All Occasion Limousine

We used All Occasion for transportation on our wedding day on June 10th. Our driver was Jim and he was awesome. We had him from 11am all the way until about 1am and he was always professional and fun to be with for the day. Great driver and a great party bus with phone hook ups for audio and plenty of space to spread out. He was on time and great at following our agenda for the day. Everyone complimented us for such a nice shuttle experience the next day. Thanks Jim and everyone at All Occasion!

Although we received a decent price on the limo (still expensive for 6 hours on a Friday), we received a very outdated limo. The driver was nice, but a bit late to picking up the girls and the guys in the morning for the ceremony. Not completely thrilled for the price we paid.

From beginning to end, our experience working with Tracey, Ron, and our driver, Ron, was excellent. Email communication with Tracey and Ron was promptly answered and helpful, and we had no problems with payment or contracts. We selected limo #30 for our party of 10, and it was perfect. Driver Ron arrived on time, called when he was outside our pickup location, and then sent me a text with his phone number for whenever we needed it. He was an excellent driver, and even moved the limo closer to where we were taking photos at Wade Oval because I was getting blisters from my shoes! All Occasion provides cups, napkins, and ice; it would be nice if bottled water could also be provided, but it wasn't a problem for us to pack some bags and coolers with water, snacks, and sparkling wine for our own enjoyment. Our limo was clean and cool inside, and we were able to connect to the Bluetooth music easily. For fun, we tried to turn on the starlights and the overhead colorful lights, but they didn't seem to work--not a big deal at all, and it was also still daytime so maybe we just didn't see them. Overall, however, this was a great company to work with, and I absolutely recommend them!

All Occasion limo was great to work with for our wedding. Tracey was great to communicate with and organize each of the vehicles we needed. They were on time and both of our drivers were outgoing, energetic and fun to be around. The vehicles themselves were in great shape and everything we needed inside worked well. I would highly recommend them for a wedding and will surely use them in the future for other occasions.

All Occasion was great! They reached out to me to ensure they understood the details of our wedding and to make sure we were on the same page. The driver was on-time, professional and actually quite funny. The limo was clean and obviously well cared for. We were extremely please with your services and feel that the price was more than fair for our experience. We will be calling you again.

I've used All Occasion Limousine before and have always had a great experience. The drivers are friendly and accommodating, the buses are clean, the drivers are on time, and I've never had any issues with them. This was the case for Saturday, with one exception. I know the roads in the downtown area can be a bit shotty, but I really think the shocks on the bus we were received were in need of replacement. The very back of the bus was exceptionally bumpy and we pretty much felt everything, which resulted in me getting motion sickness - luckily it passed quickly. HOWEVER, our driver Vic was excellent. He apologized, even though it wasn't his fault, but I appreciated it. I would still recommend All Occasion Limousine as in all the years I've used them, this was the only time I've had any sort of issue. Go figure it had to be on my wedding lol!

It all started back on a winter night when I was driving with my fiance and wedding planning in the car. I decided to call a limo place to leave a message. I got a hold of them and the man on the phone was very personable and his quote seemed to fit our budget and was way less expensive than other companies. Whenever I looked for limos I was always very skeptical because there were always so many awful reviews. This company was no different. So, I had my dad go look at the limo to see how it was and I asked a lot of questions. My husband told me we couldn't keep looking at the reviews. So, I finally just booked and hoped it would work out. The limo was amazing. The day of when the limo arrived it was PERFECT. The limo was very nice, there was not one thing wrong with it. The limo driver was so AMAZING. We had a rainy day and were prepared with umbrellas. We took many pictures in downtown Cleveland in between the wedding and reception. After many pictures it seemed as if the rain was gone and we left the umbrellas in the car. Well, we were wrong and the rain came hard. We began to run back to the limo only to find the limo driving running out to US with umbrellas! Now that is amazing service. What a great and affordable company!

So, our limo was a decent amount of time late... we walked out of the church, and we got stuck standing out there for about 10 minutes. When the driver finally came, we had already walked back into the church to take pictures.. we were kind of forced to do the whole 'ride around the block' thing... we went to get in, and the air conditioning was broken... needless to say, a 30 lb dress and a warmer day in a car with no air conditioning = a cranky bride :/ He was very nice though, and even offered up some suggestions for picture locations! The only reason that I am giving this a 4, is because of how nice he was, not because of the company in particular, or even with the tardiness aside.

the driver was great the limo not so much. looking at the limo you wouldn't notice anything wrong, the limo grounded out a a lot of the times when we were driving. The driver was super helpful and awesome

Our driver for the evening was Jack. He arrived early to the church for our pick up and was a very safe and efficient driver throughout our evening. He coordinated his driving with our photographer so both of them knew where to park and where to drive next. Jack was very sweet and fun. All Occasion provided water, ice, cups, and napkins which was very helpful! I would absolutely recommend All Occasion for any wedding limo as they highly surpassed my wishes for my services on our wedding day!

Very disappointed that the air conditioning in the limo didn't work, was blowing out hot air. The driver was told that the air was not working. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The bride, groom, and all of the bridal party was sweating before the pictures. The company than had the nerve to call the brides mothers requesting $90.00 more dollars for a larger tip.

The driver was great, very professional and on time. We would use again. We are already using them again at the end of the month. Tracey and Dan were very helpful.

Our limo broke down.

I did my research on limo services and I must say, the reviews are mostly true. I read some reviews on All Occasion Limousine and for the most part, the reviews were average but a lot of reviews noted that the air conditioning didn't work on their Party Bus. Before we booked the bus, we called around to a number of different companies. When we spoke with AO, we asked them if they could guarantee that the bus would have working air conditioning the day of the wedding. They stated that they do an inspection the morning of and let us know that the air conditioning wouldn't be a problem. That wasn't the case... After our wedding ceremony, we bridal party went to get on the bus and guess what, the air conditioning wasn't working! The driver had the bus running throughout the ceremony and didn't realize that the air was broke. The driver kept trying to call the company and nobody was answering. Because we were on a schedule, we had to take the bus to our photography location. By the time the driver got us to the location, he had contacted the company to get a replacement bus. The replacement bus got to our location in time to bring us to our reception but I must say, this is something that adds a lot of frustration to your wedding day. I understand that stuff like this happens, but based on the number of reviews that mentioned the broken air conditioning, it seems like an ongoing issue that needed to be resolved.

Billy was a fantastic addition to our wedding experience. He was timely and humorous! He fit right in with our crew, and we were pleased to have him along!! The limo-bus was clean, spacious, and well stocked. We had a great time!! He was with us for almost 7 hours, and he tolerated our endless picture taking! ;)

I was highly disappointed with our limo. First of all, it was a 95* day, and our bus was NOT blowing out cold air. So with 14 people, the bus was way too hot. Then on the way to the reception hall, the driver had to get directions from one of my bridesmaids. The secretary was given the addresses of everywhere we were going the week before, so this should NOT be happening. When we got to the reception hall at 6:30, he QUICKLY pushed us off the bus because our time was up. Needless to say, his tip dwindled fast.

Bill was our driver and he was nothing but professional! He helped carry the girls' flowers, my dress train, the guys jackets, and had a smile on his face the whole time! Great job!!

We've had some bad experiences with this company in the past, but decided to give it another try because of a 50% off coupon we had. It ended up being a great experience, no problems at all. The driver was great and the limo was really nice. My faith is restored in them.

We had a great experience. The limo was in great shape. They showe up on time. We had a few last minute changes in our schedule and the driver adapted very well. We even had to deal with road closures due to a presidential visit and he handled it well. We had a large and loud wedding party and he handled us great. He was there helping everyone in and out of the limo each time. When the girls wanted their flowers for pictures he was there handing them out. It was a cold day so the girls were wearing coats up until the photos were taken, he stood there & took all their coats and held them while the photos where taken & then gave them back. He got us to every where we wanted to go without any problems. He communicated well with our photographer to make meeting up easy. Bill made the transportation portion of our wedding a great part.

TERRIBLE I WOULD NOT RECCOMMMEND TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. I DROVE 40 MINUTES TO THEIR OFFICE TO VIEW BUSES TO PICK ONE 7 MONTHS BEFORE WEDDING, PICKED A BUS, EVERYTIME I TALKED TO THEM I CONFIRMED THAT BUS. OFCOURSE THAT IS NOT THE BUS THAT PICKED US UP. WHEN WE CALLED THEY WERE RUDE AND SAID WE ARENT GUARENTEED ANYTHING AND TO DEAL WITH IT. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION.

All Occasion Limousine gave me very good service. However, the driver we had was not and I would not recommend the driver. The company itself was very professional and contacted me close to the date to review everything. It is hard to get a hold of the company though. The driver was on time and was very nice. It appeared he did not know how to drive though. We almost got in 3 accidents and he passed the venue after being told directions. It made the bus a nervous wreck but we survived!

i had a great experience with customer service and ou driver was great... but the bus we has was not to par... the shocks needed work so the whole ride was very bumpy to the point were it was uncomfortable and some of our drinks in the cooler broke...

The limo was very clean and nice. Our driver was very nice- she did take the longest way to the ceremony- we were there right on time- the groom felt a little rushed however.

Our driver showed up 15 mins early, helped the girls get onto the limo bus, and lifted the heavy bags and cooler for us. He also brought the bride and groom cold water and an umbrella to cool off at the exceptionally hot photo session after the I do's. Professionally dressed and polite, we had a great time on the bus and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

All Occasion did a great job shuttling all the different groups for our wedding. Our driver had over 7 different trips to make to get us all where we needed to be. He was on time for every pick-up and drop-off, and had no trouble with directions, etc. He even helped us carry stuff into the church. The staff in the office was also great to work with - though sometimes it seemed as though you had to give the same information to several different people. The limo was clean and cool and well-stocked with ice, etc. All in all, a great, and EXTREMELY reasonable company. (We had the limo for 7.5 hours for $690 - about 1/3 to 1/2 what other limo companies were asking.)

We got married on an extremely hot day and they had no air on in the limo. When we asked them to turn it on or get a new limo, the driver acted as if the limo was fine. We were all getting off the limo to cool down. Not to mention the driver had no clue where she was going and told us our city was not in her GPS. We tried complaining and did not have a good experience with that either.

If you are looking for a limosine service to just drive you back and forth, then All Occastion will work for you. They really need some major updates on their vehicle's, but if you don't care how they look, then use them for the value.

We rented a 14-passenger white limo for ourselves and our bridal party for our wedding. Our driver, Kim, was very friendly and professional, and also very helpful in getting my dress in the car smoothly. We also got a discount for using the coupon in the Entertainment book.

We rented our wedding limo based on a 50% off coupon we had. We also rented with them for our Bachelor/Bachelorette party. The limo broke down TWICE on our party night but the company compensated us for the problems. We had ZERO problems on our wedding day but I was not impressed with the limo itself. The emergency window would not close properly and rattled ALL DAY LONG. Besides that, it was a good rental.

I did not get the original limo that I picked out, however, the air was not working on the day of my wedding so they sent us a replacement limo. It wasn't as new, but I would have been furious if the air did not work on the limo. You cant beat their prices.

Overall I was satisfied with the service we received. The only complaint was an unprofessional remark Made by the driver while pictures were being taken. use an entertainment coupon.

The drivers was polite and professional. He arrived early so we didn't have to worry about being late to the church. The bus was supposed to be able to seat 18-20 people but it was a squeeze to get 14 of us on it. We had a lot of fun on the party bus and had a great experience with All Occasion. I highly recommend them!

I found this limousine company in my entertainment book. We got a decent deal but our driver got lost on more than 1 occasion, which added undue stress to our wedding day. They had a flexible payment plan, which was budget friendly, but the service was average as best.

We actually bought a Groupon for our Limo, we still had to pay tax and tip but it was a great value. We rented a 22 passenger party bus that was clean, drove smooth and our driver Perry was super helpful. We will use All Occasion Limousine for any future limo needs!

We got a party bus for the day of our wedding. We had 25 people in our wedding party and had to have something to accomodate us. The bus was a good time for sure! One of the highlights of our day!

We rented our limousine pretty early on and we did not go and view it first, our mistake. The outside of the limo was very nice but the inside definitely had some tears in the upholstery, stains and just wasn't super new. It also stated online that the limo we chose would hold up to 14 people. We had 10, pretty normal size people, and we were tight. I don't know how 4 more people would have fit in that vehicle comfortably. Our driver was very nice and even did some extra errands for the guys while they were getting ready. However, he kept pushing to end our limo time about 15 minutes earlier than what we had paid for. We said we had the limo until 6:45 and every time he brought up the end time it was 6:30. We paid for those 15 minutes and didn't really appreciate him trying to get out early. The one thing that sort of made up for the ok quality of the limo was that they offered a 50% off coupon in the entertainment book. So, we didn't pay anywhere near what other limo companies would have charged. I will say that our driver did arrive to our start location super early to make sure he got their on time and he did an excellent job getting everyone where they needed to go. I would recommend this limo company but make sure you go see the limos first and get that coupon!

No complaints about All Occasion Limousine. Bill was our driver and he was so helpful. He never needed directions, he was early when arriving to pick us up and he got us to each location on time despite the huge unexpected snow storm we got that day. The limo bus we had used was very clean and spacious. It fit our large wedding party perfectly.
