I had the absolute pleasure of working with Brandy to plan my wedding. It was the most fun, joyful experience and was virtually stress-free... And my engagement was a brief 4.5 months. Brandy helped create a day that perfectly represented my fiance and me. Every element and detail was perfectly tailored to us and made our guests feel special. Brandy created our invitation suite (the most gorgeous stationery I have ever seen), signage, and other stunning design details. She created vision boards that brought life to any dream I'd ever had and created a day that far exceeded any of my wildest dreams. She helped with selecting and managing each vendor relationship and gave guidance on each detail, down to the flatware selections. The day of my wedding, I was able to be fully immersed in the day without one single worry about execution. If you're on the fence about whether to hire a planner, DO IT. And beg to work with Brandy. She's the sweetest and best thing that happened throughout our wedding planning process and I've made a friend for life. All in the Details is an excellent company and I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone without an ounce of hesitation.

Melissa and her team at AITD were amazing to work with throughout the planning process. Melissa helped us every step of the way with a positive attitude and determination. She helped me find the best vendors for my style and budget and took care of the many wedding planning dimensions with grace. I felt like I could reach out to her about all of my questions (I had many) and truly felt like she cared about making our wedding amazing. And it was! Every detail was executed flawlessly! Brandy designed my invitations and signage and she knocked it out of the park! She considered all of my ideas and made those elements so gorgeous and memorable.

I used Melissa for our wedding and she was FANTASTIC!! She answered all of our questions and exceeded all of our expectations! You're not just hiring an event coordinator, you're hiring someone who speaks the language of this business, has an outstanding reputation, and has connections with a lot of people in this business! Melissa made our day so special and stress-free!

My (now) wife and I just finished our wedding with All in the Details yesterday and our experience was incredibly disappointing. I’ll explain. Toward the beginning of the event, I was asking about some vendors and why they hadn’t arrived yet. Melissa, the owner of the company and the primary coordinator for our event, scolded me for asking questions and rudely stated the timeline is fluid and to stop worrying about it. I was approached throughout the evening by guests and bridal party members that were individually either hollered at or chastised. Reserved seat placards were placed too late in the beginning of the ceremony, leading to my wife’s grandparents seating four rows back from the originally intended front seats. Melissa allowed the bar staff to take a bottle of 29 year old champagne (which was saved since the day she was born for her wedding day) and put it on ice for general serving. Luckily the fantastic bar staff didn’t end up serving it! But the icing on this cake was when I was approached by my DJ, Jimmy, who saw the coordinator speaking to me at the very end of the night. He asked if she had told me he would charge me for any time past the scheduled end (because we were delayed enjoying a cigar with all the groomsmen) to which I replied yes, she said it would be 150$. Apparently, prior to this, she told the DJ she did not want him extending for free (which he said he does happily for all his couples) because she was “tired” and “wanted to go home”.. this was the tipping point that led me to write this review. Not only did she approach me in front of all my friends, asking very publicly if I wanted to pay all these various fees to extend, but she had the audacity to complain to my DJ… I won’t say it ruined my entire wedding, that wouldn’t be fair and I wouldn’t let one person do that. But that certainly ruined what would’ve been a fantastic ending to the wedding. The absolute ONLY saving grace for All in the Details was another coordinator, Brandy Prundt, the one who was supposed to be our coordinator but unfortunately caught a stomach bug the night before the wedding. It’s disheartening to know the OWNER of the company isn't willing to provide the same service her employees are. Her company recently acquired Bartenders4You, a great company with a fantastic staff. I truly hope she doesn’t run that one into the ground…

Brandy Pundt at All In The Details Events was just what we needed. As the Mother of the Bride, I was so nervous about coordinating all the vendors and making sure that it all went as scheduled. Brandy and her assistant made that happen. Once I saw Brandy there the day of the wedding, I stopped worrying and enjoyed the day with my daughter. This is the wedding planner you need for your child's big day!!!!!

Sarah was amazing!!!! From beginning to end she played a huge role in making sure our wedding planning and day was smooth. She is professional, easy to communicate with, flexible with her schedule, adaptable, and a great listener. With some last minute changes she stepped up and really made our wedding day perfect! If you are looking for a sign to hire All in the Details to help plan your wedding, THIS IS YOUR SIGN! <3 Trust me when I say I was the most detailed, type A bride out there and All in the Details handled every single request, question, etc. of mine with patience, transparency and top notch quality. I met with about 5 different planners and All in the Details stuck out to me from the start. Melissa - who is also the owner of the business - anticipated my every question and need, and after 500+ days of planning together, we truly became lifelong friends. Not only was she there for me every step of the way from a planning perspective, but she calmed my *extreme* anxiety on multiple occasions and continually reminded me of the end goal - getting to marry my husband, surrounded my friends and family! Keri recently helped us plan our wedding and I don’t even have the words to thank her!!! Use them!!! Right when we hired her, planning actually became fun and everything went absolutely seamlessly. I cannot recommend them enough. They also designed all of our paper products including invitations for the wedding and they were so beautiful and we got SO many compliments!! They are just amazing!

We are forever grateful to Melissa and her team for everything they did for our wedding this past fall! I came with a vision of how I wanted the day to look and Melissa and her team were able to execute our day perfectly! The year leading up to our wedding... Melissa and her team were able to navigate the planning process amongst my family's strong personalities and vocal opinions with grace and was able to help us navigate and find compromise. She assisted in helping us find WONDERFUL vendors, was at every planning and walk through meeting, and kept me positive when I began to fill with worry about everything going well (which was often). If I asked a question or a change was discussed, she had already addressed it or taken care of it. There were a few rearrangements we had to do the day of due to the weather, but Melissa discussed those changes with me and made the necessary changes to make it all work. I felt the most confident and calm on our wedding day. Our guests loved the ceremony and the reception, and to this day are still calling it the event of season. Hahaha. All in the Details was a definite plus to have before, during and after the wedding festivities!! Melissa and her crew were so knowledgeable about everything. Being the MOB she worked with our budget and you will definitely get what you pay for. So many venues require wedding planners today so All in the Details would be my first and only recommendation 💕💕

Keri was amazing! She had so many original ideas to make our day feel special and unique to us. Keri created a margarita seating chart with everyones name and table number in a cup with our custom wedding logo that was incredible! The day went by seamlessly and I never noticed anything other than perfection.

We had a mishap with the Save the Dates from the stationery vendor in the beginning, so Keri and her team took over. They made sure everything was correct by checking each invitation and personally mailing them. Keri calmed my daughter and me down when our nerves got the better of us. We had so many people tell us how gorgeous, perfect and fun Kristina and Blake’s wedding was and how it was The Best wedding they have ever been to. Melissa and her team at All In The Details are fantastic! They were able to take some of our ideas and pull it all together. Melissa was always available to take my call and calm me down when I started to worry about things. She really had it in control. On the day of, the Band had a little glitch, it was fixed and I didnt find out about it until days later! You may think you can do it all…but having a planner is a gift to yourself. Keri Weber is the absolute best and made our day perfect. From the first email and meeting she was so helpful and friendly. Working with Keri and Noelle was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!!! Keri was absolutely amazing from the very first conversation. She made us feel extremely comfortable as an LGBTQ couple and helped us find recommended vendors. She answered countless questions and went above and beyond. I honestly feel like choosing to work with Sarah made my wedding as perfect as it was, and the service they provide is worth every penny! I leaned on Sarah’s recommendations when it came to vendors and I am so glad I did, all vendors were top notch and professional which just helped me trust her more for the big day! You can tell All in the Details has a good reputation and is respected in the wedding business world by the confidence my vendors expressed when I told them who my wedding planner was. There are Type A people and then there is Sarah who is so organized, prepared,thoughtful and most importantly listens to every single detail you mention and REMEMBERS IT! I received so many complements after the wedding on how my husband and I looked like we had the best time and did not look stressed one bit, and I have to say it was completely true! I did not question anything on my wedding day and I honestly can say I do not even know if anything went wrong behind the scenes because Sarah and her team handled everything perfectly! The only thing I am sad about is that my time working with Sarah has come to an end and I won’t be looking in my inbox for emails from her. In the 9 months I worked with Sarah planning my wedding I came to have the utter most respect for the quality of work she does but also for the passion she has behind her to make someone else wedding day perfect!

If I could give more than five stars, I 100% would. Melissa and her team at All in the Details Events went above and beyond with planning our wedding. My husband and I decided we wanted to have it in my parents' backyard. When others thought it could not be done, Melissa said, "yes, I can see it, let's do it!" Melissa was so patient with not only me, but my parents with any stresses or worries we had. She took care of everything! She recommended the best caterers, hair and make-up artists, floral, DJ, etc. She was always available whenever I had a question or concern. The wedding and reception was PERFECT. Everything we wanted and more. I still can't get over how amazing it was. All of our guests loved everything about the wedding and complimented all the details. I honestly could go on and on about how amazing this company is and how much I appreciate their hard work. They truly worked SO hard in making our wedding beautiful. One of the many wonderful qualities about this company is the fact that everyone that works for All in the Details loves what they do and are so passionate about creating and organizing your dream event. They truly love it! Wedding planning is stressful, but with All in the Details, it doesn't have to be. Working with Melissa and All in the Details was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. She made all our ideas and vision for the overall day come together better that we could have ever imagined or hoped. She was able to trouble shoot effectively and quickly. Any issue with vendors, COVID, and weather that came up; Melissa already had a solution for. Her creativity, experience and detailed eye truly made the wedding the best night of our lives. We had a rain cloud that was about to cause a downpour in our ceremony, and within 10 min she had moved the entire ceremony set up - including a flower arch!- to a new location and had it laid out perfectly in such a way that it looked like the original plan. She has been a source of inspiration of ideas, a wealth of knowledge, and a true advocate for not only the wedding day, but for myself as a bride. We could not have had the beautiful ceremony and super fun reception (that guests are still talking about) if it were not for Melissa. I cannot recommend her enough!

Keri was the best thing that could've happened to us when planning our wedding. We had ample time to plan our wedding but honestly had I not worked with Keri, there would be soooo many things I would have never even thought about. She helped me design our wedding and her creative ideas and expertise really helped our vision come to life! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and I give so much thanks to her. Not to mention, All in the Details is more than just wedding planning, they have various rental items and photo booth services etc. It was nice to know if we needed something "last minute" we were able to rent from them directly. Choosing and working with Keri at All in the Details was the easiest decision my wife and I made when it came to our wedding day. She was thorough, kind, thoughtful, easy to work with, and fun. I would wholeheartedly recommend her. I hear all the time how stressful wedding days are and how nothing goes well. That was not our experience. Keri with All in the Details truly helped bring our dream wedding to life. Starting nearly 10 months before our big day, she helped create a seamless design and bring initial ideas to paper as well as helped us locate other vendors. Throughout the planning process, she was available and helpful, always finding new ways to help us feel less stress. On the day of, she ensured everything went smoothly and we felt like we had absolutely no worries. Everything was incredible, and I wish I could give this company six stars!

"We're having a small, simple wedding, do we really need a wedding coordinator?" - Us 3 months before the wedding The answer is a resounding yes. There are so many small things that will pop up along the way that you don't even consider. We hired Melissa with All in the Details, and it was some of the best money we spent on the wedding. Melissa is a true professional and made sure we felt comfortable leading up to our wedding day. On the wedding day, she took care of the MANY moving parts so that we could focus on enjoying the experience of getting married. One of the many fires she helped put out was when my bouquet was delivered and was not at all what I was expecting. She tracked down the florist and had them rework it while I continued to get ready. One of the benefits of hiring All in the Details that we didn't expect was that Melissa would be a calming presence in the midst of a chaotic last week (the weather projections bounced between amazing and horrific daily). Knowing that she was experienced and had been through this process for years was reassuring in a way that we didn't know we needed. If you don't know if you need a wedding coordinator or not, you do; if you don't know if you should hire All in the Details or not, you should.

Hard to begin this review, as I am stumped where to start. I guess first things first - If you are reading this review and figuring out what planner to move forward with...Let me help you - Go with ALL IN THE DETAILS!!!! Melissa and Keri are true Earth Angels. My wife & I had a wedding party chalk-full of various female energies and they handled our pack of crazies like true champions & with the biggest smiles on their faces. Those two women helped our dream wedding come to fruition & writing this review is barely scratching the surface of how deeply gracious Morgan & I are for their services the day of our wedding. From start to finish everything was as streamline as it could be. True savants of communication & customer service. Would HIGHLY encourage you to book them for any big event in your life!! Thank you ladies from the bottom of our hearts!!

Melissa is the absolute BEST! Could not have gotten through a covid wedding without her. Not only did she coordinate every detail, she managed all set up before and after and everything looked absolutely AMAZING. she was the biggest support through all the uncertainty and when she wasn’t making sure details were fab behind the scenes, she was calling me to calm me down because lord knows covid weddings ain’t easy. She made sure everything was beautiful and stayed on schedule and I could not have done any of the planning without her. Even after our wedding she’s helping my new hubby and me coordinate mr & Mrs pictures. Literally a dream! 11/10 would recommend!!! 😊♥️

Keri is amazing at what she does, and we highly recommend her and her team for wedding planning and coordination! I do event planning for my nonprofit work, and I initially thought I didn't need to hire a wedding coordinator, since I know how to run galas and large-scale events. However, when it comes to your own wedding, don't think for a second that you don't need someone like Keri. I hired Keri as my day-of coordinator for my wedding on 12/19/2020. We had to postpone our wedding, which was originally in May of 2020, and she was on board with us every step of the way when we originally hired her, when we postponed, and when we started to plan the details after deciding not to postpone the wedding again. She is organized and extremely knowledgable about things that you don't even know to ask about. Most importantly, she paid attention to what was important to my husband and I, and she made it all happen - like incorporating our dogs into our wedding! Also keep in mind you're hiring someone you can vent to who can offer actual solutions to your wedding drama and worries. Keri was always available when something random went wrong or there was something bothering me about another vendor or a detail, like an immediate family member coming down with covid last minute, and us having to completely change the seating chart. There was a lot of blood, sweat, and tears leading up to the wedding in the midst of the pandemic, but once Keri took over, it felt effortless, and the entire wedding day ran so smoothly. It's so nice to just hand over the keys and not worry about a thing, and that's what you get when you hire Keri. We were able to actually eat during the reception, socialize with our guests, and enjoy ourselves. At the end of the night, she and her team had everything packed up and broken down so that all we had to do was head back to our suite and relax. All in all, don't second guess it. Just hire her.

Melissa was very organized, professional, and offered her assistance with anything we needed. She helped us navigate the wedding planning during Covid-19 and was so flexible to the ever changing plan, even up to the day of!

SARAH is absolutely fabulous!!!!!! Not only is she the sweetest person ever but she is so good at what she does and she is beyond helpful. I was able to ask her for help when choosing vendors, pricing, you name it she helped!!! I wasn't sure about getting a wedding planner in the beginning BUT believe me when I say, Sarah is amazing and worth every single penny!!!! She is an absolute angel!!!!!!

Our planner Sarah was simply amazing! She was very professional, knowledgeable, and had a great relationship with the other vendors. She was able to guide us through the process without being over-bearing in any way. She did an excellent job of not only listening to us, but we felt she actually HEARD us. Her insights were always "spot-on", yet she never lost sight of making it the wedding of OUR dreams! She truly executed our vision throughout the wedding. Her attention to the small details (particularly at the end) was invaluable. We could not have done this without her!

Keri was amazing! She came in and took care of all the last minute issues. I was able to enjoy the whole day of the wedding. As a corporate event planner, I have worked with numerous companies all over the state, and I highly recommend All in the Details for your wedding.

Working with Keri at All in the Details made Nov 21st the dream event it was. She put my mind at ease every step of the way and helped me coordinate with all of the different vendors. She made sure everything ran smoothly and set up my millions of Etsy purchases the day of (thank you!). And also she helped me rebook ALL of our vendors in less than 2 days for our new wedding date when we had to postpone because of COVID. This woman is a true gem! Melissa is the BEST OF THE BEST! I found out about Melissa after reading wonderful reviews on the Knot. When I spoke with Melissa on the phone I knew she was the one I wanted to plan my wedding. My husband and I were set to get married in San Antonio in May 2020. Well..... all of our plans were put on hold when the covid outbreak happened. And let me tell you, Melissa was there every step of the way. Throughout the wedding planning process she was so attentive and on call whenever I needed her ALL WHILE HAVING 3 LITTLE BABIES!! I'm telling you, this woman was meant to be a wedding planner. She gets things done! Because of all the new rules and regulations in Texas we had to change things up again, and Melissa re-planned my wedding in 2 WEEKS! I never felt nervous because Melissa always said to me "I got you. I won't leave you. We will get this done". And we did!!!! It was the most perfect wedding. There are not enough words to explain how appreciative my husband and I are of Melissa and everyone at All in The Details. She is truly a GEM!

Melissa was so amazing on our wedding day! From the beginning, she made sure to fix all the hiccups with my vendors so I didn’t have to stress as the wedding day neared. She helped me and my fiancé find great compromises in our differing wedding preferences so that we got the best of both worlds. She was so sweet and attentive to the both of us and our families. Throughout the entire weekend she ensured that neither of us were anxious and had the time of our lives at the reception!! I would definitely recommend Melissa and her team!

On this day you need someone that can just ‘handle’ things for you. Keri managed to do that for us with a positive yet determined attitude the whole way. Melissa was everything that I could have wanted in a wedding planner. Being new to the area, she really helped me find vendors that I could rely on and were in my price range. She was so helpful from our first consultation all the way to my wedding day! She absolutely went above and beyond for me and my husband and I would recommend her to anyone needing a planner for their event!!!

Oh my goodness! I couldn't say enough good things about Melissa and her team! Melissa considered every single aspect of our special day - even the little things that I would've never thought of (Even as small as washing and drying our special champagne flutes after we were done with them!! Like what?!). We got her 6 months out and I never had to discuss things with all the different vendors (after choosing them), so if I needed ANYTHING I just went to Melissa and she took care of it! I was able to trust her with all the details and she organized all of the vendors the day of - not having to do that was such a weight off of my shoulders! She answered all of my crazy questions throughout the process, and was INCREDIBLE the day of! Even if there was a hiccup we definitely didn't know about it because Melissa and her team were ON TOP OF IT. It all went perfect in my eyes and I didn't have to worry about what was next on the timeline or anything. Her and her team kept everything running smoothly and did amazing with setting up and breaking down. All my husband and I had to worry about was having fun and soaking it all up! Just as an example of how amazing she is - right before I walked down the aisle (literally right before) I noticed there wasn't a chair for our feet washing ceremony and asked Melissa if there were going to be. Without hesitation she said "yes" and I didn't even think about it twice! Next thing I knew, it was time for the feet washing and chairs appeared magically! Having All in the Details apart of our wedding adventure was truly the greatest blessing. I look back on our special day and all I see is a beautiful day from start to finish. I think a LOT of that has to do with Melissa and her team taking care of "all the little details" that made everything just run so smoothly! We are so grateful - and you will be too!

Stephanie and I couldn't have picked a better planner for our wedding, we literally found the best. Melissa was there from the very beginning when I first asked her advice on the best way to ask Stephanie to marry me. She was always there when we needed her regardless of the time. The day of the wedding was perfect and it was because of Melissa and her amazing team who just made everything flow so perfectly. Kaleigh was the biggest help on wedding day. She kept everything in order and everything ran smoothly. She was constantly checking in on my groom and I the entire day and night, making sure we had everything we needed. Kaleigh is very professional and approachable. When I first got engaged I honestly thought I could plan my entire wedding but I wanted to have a professional on my side for peace of mind and Keri is next level amazing! She was very detailed from the planning process to the rehearsal to the day of our wedding. Keri’s experience shined through with her suggestions to make the day flow better and really made our day unique and special for us. As a bride, you spend so much time planning and making sure everything is perfect the last thing you want to do is try to remember to fix your hair, stick the timeline or make sure the vendors are paid- Keri takes care of all of this and more! I loved that Keri was really interested in what the Bride and Groom wanted and needed and was able to bring everything together flawlessly!

I don’t even know where to begin with. There is just alot of things to say about Melissa. Finding a wedding coordinator is a tough decision to make. I did my research and luckily i got all the details events. I knew in my heart as a bride that Melissa is the perfect coordinator for me. I remember the first time I met her i was so excited and nervous cause i dont want to get someone that i know i will regret. She’s intimidating but as you get to know her she’s very funny and outgoing. Without melissa by my side i dont know what to do as a bride. She helped me with everything like literally everything!! Shes always there to answer all your questions even if i think i ask her some stupid and obvious questions she still answers and as a bride that’s important cause you know you can rely on her no matter what. During the wedding she made sure and her team that everything is smooth and it turned out the way I expected!!! Melissa is just the best! You can never go wrong with this team as they all put their heart in everything they do!!!!

Melissa and her team were great! We hired her as our day-of coordinator for our wedding and also bought some additional consultation hours for our questions before our day-of package kicked in 1 month before our wedding date. She and her team were friendly, organized and had a lot of great advice and recommendations based on her many years of experience. We had a large, extra-long wedding (9 hours), and her team made sure everything ran smoothly, and they stayed until the very end with smiles on their faces. She took all of the stress off on the day of and leading up to the Big Day. We couldn't have done it without their help! We highly recommend All in the Details!
