knott and what was so intriguing were the many services she offered in one. Melissa was my Wedding Coordinator & Officient and she did an amazing job doing both. Melissa had an answer or suggestion to all of my questions and concerns, she assisted me with the finalizations of my wedding with the hotel Venue. Melissa knew so much that I did not have a clue about being this was my first wedding. My wedding party loved Melissa and her staff and I received so many compliments about her after my wedding. I discovered that Melissa also offers Pre-Marital Counseling and After-The Alter Counseling in which, my husband and I will definitely look forward to doing more business with Melissa.

Melissa and her crew did an amazing job! I hired her as the day-of-coordinator but she went above and beyond. She visited the venue with us, did a walk-through the day before the wedding, and showed up bright and early the day of with a group of helpers ready and willing to handle everything that came at them. She was also available for multiple calls before the big day. I always felt like I could ask her anything at any time. If you are looking for someone to help with your wedding. HIRE HER! Her joy and enthusasium were infectious. She made us feel like we were the best couple in the whole world and were gonna have the most amazing wedding inthe whole world. WHICH WE WERE AND WE DID!

Melissa was great! She was such a great and positive energy, it was a pleasure working with her. Our pie company didn't deliver the pies and Melissa went of her way to purchase PIES herself!

Melissa and I got in touch about 2 months before my wedding. I naively thought I could manage the day on my own, but I decided to reach out and see if she had availability, and she did! Melissa worked with me on my timeline, talked to my vendors to make sure we were on the same page, and showed up early on the day of the wedding. I did a bunch of DIY stuff and last minute while me and the bridesmaids were getting our hair and makeup done I decided I wanted some chair aisle decorations with the extra ribbon and flowers we had. Melissa and her team said, “I’ve got it” and made beautiful flower arrangements for us so we could focus on getting ready. I have a hard time asking for help or letting other people do things for me, Melissa and her team were fun, competent, amazingly helpful, and really helped me relax and enjoy getting ready with my girls and mom/mom in law/sis in law. I told her exactly what I wanted out of the day and she delivered tenfold, when she saw me getting stressed out she stepped in to help problem solve or deal with the thing. I didn’t need to step in and do anything because she knew my vision and executed it perfectly. There were a few phone calls that I scheduled with her but I didn’t know what I was asking, she helped guide me through the conversation and I felt relived and satisfied after every phone call. I had a timeline that I wanted to follow and she kept us on time and kept pictures moving along exactly how I wanted them, she checked in with me asking if there was anything else I wanted or that she could do during the reception which I found reassuring and allowed me to focus on celebrating instead of running around trying to solve problems or find people. During the reception, after, and even a few days after the wedding I had people asking me where I found Melissa and if she might be available for their event/wedding. I cannot recommend Melissa and her team enough. My husband also could not agree more, he was involved in most of the planning and we were pretty nervous about how the day was going to go because we had a pretty short timeline, but it went smoothly and we wish we could relive that day over and over again. We could not have done it without her. Oh! At the end of the night she and her team packed up everything for me and my husband! We didn’t need to lift a finger and we could say goodbye to everyone. Amazing!! Seriously, Melissa, you are a one in a million and we are so thankful for you.

Melissa is incredible!! She’s sweet, thoughtful, creative, and truly strives for her clients to have the best. We planned for a little under a year and every thing came out perfect. She showed me how to create floral center pieces, decorated my venue and gave life to my vision. She corresponded with vendors, offered feedback, and always stayed cool calm and collected. I would hire her again for my next event and strongly recommend her for your wedding planning!

When people ask me “what is one must for weddings” all I can say is hire a wedding coordinator! Melissa was an absolute delight to work with and she did not disappoint! Our wedding was PERFECT! Melissa pays attention to your needs and listens to your wants. She will do everything it takes to make your wedding day stress free! For instance, she heard my mother and I talk about how and what we would feed my bridesmaids the day of the wedding while getting ready at the venue. She immediately offered to do a Costco run for the bridal party the morning of the wedding . On my way to the venue 30min before Melissa had to meet us there, I also texted her to ask if she could get ballons to help direct the guests . 15 min later, she texted me to say the ballons were up! Not only did our wedding run smoothly without any hiccups, but we had a blast celebrating with Melissa and her team. She is energetic and will be your best hype woman! I do not usually write reviews but this was an important one to share as my wedding would not have been what it was without Melissa and her team. I hope to cross paths with Melissa again. Melissa was an absolute joy to work with! She coordinated and hosted my wedding February 2020 and I'm still shocked at how smooth everything went. She was punctual, made herself available at any time for any and every question/concerns we had and was just an overall inviting person to be around.
