verything was seamless. The vehicles were clean, comfortable, and clearly well taken care of. The team was easy to work with, on time, and incredibly helpful -- especially getting us to and from the car and venue on an extremely rainy day. A great experience and we would definitely recommend!

xtremely delayed on our wedding day with our first look and family pictures. There was no communication that the driver got into a fender bender until our siblings called multiple times, and nobody had answered the phone at all for 45 min as they waited to be picked up. Of course we understand things happen, but we would have appreciated communication around this, so that the groom and his family could find another way to get to the venue on time. When the groom spoke to them, they blamed the girls for being late (we were about 15 min late due to pictures being taken, but this did not warrant the shuttle not picking up the groom and his family at all). Although our day was still amazing due to our other vendors, this really placed a lot of stress and rushing on us to begin our event. Of course things happen, but actually communicating and picking up the phone is important for paying customers.

. On the day of- instead of the 21 passenger party bus, we wound up getting sent a much larger party bus- it was awesome! All the vehicles were well maintained. The Packard was my favorite part. Everyone was so easy to work with and very helpful.  We have John and Rich as our drivers and they were amazing- on time, kind, and helpful!

I cannot say enough nice things about her. Day of the wedding? Imad and John came and drove the RR and Shuttle bus- and I must say both cards were clean, and the new shuttle buses were gorgeous for our bridal party to be transported around! We had a lot of moving parts throughout our day, from going from church to pictures to our venue, but the team itself could not have been more friendly and helpful. I cannot thank the three of them enough for their brilliance, and for helping keep the day running as smoothly as it did! The only issue we had was the driver for my groomsmen, Sunny, who was not as communicative as the rest of the team. He rushed my Husbands family out the door earlier than they were supposed to go and was trying to contact me the morning of the wedding. OTHER THAN HIM, I cannot say nicer things about this company!

Moreover, I had the absolute pleasure of having Ashley as my chauffeur and he went above and beyond for me. For instance, he helped one of my bridesmaids with the speakers so we can listen to music via her phone, he also honored my request to get to the wedding venue slowly as I didn't want to be charged for arriving 30 minutes before my arrival time, and he even waited for approx. 1.5 hours after arrival while I took photos around the venue. I was mortified when I realized I had forgotten to take photos with the limo but Ashley waited and waited because he knew I really wanted them. Thankfully, I was able to take beautiful photos with the limo and I owe it to All Star!

We felt like royalty! Our driver was Artie—he was incredibly sweet and attentive. He had waters/champagne for us, made sure I got in and out of the car without ruining my dress. He even fluffed my dress train during pictures! We felt so cared for on our wedding day, and it was absolutely the cherry on top of a perfect day.

They stayed with us inside the church and made sure my Dad and I and our bridal party were okay while waiting to walk down the aisle. They even had portable fans for us and made sure we were taking deep breaths and talking us through the nerves. We didn't even know our drivers would do that for us, it was such a wonderful surprise and made our day even more special. We are so thankful for them and for all that they have done for us. Our bridal party even raved about them and told us that they went above and beyond. We couldn't recommend this company enough. Please do yourself a favor and book them. You will not regret it!

He was punctual and funny on our way to the church helping my father and I to stay calm and relaxed. He carried my flowers and helped with my dress in and out of the car. Don W. was the driver of our party bus. He was the best of the best! On time, friendly, and amazing! Had a lint roller on hand to clean up the guys before the church ceremony started. He had a lighter to fix my mom’s fraying edges of her dress. Mints on hand for the bridal party to help calm our nerves before walking down the aisle. Made me and my dad laugh before heading down the aisle so neither one of us would cry. My husband’s button fell off after the ceremony, he had him take his jacket off and he sewed his button right back on before pictures. He carried my dress and flowers multiple times in and out of the bus for pictures. He truly loves his job and is so proud to be a part of each couple’s wedding day. I am still completely blown away by the service from beginning to end. I cannot thank the Allstar team enough for providing such amazing service for wedding day! We postponed our Wedding twice due to COVID and once due to a nor’Easter that forced us to postpone again to the following Sunday due to snow. Jared and Chris were available, helpful, accommodating and responsive to us by phone when we had to move our Wedding last minute due to snow. As we scrambled on that Friday to move everything from Saturday night to Sunday afternoon, All-Star was there. Chris was immediately available directly via phone and helped me rearrange the entire limo schedule, coordinated different transportation methods due to an entirely different timeline seamlessly and quickly. Ally was wonderful throughout the entire process, kind, patient and responsive via email and phone. The entire organization is thorough and organized. The limos and buses are in beautiful condition and made for a clean, smooth, comfortable and fun ride for all of our guests from start to finish from the 44 person limo bus, the 18 person Escalade limo and the shuttle buses. As if this wasn’t enough, the two chauffeurs that helped us throughout the day, Don and John, were impeccable. We were finally married on Sunday afternoon on 1/30/22. The day was sunny but there was still so much snow on the ground. Don and John helped transport our guest safely and efficiently in a timely matter. They helped us on and off the bus, inquired about the rings, flowers and boutonnieres for the bridal party and assisted with these tasks at the church. They provided us with water (and even mints!) and helped escort me and my father kindly into the church before the ceremony. Don helped my dad and I along with all our nerves to the top of the church to help prepare us to walk down the aisle, even helping with my flowers. The grace, chivalry and patience displayed by Don was stunning. He helped us organize all drinks for the bus making for an easy and enjoyable ride, provided ice and cups, set up everything inside the bus for us, corralled guests on to the shuttle at the end of the night and throughout the day. My grandpa's boutonniere fell off and Don took it and helped put it on him before he entered the church! He continued to assist helping us in to and out of the church and venue. Helping carry the train of my dress throughout the day on and off the bus, supplying bobby pins for loose hair, checking in with us throughout the transportation during the day and at the beginning and end of the night; it was above and beyond service. The deep gratitude I feel reflecting on this could make me cry. These were two amazing people who helped us have a day without stress and with certainty and faith that they would get us through the day which they 100% did! The service was reliable, impeccable and A++. Unmatched in quality and dedication, compassion and overall goodness.
