If I could give this a negative amount of stars, I would. Our wedding was unfortunately cancelled due to COVID. I am high risk, and ultimately we couldn’t take the risk of gathering 150 of the people we love the most together and even one getting sick. We cancelled almost two months in advance, and although I wrote in explaining the situation (and our absolute heartbreak), I was coldly told that the deposit is non-refundable and that was that. Even after attempting to RE-explain that we wouldn’t be rescheduling our wedding due to this being our second time fully replanning (I was extremely sick last year and we weren’t sure if I’d be make it, hence the high-risk) they refused to refund any of the $466 deposit we paid. This is furniture they already have, not being custom made for our wedding, we cancelled almost 60 days in advance, which gives them plenty of time to find someone else to rent it (or just not be so heartless and money hungry and just refund us our money). This was supposed to be the most beautiful day of our lives and it’s ruined beyond our control. We are talking a literal matter of life and death. What is wrong with you people? How incredibly disappointing an heartless. However, Utah Vintage rentals DID give us our full deposit back and were absolutely lovely to work with. I highly recommend using them instead.

I was very disappointed by the quality of the items rented. Most things were dirty and several were damaged (bad chipping paint, ripped, warped). `The tent put up was so covered in dirt and stains I was embarrassed that I had rented chandeliers that would force people to look up at the gross top. Furniture was in horrible shape. I was told set up would take 2 hours but it took 4 (in the setup team of 3 young guys, 2 didn't know what they were doing), pushing back the time I had to decorate and get ready on my wedding day. The team forgot the leg drape ties for the tent and some items were coated with candle wax from other events. The pictures on the site do not look anything like the items I received.

Loved everything about Alpine. They met all our needs and came up with more ideas that matched our style. Their set up and cleanup were quick and easy. They really went above and beyond to provide all furniture and decor that we envisioned.

Alpine was great to work with. They hung a lot of details that would of been difficult for us to figure out. We didn't really have a choice on whether we used them or not because our Reception Venue required it. Overall I was very satisfied with their work and their prices were pretty reasonable.
