Allyssa was everything we could have hoped for in a wedding coordinator. I don't know what we would have done without her. As soon as she started, I finally started to feel at ease. We even had her do the design as well to pull to make sure everything pulled together exactly as I envisioned it. When our wedding day came, I felt so relaxed knowing Allyssa and her team had everything under control. From coordinating the timing with all the vendors to bustling my dress, she was such a great support for the most amazing day and would recommend her to anyone!
Allyssa was the perfect choice for our big day. Along with her team, they kept the whole day running smoothly from start to finish. We are so grateful to have had her help us!

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would!! Allyssa and her team are seriously the best. We did the package with the pre-wedding planning and day-of services, and it was beyond worth it! Our wedding was 10/26/24 and we started working with her in May of 2023. It's so obvious why she books up so quick! Allyssa offers so many resources and is well-connected with nothing but amazing vendors. Her guidance and advice are much appreciated and she is professional, easy to reach, and very responsive. Planning a wedding while working and in school was hard for me and my husband, and Allyssa made sure that we stayed on top of the planning and met all the deadlines.
But beyond her skills as a planner, she is one of the sweetest people and was such a pleasure to work with. You can tell that she LOVES what she does and is so devoted to ensuring that her couples have the day of their dreams. She is so personable and it's obvious that she provides a personalized experience to her clients, and no two weddings she plans are the same. She is well-versed in traditional weddings but for clients looking for more non-traditional or unconventional aspects, she has wonderful suggestions. My husband is Albanian and she did a perfect job of helping us incorporate cultural aspects into the ceremony and reception.
For any bumps in the road, her quick thinking and creative solutions will help your day run as smooth as possible. Leading up to my wedding, I had heard stories from others about how stressful planning a wedding is and how the day itself can be hard to remember due to the stress and commotion. However, that was never my experience thanks to Allyssa and her team. Planning was nearly seamless and our wedding day couldn't have gone better. I was able to relax and enjoy spending time with our loved ones knowing that we were in great hands. <3
I really can't say enough good things about Allyssa and her team. So much goes into planning one of the most special days of your life and so many things occur behind the scenes that you don't even think about until you're well into the planning process! Without Allyssa, this wedding would have been such a struggle to plan. I can't recommend her and her team enough. *THERE WOULD BE NO WEDDING WITHOUT ALLYSSA*
TLDR: My friends and parents told me "brides don't get to remember their wedding because it's too stressful". I remember EVERYTHING thanks to Allyssa and so do my family and friends. It was an amazing flawless experience strictly due to her.
We purchased the full package wedding planning as my husband and I are both physicians, and boy was it worth the $. She helped us from start (finding a venue) to finish (literally packs things into your car during the wedding). Planning a wedding seems so daunting and she made it seamless. She recommends reliable vendors, contacts them, sets up appointments for you, and even goes to the appointments with you. She helped me make many of the decisions (there are just too many lets be honest). I said this to her during most of our meetings, there would be no wedding without Allyssa. The wedding day itself went off without a hitch. She has a meticulously planned itinerary that is realistic and so helpful. As a bride, you don't have to think or worry about anything because she does all that for you. It's like being a guest at your own wedding--stress free and good times only. She has a tackle box filled with oopsie-fixers for anything that may go wrong... my husband spilled taco on his shirt and she got it right off. She thinks of everything, is somehow everywhere at all times, and has everything under control. She is calm, cool and collected under pressure; which is a MUST HAVE on your wedding day. On top of being ^^ all this ^^, she is a great person. She is so nice, funny, and friendly! I loved hanging out with her during the process. My husband couldn't make it to many of the planning appointments, so Allyssa went with me!! It's like having a best friend come along who also has great taste and knows everyone.
If you're on the fence about getting a wedding planner, the answer is simple--HIRE ALLYSSA. If you want to remember every detail of your wedding--HIRE ALLYSSA. And, in my case, if you want there to be any wedding at all--HIRE ALLYSSA. I just love her!!
Allyssa exceeded every expectation I had for a wedding planner. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect. We had a year and a half engagement, and Allyssa was there the whole way. She was organized, and had amazing communication the entire time. Allyssa took so much stress off of my husband and I, and gave us the opportunity to have fun and enjoy planning our wedding. Day of, I knew I had nothing to worry about. Allyssa brought my vision to life, and even made it better than I imagined. She dealt with any and everything that came up, and made sure my only job was to relax and enjoy getting ready. We would not have been able to have our beautiful wedding without Allyssa. We are forever grateful that she was apart of our journey.

My husband and I booked Allyssa's Full Planning package. We worked with her for a year prior to our wedding. Because we had Allyssa on board from the very beginning, my husband and I were able to truly enjoy our time being engaged and focus our energy on other fun engagement activities like my bridal shower & bachelorette and his bachelor party. We both have demanding careers so we definitely knew we needed a hands-on wedding planner. A prior bride of her’s told me how accessible she was. That really sealed the deal for us when selecting a wedding planner. Now I’m here to tell you that’s absolutely accurate. Allyssa was always so responsive and made her herself available for us. At times it was hard to imagine to she had other brides because she always gave us 100% of her attention and made us feel so special.
Our wedding day could not have gone smoother and was entirely stress free because of Allyssa. She even told me what a calm bride I was. Me!? Calm!? Ha! That just goes to show how much trust we had in Allyssa and how excellent she is! She made sure everyone involved in the wedding from vendors, our wedding party, and guests knew exactly where to be and what to do so my husband and I didn't have to field questions all day and could just enjoy our special day. I can't even list all the things Allyssa did to make our wedding day perfect because more than half of her magic happened behind the scenes. All of these pieces of our wedding that we planned with her for the entire year prior just seemed to ✨ effortlessly ✨ fall into place. But that's the thing. Your wedding day takes A LOT of effort! But it all seemed so easy and so smooth because of Allyssa. She is beauty, she is grace, and in true Taylor Swift doppelgänger fashion, she made everything look effortless!
I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Allyssa. I didn’t have her as my full planner, although I wish I would have. She stepped in six weeks before the wedding and completely transformed the process, she made herself available well before the 6 weeks whenever I needed her and met with me and the vendors to ensure everything was perfectly aligned with my vision. As someone who is typically very anxious, I was amazed at how stress-free my wedding day was, all thanks to her.
Allyssa went above and beyond, handling every detail and truly bringing my ideas to life, designing gorgeous signage, creating and executing a flawless timeline, and making sure everything was exactly where it needed to be. She was always there when I needed her and was so helpful with even the little things from tidying up the bridal suite for pictures, to helping buckle my shoes, and managing my dress that had many parts.
Even at the at the end of the night, due to a miscommunication on my end about a vehicle for all of our stuff. Allyssa packed everything into her own car and made it easy for us to get our stuff later
Everything turned out far beyond what I imagined, and I was able to enjoy the day, knowing that no matter what came up, Allyssa would handle it. Her professionalism, creativity, and calm demeanor made everything so much easier, and I can never thank her enough for helping make our wedding day perfect. A wedding planner/ coordinator is 100% worth the investment and I could not recommended Allyssa Elaine Events enough!
Allyssa made our day AMAZING. From working with me and my parents with our DIY decorations and organizations, to working with all of our vendors to coordinate time of arrival at venue and meetings, I cannot thank her enough. She made our wedding go so smooth and it genuinely was a perfect day. From our very first meeting and then our six week call, our timeline was so well planned and thought out. After our call, my husband and I felt a thousand pounds lifted off of our shoulders. I genuinely cannot recommend a coordinator enough and highly recommend Allyssa. One of the best decisions we made was to hire Allyssa from the get-go for planning / coordination! From our first call we knew we were in great hands as she helped fill in the gaps to our vision and recommended trusted vendors. Whenever we mentioned Allyssa was our planner to other vendors, they always breathed a sign of relief and said "Allyssa is the best!" This was always the best sign as she is well respected by members in the industry. She kept us on track, on budget and was always there to answer questions no matter how big or small. On our wedding day, we truly had no stress on the logistics / details knowing that Allyssa was there and had already spoken with all of our vendors to iron out any kinks. I'm sure there were things that came up but we never heard about any issues and fully got to enjoy every second of our day. I truly could not recommend her and her team more. There was nothing I would change about our day and Allyssa was a HUGE part of making that so! She is the best!!!
Allyssa made my wedding day just perfect. I had zero stress about the final days leading up to the big day. She knows what you need before you even say it. Everything ran so smoothly with her in charge. Her wedding checklist was beyond helpful making sure I stayed on track in the months leading up to the wedding taking into account every miniscual detail that I might need. I got married at Westwind Hills and I'm a very organized person and loved wedding planning so I wasn't sure if I needed a wedding coordinator. After attending a few weddings without one, I realized we definitely needed someone to be the point person on our wedding day and to help with some of the planning, timeline and logistics. Looking back, it was the absolute best decision and we're SO glad we went with Allyssa!
Our entire bridal party was so impressed with Allyssa and her team. She made any decisions that came up, solved numerous problems, kept everyone on track, and most importantly, made sure everyone could be present in the moment. My husband and I haven't stopped talking about how flawless our wedding day was and how Allyssa and her team played the biggest part in that!

Allyssa was excellent and a massive help while planning our wedding and coordinating day of. Allyssas planning schedule and budget she put together for us was detailed and kept us right on track up to the big day. She offered amazing recommendations for all our vendors and was always responsive if we had questions. On the day of Allyssa coordinated everything for us so we didn’t have to worry with zero issues and was extremely professional. She was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t imagine our wedding going well without her help!

A few months before our wedding, she took over all the communication with our vendors and reread contracts and organized the day of, so we could focus on other things. She helped deal with issues and offered advice whenever I texted her with questions. On wedding day, she was the calming presence that you need on such a whirlwind day. At one point, I didn’t like a flower in my bouquet, and Allyssa swiftly cut it out without me even having to ask. I truly do not have enough words to thank Allyssa. I knew the whole night while we were dancing and enjoying our day that everything was taken care of because we had Allyssa and her team. If I could offer any soon-to-be-bride advice for their wedding day, it would be to hire Allyssa!

I’m always amazed at her professional calmness even under what could be a stressful situation. Her attention to detail under any circumstance is outstanding. She’s creative, offers great communication, and is well organized. She goes above and beyond, helping out in ways that aren’t even required, just to make sure your wedding goes smoothly.

She went above and beyond on the day of the wedding and throughout the entire wedding process. When I first got engaged I was lost on where to start - just so overwhelmed by all the information out there. Hiring Allyssa was the best decision because she helped my mom and I organize the wedding process. She helped my husband and I discover what exactly we wanted out of the wedding and she helped us execute it all. She kept us on a timeline and ensured things were completed on time. Our wedding would not have been as fun and spectacular as it was without Allyssa.
She made it so my husband and I could focus on each other instead of all the tiny details throughout the day. She made it so my mom,sister, and bridesmaids, also got to enjoy the day and did not have to attend to the details. During our rehearsal she helped ensure the bridal party knew what they were doing and felt comfortable with their roles. On our wedding day she met with all the vendors and set everything up which helped us all to relax and enjoy the wedding morning. Throughout the day she helped ensure we stuck to our timeline (which I greatly appreciate as a type A individual). She came to the rescue when we couldn’t figure out the bustle for my dress and knew so many tips and tricks throughout the day to help it all run smoothly. She was so amazing that she even stayed well past 12:30am to help me get out of my wedding dress - way too many buttons for my husband!
I cannot recommend Allyssa enough. If you are on the fence about hiring her DO IT! Set up a phone call with her and you will come to realize just how great of a person she is! You will not regret it and it is without a doubt money well spent! I talk about Allyssa at each of the weddings I go to and have recommended her to many of my friends. Allyssa from Allyssa Elaine Events is the best for wedding planning and coordination. As the Mother of the Bride from another state, I knew I needed assistance in planning and coordinating my daughter’s dream wedding. Allyssa ensured we selected the right vendors, stayed within budget, and adhered to the planning timeline. She kept us organized and brought clarity to the items we needed to make decisions on each month. She has many helpful planning templates to use throughout the process from budgets, timelines, photo lists, checklists, etc. Allyssa attended vendor and venue meetings with the bride in my absence and coordinated with vendors to keep the process moving forward to our special day.
Two extraordinary situations stand out on the day of the wedding where Allyssa came to the rescue. While getting dressed for the church, I finished 2 button loops on the bride’s dress (no small feat) with 28 more to go. I thought to myself, we are going to be late to the ceremony, so I called out to Allyssa. She leaped into action, whipped out her trusty crochet needle, and before I knew it all the button loops were done, and we were off to the ceremony! After the ceremony, Allyssa helped us bustle the dress in less than 30 seconds, despite four of us struggling to bustle it for over 10 minutes. She is a professional with loads of experience and knows exactly what to do in any situation.
I planned a second wedding three weeks later without Allyssa. Throughout that wedding, I said many times I wished Allyssa was there to help us as she was deeply missed. Take my advice as someone who planned two weddings within three weeks of each other, hire Allyssa. Please give yourself, the bride & your family members the special gift of Allyssa. Do not think twice – she will take care of all the details which allows you to relax and enjoy your special celebration!
I can’t put into words how amazing Allyssa and her team were. She truly made my wedding day go as seamless as possible. Having a separate ceremony and reception venue, my main concern for my wedding day was figuring out all of the logistics of how everything will play out. From when we met with Allyssa 6 weeks prior to our day, I knew I was in the best hands possible! After our call, she immediately contacted all of my vendors, created a very detailed timeline for the day, and made adjustments with my vendors as needed. Whatever I had questions about, she had the answers! We were able to hand off all of our decor to her a few days prior and she took our vision and put it together perfectly. We weren’t able to run our rehearsal at our actual venue, but Allyssa made the rehearsal run so efficiently and smooth. She made sure my bridal party and family all had printed timelines for the next day as well. The day of, I had no worries what so ever. If there were any issues that day, I was not aware of them! Allyssa is so calm, easy to work with, and truly amazing at what she does. I can’t say enough good things about her. Our day was more perfect than I could’ve ever imagined and I owe it to her. If you need a wedding coordinator, I highly recommend Allyssa!!! 🩷

Let me give you an example:
My mom and I spent HOURS making a seating chart with the names perfectly positioned on a gold mirror. We used glue dots to hang the names, and it was very hot on the day of the wedding. When my sisters’ boyfriends transported the mirror to the venue, it got so hot that all of the names fell off and they accidentally stepped on them, ruining the paper. Before my mom even knew this was happening, Allyssa had reached out and retrieved the file, sent it to Fedex to be printed, sent the boys to pick it up and had all of the names back up like nothing happened. INCREDIBLE!!! I don’t know how she does it!
Allyssa, you are truly amazing at your job and such a sweet vendor turned friend. We are so thankful for all that you did to make Drew and I’s wedding so perfect! My mom and I’s favorite quote of wedding planning was “don’t worry, Allyssa will handle it,” and we were so right. We can’t wait to hire Allyssa for both of my sisters’ weddings in the future!
Allyssa was fantastic. We worked with her for "Wedding Management" which was essentially day-of coordination but starting at 6 weeks out. Even before that, she kept us incredibly organized with helpful docs and planning forms for our vendors.
Allyssa was a calming presence on our wedding day and ensured everything ran smoothly. She was the main point of contact with our vendors going into the day, ensured everything was set up according to our vision, and our personal items were well taken care of. It was such a relief knowing we were in such good hands and could truly enjoy our wedding day.

All I have to say is WOW! Allyssa was beyond amazing and helped execute the BEST day ever for my husband and I. We could not have done it without her! We hired her for the Partial Planning package and we never looked back. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, she would always get back to me and helped ease the burden of planning a wedding. She had so many resources and after our 6 week meeting, I felt so prepared for the lead up to our wedding. On the day of coordination, she was always there when I needed her for something. She truly made us feel like we could relax and enjoy the day, since everything would be taken care of. HIRE HER, it will be the best decision you make!
The moment I decided to hire Allyssa to take the wedding reigns 6-weeks out I immediately let out a massive sigh of relief. I am a very, very type A person and knew I needed someone to fully trust to take over everything I had carefully planned and designed so me, my now new husband (!!!) and my family could enjoy wedding day worry free. At our 6-week out meeting Allyssa listened, took notes, laughed with us, and provided us with unwavering reassurance. She is BEYOND calm, so truly unbelievably organized, a quick problem solver, an amazing communicator, and a joy to work with. Plus, a huge Swiftie - obviously sealed the deal for me. She goes above and beyond the bullet points on her scope of work outline. Our day would not have been so perfectly seamless without her. My parents have said over and over again "Yes, we definitely needed Allyssa," and we will all be saying that for years to come. Please, if you're in the market for a planner or on the fence if you need a coordinator or not - you NEED Allyssa on your team. I absolutely promise you it will be one of the best decisions you make. We don't have enough words here for Allyssa... To put it briefly, she was absolutely essential to our wedding. She was our very first vendor we hired and quickly became a very close friend. She treated us like family, she coordinated every vendor contact, every communication, and every detail. She knew our wedding venue and their staff very well, as well as all of the vendors we chose, and executed our timeline and event flawlessly. She never turned away a phone call or late night email, and she always made herself available to us.
If you want a wedding planner/coordinator who truly cares about your wedding day as much as you do, put your trust in Allyssa. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and exactly what we wanted thanks to her hard work, dedication, and years of experience. She is truly an incredible human with an enormous heart for helping others discover their dreams and bringing them to life. We love Allyssa and would absolutely recommend her to everyone we meet!
Our wedding day was truly the best day ever, and Allyssa, and her assistant Jordan, have a lot to do with it!
With regards to the planning portion, Allyssa is absolutely incredible. I am an extremely type A person, obsessed with to do lists and tracking. Still, I’ve never met someone quite as detail oriented as Allyssa. Nothing will be forgotten under her supervision! Even with the partial planning package, throughout the planning process Allyssa was sure to send me frequent reminders/check-ins. Nothing ever felt rushed or past due. She has a foresight that is unparalleled. She also has the BEST vendor recommendations, which were all particular to our budget, vision, and personality, and all melded together so well.
We opted to do the design package with Allyssa, and she delivered! She created a custom proposal using our Pinterest/photo inspiration/verbal descriptions, and, over the course of 2 years, communicated with us, our rentals services (Styled and Staged), and our florist (Katie at Rouge) to literally construct the things dreams are made of, being very flexible as our vision evolved over that period of time. From insight on stationary, to tables/place settings, to florals/displays, everything was executed better than I could ever imagine. I could not be more amazed by how visually beautiful our wedding was, and how on par it was with the vision we had!
On the actual wedding weekend, she knew how to command a room and get things done, while at the same time still managing to keep the energy light and fun. The day prior, she picked up/dropped off our rentals, and her leading the rehearsal was efficient yet effective. Everyone knew their roles and felt ready for the wedding day. She had hard copies of our timeline to provide to all wedding party members as well. Day of, she arrived early, making sure everything was executed to perfection. Her and her assistant Jordan were so on top of things, that if anything went wrong, it was rapidly addressed and/or I literally did not notice it. For instance, my bustle broke right before the first dance and she safety pinned it like an absolute boss in less than 1 minute, and it stayed put through multiple dips, twirls, and lifts! We had to change hotel rooms mid-wedding day, and Allyssa ensured that all of our personal belongings were shifted and taken care of. She executed a very detailed, extensive room flip in very minimal time. During reception dancing, the dress zipper of one of our guests ripped, and Allyssa was there to reconstruct her dress back using safety pins-she was able to dance the night away comfortably! After our wedding, she was sure to collect all our rentals, make sure our personal belongings at the wedding (signage, photos, outfit changes, etc) were cared for, and even sent in our marriage license. Her assistant Jordan went above and beyond by using our Polaroid camera from our guest book station to take candids thoughout the day. Allyssa made the most beautiful highlight reel to share on instagram. Both of these captures were so wonderful because we were able to enjoy/share all of this while waiting for our professional photos/video. Choose Allyssa, and you and your guests will all be taken care of without a doubt. Truly one of the best decisions we made!
Allyssa was a true JOY to work with. She made our special day as easy as possible from the start of our very first meeting 6 weeks out. She called out details I hadn't yet thought to take care of, she had resources like templates and outlines organized in drives for me to stay on track and feel supported, and her lovely personality is just an added bonus as you start to work with her.
Allyssa covered every base for us whether it was from a creative, operational/logistics, or calming perspective - she and her team will make you feel as if nothing could go wrong on the big day. She was incredibly professional and I walked away from working with her like I had truly gained a new friend as well!

Choosing Allyssa as our wedding coordinator was the ultimate game-changer, ensuring our big day was an absolute dream. Amidst the whirlwind of over a year of planning, finding someone to bring our vision to life was a nerve-wracking task, but Allyssa proved to be the perfect match.

The best decision we made during our wedding process was hiring Allyssa as our wedding planner and designer. I consider myself “type A” and well organized, but my organization skills are nothing in comparison to Allyssa. From our first introduction call I knew we were in good hands with Allyssa on our team. Allyssa provided us with a Google Drive to store all wedding documents and guides. She went with us to tour venues, set up our budget, and helped us hire all of our wonderful vendors. She took our wedding vision, including my love of color and turned it into a beautiful design plan which was executed flawlessly. We had a long engagement (1.5 years) and the entire time I always felt like we were her only couple, that’s how kind she is and how attentive she is to your needs. On our wedding weekend, I was able to give up complete control and focus on my husband and our families/friends. I never had to worry we wouldn’t be somewhere on time or a decoration wouldn’t get put up- Allyssa’s team had it all under control. Every time I turned my head- Allyssa was right there as if she read my mind when I needed her. When I was afraid I was going to trip down the aisle in my dress, she calmed my nerves and gave me tips on how to walk. Coffee spilled on my dress? No problem- she had the stain right out. We have received so many compliments from family and friends on how beautiful and well executed our wedding was. When I first started looking for a coordinator 16 months ahead of our wedding, I knew that as a professional project manager I needed to find someone even more Type A than I am. I hired Allyssa when she came off as a no-nonsense, organized and kindhearted woman, but she is so much more!
During the months that led up to our wedding she was super responsive anytime I had a question, whether it was a vendor recommendation (which she will give you) or what times to put on our invitations. Once we met Allyssa in person about six weeks out, we knew we’d get along swimmingly. She listened to our bad jokes and took attentive notes, leaving us feeling relieved that we were handing off the wedding of our dreams to someone who would take it to the next level. She thought of wedding details I’d never even considered, such as how wide our aisle had to be and where the ceremony musicians would be sitting.

There really aren't enough positive words to describe Allyssa and her service. We hired Allyssa for our day of coordinator which started 6-8 weeks out from wedding day but Allyssa was nice enough to check in well prior to that to see if we had any questions, needed help with anything, and provide recommendations. From our first official meeting at the 8 week mark, I knew I wouldn't have to worry about a thing with Allyssa on my team. She was organized, responsive, on top of everything, and always had this calm demeanor that takes away so much stress during wedding planning . Even though I know how busy she is, she makes you feel like you're the only wedding she has going on. You can really tell she cares about her clients and what she does. On the actual wedding day, I literally did not have to worry about a thing as Allyssa was on top of everything. I wanted to change into my reception sneaker early, there was Allyssa with my shoes. Was ready for a cocktail, Allyssa had one waiting for me at my seat. Needed something out of my purse, there was Allyssa with my purse in hand. Really just the most stress free, perfect day, largely due to Allyssa and her team. If anything went wrong, I have no idea about it, which is exactly what you want! Truly I cannot thank or recommend Allyssa enough!!

Allyssa is the best. She really has it all together. We used her as our day of coordinator and when we had our meeting with her 30 days out from our wedding I swear all the stress flew off our shoulders. She handled all the correspondance with our vendors and kept a running to do list for us so we knew what had to be done, which helped us stay on top of everything. She showed up to our final walk through and helped answer all the questions, she had detailed documents and folders on Google that we collaborated on, she was timely and communicative and overall wonderful. Any time I had a little panic moment, I would text Allyssa and she would respond immediately, helping relieve any anxiety I had. She helped organize everything at the rehearsal, and day of, she was fantastic. Our parents and bridal party were even blown away by her ability to keep everyone in line and stick to the schedule perfectly. She thought of every detail and made sure our day went as smoothly as possible. I didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING day of, she told me what to do, where to be, and what was happening. She went above and beyond and helped put flowers in my hair before the photos. By the time the evening was over, she had our cars packed and moved to the proper spots, all of our stuff organized for us, and my purse, phone and keys were in my hand. I was in awe!!! We didn’t have to worry about where any of our stuff was and there was literally NOTHING missing. She even mailed our marriage license back to the office after the wedding. She truly did. not. miss.

Allyssa completely surpassed my expectations! I knew it would be nice to have someone "helping" on the wedding day but I did not realize all of the little details Allyssa would be taking care of. At the beginning she helped me create a realistic budget and kept me organized with her Google Drive documents so I always knew what was left to do. She also helped put together a design plan that easily allowed us to show our vendors our vision during the booking process! I felt like I could trust Allyssa from day one and I liked that she wasn't a big company that felt rushed or just there to make money with multiple hourly rates. We were able to email or text questions closer to the wedding with very fast responses without worrying about additional costs. Allyssa has a perfect demeaner between calm and collected but still able to command a room. Every person in our bridal party said she was great to work with! Even some of my guests were impressed by all of the little things she was taking care of behind the scenes. We used Allyssa's services for the day off but truly she was helpful well before the big day! She is so well organized and knew exactly what questions to ask to keep us all moving along smoothly. She checked in with us and really jumped right in when we got closer to the day of. There are so many decisions on how to best use your wedding budget but I can't stress enough the value of going with Allyssa to help plan and/or coordinate your big day. From the start, Allyssa impressed me in her follow through and responsiveness. She always did what she said and was clear in her communication.
I hired Alyssa to come in at 6 weeks (when I started to feel completely overwhelmed!). Her help started way before our contracted timeframe though! She sent me a folder of incredibly helpful resources to help with planning. She also was a sounding board when I needed advice or recommendations along the way.
When the 6-week mark hit we spent 3 hours talking through every single detail you can imagine even things I didn't think to ask (who knew there were so many ways to fold napkins!) As a bride who wanted a few details in the ceremony to be less traditional she also helped make sure I could pull off ideas you can't just google seamlessly. The best decision we made while planning our wedding was hiring Allyssa + AEE as our wedding planner. We chose her partial planning option and design package. We could not have had a better experience. As a decently organized bride, Allyssa blew me away with her detailed and color-coordinated spreadsheets. The organization of our Google Drive allowed me to seamlessly track everything necessary for our wedding and was incredibly user-friendly. The spreadsheets made everything from creating a seating chart, figuring out tips, coordinating a timeline, and tracking our vendors, payments, and our to-do list so much easier. I actually don’t know how we would have survived without them! Allyssa created a timeline that suited our day perfectly. She had this ready for us by our 6-week-out meeting which was instrumental in the last steps of planning. By then, Allyssa took total control of communicating with vendors. Having Allyssa handle final communications with the rest of my vendors including when to show up, meals, timeline, etc. saved me so much time, hassle, and stress. The week before my wedding I had many friends and coworkers asking me specifically how stressed out I was; with Allyssa’s expertise, I got to smile back and share how relaxed and excited I felt. The weight that Allyssa lifted off my plate in the six weeks before our wedding and throughout the two years of planning made our wedding weekend that much more enjoyable. My wedding day ran smoothly, vendors were well informed, and I never had to worry about the timeline, what time it was, where I needed to be, etc. Allyssa had that all under control. Allyssa is professional and genuine. Allyssa helped design the most detailed and beautiful venue decor with us. She created signage that was inspired by our design consultation. Allyssa helped ensure our florist design matched ours perfectly. She lent us cake stands, frames, easels, and any other handy tool we needed! Since our wedding was an hour and a half away from our home, Allyssa delivered our cake, set it up, and added the final details using my florist's flowers. She set up all of our reception tables, gift + card table, bar signage, and photo booth, and I am sure I am missing more. It all came together even better than I envisioned because of her expertise. At the end of the night, she gathered our gifts and cards, gathered our details and belongings, cleaned up the venue, and had everything together for us to easily pack into our cars the next morning. We hired Allyssa for the wedding management package, plus a few hourly consulting calls. She ALWAYS made herself available when we had questions, was quick to provide her thoughts and suggestions, and guided us throughout the process. We threw her several curveballs, like changing the ceremony location 5 months before the wedding, and she said "we're going to make whatever you want work". On the day of, she was so calm and collected, coordinated final details with all of the vendors, and was able to get us where we needed to go exactly on time.
