dream wedding. I met with them about a month out from our wedding, and they truly helped ease the last month of prep and planning. On our wedding day we got so many compliments with how flawless Angie made everything happen, and she was by my side to check in with making sure we were good throughout. I don’t know what I would have done without Ale and Angie. I still don’t know how she did it all (and I wouldn’t want her job!), but this company went above and beyond in every way. I had was a) within our pricing and b) worth the money in the first place. All the vendors she helped us secure were AMAZING!! Professional, helpful, quality, and overall wonderful people. Alejandra was great at communicating with us all our options and to-dos, as well as keeping us on track and stress free. I was not at all stressed once she came into the picture. Two days before the wedding, there was a situation where Alejandra was unable to help for the day-of the wedding. Even though she couldn’t be there, she worked overtime to prepare everything needed so that the event could go smoothly. Carolina went in her place to the rehearsal and ran the wedding on the day of. The day was a success with pretty much no bumps or headaches! Having now worked with Alejandra and Carolina, I can tell you that they are both professional, compassionate planners that will take great care to make sure you feel good and everything goes smoothly. I had NO CONCERNS!! Even when things popped up, I knew they had a plan and trusted them. And it worked out amazing. Everyone had a great time and we couldn’t be happier. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Ale and Caro!! You are in super safe hands if you work with them!

When I spoke with Ale on the phone I immediately knew that I wanted to work with them for my wedding because she was so thorough and passionate when talking about the services they provide. I also worked with Caro and she was amazing as well she helped me organize the vendors I had already picked out and reached out to them to make sure ahead of time to make sure everything was ready for the wedding. Any questions I had she was always ready and willing to answer my call or text. She helped me create the perfect timeline and made sure it was executed the day of my wedding. My guests told me that they had the absolute best time at my wedding and I have to attribute a lot of that to Caro helping me out last minute details together and coordinating the day of. If you’re wondering whether or not you need a planner or coordinator, you do ! And you need Ale and Caro! My only regrets is I wish I found them sooner and let them plan my entire wedding !

rnia and New York at the time and had no family/ connections living in Miami. We decided on that location as it was equidistant for all of our family members across the US. The wedding business tends to overcharge, so we were doing our best to save where we could. (Ex: buy our own charger plates, hire family for catering, DIY some of the decorations, etc.) We did partial planning with Ale, so we had a majority of our vendors picked. She helped us secure the final few for an amazing price and did a stellar job coordinating with the venue. As previously mentioned, we did not have any connections in Miami, but did a lot of DIY decorations. Ale, being the angel she is, stored a lot of our Amazon boxes and shipments in her house! Did I mention we had 250+ guests?! She was so selfless and a genuine help throughout. The day of the wedding, she coordinated contractors, vendors, and everything with ease and joy. The ceremony was smooth, the reception went off without a hitch, and to this day, our friends and family refer to it as the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Due to covid, it was the first big gathering of our friends and family in a long time. Since the wedding, my family has suffered the tragic loss of my brother, who was in attendance. Although it was our wedding, I’d say it was his reception the way he lit up the dance floor and hyped up the crowd. This day couldn’t have been more perfect, and sincerely, it wouldn’t have gone this way without Ale. Her attention to detail, kindness, amazing communication, and commitment to following up and following through on what she was asked is understated. We know this review is late, but we still wanted to take the time to truly express our gratitude. This wedding set such a strong foundation for my husband and I to build off of. Two years later, we are now proud homeowners, expecting our first child, and more in love than ever. We often reflect back on our wedding fondly, and even though he was originally against having a big wedding, he is all the more thankful now that we did. Ale helped us recognize the importance of celebrating joy and love. She was also incredibly affordable and working from a place of passion and genuine care.
