Tarrick and All Pro Charter were amazing and so easy to work with for our wedding. We got married at Stone Tower Winery which has the windiest roads of all time. All Pro let us know it was no problem navigating two 55 passenger buses. They were so flexible that we wanted to have the buses pick up at different hotels, then bring guests back to the hotels and to an after party bar downtown. Tarrick was so flexible and helpful to work with. He was super transparent and patient when we switched the schedule, pick up locations, etc. highly recommend them!!

The team was very professional, stayed in touch during pick up and drop off, and made adjustments when necessary.

I had an excellent experience with this charter service. The shuttle we rented for our wedding was comfortable and brought our guests to the venue and back home on time. We heard so many horror stories of other services being late or not showing up at all so to see the shuttle for our guest come early was such a stress relief. Our own car also arrived and dropped us off on time. Tarrick was easy to reach by phone and email and very quick to answer questions and accommodate our needs. Prices were transparent. I would highly recommend using this service.

Tarrick was beyond amazing! I would literally give 100 stars if I could! He was able to work so easily with us when we were figuring out our ever changing wedding day schedule. The two 55-person coach buses were perfectly on time, and they knew exactly where to park and travel to. I highly recommend this service and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Great experience with All Pro Charter for my wedding day! Working with Tarrick was seamless and I felt that all details were well taken care of. Our drivers were each early to pick up the bridal party and guests, the buses were comfortable and had seatbelts, and we arrived to the right destinations safely and quickly. I started booking all of my vendors really early since being in grad school full time and Tarrick and his company was one of my vendors I did not need to worry about. Tarrick is an effective and quick communicator and was able to coordinate everything so smoothly. I've heard nothing but good things from my guests who wrote the buses from the hotel to the venue & back. And we had 3 buses at that. All of the buses came on time as well, especially getting married in Leesburg on a Friday at 5pm. Thanks so much Tarrick for a smooth process and to your team as well! Tarrick was communicative throughout the planning process and even had a day of coordinator on-site on the wedding day to ensure everything went smoothly since we had so many guests and multiple buses. Tarrick at all pro charter was amazing! The booking experience was quick and easy. The buses were comfortable and clean. The only hiccup we had was that we requested that both buses to go to both of of the hotels we had booked at the end of the night, but each bus only went to one.

Our wedding transportation needs were minimal and included two pick-ups and one-way transfers. I'm so glad I booked with All-Pro Charter! Our driver William was amazing - the day of our wedding was hurricane weather and he made sure we all stayed dry and even through the traffic he made sure we got to the church on time. Coordinating with Tarrick, he made it so simple! We sent him the location and time for everything and it was done - I didn't have to worry at all about ensuring we got where we needed to be.

My husband and I booked All Pro Charter for our wedding to transport guests from the hotel to the wedding venue and back. We booked a large 55-person bus and a smaller 36-person bus so the ~80 guests could spread out and relax for the 25-45 min drive (depending on the traffic). The prices were fair, and Tarrick from All Pro Charter was very friendly and informative throughout the entire planning process! I was not on the buses, but I heard good things and the buses were on time to and from the venue. I’d recommend All Pro Charter for any wedding or other occasion!

Tarrick (the president of All Pro Charter) was quick and clear in all our communications, and flexible up until the wedding date (we were changing the schedule until the week before!). Our driver was prompt and Professional. We got a 36 person bus, doing two runs from hotel to venue before and after the reception. Cost was around $1900 for 8 hours, so very affordable.

When we needed to move our wedding from an indoor venue in Washington, D.C., to an outdoor venue in Northern Virginia due to the pandemic just three months before our wedding day, we suddenly needed to arrange for transportation for our roughly 175 guests. After researching and corresponding with several transportation companies and speaking personally with Tarrick, it was a no-brainer to go with All-Pro Charter, which offered an unbeatable level of professionalism and competitive pricing. As we approached our big day, All-Pro lived up to my first impressions and then some! Our wedding was fairly complicated because we decided to keep the actual ceremony at a small church in Georgetown with just family but hold a symbolic ceremony and reception after that in Leesburg, Virginia with all of our guests. So we needed to arrange for one category of transportation for our families to the church in Georgetown and then on to the outdoor venue in Leesburg and another category for our remaining guests directly from the hotels to the venue in Leesburg. We also needed a variety of bus sizes to accommodate these different categories. The complexity of our plan did not phase Tarrick, who was extremely proactive and responsive in helping us to tailor our transportation plan to the evolving needs of our wedding. We had to make several changes to the plan in the weeks leading up to the big day and Tarrick’s ability to accommodate us on such a short time frame was truly amazing. On our wedding day, Tarrick himself went down to the hotels to make sure that everything would run smoothly with the designated pickup locations, and the buses were timely and very pleasant. We cannot stress enough how pleased we are that we chose All-Pro Charter!!! Thank you again Tarrick!!

We have worked with many transportation companies and this one I have to say was the best. Transportation companies are so important and choosing a reliable one is essential. They're responsible for getting the bride, groom, bridal party, family, and guests to the correct areas at the right time. What's a wedding without any of those key people???? I've had transportation companies in the past really drop the ball but All Pro Charter was ON IT from the start. They are worth every dollar. They were so responsive leading up to the event day and on event day. They picked up every phone call (asking them to stay an extra ten minutes at the hotel for an important guest to load on), and responded to status checks so we could make sure the bride and groom didn't cross paths before their First Look. The owner of the company even checked in multiple times to make us aware of driver names and numbers, check in on our schedule, and keep us up to date on timing. I love this company and really hope they travel EVERYWHERE because I look forward to working with them for many more future events!
