Devon and her team were phenomenal!!!! I honestly do not think my wedding could have happened without her. She was extremely professional and on top of everything from start to finish! Our emails and texts were answered incredibly fast and the level of organization her team had for our event was next level. I didn’t stress about anything throughout the entire process!! I felt so at ease knowing that all sett up was there for us! Devon is kind hearted, detail oriented, and can speak up on your behalf. The team is also so much fun to be around! They felt more like friends at our wedding making us feel so comfortable in their hands! Kyla even offered me her jacket because it was freezing after our ceremony, how nice is that? Truly the best people in the business. They helped us set up the day before and of our wedding, ran the rehearsal, kept track of all the important docs and details, and packed everything up for us that night so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. All of our other vendors have said that this was the best planning team they’ve ever worked with and I couldn’t agree more. Thank goodness we hired Devon and the All Sett Up team!!!
Where do I begin? Getting engaged to be married was one of the happiest times in my life. However, when the daunting task of planning a wedding started, I was nervous, even terrified, and completely overwhelmed. I knew I needed help but didn’t know where to start. One (VERY LUCKY) search on Google led me to Devon and All Sett Up, and after a glance at her Instagram page I knew I needed to call her. After a brief conversation I KNEW she would be the one to bring my vision to life but did not know how far she would surpass my expectations until our very special day came.
Devon easily became a friend to us after the year we spent working together to plan our wedding. Beginning with our first meeting over dinner, she knew what to ask us and collected information concisely. We spent the year bouncing ideas off her, and she helped us make the right decisions to make our day just as we wanted it to be. She catered to us as a couple and listened to what we liked and didn’t like. She answered every single text message and returned every single phone call, no matter how silly the question was. She offered advice and companionship throughout the entire planning process. She took detailed notes and did NOT forget a single thing… down to the small cardinal I wanted to hide in the flowers at our ceremony in memory of my late mother-in-law. Things we didn’t even think of Devon knew and planned for us. She was the shining light that made our day so magical and special, and a day we will never forget. Let’s not forget her amazing ability to take décor from various vendors and create a vision that is truly unforgettable – some images displaying her work are below.
Devon also went above and beyond for me and for us in numerous ways. One example: I picked out my wedding dress solo and needed company at my fitting. Who showed up for me? Devon. She gave my dress her blessing (totally above the scope of her role) and even helped me pick out my accessories. When I tell you that you are not only hiring a wedding planner, but a new Best Friend, I mean it with all my heart.
Day of wedding? Devon and her team brought their A-Game. My husband and I decided we did not want a first look, and for us to see each other for the first time as I was walking down the aisle to him. The All Sett Up team took this VERY seriously, and ensured that neither of us would get a peek of the other. They went above and beyond to have lunch ready for the bridal party so no one would get hungry before the wedding. Forgotten makeup from the bridal party? No problem – they ran out to get it for us. They had our first drink in-hand as soon as we left the altar. They cared for each of us as if we were family, and I can’t thank each of them enough. From her amazing ways of working to her amazing staff, and then to all the vendors in her orbit that she brought to our day – it could not have been more perfect.

My husband and I recently hired Devon and her team as a "Day of" coordinator for our wedding. We were in the throes of planning a 180 person "backyard" wedding at my father-in-law's Connecticut home and had to hire vendors and receive permits to pull it off - bathroom trailers, catering, tent/tables/chairs, florist, building permit, fire marshal, transportation - you name it. Despite having so many moving parts, Devon and the ASU crew made it feel easy to execute; for the 8 weeks leading up to our wedding, they handled communication and planning with every single vendor. During our weekly planning calls during that time, Devon anticipated our needs, addressed our concerns, and always checked in on how we were feeling about things. When we asked Devon to do a site visit to help my father-in-law visualize and understand the flow of the day, she immediately contacted him to set up a time for the following week.
Our goal for the actual day was to feel well rested and not responsible for anything. Devon made that possible. I never had to worry that something would go wrong because I knew that if it did, Devon would find a way to fix it without us knowing there had ever been a snag in the plans. Even when the juice for the fog machine that my brother had last minute ordered for the after party arrived DURING the ceremony, Devon sprinted at top speeds to intercept the delivery truck before it could drive through and disrupt the tranquility of the moment. We never even noticed.
Devon, Lauren and the rest of the team were organized, professional, well-prepared and SO fun. This sentiment was shared not only among my husband, our families, and friends but it was also clear that the other vendors respected and enjoyed working with All Sett Up. Hiring Devon and her team to do our day-of coordination was one of the best choices we made in our wedding planning process. Organized, detail-oriented, and our advocate in conversations with all our vendors, but also kind, calm, and fun. Her team worked so diligently and seamlessly on our wedding day and we got to sit back and relax and enjoy it!
Devon was amazing!!! We rented a ceremony arch from All Sett up, and even though we never actually saw eachother in person, Devon dropped off and set up our arch hours before our ceremony started and it was PERFECT. I cant wait to get our photos back to see how perfect our ceremony looked with the arch in the background!!
I don't even know where to start...I found Devon and her team on The Knot after deciding I wanted a rustic wedding-- I loved everything on her site! I reached out to her with a little over a year to go for our wedding and she was there for every decision, question, or concern I had.
We ended up changing the venue 2 months before our wedding and Devon didn't even bat an eye on how it would get done. I can't thank her enough for answering every text in the off-hours and reassuring everything would work out.
Shoutout to her husband, Larry, for custom building our seating chart that will forever hang on our dining room wall and to her mom for helping with the decor!

Put simply, Devon and her team are THE BEST. Devon was able to transform the most vague description of how we wanted our reception to look into a literal dream. Devon is such a great person and working with her was so easy. She came up with details that would have never even crossed my mind, and translated an idea into something far beyond our expectations. Devon was able to coordinate the crafting of custom pieces, decor rentals and purchases, and the set up of the venue flawlessly. She even helped connect us to other wonderful vendors for our florals, cake and mobile bar! We are so thankful we chose to work with All Sett Up for our reception, it truly took so much stress off of our shoulders. I would work with this incredible team over and over- their ability to transform a blank canvas into the stuff of Pinterest boards everywhere is unmatched.
Devon was amazing!! She was quickly responsive and very easy to communicate with. She helped with decor ideas and really brought the vision to life on our wedding day! We used Devon for an arch for our wedding day and it was absolutely perfect! She decorated exactly like the photo I showed her and she has been so responsive through this whole process. I would definitely use her and her team again and would recommend to anyone!
After A LOT of research! My mom came across Devon. She is punctual and such a breath of fresh air...exactly what I needed prior to my wedding day. Devon was hired to oversee my vendors during my wedding day and to make sure all details were in place. She is kind, helpful, and so good at what she does. She put in place a vision board to organize all my ideas- which was so helpful! The day of the wedding she organized everything at the church and helped me seconds before walking down the aisle. She then proceeded to the venue to make sure everything was running smoothly! So glad I was able to establish such a great relationship with Devon. She is highly recommended! Can't wait to tell all my friends about her!
Devon is unquestionably the BEST wedding coordinator ever. She has the most creative mind, endless network/resources and a fabulous support team alongside her, including her husband. Devon and All Sett Up were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We initially hired All Sett Up for design services, but eventually added on day-of coordination as well (and ordered one of her custom cornhole boards). We had a vision for a somewhat unusual wedding set-up with a couple of large hurdles in the way of design and execution. Devon was organized, communicative, helpful, and understanding all throughout the process. She went above and beyond in coordinating communication with the venue even in areas that weren’t necessarily hers to handle, and executed our dream wedding flawlessly.
Design: The first design inspiration board we saw from All Set Up absolutely nailed our vision, while proposing smart solutions to work around some of the obstacles unique to our wedding (larger place settings, for example, leaving less room for centerpieces, but still wanting a very lush floral feel). For the day of, the design details came together even above what we could have imagined – every detail was anticipated and accounted for so that our wedding was absolutely beautiful start to finish.
Day-of Coordination: About 1.5 months before our wedding we added on day-of coordination when we realized that we needed All Sett Up in order to feel like we could relax in the days leading up to the wedding knowing every detail was handled. Devon scheduled calls with us for the month and week leading up to make sure all was accounted for, and brought a team of people to the day of to handle absolutely everything we could possibly have thought of and more – from someone to check in with the bride and groom throughout the day to get anything they might need, to helping coordinate with shuttle drivers to make sure guests got to the wedding and home.
We could not stop telling guests leading up to, during, and after our wedding how amazing our wedding planner was. Having Devon / All Sett Up involved made us so excited about our day, relaxed leading up, and so so happy with the way everything turned out in the end.
I can not say enough great things about Devon and All Sett Up. She is organized, professional and has a keen eye for design. I had a venue that was a complete blank state, and I was very nervous about the execution of my vision. However, once I found Devon I knew I had the right girl for the job. Devon was the best planner we could possibly imagine. I was nervous about planning the wedding and had no idea what I wanted. In the beginning, I was so indecisive that I could not even tell Devon my favorite color (my husband was less concerned with the design details and just wanted a beautiful wedding 😊). But she was not deterred and patiently worked with us until our dream wedding was realized. She showed us beautiful ideas, and then seamlessly incorporated any feedback that we had to personalize it to us. I needed her to take a bigger role in designing (luckily, she has excellent taste), but she is versatile and can just as easily execute a design if the bride and groom have a better-defined idea of what they want. She made the whole process (which I was dreading) easy and fun.
Our makeup team commented on how nice it was to be in such a relaxed atmosphere before a wedding and how unusual it is in their experience. Devon and her team made that possible – I genuinely did not worry about a thing the day of and everything was executed flawlessly. I even decided to string up a huge number of lights the day before the wedding and Devon and Sara, her assistant, got it done, making a huge task look effortless.
They are incredibly organized and kind, and all our vendors, family, and friends loved working with them. I could not recommend this team more highly!
If I could give Devon 1,000 stars I would. Devon helped me when a previous planner completely left me hanging. Devon instantly took the stress off of me and did her thing! She has an eye for detail that is amazing and is just brilliant in planning. I could not have had my perfect wedding day without Devon as my planner and go to person! From renting from her, to helping me pick out things that matched what I wanted she pulled it all off. She lights up a room and gets things done! I could not have imagined my wedding without the help of Devon and All Sett Up. My husband and I are so glad we hired All Sett Up for our small (10 person) wedding! Devon was so pleasant and professional, and the tablescape she created using a combination of our items and hers completely surpassed our expectations. Having her handle setup and teardown was a huge weight off our shoulders and allowed us to focus on our family, friends and each other. I would wholeheartedly recommend Devon to anyone hosting a smaller wedding or event.
Amazing! Even though our first event was very small scale, she still took on the job and nailed our vision. She was personable, professional and punctual. She has an eye for event design and gave us several options to help us build a special scenery for our moment. We can’t wait to hire her again.

I wanted rugs as aisle runners for the ceremony and I found All Sett Up. They were super easy to work with, responsible, and responsive! The rugs looked great and clean. I would definitely use them again for other events.
All Sett Up was amazing. They were hired about 1 month prior to my wedding to care for set up and break down of my space. The couple cared for everything so well and made the spaces of my wedding beautiful. Book them!!! They’re wonderful.
The experience I had with All Set Up was truly unmatched. All Set Up made all of my lemon themed bridal shower dreams come true! They were super patient with all of my questions during the planning process and during the days just prior to the shower. Devon came to the venue, made sure everything was perfectly in place, the attention to detail was beyond amazing!! Everything look absolutely gorgeous & my guests (as well as myself) were blown away by the décor at the shower! Not only did Devon decorate with amazing props & pieces she had as well as created for the event; She went out of her way to create matching menu's. The menu's which matched the theme were such a great touch to the table setting! I can't say enough great things , and I will definitely be using All Set Up for future events!! HIGHLY recommended!!
We had the best experience working with All Sett Up! Devon is so personable and easy to work with. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted for my wedding day accents, and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process while she was making custom signs and guestbook to make sure they were exactly what I wanted and perfect for our big day! The signs and guestbook frame were excellent quality and I got a ton of compliments. I plan to use All Sett Up for any custom decorations (and ideas!) I need moving forward! Such amazing people to work with!
All Set Up helped me design, create and execute the perfect reception. Devon was always available to talk, she helped me out a direction towards my vision, integrated items I had already purchased, personalized items into the design and went above and beyond to put everything together. We also needed an arbor last minute and Devon was more than happy to help with that as well. She made sure everything was absolutely perfect on the day of so everyone in our party would be able to enjoy the day with no worries. EVERYONE should hire All Set Up for their wedding. Not only will you get beautiful decor and design, but you will also get the peace of mind knowing someone is treating your day as special as if it were their own.
What an amazing person to work with! But inky did she do an amazing job .. but she replied back in a timely manner and was so easy to work with! She will be getting my business again!
