Our reception went great and it was because if this venue! They are affordable, the food was delicious and our banquet room was absolutely beautiful!! Jill was amazing to work with. Highly recommend.
Our night was everything I could have imagined and more thanks to the beautiful venue and amazing staff. The team was responsive every step of the way ensuring we got everything we wanted. They accommodated every odd request we made and was a HUGE contribution to our perfect night! Endya was our coordinator and I never had to question if we were on track as she took care of it all. At the end of the night we thought we cleaned up everything, but she went above her requirements to run out and find someone to let them know we left 2 totes of decorations and my beautiful Veil. If it was not for her, I am sure things would not have gone so smoothly and surely I would have been a huge wreck. Now the food, the food was literally amazing! I have had so many guests reach out to me to tell me that the food served was hands down the best wedding food they've ever experienced. I promise this venue and staff will not disappoint!
Couldn't be happier with Jill, Tyler, and the rest of the All Occasions team. They were patient, detailed, friendly, and so sweet to work with. Tyler really understood the vision we had for our wedding and Jill was just such a calming person. I had no doubt everything was going to work out.
They also had amazing food. When my sister had her wedding reception at All Occasion I knew I would want to copy and do the same. If you don't have the smoked Gouda Mac and cheese and the amazing carrots you are missing out.
All Occasions was a 10/10 for our big day. Thank you Jill, Tyler, and Team!
The food is super AMAZING, especially the gouda mac n cheese and carrots. Our reception ended up being super gorgeous from the colors and centerpieces that my husband and I picked out. I would like to give a big THANK YOU to Tyler, Jill and other staff members for making our wedding reception a blast!!
I cannot say enough positive things about All Occasions. From the day we met to tour the rooms, to the end of our reception, we had nothing but a great experience with the staff. Jill and Tyler worked with my parents to give us the best reception I could’ve asked for. The food was delicious and the execution of our decorations couldn’t have been more perfect. They were professional, respectful, and you could tell they genuinely wanted to be a part of our celebration.
I won’t lie, when Covid hit, we worried we were going to have to push back our date and lose everything we had already prepared for. Jill and Tyler both stepped up and really out us at ease about keeping our date. The reception went off without a hitch, and everyone enjoyed themselves. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and followed all protocols to keep our guests safe and healthy.
Their catering was delicious, but make sure you take full advantage of their tastings and enjoy the smoked Gouda! Our guests raved about it!!
I highly recommend using All Occasion Banquet Center for your wedding reception or just your next big party. They will treat you like family until the end!
We can not say enough wonderful things about this venue. 5 days before our wedding we had to move it to St. Charles instead of STL due to COVID. They helped plan and accommodate our reception of 150 in 5 days. Everything was beautiful, the food was delicious, the service was helpful, Tyler was patient and helpful as I picked out linens for an hour, and our event coordinator Jess was so helpful keeping us on track and reminding us to enjoy our day.
They made it feel this was our plan from Day 1! We would chose and recommend this venue over and over!
Thank you so much for an amazing reception! Tyler was great with all the planning and questions that we had. Jessica was our coordinator for the evening and she was amazing. Everything went very smoothly and she helped keep the night moving along for more dancing! We got so many compliments on the food and drinks. Guests even loved how friendly and fun our bartenders were! The night was perfect!!
This was a GREAT place for our reception. Jill and Tyler were awesome to work with and promptly answered any questions that we had. Everything was very organized. The food was AMAZING! We got so many compliments on how great it was. So glad that we chose All Occasion Banquet Center.

We picked All Occasion for our wedding reception and it was the BEST CHOICE!!! First of all, the food.. was... EXCELLENT!!! Everyone at my wedding kept complimenting how wonderful the good was. The quality was unbelievable. Second, the coordination was top notch. Jill and Tyler worked with me prior to the wedding. They answered any and all of my questions via email in a timely manner. They helped me pick out table cloth colors and light colors. I had so many options for what I wanted in regards to the decorations, food, and events. They were so helpful!! Jessica was the coordinator during the reception and everything ran so smoothly. Everything looked so classy and beautiful including the dance floor lights, open bar section, and the decorations. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!
Our reception at All Occasion was amazing! The staff was always professional and friendly, but they treated us more like family than anything else. The food was amazing and all of our guests were blown away. They were super helpful and gave suggestions when we asked but were always supportive of hearing ideas that we were considering. Having our reception at All Occasion Banquet Center was the best decision we made for ourselves and our guests!
Jill, Tyler, and the rest of the All Occasion staff did an amazing job with our wedding reception! From our initial meeting, All Occasion stood out to us. We were always treated like their priority when we came in for any kind of meeting, or e-mailed with any questions. Very easy to work with, and extremely professional. By the time our reception came around, everything was perfectly ironed out and the night ran perfectly smooth. Since another group booked our room the morning of our reception, the staff even set-up the room for us, which was a big weight off our family. Also, the food is to die for! Tyler was with us during our reception to make sure we knew what was going on and that everything ran smoothly. A++++++ for All Occasion!
Leading up to our big day, All Occasion was great to work with. Flexible meeting times, flexible tastings for our menu and they were very friendly! The day of, food was great and everyone had a nice time.
All Occasion is fantastic!! They are super helpful and always have great suggestions to make for a great party/wedding!! Tyler and Jill are super sweet and have gone out of their way to help make my day the greatest. The food is fantastic and the building in gorgeous! They keep it affordable and and guide you through everything! Best.Place.Ever!
We had a wonderful experience with All Occasion from start to finish! Jill and Tyler were both easy to communicate with via phone, email, and in person, and made the whole reception planning experience fun, personalized, and stress-free. They really know their stuff! They had great ideas for all kinds of things that my husband and I needed help/ideas with, from the nitty-gritty details of timing of the evening, to seating logistics, to decorations. The reception staff and banquet coordinator during our reception were all very friendly, professional, and helpful, and made the evening run really smoothly. And All Occasion takes care of SO many details for you, both before and during the reception! For the VERY reasonable cost per person, it includes dinner, various drink/bar options, the tables/chairs/linens, and even options for a variety of centerpieces, table numbers, and card boxes if you want to use theirs! We were so thankful for this! They were flexible and accommodating with us bringing in our own touches to the reception (a hot chocolate/tea/coffee drink table, a "Wheel of Kissing" that our guests had to spin to try to get us to kiss instead of clinking the glasses, etc.) and helped us plan where to fit everything in the room. Our guests had a great time, the space was wonderful, and the food was out of this world! We had so many compliments on the food - especially the smoked gouda mac and cheese. We have had guests tell us they've been trying to recreate it at home because they've been craving it so much! ;) We are so thankful that we chose All Occasion for our reception venue and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great, affordable, fun, and stress-free reception!
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Jill and Tyler. They absolutely go above and beyond to make your experience as flawless and seamless as possible. Not only did they not mind me bothering them with questions or meeting with us on multiple occasions to go over details (and changing the table settings until we were in love), but they had a scheduling conflict (not their error, either) and gave us the option for right of first refusal for coming in and decorating our venue the night before, or if we allowed them to rent the space out that evening, we could drop everything off and they would set it up for us. They did not guilt us or give us a sob story at all to coerce us to rent the room. I decided to allow them to rent the room and they would set everything up. They did such an AMAZING job; there's no way I would have made the room look that good!!!!!!! In addition to them just being amazing people, the food was phenomenal (I HIGHLY recommend the smoked gouda mac n' cheese!!!!!!), the price with an open bar was just amazing, they (literally) held our hands and led us through the events for the evening, and everyone had just wonderful things to say about the venue. Jill and Tyler, thank you, thank you, thank you for making our night stress free and being so accommodating. I will be recommending you to everyone!
I've known about All Occasion for awhile through many friends and family members holding their wedding ceremony and/or reception there. When researching potential reception venues, I immediately figured out why I've been there so many times. They offer an incredible amount of perks for a very reasonable price. Our package included everything we needed - including the wedding cake, lighting, open bar, and centerpieces. We hardly had to lift a finger to decorate the reception - it is gorgeous as is. They are constantly making upgrades to the space to make their two venue rooms better and better.
And can we please discuss the food? AMAZING. Anyone who has been there will immediately mention the food, and you'll know why when you go for tastings. I hate carrots, but their cinnamon glazed carrots are to die for. And it will break your heart to only choose 2 of their starches - they're all amazing.
Finally, the best things about this venue are Jill and Tyler. From day one, they are both incredibly supportive, helpful, and kind. They've done so many weddings, but they still show genuine excitement and make an effort to get to know you. They will answer any and every question you have, and they never make you feel like a bother. They walk you through every step of the evening in advance so you know what to expect, and they treat you like royalty that night so you don't have to worry about a thing. For most of the wedding planning, I lived in another state, and they offered numerous times to take photos of different centerpiece and color setups and email me pictures so I would be able to visualize everything. Now that we're married, I kinda miss talking to them....
All Occasions was amazing in helping us plan our reception. They walked us through everything and kept us on track through the planning process. Tyler is extremely helpful and you can tell he has been doing this for a while.
The venue is gorgeous and all inclusive. The cost includes food, open bar, centerpieces, cake, and uplighting. They make this so easy for the brides. Their food is also amazing. We were married over a month ago and people are still talking about how good everything tasted!
I had my wedding reception here. Jill and Tyler are such awesome people to work with and answered all of my questions! The food was awesome and everything was a very reasonable price! We had no complaints, everyone loved the place! Will always recommend all occasion banquet center to future brides!! Thanks so much for helping make my day fantastic!
Fabulous .... Great place to have a wedding or party ...very professional and great service. My wedding was here on 4/18/15. My family friends love the food and atmosphere. Tyler and Jill were great the whole time.
Overall, I had a very positive experience with All Occasions. Jill and Tyler were friendly and always responded to my questions promptly. Tyler sat down with us during the FREE tasting and answered many questions and gave advice. Jill also gave excellent advice that I would not have thought of while we finalized plans. The venue was beautiful! They provide centerpieces, which we only added flower petals to, and the lighting looked fantastic. What I will remember most is how friendly all the servers/staff were. Staff checked-in on me several times throughout the night, but were not overbearing. The only complaint that I would have would be regarding the bar. It opened 15 minutes later than we had scheduled, though once this was brought up, they extended the bar time by 15 minutes. The drinks were also a little too strong. However, I think that if that's my only complaint, they must be doing something right. I would recommend All Occasions to family/friends if/when they become engaged.
Ernie owns and is the DJ and a good one. the hall is decorated in a medieval theme and comes with his services and a bartender and setups a great place and a price that is hard to beat
I worked with Tyler and he was excellent. The evening was perfect and I could not have asked for more.
Great communication! Anytime we had a question they were there to answer usually right away but never did I feel we had to ask again. Food was really good and Jill and Tyler were very helpful!
Tyler and Jill did an amazing job of easing the stress when my original wedding venue closed unexpectedly 6 weeks before my wedding. All about the details with those 2. Your happiness is their priority.
This place was nice but I was looking for more than just a banquet hall
Jill and Tyler were awesome in the pre-planning of everything and were very accommodating. The food is excellent and a great value for the cost. My only complaint is that one of their wait staff was rude multiple times to many people in the wedding party and to my family. It was brought up to management and his response was basically well he's a good employee otherwise whats your point. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for that.

Jill and all of the staff at All Occasion made planning my reception a breeze! They were so helpful with everything before and the day of the reception!
We were impressed not only with the food but also with Jill. My wife and I paid for the wedding ourselves and we are both young so we were looking for a place that fit our budget. This place popped up since the price to rent the hall was included in the price per plate. We scheduled a tasting and meeting at the hall and that is when we met Jill. She is the owner of the place and was so helpful. She wanted to know everything and made sure that we got everything we wanted out of our reception. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a reception on a budget or not. They have two rooms a small and a big, we used the small room because we only had 60 guests, but for those bigger receptions there is room for them as well.
All Occasion Banquet Center is great. You can tell the owners truly love what they do and are happy to work with you to make sure you have your dream day! I had 215 guests and they all had a blast!I highly recommend All Occasions!
The owners worked closely with us and let us come in as much as we wanted to play around with decorations. Overall I would recommend this venue for anyone on a budget and looking for friendly service!
Jill and her husband, the owners, were so awesome to work with and were very flexible with everything that we needed. For the price and everything that is included, it is well worth the money. The food they make is very good and the cake by Cakes by Georgia in St. Peters was awesome. My guests are still raving about the center, the staff, the food, and the service. Great for couples who are on a budget of $10,000 for everything. Thanks so much for a providing a great to celebrate our wedding.

All Occasions caught my attention because of the price. It is a family owned business and they blew me away with the quality. The food was truly delicious, the personal attention made me feel important, and they were willing to work with my ideas. Jill, the owner, knows what she is talking about, and the whole family is experienced so they will make your day great.
Absolutely Phenomenal! This place is all inclusive and worth twice what they charge(did I mention that includes an open bar!)! They had no problem when we made changes at the last minute. The servers were fantastic at their job clearing plates, empty glasses. The bartender was friendly and made a great margarita (I had two!). Jill was great! She was understanding even when I pestered her multiple times per day.
My new husband and I agreed that we were just completely blown away by how wonderful a job they did. John, our host catered to our every need with an honest smile. He was a joy to have around! I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing.
The food was delicious, people couldn't get enough of the mashed potatoes, and I had two chicken marsalas! My grandmother thanked me for ensuring there were options for the vegetarians in our family (3 vegetarians and 2 entree` options!).
It really just boggles the mind how much they give you for the wee lil price they ask (gratuity included, no hidden fees). We paid more for our honeymoon!!!

I honestly, without-a-doubt, 100% recommend this vendor to anyone in the metro area. They are super easy to work with, they LOVE what they do, and they offer the most competitively priced venue without skimping on quality. We paid for the hall, the cake, the food and the booze on one bill. They offered us a large menu to choose from, and since our wedding was in February, we also got a discount off the total price per seat. (In our case, we had an open bar... for FREE!) They even recommended a DJ for us and we were able to get a discount after their referral.
The check might seem steep at the end, but you pay over 50% of your wedding budget on the reception and this place is a one stop shop!!
This family-owned business is a pleasure to work with! They have tons of experience and give brides what they want. Packages include a 5 hour reception (because 4 hours isn't enough!). The food is amazing and it is very affordable. The specialty of the house package includes an open bar AND wedding cake (Sweet Ideas--Cakes by Georgia) for the cost of just food at most places in the area. Tons of colors to choose from for linens and just a beautiful reception!
