We had booked Aloha Artisans for all of our rentals for our September 2024 wedding at Dillingham Ranch. Our venue only provided the space so we were needing to bring EVERYTHING in on our own and Aloha Artisans was the perfect team for that. I wanted to book a rental company with good quality rental pieces that looked clean, had experience working at Dillingham, and most importantly great communication. I'm SO happy we booked Aloha Artisans for our day! The rentals were good quality and everything was absolutely perfect and better than I ever could have imagined. The cafe lighting on our clear top tent was absolute perfection. They were on top of all communications with me and very accommodating when I wanted to add or remove things from my rentals list. Their team arrived early and had everything set up on time. I would highly recommend Aloha Artisans for your rental needs!
Aloha Artisans was wonderful to work with from beginning to end for my daughter's destination wedding! We always received timely responses to our inquiries and delivery and pick up at the venue were exactly on time. Due to the venue being on Hickam Air Force Base the vendor had to complete paperwork for clearance to deliver on base and it meant they couldn't preview the site. Instead we had to send them pics of the area we wanted lighting and they were able to figure out how to make it work so we could have the lighting we wanted! And, all the paperwork was completed timely so things went smoothly the day of the event. They also accommodated our last minute request for a farm table rental to use as the head table. It was the perfect touch! We would 110% recommend Aloha Artisans to anyone looking for professional and beautiful wedding venue decor and lighting! They were AWESOME!
Aloha artisans made our wedding vision come to life, we rented items for our welcome area (boho shelving, two bar carts) as well as items for our cocktail hour area (umbrellas and cane webbing lounge). We also used the peacock lounge and white farm table for our sweetheart table, all of our rentals were stunning! We had some many complements on our wedding decor. We would highly recommend!
Booking through Aloha Artisans was so quick and easy! Even with all the questions we had, they were able to get to us quickly and make sure we had everything squared away.
Delivery and breakdown were both easy and right on point as well. Our family and friends lived their farm tables.
We worked with Aloha Aritsans for our wedding just a couple weeks ago and could not be more pleased with our whole experience with them. Aloha artisans were the absolute BEST for my wedding reception! They had the best items for rent, no tacky tables and chairs; everything looked upscale. They were very responsive even when I had quite a few changes and so many questions. They were always friendly and extremely helpful. Delivery/ set up/tear down crews were timely and very thorough. As a destination event planner, finding quality rentals teams that communicate clearly and kindly is extremely important to us. Our couple had an absolutely phenomenal experience renting from Aloha Artisans at Kualoa Ranch. Their communication was always extremely clear, they were quick to respond to emails/calls, and their day of delivery team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was beyond perfect. I am so happy that I chose Aloha Artisans for my wedding rentals. They were so easy to deal with. Probably the most prompt vendor I worked with in terms of responding to emails. They guys on set up day were a delight. They came to me/my coordinator with some great questions, and we even tweaked the layout because of their suggestions, and I’m glad we did. Plus they were fun and just overall cheery—which was exactly what I needed the morning of the wedding. I highly recommend them. The items themselves were beautiful and the set-up/break-down was seamless. One of my favorite vendors to work with for sure.
My wife and I recently worked with Aloha Artisans for our wedding at Kualoa Ranch, which unfortunately left us with mixed feelings due to several issues we encountered during the planning and execution of our event.
We faced a few disappointing instances that affected the overall quality of our experience. Firstly, we were notified just days before our event that 30 wishbone chairs of the 240 chairs we had planned our wedding aesthetic around were damaged and unavailable. We were left to hastily reconfigure our layout with substitute chairs which were not what we had initially envisioned or agreed upon. Furthermore, they made us pay for the substitute chairs. The late notice and lack of professional handling of this issue caused a significant amount of stress and inconvenience.
The ambiance we desired was further hindered by the smaller chandeliers provided, contrary to our explicit request for the larger variant, and the absence of promised lighting on the tree behind the bar. These oversights affected the atmosphere of our event and left us feeling let down by the lack of communication and foresight from the team.
Lastly, the vendor failed to fulfill their commitment to pick up and set up items from Event Accents, which had been confirmed by both Jeff verbally and Holly via email. This lack of follow-through added another layer of unnecessary stress to our preparations and resulted in additional inconvenience for us. When the owner of the business gives you his word, you should be able to rely on it. Unfortunately, that was not the case with Jeff or Tawni, the owners.
While we understand the challenges inherent in event planning and execution, we expected the services we paid for to align with what was delivered. We hope that our honest feedback helps future clients and spurs improvements in their service.
After sharing our grievances with the owners, they dug in their heels and refused to even apologize for their missteps. Therefore, we believe a 1-star review is a fair reflection of our experience.

Not only were Tawny and the team so quick to reply, send updates to my quotes with changes, they were a dream to work with! They truly had the most beautiful pieces and worked with me and my coordinators to make sure we had everything we needed, even those last minute changes. Everything we ordered from the chairs, circle arch and tables were as expected, beautifully set up, and you can see the care they put into each set up and break down of their items. I want to have more events just to hire them again!
Aloha Artisans were amazing to work with and so easy to communicate with as well. I really wanted a beautiful but simple sweetheart table for my wedding and they gave me that with the peacock chairs and wooden table. My friends and family complimented it all night. The wooden dance floor was a hit as well! I would highly recommend working with Aloha Artisans for any wedding or party decor needs.
We used Aloha Artisans to rent a 4 post cabana and string lights to decorate our sweetheart table at our wedding. The final look was beautiful and everything we could have hoped for! Vendor was easy to work with and came highly recommended by our wedding coordinator.

We had a destination wedding on Oahu and despite living in a different state on a different time zone, Tawni was easy to communicate with throughout the process and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We rented an arch, bar front and lounge set from Aloha Artisans and they came exactly as pictured. The lounge set was so cute and all of our guests loved hanging out on them. The pricing for the items also wasn't bad.
I am so glad that I went with this company for additional decor for our venue! It was easy from the start with quick responses to my email and they delivered exactly what I asked for. They really made my wedding vision come to life I was in love with the arch, the bar front, and especially the Monstera wall. The lounge area was also a hit and everyone complimented on all of the decor from Aloha Artisans! Thanks for being part of our day!!
We used Aloha Artisans for our wedding at the Four Seasons on Oahu and they were fantastic! Set up was easy and there were absolutely no hiccups at all - exactly what we expected.
My husband and I had furniture from Aloha Artisans for our wedding in June 2022. Although the furniture were very pretty, we had an unpleasant experience leading up to the wedding.
We had decided on our rentals a few months in advance, which included wedding arch, chairs, and a rug. We happened to be checking their website a few weeks before our wedding when we realized that the arch that we had ordered and had already paid for was not available on the website. After reaching out to Aloha Artisans to ensure it was still available, we found out that the arch was no longer available in the original color we ordered.
This threw us off because we had planned other things such as floral design based on the color scheme of the original arch. We had no choice, so we decided to settle for a different arch and chairs that would match our color scheme. These alternative alter and chairs were more expensive and Aloha Artisans made us pay the difference. I think they should have just given us the new ones without charging for the extra fee, because it was on their part we had to make change of plans. Their overall communication was a little slow too.
I wonder what would have happened if we didn't realize that their original arch was gone--they probably would have shown up on the day of with a wrong colored arch.
Overall, I'd say that they have very nice furniture inventory, but the service quality is questionable.
We rented the white leather love seat, blush lounge, white bar, & moss boxwood backdrop from Aloha Artisans. All the rentals were beautiful and really added to the ambiance of our wedding. You would think these are not essential additions to your wedding budget, but these pieces were the focal points of our wedding and I could not imagine our wedding without it. They were also great to work with, very quick response times and so accommodating with all of our adjustments given we had to reschedule our wedding twice due to covid. I highly recommend Aloha Artisans!

We only ended up using them for our peacock chair and some of their lights, but I LOVED their inventory! And though they were very busy, they made some changes to be able to drop off these items at our location the day before the event so that we could still have the items (even though they were fully booked for our wedding day).
Aloha Artisan has the most amazing rental selections. Every item was a dream. The team was so helpful and responsive as well. We had several questions regarding the decors and lighting and they expertly helped us decide on the pieces and quantities that were exactly what we needed. The whole booking process through delivery and pick-up was so smooth and painless.
The ceremony and reception turned out so beautiful with the pieces we rented from Aloha Artisan.
All of the wonderful reviews are accurate. I cannot rave enough about Aloha Artisans. I have so many vendors and 4 just for wedding rentals alone and they are, BY FAR, my favorite vendor- period. They have a wonderful reputation and when you reach out to them, it is not hard to see why:
1) They are so responsive via email and phone. I have about 50 emails in my chain with Holly the manager. Each time I am being a pain in the butt and sending an email asking her to add/remove things from my order, she never makes me feel bad for it. They always responds within 24 business hours and typically day of if I email her in the morning (I am in Cali). Also, Holly has been so helpful with helping me choose items that will help bring my vision of my wedding day to life. This is a vendor who you will NEVER have to worry about in terms of not getting back to you.
2) Their collection is beautiful and quality stuff- and UNIQUE. I started with renting some lanterns for my tent wedding, the circle arch, lounges, and cocktail tables. But now I am renting farm tables and ALL chairs from them for both my ceremony and reception. If you want to add character, pizzazz, and something extra to your wedding, these are your peeps!
3) Their prices are competitive! Compare the cost and quality of the must-have wedding rentals (chairs and tables) to the larger rental companies on the island and you will quickly see that you're getting a bang for your buck. Even the would-love-to-have items like the styled lounges, lighting, bar front are more competitively priced. Also, even if Aloha Artisans costed more, the quality and inventory that you have to choose from will blow those larger companies out of the water. I am a bride who does my research and pretty much know the pricing breakdown of the big players on Oahu.
4) They are constantly adding new things to their inventory. lf you're a 2022 couple, they are adding a couple of new chairs. All of which are to die for: gold and white Phoenix chairs, white-washed wooden cross back, and a really beautiful wishbone chair (Uploading pics of these new chairs because it's not on their website yet). Their folding bamboo chair is so iconic!
5) You are supporting a small family business!

We used Aloha Artisans to rent an arch for our wedding ceremony and have lawn games for our reception. The sales team was responsive and the set up and tear down crew were efficient. We were so glad to have them join us for our wedding day! Highly recommend!
Great rentals!! So modern and chic everything looked great and it was affordable. My sweetheart table chairs were everything and more! The mosterra Photo Booth wall with "you had me at Aloha" neon lights was the perfect touch! Not to mention the lawn games I was also able to book for my wedding. Definitely recommend this vendor!

Aloha Artisans made my Plan B Covid wedding look like it was Plan A along. I truly appreciate their patience, kindness, and willingness to make it as beautiful as possible despite the circumstances. A week before my wedding, the mayor changed the outdoor wedding count limit from 10 to 100. Aloha Artisans was able to supply us with more poufs last minute, which made the seating area look more complete. My husband and I look forward to working with Holly and the Aloha Artisans team next year at our larger reception.
My husband and I got married in Hawaii amongst the pandemic craze so we slightly eloped and had a Vrbo backyard wedding reception. Aloha Artisans worked with us and delivered and picked up equipment promptly the day of the wedding! They were amazing! Highly recommend!
When we were picking wedding rentals for our February 2020 ceremony, I was having a hard time finding vendors with modern designs. I was so delighted when our wedding planner Laura from Parasol Events found Aloha Artisans for us, and we rented a lounge set, sweetheart thrones, and all of the dinner chairs for our wedding. Their designs are clean and beautiful, and I was even able to go to their design studio and warehouse to pick the colored textiles that matched our wedding colors perfectly. Their team was also incredibly flexible when working with our planner and venue manager for odd pick up and delivery schedules. Aloha Artisans is certain the top event design vendor for Oahu!

Where do I begin?! I found Aloha Artisans on IG as I was in search for the perfect outdoor lounge set. Once we decided that Moana Surfrider’s Diamond Lawn & Terrace would be the perfect setting for our a Reception. I was in constant contact with Aloha Artisans with my many many annoying questions LOL! Tawni & her team were always on it with getting back to me. Polite & Professional! I rented out the Gray Lounge set that came with glass tables with gold trim, as well as the “Cheers” Bar. They were set up so beautifully, My gosh... I couldn’t believe it! The whole sha-bang! Our guests felt like they were at a show casing of a styled-modeled home lol! Picture perfect to say the least! Writing this review makes me so emotional because I just wish I could go back to that day, let alone plan this wedding 2400 miles away. All the tears, all the melt downs, all the frustration, and emotions, I’d do it all again in a heart beat. From the details to the sunset, all of our vendors including Aloha Artisans went above and beyond my expectations. It was everything and more!!! Thank you so much Tawni & Family! Our wedding reception was held in a pretty open space and we wanted to add some items to help make the space feel more intimate and special for our guests. Their inventory has so much variety and we were able to find everything we were looking for. We rented their: moss boxwood backdrop, rattan styled lounge set, and rattan peacock chairs.
The backdrop was SO perfect for a photobooth. We bought (separately) a neon sign and wood sign, which really brought the whole photobooth to life. Our guests utilized the lounge set all throughout the reception and it just really added that special touch in the decor. My wife and I LOVED our peacock chairs for our sweetheart table. It really made us feel like royalty.

Aloha Artisans was so easy to work with! We contacted them about a month before our wedding (long story but our original ceremony site fell though) and they responded right away with all the information we needed. We rented the Hex altar, Kona altar, and lanterns. The Hex altar is beautiful and exactly what I pictured while saying my vows. The Kona altar was decorated with fabric for us to walk through and it was very sturdy and nice. The lanterns were great decor and it was part of both our ceremony and reception. The workers who came to set up and pick up arrived on time and were very kind. I felt like they were genuinely excited for us. Weddings can be very stressful but we're so glad that Aloha Artisans provided us with such exceptional service!
Aloha Artisans are unrivaled for unique rentals and personal touch here on the island.. These guys go above and beyond to help you create the most incredible personalized experience. Aloha Artisans were amazing to work with. I found them on Instagram and I fell in love with the blush styled lounge as it fit perfectly with the elegant/romantic style I was going for. We asked to change the side chairs that came with the packet to the blush tufted velvet chairs and they did without any extra charge. We also added the white bar the came with the "cheers" laser cut-out sign, which was a nice special touch. Both the bar and blush styled lounge set were such a beautiful addition to our wedding and we couldn't be happier. We had our photographer take some wedding photos of us sitting on the lounge with our bridal party and those were some of the best/most fun photos we had taken. Aloha Artisans were very accommodating and quick to respond to my emails. I'm so happy we had chosen Aloha Artisans as they were great from start to finish!
We used Aloha Artisans for our wedding in May and let me tell you they did not disappoint. Tawni and Jeff are just lovely and you can tell by the way they interact with you that they really care!
My mother and I went to their warehouse to check out the different lounge furniture and pillows. This is where we met Jeff! He was truly amazing! He excitedly showed us around his warehouse and all of the different things they offered. We let him know which style lounge we ordered and without any hesitation he pulled out all the chairs and pillows just to show us what it would look like the day of. He even gave suggestions and ideas of what looked best. He answered every question and even let us take photos!
On the day of our wedding there were no issues and everyone loved our lounge furniture! We even got amazing photos with the bridal party! They not only provided excellent customer service but the items they used are great quality. They were also very quick to respond to every email before, during and even after my wedding.
I would highly recommend them and would without a doubt use their services again! You will not be disappointed and will love them as much as I do!

AMAZING, HONEST, QUALITY are a few words that come to mind when I think of this amazing family business. I live in Louisiana and Mr Jeff assisted me with every piece of my design. I shared with him my vision and on my wedding day my vision was no longer an image in my head but a visual picture of what he and I discussed for months. My wedding planner was from Louisiana and personally stated to me ALOHA ARTISANS was her favorite vendor. I’m extremely happy I was provided with quality products. The wedding props were beautiful and it arrived on time at our venue.
Our arch was BEAUTIFUL! We added a spray of greenery and roses to the side and everyone wanted to take pictures by it! Very happy we rented from Aloha Artisans, as no one else has an arch quite like it!
I found Aloha Artisans through Instagram and I just knew I had to have one of their styled rattan lounge sets and peacock thrones for my wedding in March 2019. The lounge set and throne were such beautiful additions and really made my vision of a modern, tropical wedding come true! I absolutely LOVE the pictures that my bridal party took there. It looked so chic! I totally want that lounge set and throne in my backyard. I would hang out there all day! Aloha Artisans has such a wide variety of products such as their lounge sets, pillows, rugs, and many more cute products to choose from, to go with whatever colour scheme and and wedding theme your heart desires. It was hard for me to choose my rentals because I just wanted everything! I want couples to know how great their products are and what a beautiful addition they would be for any event! Jeff and Tawni were very friendly and easy to work with. They are also quick to respond to emails and my many inquiries! I truly wish them continued success on their business. Huge mahalo!
Jeff and Tawni did a fantastic job creating custom wood signage for our destination wedding on Oahu. We rented the gray styled lounge and lawn games, and both were a big hit with our guests and perfect additions to the festivities. Jeff was prompt and responsive, and easy to work with remotely. Jeff was a huge help setting up the rentals on our wedding day. While creating our wedding signs, Jeff and Tawni provided several options for customization, and sent mock-ups for approval before painting the finished product. I would love to work with them again in the future, and would recommend their rental and signage services to any couple looking for a great experience!
We loved working with Aloha Artisans! They were very responsive from the initial conversation till the very end. We rented the Aloha bar front and it truly put a finishing touch to the bar area. We noticed many of our guests stayed around the bar, so I'm so glad we were able to work with Aloha Artisans on this! They arrived on time the day of the wedding with no problem at all. I didn't work with the company directly, just through my wedding planner. I loved all the pieces! they were on time. My only complaint is that there was no pen included with their specialty guestbook. I got a monstera leaf "guest book" and we had to scramble to find a sharpie bc i was under the impression they would provide something to sign the wood and they did not.

The ease of process/ordering/customer service was top notch and equally important, their round arch was absolutely stunning for our wedding ceremony. It was worth every penny to have something different than the traditional alter and they took care of the set up and break down. The well priced stylish lounges made this a no brainer. Having a modern range of options to choose from made it easy to fit into our wedding theme. I was SO excited to see our photos! Our guests enjoyed the space to rest under the hot afternoon sun and it made for a great lounge at night.

Love love love Aloha Artisans. We rented their white styled lounge and Peacock chairs. We received so many compliments on both. They were super easy to work with and quick to respond. If we had infinite amount of money I would have rented much more from them, all their items are so cute! You can't go wrong with Aloha Artisans, great customer service and products.
I’m so happy we had the beautiful details of Aloha Artisans at our reception. We had two sofa sets on the deck of the venue overlooking the ocean and our guests absolutely loved watching the sunset from them. I saw Aloha Artisan’s rental furniture on Instagram and fell in love. They were the first vendors I hired for our wedding and I’m so thankful for them. Tawni and Jeff were amazing to work with! They are super responsive and go above and beyond for their customers. Their furniture is gorgeous! I rented two lounge sets and two of the low hairpin tables with rugs and cushions and used them as our kids tables. Everything came together beautifully and totally made the reception space memorable and luxurious! Absolutely worth the money spent. Mahalo, Aloha Artisans!!!

Aloha Artisans rocks! They were very responsive and easy to work with, and also reasonably priced. We rented a rattan lounge, signage, and had them create calligraphy cutouts with our guests’ names. All the little details made our reception site look AMAZING. We got so many compliments on the decor. Would highly recommend!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I worked with Tawni and Jeff on specialty rentals and custom items for my destination wedding at Kualoa Ranch (Secret Island Beach & Moli'i Gardens) and they were SO AMAZING!!! I had a multitude of ideas I wanted to bring to life at my wedding and they were so easy to work with, so patient, and such great value. Emails always received a quick response and calls with them were so organized and efficient. They even went above and beyond to stay on-site to help me decorate the arch rental with the palm leaves I wanted and moved it to our reception location after the ceremony. I rented the white lounge, arch, lawn games, and some custom signs. I also had a lot of custom pieces done and they were absolutely amazing! Tawni and Jeff made our cake topper, our surf board guest book, signbearer signs, seating char, and chair back signs. All your pieces were such a huge hit! Thank you, Aloha Artisans, for your excellent service and for making our wedding day so perfect!

I found Aloha Artisans thru Instagram and saw that they had an Etsy account. I reached out to Tawni and her husband and I had asked them to make acrylic name plates for the head table, a letter G guest book, and R & B letters behind our sweetheart table. They did a great job and it was everything I wanted! Tawni and her husband responded quickly to all my questions that I had!
