One of the first questions Alex asked us was what we wanted for our wedding day, to which we responded that it was a fun, memorable, relaxing day where we could enjoy our friends and family and not have to worry about the details. From there, Alex prioritized our needs and delivered beyond what we imagined. Alex and her team created several design vision boards for my wedding. Once we picked which we liked best, Alex found the right vendors within my budget, would take down/set up design elements, and was extremely easy to work with. She also kept in touch with all vendors, including my venue. Finally, Alex coordinated with ALL vendors in creating a day-of schedule. AND IT DOESN'T STOP THERE! The wedding day was bliss for my husband and me. One thing that stuck out was that our wedding cake was delivered to the venue a bit smooshed. Alex got an even BETTER wedding cake to the venue (in Brainerd, Minnesota) from the Twin Cities area without mentioning the mishap to me! All we had to do was relax and enjoy our special day. I cannot recommend All of the Above more!

We hired All of the Above for month and day of coordination which was super helpful to have her help leading up to wedding day. She provided an extensive checklist and helped us stay organized and on pace for wedding planning. As with any wedding, things certainly did not go as planned but Alex made sure we didn’t feel an ounce of pressure. 1. My wedding dress zipper broke when putting it on right before first looks, her and her team stitched me right in with their emergency sewing kit. 2. We were sent the wrong head tablecloth in a color that did not go with our theme. Alex helped us pivot and created a head table that exceeded our own expectations. The display was so beautiful it made us love our set up even more than what we thought was our “dream head table”. 3. The caterer was supposed to provide plated meals to my wife and I as well as our bridal parties. When the caterer dropped the ball, Alex and her team stepped right in to serve us plated meals and keep the timeline flowing. 4. The caterer was supposed to provide my mom with an allergy friendly meal which they failed to do. Alex stepped right in to inform me and ask if her team could pick up a meal nearby for my mom. They did so without a hitch and my mom LOVED what they got for her. Aside from All of the Above problem solving so seamlessly, they kept our wedding on pace in a stress-free fashion. Their attention to detail was unparalleled. We can’t imagine what our wedding day would have been without Alex and her team, however, we know for fact that we would not have enjoyed it near as much. One of the best financial decisions we made for our wedding and would 1000% recommend All of the Above for your wedding planning needs!

They were kind, professional, and hardworking. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. re of. We have to deal with a lot of vendors, (good and bad) including planners, and can definitely say that having a great one is so very important - and All of the Above nailed it. They were on top of everything to ensure that everything was taken care of. With our most recent wedding, it was not ideal weather to compete with, however, these ladies sure knocked it out of the park to make sure that the event went as smooth as possible!

On the wedding day, her team put out fires that we never needed to worry about and put in extra work after our wedding day while we were on our honeymoon advocating for us to resolve issues with vendors that didn't fulfill their commitment on our wedding day. Outside of the great work her team did on the day of the wedding, Alex was a huge support for both of us throughout the day just being a human that cared about us and not a wedding vendor that has a contractual obligation. You can trust that her and her team are going to put you first because she cares not because she's paid to do it.

up hiring her anyway. My wedding was planned in 30 days while my now wife and I live in different states. Both my wife and I work in excess of 60-70 hours a week. Alex helped with not only wedding planning but the coordination of vendors. When issues came up to include issues on the day of the wedding, Alex handled everything with grace and professionalism. I would like to paint a picture of the challenge that Alex faced and ultimately overcame. 1. Wedding timeline very short (less than 30 days roughly) 2. I live in state X my wife lives in state Y and the location was in state Z . 3. Multinational / multi-cultural event (think big fat desi wedding). 4. Vendors located in 4 different states almost everything was fully custom and one off. 5. Blizzard hit the day before and the day of the event. 6. Odd work hours and time zones meant that I would call Alex at 4-5 AM or 12 midnight depending on what day it was. I enjoyed working with Alex and her team so much that in the future when I need to plan a party, I will be reaching out again. Alex had never planned any kind of desi wedding much less a Muslim Nikah; but she managed to exceed our expectations.

weekend of our wedding (we had a "mini-destination" wedding weekend) they kept everything on time, organized and took care of EVERYTHING. I do not know what we would have done without them and they gave us such peace of mind the entire time. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

pushy. Leading up to the wedding, they were very communicative and responsive; they thought of countless things that I would have never thought about. They are creative problem solvers, trustworthy, and help keep perspective when things feel overwhelming as a bride. Honestly, they act as an advocate for the bride all throughout the wedding planning and help make your decision come to life. On the day of the wedding, they were on top of literally everything so that I didn't have to think about a single thing... and it was all PERFECT. From the decor they set up perfectly, the nonstop dealing with vendors, and the behind the scene work, to literally grabbing a "tide to go" and removing any dirt from my dress before the wedding all while making sure I had my favorite drink throughout the night.. they are the very BEST. I can't thank these ladies enough!

They did such a good job coordinating time and details with all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page! We had our wedding at our lake home on West Battle Lake; and she helped us with finding all our vendors. From our caterer; Precision Catering, to our DJ; Harmon Entertainment; to our tent company; Fargo Party Tents; we even had Portable Porcelain, for some fancy porta potties; just to name a few. Alex and her team were always calm, collective, and professional. We had 2 day of hiccups that she handled absolutely flawlessly. She coordinated getting walls for the tent the day of to handle the “Battle Lake blow”. As well getting a replacement shirt and pants for one of groomsmen who forgot them at home back in the Twin Cities. If you are planning a wedding in the Ottertail County area I would highly recommend hiring her team. There is no way we could have pulled off our big day had we had Alex with us every step of the way.

nt photographer the morning of my wedding when my original photographer ended up in the ER. She deflected every problem before I even knew about it. She was in constant communication with us and our wedding party to ensure every wrinkle was smoothed out before our big day. We had multiple people comment on how well she did, how friendly she was, and how professional she presented herself. You will not be disappointed if you choose to have Alex as your event planner. She was hired as our wedding coordinator and grew to become our friend. We are so grateful for her and for all she did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect.
