Our driver was Steve and he was incredibly professional and helpful. He arrived on time and helped me get in and out of the van throughout the whole day as well as help us load and unload items. Not having to worry about reliable transportation on our wedding day was a great relief.

Kelly was extremely helpful answering our initial up front questions, and April was great in assisting us with viewing the Mercedes Sprinter van we’d be using the day of our wedding. Leading up to our event, they were super accommodating when we updated our itinerary, as well as super flexible on the day of our wedding. Our driver Matthew was nice, friendly, & the perfect gentleman, helping all of in and out of the vehicle during the rain. I also think he was using GPS to navigate around heavy traffic due to road construction, which helped us save time. We were never able to connect our device via Bluetooth to the vehicle’s speakers to stream music, and it took us forever to figure out how to use the HVAC system, so our trip downtown for photos was cold, but we figured it out for the trip to the reception venue & were comfortable. That’s why I knocked off one star…it was more about the vehicle itself than the service we received...and maybe that was just user error. The vehicle itself was very clean though.

We can’t say enough good things about him and the service that Allstar provided us. Great service all around and highly recommended.

nd 8/24/19 in the morning to shuttle guests from the hotel to the temple. The buses are very clean and posh, and the drivers are so pleasant. I worked closely with Marsha while planning, but on the day of the drivers/company coordinated seamlessly with my planner to ensure the trips went smoothly. They planned the best route to and from, and even worked with us to coordinate the entrance into and our of the temple such that it wouldn't affect the guest parking and baraat in the morning. They even have a link that can be used by guests to track the bus. Our guests were so impressed by the timeliness, cleanliness, and professionalism by ALLSTAR Chauffeured Services. We are so thankful for their help on our wedding weekend, they did wonderful and far exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

around downtown Detroit during bridal party photos. I obtained a quote online and went to the showroom to tour the vehicles before booking. Marsha was very friendly and helpful during my visit. We ended up booking the Sprinter, which was the perfect size to fit our bridal party and photographers. Our driver Mark was punctual, friendly, and extremely professional. We were also super impressed when he maneuvered the vehicle into a tiny parking lot so we could access the back entrance to our venue before the ceremony, as guests were arriving out front. It was especially nice that payment (including tip) could be handled in advance so we didn’t have to worry about it the day of. The vehicle was in excellent condition, the driver was dressed professionally, and he was on time. AllStar may be more expensive than other providers but to us it was worth it to have peace of mind!

e impeccably clean and I loved the leather seats. The drivers were THE BEST - so courteous and excited for us. Wendy drove the bus that took us to the venue and it started to rain unexpectedly. She was so awesome and did everything in her power to get that bus as close to the door as she could so that I wouldn't get wet. I was very impressed with this company. Their prices are a tad bit higher than other companies but the customer service and quality of the buses is worth it.

and our party bus for the wedding party was perfect. Everything was clean and new, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the ride! The bus and shuttles were on time and organized, and executed our day with perfection. I couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you!

from the outside and in. They had bottled waters ready to drink in the back seat cup holders. We book this car for a special night out for dinner and drinks. She took us downtown to the Roostertail, dropped us off at the front door, and gave us her business card to call her when we were finished with dinner. When we called, she was there instantly. After that, we had her take us to the Renaissance Center for some drinks. Again, she told us to call her when we were finished. To my surprise, I ended up getting engaged that night. When we went down to meet Karrie at the car, we told her the good news and she was so nice and congratulated us both with enthusiasm. We ended up staying downtown that night so we sent her home. All Star had a large part in making one of the most important nights of my life memorable. I highly recommend this company if you want the most professional, prompt, and courteous experience.

The driver showed up on time and was extremely friendly, had a great personality, and he took us wherever we needed to go. We weren't late for anything. When we were running ahead of schedule, he drove around town for us to kill time so the bridal party could enjoy some drinks on the limo until we had to arrive. A lot of the other companies we looked at had out-dated looking party buses or they were just dirty. Definitely book All-Star...it was well worth the investment.
