esmaids and groomsman, made sure the couples walk out was planned and announced accordingly, had the dinner/ speeches/ etc all on schedule and did so good with making sure it went perfectly. I could not have asked for a better planned for my sisters wedding. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone who needed a planner 

as all because of Jessica and her assistant, Kaleigh. Their communication is fantastic and they couldn’t be more organized. I felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders when they started helping me with the wedding planning process. I recommend using them if you want the best day ever!!!

She helped me communicate clearly with all of my vendors and helped me follow up with vendors ensuring they did what we wanted them to! She did all this while still being kind and gentle and encouraging throughout the whole wedding planning season and wedding day. She helped keep the energy high and eliminated stress and chaos on my wedding day. I will miss Jessie now that I'm done planning!!

We wanted our wedding to feel like an event. There wasn’t a dull moment that evening. We had 200 people, and over 20 vendors and Brandy wrangled them all into order from the time they arrived. From the buracho burros, to the giant dancing robots, from curating the timeline, to the GORGEOUS signage she custom created for our crest, our wedding truly would not have been the same without her!

She's the sweetest and best thing that happened throughout our wedding planning process and I've made a friend for life. iring someone who speaks the language of this business, has an outstanding reputation, and has connections with a lot of people in this business! Melissa made our day so special and stress-free!

was asking about some vendors and why they hadn’t arrived yet. Melissa, the owner of the company and the primary coordinator for our event, scolded me for asking questions and rudely stated the timeline is fluid and to stop worrying about it. I was approached throughout the evening by guests and bridal party members that were individually either hollered at or chastised. Reserved seat placards were placed too late in the beginning of the ceremony, leading to my wife’s grandparents seating four rows back from the originally intended front seats. Melissa allowed the bar staff to take a bottle of 29 year old champagne (which was saved since the day she was born for her wedding day) and put it on ice for general serving. Luckily the fantastic bar staff didn’t end up serving it! But the icing on this cake was when I was approached by my DJ, Jimmy, who saw the coordinator speaking to me at the very end of the night. He asked if she had told me he would charge me for any time past the scheduled end (because we were delayed enjoying a cigar with all the groomsmen) to which I replied yes, she said it would be 150$. Apparently, prior to this, she told the DJ she did not want him extending for free (which he said he does happily for all his couples) because she was “tired” and “wanted to go home”.. this was the tipping point that led me to write this review. Not only did she approach me in front of all my friends, asking very publicly if I wanted to pay all these various fees to extend, but she had the audacity to complain to my DJ… I won’t say it ruined my entire wedding, that wouldn’t be fair and I wouldn’t let one person do that. But that certainly ruined what would’ve been a fantastic ending to the wedding. The absolute ONLY saving grace for All in the Details was another coordinator, Brandy Prundt, the one who was supposed to be our coordinator but unfortunately caught a stomach bug the night before the wedding. It’s disheartening to know the OWNER of the company isn't willing to provide the same service her employees are. Her company recently acquired Bartenders4You, a great company with a fantastic staff. I truly hope she doesn’t run that one into the ground…

I am still getting phone calls complimenting us on just how classy and fun the wedding was. Melissa thought of things that I didn't even know we needed but it is all those little things that I didn't need to think about - because she took care of it. Printing invitations, signage, rsvp's, booking blocks of rooms, band, food, alcohol, props, etc. Enough said, just call Melissa. Her and her team will take care of you....

If I asked a question or a change was discussed, she had already addressed it or taken care of it. There were a few rearrangements we had to do the day of due to the weather, but Melissa discussed those changes with me and made the necessary changes to make it all work. I felt the most confident and calm on our wedding day. Our guests loved the ceremony and the reception, and to this day are still calling it the event of season. Hahaha. Without Melissa and her team none of it would have been possible. I'm so grateful to her and her team. I look back on our day with love, joy, and peace. Her creativity, experience and detailed eye truly made the wedding the best night of our lives. We had a rain cloud that was about to cause a downpour in our ceremony, and within 10 min she had moved the entire ceremony set up - including a flower arch!- to a new location and had it laid out perfectly in such a way that it looked like the original plan. She has been a source of inspiration of ideas, a wealth of knowledge, and a true advocate for not only the wedding day, but for myself as a bride. We could not have had the beautiful ceremony and super fun reception (that guests are still talking about) if it were not for Melissa. I cannot recommend her enough!

One of the many fires she helped put out was when my bouquet was delivered and was not at all what I was expecting. She tracked down the florist and had them rework it while I continued to get ready. One of the benefits of hiring All in the Details that we didn't expect was that Melissa would be a calming presence in the midst of a chaotic last week (the weather projections bounced between amazing and horrific daily). Knowing that she was experienced and had been through this process for years was reassuring in a way that we didn't know we needed. If you don't know if you need a wedding coordinator or not, you do; if you don't know if you should hire All in the Details or not, you should.

My wife & I had a wedding party chalk-full of various female energies and they handled our pack of crazies like true champions & with the biggest smiles on their faces. Those two women helped our dream wedding come to fruition & writing this review is barely scratching the surface of how deeply gracious Morgan & I are for their services the day of our wedding. From start to finish everything was as streamline as it could be. True savants of communication & customer service. Would HIGHLY encourage you to book them for any big event in your life!!
