I cannot recommend Allissa, Sam, and the rest of the Altar'd Events team enough!! We used Altar'd for wedding management services for our big day in November. Allissa and her team are so organized and really helped us stay on track of our (seemingly endless) to-do list in the months leading up to the wedding. Additionally, Allissa's software management tool made communication with her team easy and allowed us to track guest RSVPs and complete our seating charts with the click of a button. During the planning process, Allissa was even able to find us additional coach transportation at an incredible price when we realized we needed another large vehicle to help simplify our wedding day transportation schedule. On the day of our wedding, as to be expected with any event, there were a couple snafus. Allissa and her team handled these issues with such grace and poise that I never even found out about them until after the wedding! Their help allowed my husband and me (and my mom!) to focus on enjoying our day rather than thinking about logistics and coordination details. At the end of our wedding weekend, my bridesmaids could not stop raving about Allissa and her team, which is such a testament to how kind and helpful they were to everyone involved in our big day. If you are in need of a wedding planner in the St. Louis area, book Altar'd Events as soon as you can! You won't be disappointed!

Altar’d Events is simply put- a team of wedding wizards. They somehow brought our fragmented vision of a wedding to life and absolutely shattered our vision (in a good way!). It was a treat working with them for the year leading up to the wedding. They are a constant beam of assurance and practicality which is what you need when there are so many decisions to make! I knew they were always working in our best interest whenever they represented us to our vendors which was very comforting. Throughout the process, they were incredibly organized and willing to lend a hand with anything we needed. Every single time my now-husband and I got off the phone or left a meeting with them, we always said to each other “thank god we have them!” The wedding of our dreams simply would not have happened without them and we cannot thank them enough. The week leading up to the wedding and day of were stress free for us as we knew the Altar’d team had everything covered for us. That allowed us to soak in the moment and not have to worry about the wedding logistics. They are also just really cool, fun people, and if you are going to spend a year planning a wedding with someone, you might as well enjoy their company! I highly recommend them and am really said I don’t talk to them every week now : ( Until our renewal vows party.. Thank you, Altar’d Events!

Allissa, Sam and the entire team at Altar'd Events were able to create, quite literally, the perfect wedding for us. They combined both of our styles and gave us a day we will never forget.The entire team was an absolute gem to work with and made planning a wedding with our hectic schedules easy and fun. After planning my brother and sister-in-law's wedding, we knew that they were the only ones for us, and have basically become part of the family. Thank you all so so much!

Altar'd Events took care of us! We weren't expecting a 2 year engagement and postponing our wedding due to COVID. Sam was very helpful leading up to the day of the wedding and even more helpful the day of. She and her crew helped make the day go very smooth! COVID did disrupt a few things, but that didn't stop us from having the best day ever! If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, I'm here to tell you working with Altar'd is worth every single penny!

I'm struggling to write a review that actually captures how freaking incredible Altar'd Events is! Sam made our wedding planning process SO incredibly easy, stress-free, and actually super fun! She thinks of EVERYTHING down to the smallest details, and it truly made all the difference for our big day. From coordinating to design to communication - everything was absolutely perfect. If you're going back and forth about hiring a wedding planner like I was: DO IT. It is SO worth it! Altar'd Events is hands down the best in the business and I would work with them 1000 times over!

I cannot thank Sam from Altar’d Events and the team enough for making our day the most perfect day!! We had so many changes happen with covid, but Sam was absolutely amazing. I don’t think I ever stressed once going through the planning process or the day of. If something went wrong I would have no idea because she made everything perfect. I also have to thank the team for the day of - there were multiple people involved to set up the venue and make sure everything ran smoothly. I just gave them some decor with no direction and they used everything a strategically placed all of it in the venue beautifully. I swear I didn’t have to do a thing day of. They took care of everything! Sam even had a beauty blender to help my makeup when it would smear and bustled my dress. :) and pulled every tab out of the glow sticks so my guests didn’t have to! *Ugh tears* What was most important is that I didn’t have to worry about any of the details and could just focus on spending the day with my husband, family, and friends. Words can’t even describe how wonderful that feeling was! I 100% recommend hiring Altar’d Events for your special day. You will not regret it!!

Allissa and her team coordinated a wedding that was beyond our wildest dreams. We look back to our decision to have Altar'd plan our wedding as the most important one we made in wedding planning.

Wow! Talk about creative! Altar’d Events talents blew me away! I couldn’t stop staring at everything. They’re so easy and patient to work with as well which means a lot on such a big day. They’re attention to detail is unmatched. 5 stars!

Bringing the Altar’d Events team on board was without a doubt the best wedding planning decision we made. They helped us plan, re-plan, and execute a seamless day. I will never be able to thank them enough for how they handled our postponement in March (6 days out from our original date). They had multiple plans of action in place the morning after the announcement and handled the difficult situation with ease. I would have been absolutely lost without them. In general, their experience and perspective helped us to prioritize where to spend and where to save. They brought on amazing vendors that we felt really maximized the use of our budget. When it came to the big day, the event flowed perfectly. Callan and team were true professionals. It felt like they anticipated our every need. All of their hard work made for a beautiful day and more than that it allowed us to truly enjoy and cherish every moment with our friends and family.

Altar'd Events was the best part of our entire wedding planning process. We were able to find a lot of great vendors from the recommendations we got from them. They pay attention to the tiniest detail that we would have never thought of. Our wedding manager, Callan, was super friendly and easy to work with during our planning, yet respectably assertive on the day of the event when she had to make sure everything happened exactly when and how they needed to happen. Altar'd Events was the biggest reason our wedding was as perfect as it was. Bonus points: they were one of the very few vendors who did not assume our wedding had a bride and a groom.

We thought we didn’t need a wedding planner - we did. It’s hard to plan a wedding. There are so many moving parts, so many details to consider, and most people like us have never been married before and have no experience draw upon - do yourself a favor and hire people who HAVE done many weddings before, and are excited to do more. We ended up getting the Management package, and thought that was the perfect amount of assistance. The team at Altar'd helped us pull it all together and consider organizational details that never would have occurred to us. I can’t imagine how much more stressful and chaotic it would have been without these people. The whole team at Altar’d is fantastic, especially Sam, whom we primarily worked with. She was was incredibly organized, responsive, knowledgeable - not to mention patient. The online platform they use (AislePlanner) is also very thorough with checklists, seating, contact info, timelines. The team was with us throughout, including at the menu tasting and the rehearsal. The day of our wedding ended up being incredibly smooth - everyone tells you that things can and will go wrong at your wedding - but no major issues arose at ours. I was impressed by how seamlessly everything came together. I’m so happy that we chose Altar’d events and consider it one of, if not the single wisest expenditure we made for our wedding. I really can't put into words how amazing Altar'd Events and Callan were! They were calm, organized and beyond attentive to everything. Their recommendations were all amazing and there was not one thing I would have changed about our planning process and wedding day. Our experience with Alatr'd Events was five star, beginning to end. Callan was so spectacular to work with! Callan was amazing to work with for our wedding! I am an event planner for a living but having Callan and her team help me keep everything in order was great. Their online portal was amazing and allowed me to keep an eye on my whole planning process at a glance. My fiancé and I moved out of town during the planning and being able to email and communicate through the portal was super easy. Callan set reminders for us and the checklist was great to keep us on track. Our wedding day went just as we planned (and on time) and every time I turned around, Callan or one of her assistants was there to help. My husband still talks about how they got us some of the appetizers while we were taking photos so we didn’t miss out. I was able to really enjoy the most amazing weekend with our family and friends because of all the work Callan and I had done leading up to the wedding. Thank you Altar’d Events – you are the BEST!

Allissa and her team were amazing! Allissa spent a lot of time getting to know us and translated that into a very personalized and unique wedding! During the months leading up to the wedding, Allissa and her team were excellent communicators and always had such a great energy that made planning our wedding a fun experience. Allissa always has a professional recommendation for any type of decision that needs to be made-big or small. Our wedding was so beautiful and exactly what we were wanting, even if we didn’t know it! The wedding went perfectly and we did not have to stress one bit because we knew Allissa and her team are AMAZING and can handle anything. When planning a wedding from afar like we did, Allissa, Sam and team were THE BEST. They were flexible in skyping with us for each meeting (even after-hours when our time zones required it), suggested amazing vendors, answered all silly and big picture questions, and made sure we were on top of our part of the planning so the weeks leading up to the wedding were not overly-stressful. By the time we got in town a week before our wedding, we felt ready to go. Our wedding at World's Fair Pavilion was great, thanks to our Altar'd team, and we owe them a thousand thanks. Would 100 percent recommend to anyone!

We are so happy we chose Altar'd Events! We envisioned an entire "wedding weekend" complete with a "fiesta" rehearsal dinner, church ceremony with a choir, reception at a different location, Chinese tea ceremony at the reception, AND a farewell brunch. It was a lot! Allissa was with me every step of the way, from finding a mariachi band, to tastings for the rehearsal dinner and reception menu, to meeting at the dress shop to look at bridesmaid dresses, to meeting with the choir director to review music selections. I am a details person, and with so many events, there were a LOT of details. Allissa was always available and responsive to my many, many questions and never made me feel silly for having so many. Our wedding celebration was wonderful and we absolutely could not have done it without Allissa. You will not regret hiring her!

We hired Allissa, and her team of amazing designers at ALTAR'D EVENTS, to help plan our daughter's wedding! We have no idea what we would have done without them. Our daughter and her fiance live out of town, and the wedding was in St. Louis. Even with this challenge and many others, the team did an amazing job of planning our daughter's wedding. They met with us on a regular, ongoing basis to ensure we stayed on track. They were always accessible to reach out to via their incredible interactive website, and when needed, just a phone call away. ALTAR'D EVENTS provided us with wonderful vendors selection that matched our daughters style. From start to finish, no detail was overlooked. A seating arrangement and meal addition had to be made just 30 minutes before the reception started, Allisa and her team handled it effortlessly and flawlessly without blinking an eye. There are many more examples to share, but not the space to detail them all out. The bottom line is that we were able to enjoy each and every moment of our daughter's wedding day without a single worry. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner team!

Allissa and Altar'd events were great to plan with! They were integral to our wedding planning because we were planning from out of town -- this would not have been possible without them. All of their vendor recommendations were spot on and it was nice not to have to worry about the small details. Not only did Allissa provide us with excellent wedding advice, we genuinely enjoyed spending time with her and think that she really made an effort to understand what we wanted on our wedding day.

I evaluated multiple wedding planning vendors and I can promise you, Altar'd Events is the best one you'll find, plus they were more economical than others I met with! If you are planning a wedding, do yourself a favor, hire Altar'd Events right this moment. You will not regret it.

Allissa and her team were wonderful to work with during the entire wedding process. The Altar'd team helped us execute our vision better than we could have ever done ourselves. The entire Altar'd experience was 5 stars from beginning to end! From my very first meeting with Allissa and team I knew that I HAD to have them on my team. They were attentive, responsive and genuinely vested in making me and my husbands day the best it could be. Our pre-wedding meetings were perfectly scheduled and executed and I had no doubt that the wedding day would go smoothly. They guided us through the wedding process and made sure every detail was accounted for. I went into the big day with absolutely no fears or worries because I knew I had an amazing planning team. Sam, our lead coordinator and day of/onsite planner was awesome! I can't say enough about her professionalism, her ability to direct myself and my bride squad without being crazy wedding planner lady, and her ability to stay calm and handle the normal wedding day commotion in addition to the other crazy requests and issues that came up. I remember one specific incident that had come up where we didn't have pens for our guests to write on their advice cards and Sam very calmly said, don't worry, we got you! And...she did! She made it happen. How, I don't know, but that's the magic of having a top notch planner! I highly recommend the Altar'd team to help make your wedding day as special and stress free as they helped to make ours.

I knew for my wedding day, I didn’t want to worry about anything and I didn’t want my family to worry about anything. I truly wanted to be completely submerged and carefree on my wedding day. I made the call to the lovely Altar’d Events ladies and they made just that happen. They recommend the coolest vendors and every vendor LOVES these ladies and I can see why! They know what they’re doing and they make you feel like the most special people. You are not just a client to these ladies, you are apart of the AE family for life. My husband and I were countlessly blown away at the ease of our day, as well as the year + leading up to it! We were a bride and groom living out of town, and they made it easy to attack each item on the to-do list. The flexibility of these ladies is UNMATCHED. We used them as our day of coordinator. Their online portal was fantastic and very helpful in organizing our guest list and making sure we were on track with our planning timeline. They were able to provide good vendor suggestions for the areas we had not yet finalized. On the day off, the team was great at helping set up and tear down the venue. This group focuses on the little details to make sure your day is amazing, from making sure your favorite drink is in hand throughout the night and making sure the day ran smoothly. Our families barely had to lift a finger at the end of the night and we were all grateful!

I had a great experience working with Allissa and Callan! I can't say enough about how awesome they are, and would highly recommend them to anyone with an upcoming wedding. Despite being pretty organized, I knew I needed a lot of help with wedding design and decor. The ladies at Altar'd Events were fabulous! They listened to my ideas, toured the venue with me, and came up with a gorgeous vision for my venue on my wedding day. They were flexible and respectful of my budget. They recruited excellent vendors, and executed everything perfectly on the day of. Though we had discussed what the decor would look like extensively beforehand, I was floored by how beautiful everything was when it came together. Callan and Allissa took care of logistics and setup on the day of, while I sat back and enjoyed my wedding day. During the entire planning process, all I had to do was bring some Pinterest pictures and answer a few simple questions. We met with several wedding planners prior to choosing Altar'd Events. They were all organized, meticulous, and well-connected, but what set Altar'd Events apart was their ability to intuit what I wanted even when I could barely articulate it myself. Hire them now; you won't regret it!

I cannot say enough good things about this team, and my coordinator, Callan. They were fun, personable, efficient, smart, visionary...but their biggest plus is that my wedding was STRESS FREE! I have a very busy job, and my family lives out of town, so I knew I needed a coordinator to help out. From our first meeting, Callan was on top of everything. I was so at ease going into my wedding weekend, and was confident I did not need to worry about anything on the wedding day (and I was right!) If you are on the fence for any reason, hire them! My vocabulary isn't big enough to properly thank these gals for the flawless day they planned for me. I'm 100% the DIY person, but there's no possible way I would have been able to pull off my dream wedding without them. They executed my vision to a T, and they even had the sunset scheduled on my timeline for our photographer! They will find the one thing you're missing even if you know you have it all planned out. I knew my day would be perfect with them planning it, and yours will be too! Oh and they're just fun to party with!

I began my wedding planning all on my own and after calling about 7 venues and taking one venue tour myself, I knew I needed help! I scoured the internet and after reading countless 5-star reviews (ALL OF THEM ARE 5 STARS…I just checked!), and seeing on her website that her closet, like mine is color-coded and arrange by sleeve length, I emailed Allissa in a panic! I was stressed out and overwhelmed with all the details! It was over a year out from my wedding and I couldn’t find a single venue that had any available Saturday dates in October 2018! Allissa called shortly after receiving my email and scheduled to meet with me only a couple days later. From the first time I met with Allissa I knew she was the one, wedding planner, that is! My best advice to anyone considering hiring a wedding planner is DO IT, NOW! It was the best decision I could have made! The second-best decision I made was hiring Allissa and her team at Altar’d Events. From the first time we met with Allissa, she was so attentive to what our vision was for our wedding…even if there were things, we had no clue about… and how we wanted the entire planning process to go! She just gets it! After hearing about what we wanted, she complied vendors and set a venue viewing. We chose the very FIRST venue that Allissa showed us because, she just gets it. Moreover, while at the venue meeting, the venue staff was asking questions about the ceremony timeline. Being that this was over a year out, my head was spinning, but Allissa rattled off answers with no hesitation for things that I would not even have thought about! From there, it got even easier. She has an awesome network of top-notch vendors to pull from to make your exact wedding vision come to life! From photography/videography, hair and make up, to florals, to food, to the DJ, to the officiant, to the last minute shopping for blankets to keep my guests warm (and then tying them with yarn to match my color scheme), she thought of everything and did it all! I can’t emphasize enough that working with Allissa is the very definition of stress-free wedding planning. All we had to do, quite literally, was show up! She took care of the rest and it was a dream. We had a lot of friends and family coming in from out of town and we wanted everyone to be able to enjoy their time with us, and because of Altar’d Events, they and we were able to do just that! To Allissa and the lovely ladies of Altar’d Events, we are so appreciative of all your hard work to make our day magical! It was better than we ever imagined! Thank you! <3

Our daughter chose Altar'd Events and Allissa from various reviews, and what a good choice it was! Immediately upon meeting Allissa I knew.... I knew the feeling of home , that feeling when you meet someone that reminds you of yourself and your family. Not having a wedding planner prior this was a new experience for us to work through. It became quickly apparent that Allissa was professional, attentive to our wishes and a total value if we were going to have that special night we were looking to achieve. We could not have made it happen without Allissa and her support. She provided so much value it is hard to explain all the things she managed for us. Allissa provided sources for various things that we needed, she gave us insight and warned us what to stay away from, which we would have had no clue until too late. Anyone planning a wedding should secure Allissa quickly as her request will be in high demand! Her team was wonderful and helped pull the whole event together. Our wedding couldn't have been so perfect if it wasn't for Altar'd Events. Allissa and her crew made our day so smooth and I didn't stress about anything because they were behind the scene taking care of everything. Our wedding went from a basic wedding to a dream wedding haha. I wish I could give them more stars!! Don't plan your wedding without the help from these amazing ladies!

Hiring Altar’d Events (Callan) was a decision I was very grateful my husband made! I admit I was reluctant to hiring a planner/coordinator. I truly enjoyed planning our wedding. But the truth is when it comes down to the 2-3 months before your big day - you need these people! There were plenty of logistical details I never touched or nonetheless even knew when they were happening. We hired for Wedding Management which was perfect! It was important to us that I didn’t worry about a single thing on the day of and I didn’t. Which is amazing because I’m type A. There could have been an issue that arose that day but I never knew about it. My bridal party told me afterwards they couldn’t believe how flawless our day went! We are very grateful for the work Callan and her team put forth.

The absolute best decision we made – well aside from deciding to get married – was hiring Allissa and her team at Altar'd Events! Their tagline should be, “Stress. Free. Wedding. Planning.” Or maybe, “Best. Money. Ever. Spent.” Most would not believe there is such a thing – “stress free”, but Allissa and her crew were absolute magic (oh and I should add, I am an event coordinator). Not only did they keep us on budget, on schedule, and insanely organized, they made the entire planning process FUN for us, giving us more time to enjoy each other and take in the memories which is SO IMPORTANT! We truly enjoyed every moment working with this fabulous team and are totally bummed we won’t be able to talk every day (okay, sometimes two or three times by the end)! Thank you Allissa for making us feel so special from day 1 and for crafting the wedding of our dreams! We couldn’t have done it without you!!

As the mother of the bride, I can hardly begin to say just how wonderful Altar'd Events (Alissa, Callan and all the staff) are at their job.....no, not a job....their calling! LOVE is what they do! From the initial planning to the last detail on the big day, they work tirelessly from a place of LOVE. They became more than our wedding planners...they became family! Their attention to detail and caring hearts let my husband and I enjoy our daughter and son-in-law's wedding and confidently know all was being taken care of. You HAVE to pick Callan and Allissa! They will make your day absolutely flawless. I was an out-of-town bride, and as difficult as planning an in-town wedding is, planning one out of town is that much harder. I used the ‘wedding management’ service, so while my mom and I did a lot of planning together, it honestly would not have come together without them!! They made sure I was on track, and that I knew everything that needed to be done on my end, then they took over and the day was perfection. If anything went wrong, I never knew about it. They took the stress off my and my mom’s shoulders. The whole weekend was absolute bliss, and it would not have been possible without them. Thank you, ladies!! :)

I have always done "party planning" on the side for friends and family and was silly enough to think that I didn't need professional help with my wedding. We got engaged at the end of September, bought a house, sold a house and were working on a second house sale, and I thought, I've got this. Six weeks before our wedding day and right before Christmas, I realized I didn't have the bandwidth to work all day and coordinate all of the details. I hired Allissa and she took the ball and ran. Allissa kept me organized and on task. She highlighted all ofthe things that needed to be done and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Allissa, Callan, & Paige were the engine that kept everything running on the day of the wedding and made sure that all of the vendors "got it done." Bottom line, I had tears of joy when I saw the venue before the wedding, it was exactly as I imagined it would be. I was able to relax on my wedding day and fully enjoy myself because I knew that Allissa, Callan and Paige had everything covered from telling me when it was my time to walk down the aisle, to hearding family members, to ensuring food stations opened on time, speeches were made and dances wer complete. I couldn't have been happier on my wedding day. I not only got to marry a man who is beyond anyone I could have imagined; I had the good fortune to have a wedding day and wedding celebration that was more beautiful, more fun and ran more smoothly than my highest expectations. Thank you Allissa, Callan and Paige for what was truly the best day of my life!

From our first meeting, I knew I had to make it work with Allyssa and the Style: Altar'd team. I wouldn't describe myself as a "traditional" bride and wanted to work with a team that "got" my vision and priorities for the perfect day. Sitting with Allyssa and Callan in that first meeting, I knew that they were the team who understood not only what I was wanting, but who I was as a bride (eg someone who didn't want to orchestrate or deal with details). We had a ton of fun working together and these ladies took care of every last detail - of which there were many because my groom and I had worked hard to infuse personal touches into every step of the weekend. Additionally, we had some crazy family issues that kept changing the day-of game plan, and Callan took it all in stride, masterfully reassuring me and accommodating our alternate scenarios. When the big day came around, I was totally able to relax and put my trust in the Style: Altar'd team, and everything went perfectly - I am not exaggerating. Hire these girls - you will be so happy that you did.

When planning a wedding on a family farm 60 miles outside of St. Louis it is an understatement to say that you are going to need some outside help. Even when my parents were skeptical of how in the world we could make this work, Allissa and her team listened faithfully to my ideas and were constantly helping me grow them into reality. Allissa instantly clicked with my family and I. By the end of the planning process she would basically finish our sentences, absolutely understanding the ideas we were fumbling to put into words and she would create them flawlessly. Her quirky and fun personality is easy to get along with and her creativity never stops flowing. Every single vendor recommendation I received from Allissa turned out amazing (the Off-White Wedding Show is a MUST). There was only one vendor I truly found on my own, my photographer, and she kept referring to Allissa and Style Altar’d as the dream team. There are no truer words. Once we made it through all of the planning stages we were coming up on the real deal and watching the weather forecast constantly. The weather ended up being about 30 degrees colder than I had pictured in my dream wedding fairytale. Allissa didn’t skip a beat though and gave us suggestions to go out and get cute throw blankets for guests, we added a firepit, and she found 6 additional gas heaters just days before the event. Overall, hiring Allissa and Style Altar’d is the one decision that made everything else go perfectly. It is the decision that I would make over and over again a million times. She effortlessly made my rustic elegant wedding dreams come true, and because of it everything looked like it was a picture out of a bridal magazine. Every last detail was perfectly set, and I truly did not have to worry on my big day. Everyone says to prepare for at least one thing to go wrong, as nothing can be perfect, but I truly do not have one thing that I look back on and wish could have gone differently. I will truly miss the planning process, and simply spending time with Allissa and her team. They were the best decision we made and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Allissa and her team made our day and process to get to it absolutely flawless. I wasn't sold on having wedding planner at the beginning of the process and by the end I honestly can't imagine getting through the weekend without them. Allissa was a blast to work with and they made the wedding week stress free for both me and my mother (unheard of I know). This is not to mention how wonderful of a job she did on the flowers. We had Allissa and her team as our florist as well, and as someone who is not a lover of a flowers, I was blown away. The bouquets and arrangements she created were straight out of a dream, they were gorgeous. If you are considering a wedding planner, hire Allissa and her team, you won't regret it.

It's a good sign when you're SAD that your wedding planning is over. Wedding Planning is supposed to be a fun and enjoyable process- and it is because of Allissa / Style Altar'd that we loved it so much! My first piece of advise to any bride or groom would be to hire a wedding planner, and secondly to hire Allissa. I went back and forth when we got engaged on hiring a wedding planner and I cannot say enough how glad we were that we worked with Allissa. Simply put, all of our wedding dreams were realized and details were executed flawlessly. I live out of town and Allissa went out of her way to schedule meetings with me and my Mom and call/ email to answer all of my questions. Allissa introduced us to the best vendors that all worked together to create an amazing day. Without her we would have never met such great people in the wedding industry! My goal when we started our wedding planning was to enjoy it, not stress, and create a beautiful and fun day. My goal was 110% met and I feel so lucky to have worked with Allissa + Style Altar'd. My husband and I will never forget how amazing our day was! I would recommend Allissa (and team) so highly and I'm so glad to have her as a friend.

So, planning a wedding is hard. Planning a wedding with a coordinator is easier. Planning a wedding with the gals at Style Altar'd....A DREAM. This team kept me sane, focused, and let me live in the moment. The details and tasks they took care of are things 1. I would never have thought about 2. I could have never accomplished on my own. The first time I met them, I knew we were made for each other :) They got to know me and my vision so well that their suggestions and tactics are as if we had one brain (a more organized, timely, AMAZING brain). My wedding day was BEYOND perfect, but more than that my planning experience was perfect. I never expected to feel so confident going into my wedding day that everything would work out perfect. Allissa and her team at Style:Altar’d are truly “WOW, the best ever!” Leading up to our event she kept us energized and on task. Meeting with her only added to our excitement and anticipation to get hitched. But hands down the way she managed the day for us - the fact that we had to worry about NOTHING but getting married - was worth her entire fee and then some. Five stars is not enough! If we ever decide to renew our vows we wouldn’t do it without Allissa. She is our first recommendation to anyone and everyone we know who has a wedding in their future

Allissa and her team were amazing to work with. I had gotten a recomendation from our venue to use Style: Altra'd as our florist. When I looked at some of the other weddings Allissa has done, I fell in love with her work. I was new to the area and did not know many people and don't have family here to help set up the day of the wedding. When I told Allissa this (knowing she is also a wedding planner) she was wonderful in getting everything set up and looking just how I had pictured for our wedding. All of the flower arrangements were just what I had wanted. Allissa did a great job asking questions to make sure that she could execute what I had in my head. I would highly recommend Allissa and the team at Style Altar'd for wedding coordination (big or small) and flowers. She was AMAZING to work with!

As a person who generally handles dotting T’s and crossing I’s for myself and my closest friends and family, it was extremely important to me to find someone who would be as detail oriented as I would or better. Style altar’d was indisputably BETTER! If you want your wedding day to be perfect and totally worry free for you even if you’re worry prone, hire them!!! So amazing!!

Allissa was an absolute joy to work with!! She is incredibly passionate about what she does. Andy and I felt so supported and cared for in every way from our very first meeting with her over a year ago all the way through to our wedding on June 16. Allissa and all of the Style: Altar'd girls made planning my wedding so stress-free! From the day I first met the team to the night of my wedding, I was never worried about how things were going to end up. Any questions I had (no matter how ridiculous I thought they might be) Allissa and Tarin were there to answer them quickly. When I didn't know where to start to look for a specific vendor, I was recommended a few fabulous vendors for me to look at and choose. This helped save me hours of research trying to find the perfect one! All of the vendors I used turned out fantastic and recommend them, too! My wedding went amazing and I have received countless compliments on the whole day, from start to finish, and that wouldn't have been possible without the Style: Altar'd team!

My wife and I got married this past week, March 4th, 2017 and the day was amazing, thanks largely to Allissa and team!! We wouldn’t have been able to coordinate all of our vendors and day of activities without them!! Wedding planning is a monster, but their team helped make our experience a little less painful. They have all of the tools, checklists and knowledge to help you through a time that can be very overwhelming and stressful. If I could pull every star down out of the sky and give them to Allissa and her Style: Altar'd gals, it still would not be enough. She did our coordination and our florals and it was hands-down one of the best wedding-related (and let's be honest, life-related) decisions I made during the planning process. Allissa made planning fun and stress-free, and actually made me look forward to checking my email! I'm a big DIYer and she not only worked with me and all of my ridiculous projects but appreciated them and encouraged me to try new things and see what happens. Not only did she understand "our vision" right away but she ran with it and make it even better than I had thought was possible. We planned a unique, sort of boho off-beat untraditional whimsical romantic wedding and she was on board every step of the way, answering all of questions, suggesting all kinds of great things, and navigating the logistics of boring wedding-related stuff so I could have time to enjoy the fun parts of the process. She was a wonderful ally and neutral party to have when things were getting dicey and tough decisions needed to be made - I always felt like she was in my corner, and went out of the way to make sure my and my husband's vision of our day was maintained and preserved. Our florals were PERFECT - they were super duper important to me and I wanted organic, garden-y, whimsical looking arrangements and bouquets and I got exactly that and then some more. On the day of our wedding, Alex and I got to enjoy every little moment without worrying about anything - running out of ice, that random person who wasn't supposed to bring their children but did, the venue changing our timeline at the last moment, my sister wanting an extra piece of cake- Style: Altar'd took care of it all and Allissa and her gals checked on us to make sure we always had everything we needed. They are simply incredible. I could literally write a 3000 character review about how they made wedding planning a dream, but I'm gonna go ahead and stop. Bottom line if TL:DR: Book Allissa.
