planner to help. As the wedding (supposed to be May 2020) approached, though, I realized that help would be greatly beneficial and - beyond that - someone with a keen eye for design to help me tie all of the miscellaneous pieces together would be instrumental in keeping the overall aesthetic. Once I found Nicole, I realized she was sent from heaven to do exactly this :). She understood the look I was going for RIGHT away, and jumped in to take over some of the not so "fun" pieces of wedding planning that I had been struggling with. She got all vendors on the same page and kept the train on the tracks while I got to focus on fun things! Once Covid hit and we all quickly realized this wedding would not be happening as planned, Nicole sprung into action and truly saved us. I was already so upset about having to postpone the wedding, that I couldn't fathom figuring out how to move 10+ vendors to a new date. But, Nicole did it with ease. Not only that, she did it AGAIN when we had to postpone for a second time! Nicole is a true professional who handles herself with grace, and has the upmost compassion for her clients. One day we look forward to having the wedding of our dreams but, until then, I'm not sad that I get to spend another year working with Nicole :).

skill and experience. She is highly organized, responsive and has a calming way about her that put me at ease that we were in good hands going into and on the wedding day. With a keen eye for detail, she also added innumerable finishing touches that brought the reception décor to the next level. I highly recommend All Who Wander as an event planner.

We found Nicole through our caterer, Brandon Scimeca, when he learned we wanted a laid-back, boho-farm-chic wedding (minus the hay bails). My husband and I are both producers in our work, so we really thought we could do a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves, plus we didn't have a ton of money to spend. So, Nicole worked with our budget and figured out a way she could help us without breaking the bank. My husband and I sourced most of the vendors (with her guidance) and Nicole was in charge of turning my husband's parent's home into a wedding venue - not a small feat.
Throughout the process, Nicole was a source of calm and expertise I was so grateful to have. On the day of the wedding, everything went perfectly in my mind and I never heard about any of the little things that went awry (because that happens at every wedding) because Nicole was a total ninja and took care of things without a peep.
Looking back on it, the only thing I might change would have been to pay her a little more to take more of the responsibility. :) Thanks for everything, Nicole!

Nicole is the absolute BEST!

After swearing we were not going to get a planner and do everything ourselves, we ended up asking Nicole to come on board and help with everything (and we mean EVERYTHING) for the final few months leading up to the wedding. Working with Nicole...
was a fantastic experience - she was always very professional, whether dealing with us, or venue, or vendors, but also has a casual, relaxed approach to planning that made communicating our ideas very easy.
Right from the get-go, Nicole made sure everything was in one place and organized, putting together an online folder of all our documents, the timeline, the outstanding questions, and pictures of ideas on Google Drive. From there, Nicole was always available to answer our questions; whether we sent an email first thing in the morning, late at night, or over the weekend, Nicole was always there to respond promptly, even for the ridiculous questions, tiniest details, or confirmations we asked for three, four, and more times. She also made our lives much easier in terms of taking over all the vendor communication and making sure each small detail was taken care of, especially the last few weeks leading up to the wedding; she made working with nearly a dozen different vendors and coordinating all of those moving pieces seem easy!
Aside from the coordination itself, we also hired Nicole to help out with the design and decor to help our vision come to life. While we had an idea of how we wanted our wedding to feel, we had no idea how to make it happen. Nicole was constantly giving us ideas, sending over examples, and offering to provide various pieces that she had available. Ultimately, everything came together perfectly and we couldn't have had the feel and charm that our big day had without Nicole helping us make our vision a reality.
In terms of the weekend of, we literally could not have pulled everything off without Nicole. She came out on Friday afternoon without us even asking her to and helped with setting up our rehearsal dinner as well as walking our bridal party and families through the rehearsal. On Saturday, she was there first thing in the morning, finishing up all of the small touches and making sure everything was exactly as planned. Throughout the day, she was always there for us to answer any questions, handle any mini-crises, and make sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. We knew we were in good hands and we can't express how great it was to not have to worry about anything and just enjoy our big day.
Hiring Nicole was arguably the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Not only is Nicole incredible to work with and extremely professional, but we could never have imagined how much taking some of the load off of our shoulders and getting to step back and enjoy the experience leading up to our wedding. The only thing we would have done differently is getting in touch with Nicole sooner!
