ning of the wedding to confirm the pick up times the shuttles would be arriving to the hotels to pick up our wedding guests, this company did not have the correct pick-up times noted!! If I had not called that morning, our guests would not have arrived to our wedding until about 45 minutes after it was scheduled to begin!!!! The shuttles and limos were in good condition, but the stress that the lack of coordination put me through outweighed the condition of the limos and shuttles. When I asked to speak with the manager about the mishap, he was very rude, stating that I had changed the reservation several times, which made the reservation "confusing". We spent a lot of money for these shuttles and limos, and for the amount of money spent, coordinating pick-up times for 3 hotels should not be difficult or confusion. I would not recommend.
