Though we are based in Hawaii our expertise in destination wedding planning has taken us all across the mainland USA.

ABC Weddings was recommended to us by our wedding venue and honestly we couldn’t of done it without them. We ended up just getting the basic package and worked with Sammy quite a bit in the weeks leading up to our wedding. We were a month out, not prepared, and had a lot of things to finalize, but Sammy was the one who got us to this finish line. Sammy is great!! Extremely organized and super helpful, she helped me secure some very last minute vendors and was able to organize the transportation logistics we had, which were a lot, and everything went so smoothly, it was perfect. We heard so many great things from all our guests about Sammy and the rest of the staff who were there supporting us, they were working non-stop all day to ensure everything was in order. Highly recommend Aloha Bridal Connections!!! Even if you think you don’t need a coordinator, trust me, you do.

My husband is from Kauai and we always knew that is where we wanted to get married. Although he’s from there and his family still lives there, I knew I wanted to work with a coordinator because I didn’t live there and I didn’t want to add extra pressure and stress on his family. I began my research and found ABC. I looked at their instagram and started following them to see the kind of work they did. When I really got serious with the planning I looked at their reviews to make my final decision. It was their social media page and the reviews that made me choose them.
I worked with Julie for the first half of my wedding planning and she was amazing! She was knowledge, helpful, and professional during the time I worked with her! She definitely gave me a sense of peace and relief being that I was planning the wedding from the mainland.
ABC had to make a change to my lead coordinator so then I worked with Sherry for the remainder of my wedding planning. I was honestly nervous and a little bummed that I wasn’t going to work with Julie, but Sherry came in and made the transition smooth and seamless — she didn’t skip a beat! What I loved about working with Sherry is that she was personable and knew the importance of making relationships/connections with her clients. Just like Julie, Sherry was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional during the entire process of us working together. In addition, she was very patient and understanding when things got a little crazy! My husband and I were definitely faced with a handful of challenges while planning our wedding but we couldn’t have done it without Sherry’s and the rest of the team’s help. It was a wonderful feeling to not stress about every little detail knowing that Sherry and the ABC team was there taking care of it all!
Both Julie and Sherry listened to my desires, concerns, and needs while providing their professional opinions and expertise! This helped keeping things on track and within budget. In addition, I was able to call, text, or email anytime I had a question, concern, or needed a recommendation. This was a tremendous help and wonderful feature of the Signature Package.
ABC, as a whole, does a wonderful job with providing a list of recommendations, going off a master checklist, and scheduling the meetings to ensure everything was on track for the big day!! It’s crazy how many details that you don’t think of that go into a wedding!! ABC helped so much with this and I couldn’t have imagined not working with them.

When I first started my search for a destination wedding coordinator, I was drawn to ABC due to their high ratings! I had my first phone call with Lauren and she was the one that helped me choose my dream venue-Kualoa Ranch!
I ended up selecting the Signature Package because I do enjoy planning events but appreciated their guidance on selecting vendors! They provide you with so many resources, tools, and a budget planner as well!
At the 3 month mark after I chose all of my vendors, Jamie stepped in as my lead coordinator! And she was always on top of her game and so very helpful! She helped me with wedding details I would have never even thought of and even caught discrepancies on a vendor invoice and got me some money back!
She also helped everything run smoothly at the rehearsal! Jamie and my other day of coordinator, Sammy, made my wedding day even more amazing. They helped set everything up and made sure my day was how I imagined. They keep everyone on schedule and they took so much stress off of me.
So many of my friends and family have said how wonderful my wedding was and I would not have had the wedding of my dreams without the help from ABC! Thank you ladies!

From the very start of our wedding planning journey, we knew we needed a professional who could bring our vision to life. After an extensive search for the perfect wedding coordinator, we were immediately drawn to ABC Wedding Coordination. Their portfolio showcased a variety of stunning events, and their glowing reviews assured us that we were in capable hands.
We decided to book the Basic Coordination Package, which perfectly fit our needs and budget. Mackenzie, our head wedding coordinator, allowed us to enjoy the planning process without feeling overwhelmed. She was incredibly organized, making communication a breeze. ABC Weddings’ planning process ensured that every aspect was covered, from timelines to vendor coordination.
As the big day approached, the wrap-up process was seamless. ABC provided us with checklists and reminders, ensuring that we didn’t miss a single detail. The hand-over process was equally impressive; we received a clear outline of our day-of schedule, which allowed us to feel confident and prepared.
The rehearsal experience was another highlight. Mackenzie guided us through every step, ensuring that everyone knew their roles. It was both fun and reassuring, setting a positive tone for the wedding day.
On our wedding day, ABC’s team exceeded our expectations. Mackenzie was very organized, managed the time well, knew when to provide us with food and drinks, and knew what to do when something unexpected came up (like when I, the bride, needed to use the bathroom before the ceremony and all the guests were already present). She worked behind the scenes to ensure everything flowed smoothly, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment.
In conclusion, we are beyond grateful for the hard work and dedication that ABC Wedding Coordination brought to our special day. Their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail made our wedding unforgettable. We can’t recommend them enough!
Where do I even begin?! As I look back on our wedding day, I realize we couldn’t have asked for it to be any more of a dream come true! We can genuinely say that this has been the best day of our lives! Sherry played a huge role in bringing our vision to life!
We initially found ABC through social media as they work with several local vendors here on the island. I immediately clicked on their IG page and the amount of information they provide on their website such as vendors, venues, and the different packages they offer just amazed me from the get-go! From the minute they reached out to go over my vision and what we were looking for, I knew we made the right choice.
We booked the Signature package as we felt that being on the island, we had a lot of control over which vendors we wanted to work with and also wanted to be hands-on throughout the whole process. The Signature coordination package included planning advice as needed, 3-month mark wrap-up, 3-month point of contact takeover, wedding week inventory swap, rehearsal, and wedding day execution. The systems that they have in place made us feel so comfortable and we built such a trusting relationship with Sherry and she definitely had everything under control. As we look back, it was so nice to be in control of which vendors we wanted to use while also having ABC-Sherry to seek advice from along the way. Sherry has been my right hand and go-to throughout the whole process!! Regardless of how busy she was with other events, she always made me feel like I could reach out to her for anything.
Although the company as a whole deserves recognition, in our eyes, the credit goes directly to Sherry! From the very beginning, Sherry has been super detailed, organized, a positive attitude, welcoming and always communicated with us. Sherry is the reason that our wedding day turned out to be perfect!! She was there on the rehearsal day in the pouring rain, helping us set up tables, benches, ensuring the layout was exactly what we wanted it to be, planning for what-ifs in case it was going to down pour on our wedding day!
Wedding day!!! There were a few last minute things that needed to be changed, and Sherry made sure to get it all under control. She did this so smoothly to ensure that there was no added stress on my husband and I’s plate and we can’t thank her enough for that. She did it all!! From making sure we adhered to the timeline, making sure we were enjoying ourselves, she even captured some of the most special moments on her on cell phone and this was so unexpected, but shows that she genuinely cares for us.

Our wedding day was perfect, and while some of that was due to sheer luck/higher powers (e.g., good weather), a good part of that was thanks to ABC and our lead coordinator, Jamie Duffield.
We found ABC through our venue, the Four Seasons Ko Olina, as they were on the list of recommended planners. Although we interviewed a few of those companies, we went with ABC because we liked their responsiveness, the flexibility of their packages, and the general vibe we got from our initial call with Lauren. We really wanted to be hands-on in selecting our vendors, but because we were planning our Oahu wedding from New York initially, it was difficult to know where to start. ABC provided plenty of guidance and were quick to answer any questions that we had in this earlier stage.
When Jamie took over communications three months out, she had to regularly remind us that we didn't have to email vendors ourselves (one of us loves control). By the end, we were in awe at the sheer number of emails we saw her send and receive (CC'd on everything because of the aforementioned love of control) and so grateful that she was so on top of everything.
We grew to quickly trust Jamie completely, not only because of her organizational and logistical prowess, but also because of her insight, advice, and demeanor, all of which are crucial during the stress of wedding planning (which we compounded with a cross-country move (do not recommend)). She never added to our stress, but instead made everything feel manageable. We'd go into a call with her feeling anxious and come out of it feeling optimistic.
As for the actual day-of, everything went smoothly and looked perfect. Our guest experience, for both friends and family, was paramount to us, and Jamie delivered with all of her suggestions and execution. She and her assistant coordinator worked so hard to make everything feel effortless and seamless for us. We truly feel like Jamie and the broader ABC team made it all happen, and are so grateful for all their efforts!!
We can’t thank ABC, specifically, Brittany, Natalie, Jamie and Sammy for making our wedding day run so smoothly and effortlessly! With a wedding of over 200 people, it was stressful and sometimes overwhelming thinking about how to go about planning. I booked the hybrid package and initially spoke with Jamie who was super helpful with helping me work out details with my venue and vendors. The wedding sheets provided helped me keep everything organized and if I ever had any questions I was able to reach out to the team prior to the hand-over 3-months before the wedding. We were then assigned Brittany who is AMAZING. She was on top of contacting my vendors when we needed forms from them for the venue and checked in on us regularly. On the wedding day Natalie and the team was there in the morning helping with set up and made our reception look better than we could have imagined. The team was great at reminding us to relax and enjoy ourselves on our special day. We definitely recommend using Aloha Bridal Connections!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Jamie from ABC Weddings for my wedding at the Koolau Ballrooms in Oahu, and I cannot recommend her enough! I chose the one-month package, which turned out to be the perfect decision. From our very first meeting, Jamie was attentive and made me feel at ease. I appreciated how available she was for any questions or concerns I had; it was comforting to know I could text her anytime.
Jamie’s organization skills were exceptional, helping to streamline the planning process and ensuring that every detail was addressed well before the big day. On the wedding day itself, I felt like I was asking her a million questions, but she handled everything with grace and efficiency. Whenever an issue arose, she was quick to find a solution, which alleviated any stress I might have felt.

The ABC team was a dream to work with! Planning a wedding from Canada, we were looking for an experienced local team to help us out. We chose the basic coordination package with the rental overview/layout creation add-on.
We found out 5 months before our big day that our original venue was no longer able to host weddings. ABC quickly helped us adjust our schedule and also provided us with a new layout, so we could continue planning the wedding.
For the month and the especially the week leading up the wedding and the day-of, we really owe it to our lead coordinator Mackenzie who led us to the finish line! The week leading up to our wedding, we saw nothing but rain in the forecast but Mackenzie reassured us and provided us with rain contingency plans. The night before she even recommended us to upgrade the tent size to keep our guests dry and we're so glad we did! Mackenzie, Natalie and Leanne (and all our vendors) were troopers as we battled the rain. We can't recommend ABC enough!

We got married in Hawaii, which was the location for our dream destination wedding. We were planning our wedding remotely from our home base in Washington, D.C. Therefore we looked to ABC for their local expertise, good reviews, and competitive price point. We initially got in touch with ABC founder, Lauren, and were pleased with her promptness. Lauren was fully transparent with ABC's range of wedding planning package options. This worked well for us because we were looking for a flexible business model that best met our specific needs and vision.
Jamie was our lead wedding planner, and she too was very prompt in answering our questions and addressing our concerns. Our catch ups were comprehensive and ABC’s use of Google Drive was great in helping everyone track the various tasks and vendor contracts. Jamie was quick and responsive with our vendors and ensured all of them were on the same page with timing. Jamie’s existing relationship with our Hyatt venue proved extremely beneficial as she was already familiar with the event staff and Hyatt’s vendor requirements. The day of our wedding went relatively smooth, with a few hiccups. But Jamie and Paulette rose to the occasion and quickly resolved them to ensure our timeline was successfully adhered to. Paulette was especially amazing in packing up our props and thoughtfully placing them in our room by the end of the night.

WOW - where do I even begin!? I could write a novel on how incredible the ABC team is, especially Brittany and Jamie. Our wedding was almost a disaster - it was a torrential downpour and our venue flooded, but it was still epic and amazing, all thanks to the incredible help and support we had from ABC.
Brittany has been such a strong advocate for us ever since we started working with her. She was so helpful, organized, kind, calm, fun - I could go on forever!!!! Our bridal party and parents were so impressed with her when they met her at our rehearsal. If it wasn't for Brittany advocating for us, our wedding may not have even happened, or it would have happened in a ballroom, which we really did not want. Our wedding experience was far more stressful than most because of the weather, but Brittany and Jamie were somehow able to keep us calm and keep the spirits high for all of our guests and the bridal party. Our venue was essentially a giant swamp, and Jamie was constantly running around wiping off chairs and our dance floor with pool towels. She even helped us walk our dog.
We had a flawless experience with ABC throughout the entire process of wedding planning, the rehearsal, and wedding day. Truly cannot recommend them more. We interviewed a few other wedding planning companies, and they all seemed nice, but nobody compared to ABC.
Our friends and family are still talking about how awesome our coordinators were. My bridesmaids and I all wish we could be best friends with Brittany and Jamie in real life, haha! Our experience with ABC was nothing short of PHENOMENAL. We initially found ABC through Google; after hours of cross-referencing a myriad of other wedding coordinator sites and reading through pages of client testimonials, everyone seemed wonderful, but we kept coming back to ABC. From our very first call with their welcome team, we knew they were the right wedding coordinators for us.
My husband and I are both born and raised on island, but currently live in Massachusetts, which made wedding planning seem that much more daunting. Given that we still wanted to be hands-on in the vendor selection, but needed strong support in execution, we selected the Signature Coordination package. The systems + planning, wrap-up, handoff processes, and rehearsal were all incredibly simple (feels like a crazy word to be used for wedding planning, right?) and seamless.
While everyone at ABC was amazing and super helpful, our lead coordinator, Jaime D. really deserves a special shoutout! From the very beginning, Jaime was the pinnacle of professionalism and an absolute joy to work with. Everything from her helpful reminders to her FLAWLESS execution and agility to navigate unexpected challenges on the day of the wedding- she was truly a god send.
Little did we (and our guests) know, the venue we selected actually tried to postpone our wedding the morning of due to weather. This would have been a nightmare to postpone given most of our guests were flying in just for this weekend to attend and we were leaving to our honeymoon the next day. But amidst the chaos, Jaime stood firm and wouldn’t take ‘no’ for an answer. She quickly re-evaluated our initial game plan and pivoted with our other vendors to make it work. Amongst many adjustments made, the tent layout was rearranged to ensure our catering wouldn’t be impacted, our ceremony location was changed (but still was picturesque as ever), and the show went on without a hitch! It sounds cheesy, but even the skies miraculously parted and we enjoyed wonderful weather throughout the day.
We’d feel remiss to not also give a shoutout to the rest of the ABC team (Natalie & Leanne) as well as the rest of our vendors (Pacific Party Rentals, Kuoha Culinary, Redefined Weddings, A Cake Life, Kālele Eats, Waiahole Nursery, Hawaii Events Unlimited)! Highly recommend them as well!We’re so thankful that all our vendors had such great attitudes and absolutely we love how great of a relationship the ABC team had with each one!
As a little girl, I was never one to dream of weddings, but thanks to Jaime & the ABC team, my husband and I had a wedding that was better than any that I could ever hope for- we will cherish these memories forever. From the bottom of our hearts, mahalo nui loa!

This review comes exactly one year post-wedding. While some might say that this review is well overdue, I think it proves the lasting impression that Aloha Bridal Connections (ABC) had on us and our special day. Even one year later, I can honestly say that ABC was one of the best investments we made for our wedding.
From the very beginning, the ABC team members made us feel at ease. We first met co-owner Natalie at a Wedding Collective event in the very early stages of planning. We also got to reconnect with her during our first consultation and deep dive call. Our interactions with Natalie left a great first impression on us. Her friendly nature made us feel cared for from the get-go and this made us feel confident in our decision to go with ABC.
We opted for ABC's Basic package, which included a two-month wrap up, two-week communication take-over, rehearsal coordination, and day-of coordination services. We also added unlimited communication from the time of booking, which is not typically included in the Basic package. It was great to be able to find our own vendors while being able to ask ABC for advice at any point along the way. Something that really helped us through the planning process was the Google Sheet checklist of to-dos that ABC shared with us. It helped us consider all of the little details that needed to be addressed. When I felt lost, I scheduled a call with the team. Both Julie and Brittany helped to reassure me that we were on track. Sometimes, you just need validation that you are doing the right thing!
About six weeks out, Keyah became our lead. Our check-ins gave us plenty of time to consider all of the details to make our big day run smoothly. When ABC became the point of contact two weeks before the wedding, the handoff was seamless because all of the communication prior. On the day, Keyah, along with Jamie and Emma, helped to bring our vision to life. It was truly amazing to see all of the months of planning come to fruition. They made sure that we always had something to eat or drink, and ensured all of the event spaces were perfect! If there were any hiccups, we didn't know about it. In fact, my mother-in-law's shoe completely fell apart during the reception, and ABC quickly came to the rescue with some superglue! We had no idea until after the wedding was over when she told us about what happened. She was extremely impressed by ABC's level of preparedness, something that we experienced throughout the entire process.
It is clear that ABC operations are truly a TEAM effort. Even though we interacted with many people and so many details could have gotten mixed up along the way, everyone at ABC was on the same page, making the whole planning and coordination process seamless. They say "teamwork makes the dreamwork" and ABC truly made our wedding dreams come true! THANK YOU!!!

If you're crazy enough to plan a destination wedding like us, please do yourself the BIGGEST favor and plan your dream wedding with ABC. After asking several different vendors for their recommendations, Aloha Bridal Connections was the one company that kept popping up - and in hindsight, we know now exactly why everyone loves them.
After our initial phone call with Natalie, we just knew we could trust this team of amazing women to be our "boots on the ground" to plan our special day. Derek and I were so lucky to be paired with our lead coordinator, Jamie, who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. As a type A bride who is super meticulous for every detail, Jamie made sure to stay on top of everything for me. (I may have been such an annoying bride - but Jamie never made me feel bad for constantly reassuring me and answering all my questions). Looking back, my now husband and I were crazy to plan a destination wedding - but having Jamie and team was the only reason it was nothing short of amazing.
One of the biggest compliments we heard from guests was the flow of the wedding. This ONLY happened because of ABC. You definitely need planners and a team who knows every vendor, been through every venue - in all types of weather. If you're going to spend a lot of money on a once in a lifetime wedding, at least do so with a team who can execute it perfectly.
Lauren, Natalie and Jamie (+ team) made sure that our wedding was going to be the most magical rain or shine. Jamie - thank you for all the hours of video calls, texting, and planning. You are the most thoughtful and sweetest soul we have ever come across. I could not picture a more perfect day and you truly made it happen. Not just for us, but for our family and friends to cherish forever.

I was skeptical at first of why a day of coordinator would be needed, but my goodness am I glad we hired one. ABC was amazing from start to finish during this process. Hannah (our coordinator at ABC) was nothing but amazing throughout the entire process. Organized, friendly, and incredibly personable, she made wedding planning an absolute breeze. Although we hired a "day of coordinator" Hannah did so so so much more than just day of coordination. She was incredibly communicative and responsive to any questions we had, and honestly, just overall so fun to talk with and get to know. If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, save yourself the stress and hire them!! Worth every penny and my personal favorite vendor that we had. I am a planner at heart and very organized myself, but there is no way I would have known half of the things needed to have the day run smoothly if it wasn't for her. Absolutely recommend Hannah and ABC!
Where do we start?!? First, ABC is amazing. We love how they have all the different packages that accommodate all the different types of couples and what they need. We know whatever package we would have chosen, they would have delivered. We chose the basic coordination package because I had planned almost everything already by the time we hired them, for us we hired them as they took over two months out and most importantly, day of. We also added on the “site visit + final rental order + customized layout creation” as we were not going to see our venue till rehearsal day. They made the process seamless and we enjoyed every step of the way.
Second, JAMIE FRIGGEN DUFFIELD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ABC is SO lucky to have her on their team and we are so so so so so so grateful she was assigned as our lead coordinator. I can not get over her process from start to finish from being assigned lead till now. She is so detail oriented, she is so sweet, she is just so on top of everything. She never made us feel like a bother if we needed to text her. If she could handle a task, she was more than happy to and so dang quick about it. As a bride who is very detail oriented myself, we thought I had it pretty well handled but WOW!!!!! Jamie thought of questions and things we would never think of. A couple weeks out rain was forecasted for our wedding day. She called us and discussed our options. Then she executed changing our rentals to accommodate if it does rain and made it very stress free.
She put out the inevitable wedding day fires so fast that we were never stressed. We truly can not say enough nice things about her.
Third, McKenzie the assistant coordinator was amazing as well. She handled the end of the night so seamlessly and we were not stressed about one single thing!!! All our belongings were packed up nicely and anything she was unsure about, she double checked on, which we greatly appreciated.
Our whole wedding was seamless and wonderful because we hired ABC, but 1,000,000% am so happy we were assigned Jamie. She’s a rockstar. Would rate her 1,000,000/10 lol.

It has been a month and a half since our wedding and we have been enjoying life as newlyweds! We could have not come this far if we didn’t have the help from the Aloha Bridal Connections (ABC) team. They have made our wedding planning process seem as easy and stress-free as possible, especially planning from the East Coast.
From our initial consultation call with Lauren, the owner of ABC, she was so kind in giving us all the information we needed to help us decide in choosing their team. Closer to our wedding, she would also follow-up with us to make sure all was going well.
Our lead coordinator, Keyah, was the best! It was such a pleasure planning with her! As organized and detailed she was, it helped us stay focused on how and what we wanted for our wedding. With her consistent follow-ups via emails/texts/monthly calls, suggestions on details, and compliments on our other vendors, it was great to have her knowledge, professionalism, and positive energy and vibes. We also appreciated the time she took to meet with us during the days we were on the island before the wedding. As for the wedding day, I had a little hiccup occur in which she helped me stay calm and focused. It means a lot to me that she cared how I felt not only then, but also during the whole day. Better yet, she also made sure to always ask during the year of planning how we felt.
As for the coordination team, Jamie and Mackenzie, they both went out of their way to make sure our ceremony and reception was set up according to plan and that everything ran as smoothly as possible. As much as we were enjoying our time during our reception, we appreciated the follow-ups from Mackenzie. It helped us make sure that we were still on track of things.
We can’t thank the ABC team enough for their time to help plan our special yet amazing day with us! Everyone was so great and are very detailed in their line of work. The entire team from Aloha Bridal Connections (ABC) is nothing but AMAZING! We worked mostly with Julie and were so happy with her. She created a vision board for us that was breathtaking. We combined our vision with her and she took it to the next level. She helped to solidify our ideas, she had direct contact with all of our vendors on a regular basis, kept us on track with our timelines, and pulled off an amazing event! Our wedding was very large (over 550 ppl) and it was super organized without a glitch thanks to the ABC team. Natalie and Sherry helped to keep our bridesmaids and groomsmen stay on cue the day of and handled intricate details for us. Our wedding was over a month ago and I still have people coming up to me talking about our wedding and saying that it's the best wedding they have ever been to; ABC is to thank for that. Where to even begin?! I truly couldn’t have imagined our wedding day with the Aloha Bridal Connections (ABC) team.
From the beginning, all the ABC team members were just lovely. We had our kick-off consultation call with Julie, who shared the vision of the ABC team and ensured my fiancé (at the time) and I that ABC would be there to support whatever vision WE had for our special day. Doni was also lovely during the preparation process as she helped us keep on track with payment due dates and was always prompt in responding to emails.
Package – We ended up going with the ABC Signature package (wrap up + point of contact + day of coordination), which included ABC becoming the point of contact one month before the wedding. I personally found this timing perfect for me as I usually like to maintain the communication with the vendors for as long as possible (i.e. I had various idea changes/inspiration throughout the planning process ). This package also includes ABC working on a wedding day schedule and timeline three months prior the wedding, which I also found helpful to reference as I thought through how I wanted the day to flow. The team provided a Google Sheet for us share and work out of (including timeline, vendor contacts, etc.) -- and as a natural born planner, I can’t say enough GREAT things about this Google Sheet!!
Day of Team – The ABC team for our wedding day was Brittany (lead), Carmela and Emma. Brittany was literally the BEST person we could’ve had to ensure our wedding day ran exactly as planned. She always made time for Zoom meetings with us (and my parents) to discuss any last-minute details and was always prompt in responding to texts. Aside from the day of nerves I got from thinking about walking down the aisle in front of so many people, I was never nervous about how the overall day was going to flow, thanks to Brittany. While we only met Carmela and Emma that day, they made us feel at home and as if we were working with them the whole time literally the whole day of team was so sweet, ensured we always had something to eat or drink, and ensured all of the spaces – ceremony, reception, etc. – were set up exactly as envisioned.
Our Guests’ Feedback – We had just under 200 people at our wedding, in which over half of the guests were out-of-town (East Coast, California, Seattle, Australia). Because many people were traveling in for our big day, it was critical to us that everyone had a relaxing and enjoyable time – we wanted to ensure Hawaii didn’t disappoint! Thanks to the ABC team, our guests had nothing but great things to say about the evening, and even complimented Brittany and her team on her organization and adherence to the day of timeline A few of our friends were following the timeline on their phone throughout the day/night and were extremely impressed how punctual everything was, especially with a larger sized wedding.
I highly, highly recommend working with ABC for your big day. From the kick-off consultation call (before any wedding prep began) to ensuring all vendors were out and our personal decorations/props were packed up (at the end of the wedding night), the whole process was seamless and perfect.

From start to finish, EVERY member of their team we interacted with made our experience stress free. Our consultation with Lauren sealed the deal. Our welcome call with Julie made us feel comfortable and equipped to plan our wedding independently with ABC guidance. Paulette reassured all of our layout and rental worries. Doni was understanding when I missed an email and emailed her right before a payment was due. I've always considered myself a very organized person, but I'll be the first to admit that I had no idea what I was doing or where to start. After my initial onboarding call, I received resources and the most detailed wedding planning checklist from ABC that seriously made every other Pinterest to do list seem completely inadequate.
Jamie exceeded all of our expectations. She made me feel confident in the decisions I was making, answered all of my questions and reassured me about all of my concerns. She prioritized to dos and I never felt rushed because she was so on top of deadlines. I was floored at how many weddings she had in front of mine and yet- still made me feel like a priority. Even with her busy schedule helping several other brides, she always responded to me in a reasonable amount of time. She made the month leading up to the wedding the least stressful month of wedding planning. On our wedding day, she went above and beyond to make our day special and stress free. We can't thank her enough for making not only our wedding day, but this entire experience absolutely perfect.
In addition to Jamie, Natalie and Emma assisted in making our wedding day completely seamless. Natalie oversaw setup of our ceremony and reception, where my vision was executed perfectly. Emma closed the night out with us and helped me keep track of important belongings and answering any questions we had at the end of the night.

We used day of coordination with some help along the way through ABC. We planned a two year engagement and throughout the whole process ABC was with us, answering questions, providing resources, and keeping us on track as it got closer. We were prepared for the day! On the day of, Mackenzie was a calming voice in all my chaos. I am typically that person but when you are the center of attention person, you can't be that for everyone else! Mackenzie calmly reacted to my poor timing abilities with make-up and hair, kept everyone in line and order without coming off bossy, and acted as a messenger and reminder between us and our vendors to make sure everything ran as smooth as could be! Our luau even canceled on us and she contacted a nearby luau to get us seats there for our after-ceremony entertainment. Mackenzie's kindness and calm demeanor set the stage for the vibes of our day and definitely what we needed! I would recommend ABC for anyone who wants to stay in control of the planning but needs help narrowing down vendors, getting ideas, and bounding ideas off of. I absolutely recommend Mackenzie for day of coordination for anyone who just needs a kind and calm voice on their day and has most of their life together!

ABC was amazing in helping plan and execute our dream wedding! Our wedding was originally planned April 2020, and they took all the stress out of rescheduling multiple times during Covid. We ended up finally having our wedding February 17th, 2023 at the Sheraton Kauai Resort and it was the most incredible day! Special shoutout to Julie and Sherry, we couldn't have done it without them, they made everything so easy!
We got married on March 10, 2023. I got engaged on 11/6/2021 and my first call with Lauren to discuss more details was on 11/30/21. ABC was the first team I booked to be a part of our special day.
So I guess you can say I have been planning for a while. My initial call with Lauren went great. I loved her energy and I also really appreciated just how transparent she was with me and answered every question I had. This was my second wedding planner call and I had four additional calls scheduled with others that week. I canceled them all and knew ABC was perfect for me. The story of how her and Natalie started this business in college was amazing.
Throughout the process I was able to get most of my answers answered via email. The team has A TON of resources so honestly they make it easy. They do make it easy with a Calendly link incase you need to book time for a quick chat.
I had a check in call with Natalie about 6 months out because I just needed a peace of mind that my rentals were in good shape. She was able to go through it all with me and we even went over time, but she was so thoughtful and did not rush off the phone. I've had many friends plan weddings where they could get barely any face time with their planner until 1-2 months out and that is not the case here. You can tell that everyone at ABC truly loves what they do and they all care.
I am very type A and it's hard for me to completely give up control, but ABC made it easy. They have such amazing relationships with all vendors and honestly they had an answer to every question I asked.
Jamie was my lead coordinator and on the day of the wedding, she was on top of it! Everything was PERFECT. Not one thing went wrong. It was truly so magical.
I would HIGHLY recommend the ABC team. Not only are they experts in the industry, but Lauren and Natalie are truly amazing founders. Everyone is patient, professional, and most importantly you can tell that the team truly is excited to be a part of such a special day. I cannot imagine my wedding without them.
Honesty they had their hiccups. We had a point of contact managing our wedding for a while (before the one month before mark), but she absolutely missed the appointment time for the call. We had set aside some time from work to take that call, so it was very disappointing for us that she missed it. Another call was also taken late though not missed entirely. The coordination at the wedding was much better however, and the wedding was, in the end, managed by someone else.
ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! If you’re looking for someone to handle your dream day, ABC is it!! The ENTIRE team was fabulous! Keyah is a Rockstar!!! She handled everything AND everyone, flawlessly! There are so many moving parts and so many people to direct/coordinate, but Keyah and team handled everything perfectly! ABC’s vendor recommendations were on point and we loved every single one of them! There were a few communication issues with some of the vendors, but Keyah stayed on top of it and made sure everything was seamless! If we needed to update/change anything, ABC took care of it with absolutely no hassle. We really appreciated their input if we were on the fence about something or couldn’t make a decision on one thing or another. They offered great suggestions and creative solutions. I was so lucky to have ABC help plan our destination wedding in Honolulu. From the very beginning planning this from the mainland was just so easy with their help! Anytime I had a question or concern it was met pretty quickly. We even had to postpone our February 2022 wedding to August and that was stressful, however my stressed was eased with the ABC team's help. Everything that I dreamed up came to fruition with Keyah helping almost daily on text messages a month before the wedding. She was awesome! Anytime I worried about something, she had a solution. My day was beyond perfect! I cannot even think of one thing I didn't love! I relive that day over and over and I want to repeat it because it was so wonderful! I come from a family that always did everything themselves at the wedding and it was so nice to enjoy my day and not worry about a thing and just have it be MY day. Selecting ABC - Our destination wedding was in November 2022 and we began our planning process in January 2022 (we were planning our wedding from California). Our first step was to find a coordination team. After sending out multiple inquiry emails to various companies, we landed on our final 2 choices. We were very impressed after our very first meeting with Lauren - super professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The other company was highly recommended to us by a friend and had a huge social media presence. After meeting with the owner, we never received a follow up - we took this as a bad first sign from a wedding coordination company. We decided to go with ABC and we’re so glad that we did!
Planning process - I am very much a planner and an organized person. I usually enjoy planning events, but I found wedding planning to be very overwhelming and stressful. I truly could not have survived wedding planning without ABC’s help. The Google Sheet they provided helped me organize all my vendor, payment, and guest info. Having the timeline at my fingertips was very helpful. Also, the monthly checklist was such a great guide! It was so easy to shoot the team an email or schedule a call for any questions. All of our vendors had nothing but great things to say about ABC - it was reassuring to know that they are highly regarded by the Hawaii wedding community and that we were in good hands.
Day of coordination - Leisha was our lead coordinator for our wedding day and she was excellent! We could not have asked for a better coordinator. Our wedding party and family could not have been more impressed by her leadership. There were some hiccups throughout the day (as expected), but I didn’t even hear about them until the next day. Leisha made our day run so seamlessly; everything just flowed so smoothly! We truly didn’t have to worry about anything at all during our wedding. Everything was set up and taken care of for us and all we had to think about was enjoying our day.
I can go on and on with never ending great things to say about the ABC team. I would highly recommend the Signature package for anyone is looking for some guidance with wedding planning, flexibility with choosing/communicating with vendors, and a stress-free/worry-free day of coordination.

They are pros and made me feel at ease, even when things changed last minute too. They also took such care and thoughtful consideration with difficult family members. One of the best wedding decisions I made was bringing on the ABC team! I planned my Hawaii wedding from Michigan. I knew nothing and jumped into it completely blind - enter ABC ready to answer all of our wedding questions and offer suggestions! We picked their day of coordination package. They helped us understand what to look for in vendors, what activities needed to completed and helped us learn what to know about getting married in Hawaii. We we're never alone in our planning. We had a lot of coordination calls with them where we walked through our plans as they developed (timeline, layout, parking, decor, setup, logistics). You can literally ask them anything and Natalie was so caring. She understood all the stress and what we were feeling. About a month before the wedding they took over communications with our vendors and finalized all our choices. Their day of coordination was incredible, they took care of it all and they really know what they're doing. You can trust everything to them, relax and end joy your big day!! Our wedding was amazing, thanks in large to ABC.
We used ABC as our wedding planners where they get involved with 3 months out, then take over at 1 month.
Our lead was Keyah and we could not say anything but great things! During the planning phase, Keyah was detail-oriented and never seemed annoyed with my constant list of questions. Additionally, she made sure we didn't miss anything on our rentals or decor. Keyah taking over all communication with vendors at the one-month mark which allowed us to focus on getting more excited, rather than constantly emailing vendors with the new guest count and adjustments.
On the day of, I did not have to worry about one thing. I am usually the person constantly checking the clock, however, with Keyah, I didn't look at my phone once and we stayed on time resulting in the day of going seamless! Keyah thought of everything, including saving the guest book and cards when a light drizzle started. Paulette also assisted on the day of, and make sure we had food or a drink at all times!
ABC, and specifically Keyah, stood out when we ran out of white claws, which was my preferred drink, and knew we had some in our condo a couple miles away. When her shift was suppose to be ending, she drove back to our condo and brought me back the extra white claws! Additionally, a decor item got left behind and she personally drove it to our house the next evening!
We couldn't have asked for a better team to ensure our special day went smoothly.
We are so glad we went with ABC as our day of coordinator! My husband and I do not live on the island so we were a bit worried about communication. However, they were always responsive when we had questions or concerns. Three months out before the wedding, they took over as the main point of contact and handled everything wonderfully. There were no worries or stress on the wedding day! Additionally, Leisha and Jamie were such a pleasure to work with on the day of. They were both so hardworking and was always present throughout the night. We would absolutely recommend ABC to everyone!
Best decision ever was hiring the ABC team to assist with vendor recommendations and day-of coordination. Kelly was our lead and on point every step of the way! We chose ABC because we knew they would provide a team of 5+ people to handle everything, they fit our budget needs, and not to mention they made the entire process super swift and seamless. We could not have been happier with Kelly and her team. They handled everything from the 1-month mark to the rehearsal to set up and clean up of the day (this was the package we chose, but in hindsight, we probably would've chosen the higher tier to let them plan everything + the coordination). Regardless, we are so grateful for them and would hire them again in a heartbeat if we had to redo our wedding!
Sidenote: I will say that I was not too thrilled with the 1979 Hawaii vendor and the dessert/cake vendor but all their other suggested vendors checked out for us!
If you are looking to have your destination wedding in Hawaii, look no further... ABC is THE best for planning and coordinating your wedding, hands down!!! From the beginning of planning your wedding all the way to the actual ceremony, ABC was there for us every step of the way and they are WORTH EVERY PENNY!! My husband and I are from California and we wanted someone to help us with the wedding coordination. We also had NO idea where to even start when it came to coordinating a wedding. ABC did an excellent job of giving us spreadsheets, checklists, vendor lists, expense tracker, Google Drive folders, and everything we needed to stay on top of our wedding planning! Our coordinator Brittany Wright was INCREDIBLE and was so professional and friendly throughout the process. Mind you, I can be a Type A, OCD person when it comes to planning events (especially my own wedding LOL), but Brittany was so kind, understanding, and professional the whole way through. She responded to my emails and texts very quickly and also was available for 15 minute calls here and there if I had additional questions.
The BEST part is that about 10 days out from the actual wedding day, ABC and Brittany completely took over the planning and served as the main point of contact between all the vendors. I cannot tell you how WORTH IT this was!!!! By the time the wedding actually happened, I was shocked that literally EVERYTHING happened flawlessly.
I was stunned because so many of my friends and family told me things like, "You won't have time to eat" or "Something always goes wrong at a wedding." Shockingly... NOTHING WENT WRONG. We were ON-POINT with the timeline. We were punctual. Nothing was off schedule. Brittany even gave us an ENTIRE HOUR for me and my husband to eat our lunch (we had a day wedding), without interruption. Brittany even told the VENDORS to take breaks!!!!
It's clear to me how much Brittany and ABC actually cares about the people they work with -- vendors, bride/groom, family, EVERYONE!
On the day of the wedding, we also had help from Jamie who helped check in on me and my husband frequently throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed. Jamie and Brittany were able to save us appetizers, entrees, and desserts before they were all eaten up LOL!! They are THE BEST!!
I felt almost guilty for having a literally FLAWLESS wedding lol!! I never thought it could be possible, but it truly is!!! YOU MUST hire ABC lol!! They are worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!!!!
Leisha was an absolute lifesaver and sweetheart. I'm sure she had a lot more planning from other customers but she always made me feel like I was the only one. My wedding was a dream and she made sure every single part of the planning went as planned. Thank you ABC!
ABC was amazing, not only on our wedding day making sure that everything was in place and running smoothly but the year running up to our wedding, I was able to call and have as many meetings over the phone with Lauren and her team. Once we were assigned our day of coordinator, Leisha, she got down to every little detail with me, stress free.
She made our day run so smooth, it sounds impossible but, 100% stress free. Kalei was our other coordinator assistant who was there majority of the day and closing out our night. She went above and beyond to make sure we got all of our items from the venue and that the venue was taken care of after we left! ABC team is truly amazing! You won’t be disappointed

Julie Crutchfield was assigned to us, and during each step in the process, she continued to surprise us (in a great way). Not only was she punctual and professional, but she was genuinely warm-hearted, enthusiastic, and highly organized! My husband and I enjoyed working alongside her because she contributed to our experience in such an unforgettable way that the "BIG DAY" was seamless! I, the bride, didn't have to think about anything but walking down the aisle to see my husband that day because Julie was right there to assist with anything and everything. Our family and friends raved about her kind demeanor throughout Kauai's stay! From start to finish, she did an astounding job as our coordinator! We love you, Julie!!
When I started planning for my wedding, I debated whether we wanted to get a coordinator. I was hesitant as it would be an extra expense and I was confident in my planning abilities. I am a very organized person who enjoys using spreadsheets, vision boards, budget trackers, etc. so was it really worth getting a coordinator. Although I was confident in my planning, what I truly wanted was for our family and friends to be hands off on the wedding day. I did not want any of our guests or bridal party to have responsibilities leading up to the day or the day of. After all we were having a destination wedding and everyone, including my husband and I, deserved to enjoy the whole week without lingering responsibilities or tasks to do. So I reached out to ABC and knew they were the ones for us!
On our wedding day we did not even think about one task or thing that needed to be done, nor did any family member or friend lift a finger. Julie and Sherry were phenomenal- I can not sing their praises enough! They truly were the behind the scenes that made everything come together, ensuring everyone was taken care of, and that every item was in its place. We had complete trust and confidence in them. Not to mention they were genuine, kind and excited for us. Their positivity added to our day, making us feel valued and celebrated.
We are also so appreciative of ABC's website. In 2020 when I began my planning process, their website was my springboard to finding amazing vendors. I used recommended vendors from their website to look through instagram. The vendors tag each other on their instagram posts and I was able to find even more vendors through the Instagram tags.
We cannot thank ABC enough for making our day one to remember! And I am honestly now wondering if becoming a wedding coordinator is for me too! Having a job you truly love and being a part of an amazing working culture is one to strive for. The ABC team embodies both!
Lauren, Natalie and Julie made our wedding dreams become reality. They are the perfect amount of nice but like also boss mode when needed. My overall feeling about ABC after the wedding is OMG hiring them was the best decision we ever made. I feel really confident after your wedding you will have those same feelings.
We had booked them back in 2019 and because of covid had to postpone twice, finally getting married in June, 2022. They were so nice and helpful every time we had to postpone; they immediately began communicating with vendors, reassuring us we were making the right decisions, keeping us on track as the new wedding date approached, basically just taking over when we were just bummed in general.
We chose their signature package which was perfect for us because it allowed us the freedom to look at tons of vendors and instagrams and be super involved but then when we needed confirmations or had questions they were always available. My wife is a producer and as a couple I would say we were pretty specific and slightly controlling :) about a lot of our wedding details and they were so patient with us spending literally hours on the phone with us going through every detail until we felt comfortable. Obviously as the couple this is something you really only do once so make sure you know exactly how involved you want to be with hiring/dealing with vendors or how much you expect from your coordinator and be honest with yourself and your potential coordinator about it so you all know the expectations up front. With the package we chose we were definitely the main point of contact and in charge of booking and handling most things until basically the wedding month and really ABC didn’t fully take over until probably 10 days out.
Once the wedding date got closer and we started getting consumed with other things ABC totally took over and they couldn’t have been more organized, accommodating and went above and beyond more times than I can count. Even to the point where on the day of the wedding when it was time to set up our ice cream toppings bar we forgot the macadamia nuts, it totally would’ve been fine to just not have them but Julie left the venue during set up to go and buy us some at a nearby Macadamia Nut Farm just cause she knew it meant a lot to us. We didn’t even know any of this happened until our friend who made our centerpieces was there and told us later that week. Not only did she not have to do that she never even mentioned that it happened. That is the kind of service you get with ABC.
Not being a local, having a wedding coordinator who had relationships with our vendors really made a massive difference. As much as we loved them leading up to the wedding it doubled the week of. Having them at our rehearsal telling everyone what to do, where to go, even how to walk, where to look, how to hold your flowers, and then patiently answering all the questions our parents and bridal party had was so amazing. The day of we didn’t worry about a single thing. They handled every detail from the set up to the clean up and we got our entire venue deposit back without any issues. I cannot imagine anyone would be disappointed with hiring them! You will be forever grateful and legitimately miss working with and talking to them when it’s all over.
Top wedding gift you can give yourselves is to hire a wedding planner, and THE BEST wedding gift would be to hire Aloha Bridal Connections (ABC). Keyah, Kelly, and Brittany gave us and our families the wedding we had dreamed of, and then some. From the beginning, they really took the time to get to know us (our vision, who we are as a couple), our wedding party & friends/ families (& any dynamics that come with them), and our wedding goals/ambitions. Neither my husband nor I (nor our families) had previously been involved in planning a wedding so we were reasonably nervous about it all. The ABC team held our hand through it all, keeping us on track, and providing constant reassurance (backed up by trackers/project planning docs) that we were hitting all the milestones we needed to in a timely manner. And while they had extensive planning materials, it never felt overwhelming – they did a wonderful job at breaking up action items into reasonable chunks so that no 1 item was overwhelming. When our original florist fell through at the last minute due to an emergency, ABC immediately stepped in and helped us book a new florist within our budget and that fit what we were looking for. They have been in the business for a while and have an extensive network of trusted wedding vendors they’ve worked with – another reason of many why we were so grateful to hire them. Based on our intake survey/interviews, they were able to provide us a list of wedding vendors that truly fit our vision and budget. Even after doing our own research, their referrals were ultimately the best options we were able to find. We also greatly appreciated the strong attention to detail to everything throughout the process – e.g., ensuring notes were kept up to date across different resources, judiciously tracking items shipped/received, having my veil ready for pictures (I had opted to not use it for the ceremony and had then forgotten all about it). ABC struck a balance of keeping us in the loop on the things that mattered, and keeping us away from all the details that were too in the weeds for us. Responses and communication channels were always efficient and timely – we even created a group chat that helped further expedite questions as we got closer to our big day. On our wedding day, everything was seamless – my husband and I really thought we’d be a lot more stressed on the day itself but because of ABC we were able to really be present and enjoy every moment. ABC took care of coordinating and setting up everything with our vendors (and took care of finalization calls the weeks before leading up to our event). After the event finished, they made sure everything got packed, delivered, and wrapped up (it can be a bit chaotic after everything wraps up so it was such a relief knowing that ABC was on the case). We can honestly say this wedding exceeded our wildest expectations and a huge part of it is because of ABC – thank you Keyah, Kelly, and Brittany for making our dream wedding come true!
It is easy to feel like a helpless idiot when planning a wedding. No matter how on top of things you try to be, you never realize everything you need to do, much less how to do them or what they should cost. That was especially true for us when we got engaged and tried to plan our wedding during the pandemic.
That is why it was such a blessing to have ABC as our coordinators. Even without getting their top tier plan, they were still there throughout the planning process to hold our hands, answer our questions, make sure we were taking care of everything, and generally reassure us that we weren’t crazy.
Leading up to wedding and on the day of the wedding itself, we worked with Leisha. She was fantastic. Once again, she was with us every step of the way, answering every question, putting us at ease, and wrangling all the different services and guests to make sure that our wedding unfolded like clockwork. In doing so, she allowed us to truly enjoy the day and ensured that everything proceeded exactly as we wanted and beyond what we imagined.
I will be honest that I was initially skeptical when my wife emphasized the importance of a coordinator, but I can absolutely say that I was dead wrong. We thank ABC from the bottom of our hearts for all their assistance and for helping to give us our perfect wedding.

We had a micro wedding (9 people total), as a bride I debated if we even really needed a wedding rehearsal and day of coordinator. Boy was I wrong… hiring ABC put my mind at ease. If you’re getting married in Hawaii—I’m guessing you also want to feel like you are on vacation! The second we arrived in Hawaii I knew we were in good hands, and I was able to enjoy our Hawaiian adventure even more.
On the day of the rehearsal - Natalie picked up our décor items, and walked us through what to expect on the wedding day (where to stand, the processional order etc ). We’ve all attended weddings before but there are always so many details and questions people have, ABC was there to help! Although our beach ceremony was small, the rehearsal was a great way to show ABC our vision of where we wanted to stand and the background we wanted. ABC was there to start “blocking off the area” (aka standing in it) to avoid any sunbathers blocking our aisle on the wedding day. Something I never even thought about...
On our wedding day – seeing Natalie again was like seeing an old friend. I knew she was there to have our back and to support us with anything we needed. Natalie’s superpower is “calming energy” which as a bride you want and need. As an emotional bride, anytime I felt those tears coming, Natalie was there to hand me a tissue and remind me to take a deep breathe. She truly cares so much about her job and made me feel like a princess.
Being an intimate wedding, all our guests got to know Natalie and felt comfortable going to her (not me) for any questions. Remember how I said I didn’t know if I needed a planner? Well, I did, and you do too!! If you are even considering hiring a day of coordinator DO IT.. make it your wedding gift to yourself, find room in the budget. You are in great hands with ABC and you will enjoy your special day 100x more with their help, I PROMISE!
