We rented a lot of equipment from Alpine, and Amanda was very helpful to work with during the planning process. The tent, lights, and furniture looked beautiful, but there were some issues with delivery. The tent delivery/set up took significantly longer (about 7 hours) than our contract had said it would, meaning we were unable to use the tent during our rehearsal dinner, which we had counted on as a back up rain plan option. We also rented a generator that malfunctioned partway through the event.
Alyson was very easy to work with. We requested a lot of different quotes and she provided them all in a timely manner. I the tent, dance floor and lighting we booked all looked great!
Ultimately Alpine did a really good job, but the lack of communication during the planning process made it a good bit more stressful than it needed to be.
We had a backyard wedding spread across two properties in the same neighborhood (one for ceremony/cocktail hour, one for reception). Reggie and his team worked super hard for many hours on the delivery day to get everything in place, and everything ended up looking beautiful under the tent.
The issue was that on the planning side, our event manager Alyson was often very difficult to get ahold of. It often took multiple emails/phone calls over a week or more to get a response from her, even when we were within weeks of the wedding day. We didn’t get an updated site diagram until 2 months after their site visit, which was just 3 weeks from the wedding. When we had a (more expensive) rental company out for a visit/quote, they provided a diagram to us that same afternoon. We just felt like we had to put in a lot more effort from our side to make things successful on the big day than we did with some of our other vendors. At the end of the day though, we were happy with the quality of the rental materials and the quality of the work.
Alpine Events was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding in Charlevoix, MI! They are everything you want in a wedding vendor with their supreme customer service and excellent responsiveness. I worked directly with Amanda from the Grand Rapids office (I believe) and she was fantastic to work with. Every time we needed to make an adjustment or update our invoice, she was extremely quick to confirm my details and send along an updated form. Paying was also super simple as well with their online payment portal. Not only did they provide an amazing tent, their glassware for our cocktail hour was perfect! I have zero complaints and would highly highly recommend Alpine Events to any couple looking for a supply (they do everything) wedding vendor.
Alpine worked seamlessly with our other vendors and coordinators. The Chivari chairs took the look of our reception to the next level and the faux barnwood dance floor looked awesome in our warehouse venue! Eryn had awesome communication and their prices are clear and easy to understand on their website.
Alpine was easy to work with, great about answering all of my many questions and their setup crew made the day super easy!
Alpine was great to work with, we visited the showroom and they helped us figure out all of our rental needs for our wedding! They communicated well with us and helped make our big day go smoothly!
Worst experience I’ve ever had. I had a wedding at the Grand Pavilion in Kent County. Had good communication on what I wanted, and paid extra for the tables and chairs to show up way before my wedding because I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. They showed up 3 hours late and wouldn’t help set up. Ruined my day and everyone was late. I would never recommend booking this company. Not professional and did not even offer money back for them being late. Very bad customer service and recommend not wasting you time on this company.
The Alpine team was so easy to work with - quick to respond and made it so easy to make additions and changes to our order! They have so many beautiful pieces for rent - from furniture, to linens, to lighting and other decor, they helped make our big day so beautiful and exactly what we envisioned!
Alpine Events was great to work with for our wedding at The Felt Estate. Communication was fast & easy, even amongst COVID craziness. They have a great selection of rentals and different styles (arches, tables, chairs, linens, dance floors, buffets, you name it!). We were also able to visit their showroom and see how everything would come together, which was so helpful in the planning process.
Alpine made all my wedding dreams come true! Their rental catalog will work with any wedding vision. Emily helped us walk through every option in order to find exactly what we were thinking. Day of they were professional, on time and fast. By the time I arrived to the venue they were already set up. I can't thank Alpine enough for helping make the wedding of my dreams come to life. Thank you so much to Alpine Events for your excellent service throughout our wedding weekend! We hosted our wedding at a private Air Bnb residence, and we had a three hour drive from our home base to get there. Although it was close to the end of their work day, Alpine Events was so flexible with making sure to deliver our china, tables, chairs and linens as we were checking in. They were also prompt with their pick up a couple days later. All rentals (tables, chairs, linens, china, silverware and glasses) were clearly very high quality, and actually served multiple purposes throughout our entire wedding weekend! We got so many complements on our table settings, and so much of that design was due to the rentals from Alpine Events. On their website they have SO many products to choose from, so I could get everything I needed in one stop shop! I would highly recommend Alpine Events to anyone looking for rentals to host a wedding/event!
Alpine Rent was so great! All of their equipment was clean and fit the look of our wedding day perfectly. Their crew set everything up perfectly and it was really nice to not have to worry about another thing on the big day. Thank you Alpine!

Emily was great to work with and Patrick answered the phone every time and always had an answer for us. I needed something that was unusual and not in their inventory and Patrick found it for me. Can't wait... 2021
This rental company does it all! Our wedding day in January was perfection. The staff was nothing short of accommodating, creative, reliable and a true joy to work with. Our intricate, individualized plans were executed flawlessly and it truly felt like our dream wedding was made into a reality. Thank you!!
My fiancee and I had our wedding canceled by our venue as a result of the Covid19 pandemic which was a decision that we completely understand and respect. We are in a unique situation that does not allow us to reschedule our wedding due to my fiancee completing medical school and beginning her residency. We were faced with the extremely upsetting and difficult task of notifying our vendors and trying to recoup as much money as possible. All of our vendors have been extremely understanding and compassionate during this difficult time and recognized this is out of our control and new territory for everyone. Alpine Events has not been as understanding and showed no compassion for this difficult situation. Instead their president Carey offered to find us a new venue that would allow us to have our wedding and fulfill their contract. This would be in direct violation of CDC guidelines for preventing the spread of Covid19. We are being urged to stay at home and avoid gatherings with high risk populations. Alpine Events is helping facilitate other weddings of 50 to 80 people in tents. He said they would be happy to reschedule for us and extend our deposit up to 180 days. I told him we could not reschedule, we recognized the risk and our responsibility to not invite people to large gatherings, of course our family and friends young and old would want to attend.
Anyone that is considering using Alpine Events for any event should be aware that this company is putting its business priorities ahead of their clients and public safety.
My fiancee and I have had the most important day of our lives taken away from us. Vendors have recognized this is not our choice and done everything they can to do right by us. Alpine Events has done nothing other than offer to facilitate an event that would put our loved ones at risk. I cannot recommend anyone do business with Alpine Events.
An amazing help! The tent was fantastic, the bar was great, everyone loved the farmhouse tables and chairs and dance floor. They took great care of us!
Alpine is the only place to go for any rentals in the Grand Rapids area! We rented gorgeous wooden crossback chairs for our ceremony and reception, farmhouse tables, cocktail tables, trash cans, helium tanks and more from Alpine for a 275 guest wedding at multiple locations, and the entire process was a breeze thanks to Corey! He was such a huge help throughout our entire planning process, and even afterwards wrapping up! There were more than a few changes throughout the planning process and he made sure that every detail was taken care of and worked with our planner to take every adjustment in stride. Everything we rented was in great condition, delivered and picked up on time, quickly, and professionally like a well oiled machine. Awesome communication, flexible options fit to your event needs, and overall great experience!!
Corey was always flexible and honest about what was possible, and he had our event set up early! Great prices and service for our outdoor park wedding ceremony.
The Rental Company was fantastic! It was super easy to pick out the items and set up the rentals. The items were all in good condition and looked very nice. The tent was set up very well and looked great! I definitely would recommend the Rental Company to any one looking for beautiful rentals at a good price!
We had to use Alpine Rent All as they were exclusive to Millenium Park but they were great!!!! So easy to work with. They arrived on time and the set up was perfect. Would highly recommend.
The Rental Company was fantastic to work with!!! Leading up to our wedding, they met with us several times, were always very helpful and organized, and helped my crazy pinterest visions come true! The day of the wedding they had everything ready for us. Robin even came back to the venue when I couldn't find the cake knife (it was right in front of me the whole time!!). Their staff is very knowledgeable and dependable. They go above and beyond for their weddings and make sure everything is perfect. I would recommend The Rental Company in a heart beat for all of your party planning needs.
I used Alpine Rent-All for my wedding a couple weeks ago. The staff were extremely helpful and made sure that my day went as smoothly as possible. I don't think it could've been any better. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great, friendly staff.

We rented chairs for our ceremony space through the rental company. They were incredibly easy to work with and flexible when we needed to add some last minute items. My one compliant was that the drop off time we were given differed from when the delivery actually showed up (they were 45 mins early). This wasn't a big deal though, just had to send someone out to meet them really quick.
I would definitely recommend using them to anyone in need of rental items!
I used Alpine Rent-All & Sales for my wedding on July 22nd, 2017. They had a lot of options and were very flexible and responsive. The team made it easy to work with and made the day so much easier. I would highly recommend them.

Robyn from The Rental Company was amazing! We had our wedding at Camp Blodgett and since she works with them frequently she actually had a floorplan with ideas of how to set up our room! It really helped us start to plan and picture our wedding! Not only was she a huge help in our first stages of planning, but we ended up having to make some changes for our table rentals closer to our wedding because our guest count changed pretty drastically and she was so kind and made everything so easy for us!
We rented the clear tent to go over the deck and it was absolutely beautiful! We got so many compliments! We also rented her wooden bar for the reception and an arch for the ceremony, which both fit perfectly in our wedding. Everything was set up promptly from chairs, to tables and linens. I was so pleased with the experience I had with The Rental Company for my 7/16/16 wedding. I had a vision of having a beautiful indoor lounge area for my guests near the dance floor at our wedding. I met with Robyn several months ahead of time to show her photos and discuss ideas I had. She was also able to give some great recommendations and come up with a few options that were in my price point. I really appreciated that she truly stuck to the amount we discussed. (My experience with planning a wedding is that this is hardly every the case.) We chose one that suited our needs and they set up and delivered our tent, furniture, pillows, and chandelier the day of our wedding. Everything came together absolutely beautifully! The tent had draping that hovered over white leather couches and chairs with accent pillows with a breathtaking chandelier in the center as the focal point. Our guests really enjoyed having a space to "lounge" and watch people out on the dance floor if they did not go out themselves. It also served as a beautiful backdrop for photos. After the event, they tore everything down and removed all of the furniture for us. The process was so smooth and it was fun meeting to discuss ideas! I would highly recommend them!
Absolutely the best! When searching for a rental company in our area, we did have a few choices but there was zero competition. It was clear from the start that we would only want to work with them. Incredibly helpful with so many aspects of the wedding and since they were already very familiar with our venue, they had many great suggestions for us. Very responsive to emails and always were very tentative to what kind of atmosphere we were trying to create for our big day. So much thanks.
This was the best rental company I have ever worked with! I spoke on the phone with someone who helped me figure out risers for our head table for our reception. I had a quote within a hour and was booked within 2 hours. I would suggest them to anyone!

I really glad I found The Rental Company. They were the only rental company to assist with our Jewish Wedding with having a Chuppah which was great in our ceremony. The ladies were very helpful and pleasant. I totally recommend using them again for any future events. Price was great and made our ceremony complete.

We rented table runners, a sequin table cloth, Chargers and the cake table from the rental company. They had the unique decorations that I was looking for! Great to work with and very helpful. We were able to get everything a day early to start setting up.
Please don't give final payment until the last day. We had an event scheduled for Oct. 3rd 2015 and had to cancel. I thought I was ahead of the game by paying the total amount off $9405.14 early which was paid off on July 16th, but when we had to cancel we went there in person on July 20th to let them know and we were told that they didn't have the money to refund us half of the amount. A phone call on Aug. 3rd with another excuse from Robyn that she has to pay her employees before she can refund us. I can't image a big company like this can't refund my $4702.57. Not sure what would have happened if the event was still taking place and she didn't have someone else's money to pay her employees. Please be careful. Planning the events was with Robyn was good, but we would just like our money refunded. Aug. 12th and still waiting.

Robyn is great about making recommendations (above and beyond what you get from most rental companies). Her ideas are wonderful and she created a beautiful tented venue with a secondary tent for a beautifully created bar with hutch and soft seating. It added so much to the event and was well used throughout the reception.
We were so fortunate to have Robyn along the ride. She made the journey so much fun.

Our venue had an exclusive contract with the rental company so we had to go with them for tent, tables, chairs, etc. They did a good job overall and everything looked very nice for our outdoor wedding. My only complaint is that they are fairly expensive. Other than that, very good!
Robyn is absolutely amazing at nourishing your ideas and making you feel comfortable. many a time shr walked me off a ledge. my only complaints come from the fact a number of things we paid for were not set up, set up ended up not being finished until 2 hrs before guests arrived leaving my husband to put out centerpieces. a lot of the issues arised out of what they stated as a miscommunication so make sure you know EXACTLY what you are paying for, what 'set up' actually means . i paid extra to have them set up early and had over 24 hrs in the rental facility & still was not set up until 2 hrs before. they came to 'tear down ' while our guests were still there . even after contacting the company for repayment on the things that were not set up i have yet to get a response.

Tent went up on time and looked great. Dinnerware was great. Linens were nice. We wanted to serve an after-dinner liqueur but they didn’t have any appropriate glasses. Robyn, our contact, suggested a workaround that worked well – served it in champagne glasses. Worked for us.
Robyn was very helpful and we appreciated her willingness to work within our budget. She made suggestions for cutting costs when asked. Try to finalize as much as you can prior to the summer wedding seasons. Otherwise, any changes you want to make to the layout or rentals will probably happen the week of the wedding. Robyn executed our last minute changes flawlessly.
The Rental Company was great. She worked with me to fit my budget. Although sometimes it took a few tries to reach them, they were very easy to work with. The arbor and tables we rented were a little beat up, but nothing terrible. We decorated the arbor with some organza chair sashes and some flowers, and it was beautiful. And the tables were covered with linens, of course. The delivery guys were GREAT. We got married on a private beach and had to climb down many stairs to the ceremony location. They brought the arbor down for us and assembled it there. And carried it back up the stairs when they came to pick up the rented items.
Robyn was great to work with. She totally got my vision I was going for. She also helped me deal with some "conflicts" my mother and I were dealing with regarding tables. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Robyn went above and beyond.
All we needed to rent were folding chairs for the rehearsal dinner and our pig roast since both were outdoors and at private homes. The Rental Company was able to supply just that. We picked them up and had a family member drop them off the Monday after the wedding without a problem. It was simple and easy.
