s while planning a wedding not in our city. We selected the coordination package from her services but she was able to still answer questions promptly and helpfully along the entirety of our 1.5 year engagement/wedding planning journey. My only regret is only not selecting her full services package so don't make the same mistake we did and just go for it :) During the month before the wedding she helped seamlessly integrate last minute changes to the timelines, various last minute panic requests, and put out last minute fires. Our printing company last minute for a DIY signage piece ended up not working out and she quickly sourced a ton of recommendations which ended up coming through for us. Lastly, on the day of the wedding, our timeline was SO seamless that we were actually half an hour ahead of schedule - I have been in 4 weddings and my bridesmaids have been in many of them as well, and that has quite literally NEVER happened in any of the weddings we've collectively been in. It was also the calmest morning ever and with 12 bridesmaids that is no small feat - this all speaks volumes to Allyssa's experience, attention to detail and professionalism. Every single detail (and there were a lot!) was executed to perfection, anything we had forgotten Allyssa had covered for us on the day of, and most importantly my husband and our entire families were able to enjoy the entire day stress free. I was so stress free and having the time of my life that I wasn’t even bothered when I got espresso martini spilled all over the front of my dress! We don't have the right words in the dictionary to accurately explain just how attentive and considerate Allyssa is when it comes to giving her brides the most perfect day, catering what "perfect" means to each person. I have seen her act as a seamstress, a family counselor, a content creator, a hair stylist, and countless other roles to fill in any and all gaps in the wedding day perfection. I had a guest come up to me at my wedding and say that her dress had ripped and Allyssa appeared out of nowhere with a sewing kit and stitched it right up for her. I don't know what kind of Mary Poppins magic Allyssa possesses to make it all happen, but I am so grateful to her for helping this Type B bride in a very Type A family keep her sanity during wedding planning and have the most perfect, beautiful wedding day. The Christmas wedding of my childhood dreams would have still been just a dream, but with Allyssa's wonderful vendor connections, artful eye, and organizational expertise, it became a reality with beautiful memories and mementos that my husband and I will cherish for the rest of our lives.

“Done!”, “Already taken care of!”, “Did it!”, are phrases you will hear frequently but never tire of if you hire Allyssa. She’s always four, five, even six steps ahead of you. There were so many moments throughout the planning process when I’d think of something — and before I could even say it out loud, Allyssa had already taken care of it. This was especially true on wedding day. It’s as if she could read my mind! She always had an answer, a solution, or a suggestion ready, and somehow managed to make everything feel effortless and joyful.
Working with Allyssa was an absolute dream from start to finish. I can’t emphasize this enough, but it was truly our honor and privilege to be her clients. From our very first meeting, I could tell she was special — calm, collected, and so genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. She truly loves what she does and she’s absolutely phenomenal at it. She has many clients (as she deserves), but you wouldn’t know it. She makes you feel like 1/1 – so special, seen, and important.
She knows every detail that contributes to a successful wedding and executes them with pure ease. When you have decision fatigue (and believe me, you most likely will), she’s there to offer her recommendations that can only come with years of experience in the business. She answers questions honestly and with intention. I can’t tell you how helpful it was to have someone with insight and recommendations to ensure the day will be as beautiful as you’ve always dreamed. Her organization skills are absolutely next level; every detail was handled so seamlessly that I never once had to worry about what came next or if items were taken care of – they were.
I'm a very anxious person at baseline. It’s hard for me to enjoy social events that I host because I am constantly wanting to make sure every detail is attended to and people are having a good time. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me to have Allyssa to take care of me, my husband, and our wedding day. I don’t think she realizes what she did for me during the wedding planning process and on wedding day – she gave me my greatest memory to date, free of dark clouds of anxiety and stress. She gave me peace of mind. I enjoyed my wedding day because of her. I can remember every detail because of her. I wasn’t constantly watching the clock to ensure we were on time. I wasn’t directing guests or vendors. I wasn’t setting up or tearing down. I was living in the moment with my new husband, enjoying our day that she helped us curate. I’m sitting here at a loss of words to truly capture how paramount she was for our wedding day… I truly don’t know what we would’ve done without her. Because of Allyssa, we were able to be fully present and soak in every single moment — something truly priceless. Her attention to detail, focus on keeping couples on track with an all encompassing to-do list, ability to communicate our exact thoughts and vision with each vendor and really anything else you can think of she's no doubt the best (including bustling my wife's dress in what had to be record time).
We cannot thank Allyssa enough for everything she did for us on our special day, the entire night we felt relaxed and didn't lift a finger and were not bothered by anyone. She made sure we had food and a fresh drink to start the evening and at all times checked in to make sure we were doing okay.

From our first conversation to being so organized with her materials in a Google Drive so both of us worked together from the moment I signed on so I could work at a pace for when I had info, to our meeting 30 days out to fill in the blanks so she could communicate to all vendors effectively. When she said she would take over all vendor relationships, she meant it! I’ve had friends who felt “ghosted” by their day-of person, but not Allyssa. On the wedding day, she coordinated everything flawlessly—even handling vendor tips—so we could focus on celebrating with our daughter instead of worrying about logistics.

I genuinely never felt stressed on wedding day and I didn't have to think about absolutely anything else other than getting ready, getting married and enjoying the evening with my husband and our loved ones. The day goes by in a blur and Im glad I didn't have to think or worry about anything else. To me, our wedding day was perfect and we even ran ahead of schedule! If there were any hiccups I never learned about them...honestly, to this day, I have no idea if something went wrong haha. Additionally she and her team did an amazing job at making the wedding look like I envisioned it! then organizing everything back up and putting it in our cars which also def took a lot of stress off our family and friends. All in all 100/10, look no further, she and her team are 100% worth it. Frankly my only regret was not hiring her as a planner from the beginning.

th it! Our wedding was 10/26/24 and we started working with her in May of 2023. It's so obvious why she books up so quick! Allyssa offers so many resources and is well-connected with nothing but amazing vendors. Her guidance and advice are much appreciated and she is professional, easy to reach, and very responsive. Planning a wedding while working and in school was hard for me and my husband, and Allyssa made sure that we stayed on top of the planning and met all the deadlines.
But beyond her skills as a planner, she is one of the sweetest people and was such a pleasure to work with. You can tell that she LOVES what she does and is so devoted to ensuring that her couples have the day of their dreams. She is so personable and it's obvious that she provides a personalized experience to her clients, and no two weddings she plans are the same. She is well-versed in traditional weddings but for clients looking for more non-traditional or unconventional aspects, she has wonderful suggestions. We purchased the full package wedding planning as my husband and I are both physicians, and boy was it worth the $. She helped us from start (finding a venue) to finish (literally packs things into your car during the wedding). Planning a wedding seems so daunting and she made it seamless. She recommends reliable vendors, contacts them, sets up appointments for you, and even goes to the appointments with you. She helped me make many of the decisions (there are just too many lets be honest). I said this to her during most of our meetings, there would be no wedding without Allyssa. The wedding day itself went off without a hitch. She has a meticulously planned itinerary that is realistic and so helpful. As a bride, you don't have to think or worry about anything because she does all that for you. It's like being a guest at your own wedding--stress free and good times only. She has a tackle box filled with oopsie-fixers for anything that may go wrong... my husband spilled taco on his shirt and she got it right off. She thinks of everything, is somehow everywhere at all times, and has everything under control. She is calm, cool and collected under pressure; which is a MUST HAVE on your wedding day. On top of being ^^ all this ^^, she is a great person. She is so nice, funny, and friendly! I loved hanging out with her during the process. My husband and I booked Allyssa's Full Planning package. We worked with her for a year prior to our wedding. Because we had Allyssa on board from the very beginning, my husband and I were able to truly enjoy our time being engaged and focus our energy on other fun engagement activities like my bridal shower & bachelorette and his bachelor party. We both have demanding careers so we definitely knew we needed a hands-on wedding planner. A prior bride of her’s told me how accessible she was. That really sealed the deal for us when selecting a wedding planner. Now I’m here to tell you that’s absolutely accurate. Allyssa was always so responsive and made her herself available for us. At times it was hard to imagine to she had other brides because she always gave us 100% of her attention and made us feel so special.
Our wedding day could not have gone smoother and was entirely stress free because of Allyssa. She even told me what a calm bride I was. Me!? Calm!? Ha! That just goes to show how much trust we had in Allyssa and how excellent she is! She made sure everyone involved in the wedding from vendors, our wedding party, and guests knew exactly where to be and what to do so my husband and I didn't have to field questions all day and could just enjoy our special day. Two extraordinary situations stand out on the day of the wedding where Allyssa came to the rescue. While getting dressed for the church, I finished 2 button loops on the bride’s dress (no small feat) with 28 more to go. I thought to myself, we are going to be late to the ceremony, so I called out to Allyssa. She leaped into action, whipped out her trusty crochet needle, and before I knew it all the button loops were done, and we were off to the ceremony! After the ceremony, Allyssa helped us bustle the dress in less than 30 seconds, despite four of us struggling to bustle it for over 10 minutes. She is a professional with loads of experience and knows exactly what to do in any situation.
I planned a second wedding three weeks later without Allyssa. Throughout that wedding, I said many times I wished Allyssa was there to help us as she was deeply missed. ern for my wedding day was figuring out all of the logistics of how everything will play out. From when we met with Allyssa 6 weeks prior to our day, I knew I was in the best hands possible! After our call, she immediately contacted all of my vendors, created a very detailed timeline for the day, and made adjustments with my vendors as needed. Whatever I had questions about, she had the answers! We were able to hand off all of our decor to her a few days prior and she took our vision and put it together perfectly. We weren’t able to run our rehearsal at our actual venue, but Allyssa made the rehearsal run so efficiently and smooth. She made sure my bridal party and family all had printed timelines for the next day as well. The day of, I had no worries what so ever. If there were any issues that day, I was not aware of them! When my sisters’ boyfriends transported the mirror to the venue, it got so hot that all of the names fell off and they accidentally stepped on them, ruining the paper. Before my mom even knew this was happening, Allyssa had reached out and retrieved the file, sent it to Fedex to be printed, sent the boys to pick it up and had all of the names back up like nothing happened. INCREDIBLE!!! I don’t know how she does it!

le. I am an extremely type A person, obsessed with to do lists and tracking. Still, I’ve never met someone quite as detail oriented as Allyssa. Nothing will be forgotten under her supervision! Even with the partial planning package, throughout the planning process Allyssa was sure to send me frequent reminders/check-ins. Nothing ever felt rushed or past due. She has a foresight that is unparalleled. She also has the BEST vendor recommendations, which were all particular to our budget, vision, and personality, and all melded together so well.
We opted to do the design package with Allyssa, and she delivered! She created a custom proposal using our Pinterest/photo inspiration/verbal descriptions, and, over the course of 2 years, communicated with us, our rentals services (Styled and Staged), and our florist (Katie at Rouge) to literally construct the things dreams are made of, being very flexible as our vision evolved over that period of time. From insight on stationary, to tables/place settings, to florals/displays, everything was executed better than I could ever imagine. I could not be more amazed by how visually beautiful our wedding was, and how on par it was with the vision we had!
On the actual wedding weekend, she knew how to command a room and get things done, while at the same time still managing to keep the energy light and fun. The day prior, she picked up/dropped off our rentals, and her leading the rehearsal was efficient yet effective. Everyone knew their roles and felt ready for the wedding day. She had hard copies of our timeline to provide to all wedding party members as well. Day of, she arrived early, making sure everything was executed to perfection. Her and her assistant Jordan were so on top of things, that if anything went wrong, it was rapidly addressed and/or I literally did not notice it. For instance, my bustle broke right before the first dance and she safety pinned it like an absolute boss in less than 1 minute, and it stayed put through multiple dips, twirls, and lifts! We had to change hotel rooms mid-wedding day, and Allyssa ensured that all of our personal belongings were shifted and taken care of. She executed a very detailed, extensive room flip in very minimal time. During reception dancing, the dress zipper of one of our guests ripped, and Allyssa was there to reconstruct her dress back using safety pins-she was able to dance the night away comfortably! After our wedding, she was sure to collect all our rentals, make sure our personal belongings at the wedding (signage, photos, outfit changes, etc) were cared for, and even sent in our marriage license. Her assistant Jordan went above and beyond by using our Polaroid camera from our guest book station to take candids thoughout the day. Allyssa made the most beautiful highlight reel to share on instagram. Both of these captures were so wonderful because we were able to enjoy/share all of this while waiting for our professional photos/video. Choose Allyssa, and you and your guests will all be taken care of without a doubt. Truly one of the best decisions we made!

irst started looking for a coordinator 16 months ahead of our wedding, I knew that as a professional project manager I needed to find someone even more Type A than I am. I hired Allyssa when she came off as a no-nonsense, organized and kindhearted woman, but she is so much more!
During the months that led up to our wedding she was super responsive anytime I had a question, whether it was a vendor recommendation (which she will give you) or what times to put on our invitations. Once we met Allyssa in person about six weeks out, we knew we’d get along swimmingly. She listened to our bad jokes and took attentive notes, leaving us feeling relieved that we were handing off the wedding of our dreams to someone who would take it to the next level. She thought of wedding details I’d never even considered, such as how wide our aisle had to be and where the ceremony musicians would be sitting.
During our rehearsal and the wedding morning, she pulled me aside to encourage me anytime I seemed frazzled. She was there for us the whole day, constantly checking in on what we needed and how we were feeling all while directing the overall flow of the day. Not only that, but she made sure that everything looked perfect, from fixing my veil during photos to transporting and setting up our decor at the reception venue.

One of my biggest worries when prepping for the wedding day was that I would not be able to fully enjoy the day or be fully present, but with Allyssa there to make sure everything was running smoothly, there was nothing to do but enjoy the day. The icing on the cake was when she found my husband and me on the dance floor to hand deliver chick-fil-a nuggets (our late night snack) to make sure we got some before anyone else. She truly thinks of everything!
