I booked All Inclusive Catering for my wedding on 6/5/26. I worked directly with the owner, Matt. This experience was better than I could have imagined. From tastings, communication to the day of the wedding - everything was perfect. I got so many compliments on my food (pesto chicken with asparagus and brisket with cheesy potatoes and mixed veggies). Not to mention that as the bride, Matt personally dished up my food (buffet style) and his staff ensured that I had everything I needed. I was even able to keep our drink station to the end of the night so I could make sure my guests were staying hydrated. I cannot say enough about how amazing Matt and the whole team at All Inclusive Catering is. I will recommend again and again!

Chef Matt Ziskey discovered a passion for catering in 2000, when he catered a friend’s wedding reception. He realized that he loved bringing happiness to people through food, so he founded All-Inclusive Catering in order to do that full-time.
All-Inclusive Catering can cater to groups of any size from 10 to 500. Thanks to Matt’s 20 years of experience cooking in kitchens all over Omaha, they offer an extensive menu that includes options for multi-course meals or buffets. phenomenal! The Pesto stuffed Chicken breasts were my favorite, but you can't go wrong with any of his choices! We also had a fantastic citrus pork tenderloin, scalloped potatoes, green beans with almond slivers and red peppers, and a Caesar salad. All delish! He was easy to communicate with and super easy going. We heard so many comments raving about our meal. He was very willing to accommodate food allergies and preferences. He even brought my dad a plain baked potato and chicken breast as he is a bit picky. We had plenty of left overs, I loved how he had a kids option with mac and cheese and chicken nuggets, so we didn't have to pay an adult price for all the little ones. I told him my only disappointment was that there was no chicken left at the end of the night - because my daughter raved about it to everyone on their way up to the buffet! Ha! atering catered our 300+ guest wedding and every time we had tried our menu from our original tasting and vendor nights to the day of the wedding, it always tasted just as delicious. The day of our wedding, Matt's team was efficient and very kind, they came in and checked to make sure everything was to our liking. We would highly recommend the chicken with garlic cream along with the garlic mashed potatoes! Matt provided a kids buffet and it was a major success with your younger guests.
