of their work day, Alpine Events was so flexible with making sure to deliver our china, tables, chairs and linens as we were checking in. They were also prompt with their pick up a couple days later. All rentals (tables, chairs, linens, china, silverware and glasses) were clearly very high quality, and actually served multiple purposes throughout our entire wedding weekend! We got so many complements on our table settings, and so much of that design was due to the rentals from Alpine Events. On their website they have SO many products to choose from, so I could get everything I needed in one stop shop! I would highly recommend Alpine Events to anyone looking for rentals to host a wedding/event!

My fiancee and I had our wedding canceled by our venue as a result of the Covid19 pandemic which was a decision that we completely understand and respect. We are in a unique situation that does not allow us to reschedule our wedding due to my ...
fiancee completing medical school and beginning her residency. We were faced with the extremely upsetting and difficult task of notifying our vendors and trying to recoup as much money as possible. All of our vendors have been extremely understanding and compassionate during this difficult time and recognized this is out of our control and new territory for everyone. Alpine Events has not been as understanding and showed no compassion for this difficult situation. Instead their president Carey offered to find us a new venue that would allow us to have our wedding and fulfill their contract. This would be in direct violation of CDC guidelines for preventing the spread of Covid19. We are being urged to stay at home and avoid gatherings with high risk populations. Alpine Events is helping facilitate other weddings of 50 to 80 people in tents. He said they would be happy to reschedule for us and extend our deposit up to 180 days. I told him we could not reschedule, we recognized the risk and our responsibility to not invite people to large gatherings, of course our family and friends young and old would want to attend.
Anyone that is considering using Alpine Events for any event should be aware that this company is putting its business priorities ahead of their clients and public safety.
My fiancee and I have had the most important day of our lives taken away from us. Vendors have recognized this is not our choice and done everything they can to do right by us. Alpine Events has done nothing other than offer to facilitate an event that would put our loved ones at risk. I cannot recommend anyone do business with Alpine Events.

I really appreciated that she truly stuck to the amount we discussed. (My experience with planning a wedding is that this is hardly every the case.) We chose one that suited our needs and they set up and delivered our tent, furniture, pillows, and chandelier the day of our wedding. Everything came together absolutely beautifully! The tent had draping that hovered over white leather couches and chairs with accent pillows with a breathtaking chandelier in the center as the focal point. Our guests really enjoyed having a space to "lounge" and watch people out on the dance floor if they did not go out themselves. It also served as a beautiful backdrop for photos. After the event, they tore everything down and removed all of the furniture for us. The process was so smooth and it was fun meeting to discuss ideas! I would highly recommend them!

A phone call on Aug. 3rd with another excuse from Robyn that she has to pay her employees before she can refund us. I can't image a big company like this can't refund my $4702.57. Robyn is great about making recommendations (above and beyond what you get from most rental companies). Her ideas are wonderful and she created a beautiful tented venue with a secondary tent for a beautifully created bar with hutch and soft seating. It added so much to the event and was well used throughout the reception.
We were so fortunate to have Robyn along the ride. She made the journey so much fun.
When we walked into the tent, we were awed by the seating, lighting and all the touches that made this such a beautiful event.

There was a miscommunication with the tent but the vendor was quick to make the corrections and did not charge us for the mistake. Robyn was a pleasure to work with and kept me on track!

n you switched the venue I specifically told you that we would have to adjust the design or set up of the lanterns and you said okay. I spoke with your father and told him I would happily refund the cost of the napkins that ended up locked up in the DJ closet, even though my crew did not put them there. We were not contracted to set up chargers or napkins. Only linens & chair covers which we did. We moved your venue from a tented event to an indoors event at the last minute at your request. I was not able to do the linen placement earlier than originally scheduled when you were going to be outside since the sash choices were made on Tuesday and the soonest the items arrived to us were Friday and noon. My girls immediately went to set up the chair covers and linens. I would love to chat with you, but was not going to have an e-discussion after your last email.

Try to finalize as much as you can prior to the summer wedding seasons. Otherwise, any changes you want to make to the layout or rentals will probably happen the week of the wedding. providing the items we needed. Aside from conducting a detailed walkthrough with me to establish our unique needs, we were provided with a very helpful CAD mock-up to help me picture the best layout for our space. Robyn had fantastic ideas for making the most of our budget and venue (a private residence). I felt I had so many factors to consider doing this outdoors and I was so relieved each time I called and e-mailed with more questions and worries about weather or accomodations for my varying guest count. I felt so comforted by the knowledge and expertise of The Rental Company, which provided a solution for each question I had! They also have an extensive selection of beautiful linens and decor, which matched my dream wedding vision perfectly. (We used a tent, chairs, tables, ceremony decor, hurricane glasses, paper lanterns with matched my linens beautifully, etc.)
I always received responses right away, which helped immensely during the planning process. Even my last minute requests for weather didn't phase The Rental Company! The set-up and tear-down team was very efficient and professional.
I highly recommend The Rental Company for your wedding or special event of any size. We received so many compliments on our wedding - many saying it was the most beautiful they had attended.
We worked with the rental company for out 2010 wedding at the Felt Estate (they are the ONLY rental company allowed on site) The tent pricing was average, the stemware rental price for the bar was less per piece than our caterer, however linens...
were 6x's higher than our caterer's linen price.
Robin did work with us and assisted us with re-using some of the rentals that were rented for the same location the day before our wedding(at a discounted price), however when our stemware was dropped off for our wedding they failed to contact anyone related to the wedding to inform us that all stemware had to be rinsed before returning it to the storage crates. Instead they left a dozen or so leaflets at the bar, under some other items, and we didn't discover these leaflets (which included a warning that a fee would be incurred if pieces were returned un-rinsed)until the mansion (and thus access to the kitchen) was locked.

The Rental Company did a great job with our wedding. Prices are ok, but they have a pretty nice selection and can get you basically any linens you need. Robyn is very creative and worked with our budget. Overall, a good vendor.
