I cannot thank Ale and Caro for the amazing job they did coordinating the day of my wedding. From my initial phone call to the day of the wedding they were both so kind detailed and professional. When I spoke with Ale on the phone I immediately knew that I wanted to work with them for my wedding because she was so thorough and passionate when talking about the services they provide. I also worked with Caro and she was amazing as well she helped me organize the vendors I had already picked out and reached out to them to make sure ahead of time to make sure everything was ready for the wedding. Any questions I had she was always ready and willing to answer my call or text. She helped me create the perfect timeline and made sure it was executed the day of my wedding. My guests told me that they had the absolute best time at my wedding and I have to attribute a lot of that to Caro helping me out last minute details together and coordinating the day of. If you’re wondering whether or not you need a planner or coordinator, you do ! And you need Ale and Caro! My only regrets is I wish I found them sooner and let them plan my entire wedding !

Absolutely loved working with Ale! She help my hand the entire month I worked with her. I could call/text/email her any time of the day and she would always respond to me ASAP. She guided me through what the wedding would be like and even reminded me of things I never thought of!

Words are truly inadequate to describe all that Ale did for my husband and I. We got married in Miami at the beautiful Deering Estate in July of 2022. We were living between California and New York at the time and had no family/ connections living in Miami. We decided on that location as it was equidistant for all of our family members across the US. The wedding business tends to overcharge, so we were doing our best to save where we could. (Ex: buy our own charger plates, hire family for catering, DIY some of the decorations, etc.) We did partial planning with Ale, so we had a majority of our vendors picked. She helped us secure the final few for an amazing price and did a stellar job coordinating with the venue. As previously mentioned, we did not have any connections in Miami, but did a lot of DIY decorations. Ale, being the angel she is, stored a lot of our Amazon boxes and shipments in her house! Did I mention we had 250+ guests?! She was so selfless and a genuine help throughout. The day of the wedding, she coordinated contractors, vendors, and everything with ease and joy. The ceremony was smooth, the reception went off without a hitch, and to this day, our friends and family refer to it as the best wedding they’ve ever been to.
Due to covid, it was the first big gathering of our friends and family in a long time. Since the wedding, my family has suffered the tragic loss of my brother, who was in attendance. Although it was our wedding, I’d say it was his reception the way he lit up the dance floor and hyped up the crowd. This day couldn’t have been more perfect, and sincerely, it wouldn’t have gone this way without Ale. Her attention to detail, kindness, amazing communication, and commitment to following up and following through on what she was asked is understated.
We know this review is late, but we still wanted to take the time to truly express our gratitude. This wedding set such a strong foundation for my husband and I to build off of. Two years later, we are now proud homeowners, expecting our first child, and more in love than ever. We often reflect back on our wedding fondly, and even though he was originally against having a big wedding, he is all the more thankful now that we did. Ale helped us recognize the importance of celebrating joy and love. She was also incredibly affordable and working from a place of passion and genuine care. She was incredibly organized and on top of it all. We can’t express our gratitude enough for all she’s done for us. Sincerely Ale, thank you! We’d recommend her services to any and everyone.
Ale was my month of coordinator for my April 2024 wedding. She got in touch with my husband and I even before the month of the wedding started to begin working together and get organized. She was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process and always answered my texts even if they were after hours or I was asking a million silly questions. She handled the coordination with other vendors seamlessly and I did not have to do much but make sure they were all paid. Ale also helped me a lot by going to the venue with me and helping me map things out so that everything was exactly as I wanted on the day of. When I showed up to my wedding, everything was better than I could have imagined. She did an amazing job from beginning to end! Highly recommend.
If you’re looking for planners or coordinators, Ale and Caro are your girls!!! They seriously made the planning process leading up to my wedding so so seamless. They handled everything you can think during the rehearsal and the day of. I was able to be the most relaxed bride thanks to these two. I owe the success of my wedding to them. My wedding day was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to Ale's exceptional coordination and breathtaking floral arrangements. Despite having less than 30 days' notice for our wedding, Ale rose to the occasion and delivered beyond our wildest dreams.
From the moment we hired Ale as our day-of coordinator, we felt a wave of relief knowing that every detail would be handled with care. Ale's organization skills are unparalleled. She ensured that everything ran smoothly, from coordinating vendor arrivals to managing last-minute adjustments.
One of the highlights of our wedding was the stunning floral arch that Ale had made when I asked for one last minute. Despite the time constraints, Ale worked tirelessly to create a masterpiece. The floral arrangements throughout the venue were equally enchanting. Ale took our vision and brought it to life with creativity and elegance. Each bouquet, centerpiece, and boutonniere was meticulously crafted, adding an enchanting touch to our wedding décor.
Not only is Ale incredibly talented, but she is also a joy to work with. She was very patient with me when I was missing deadlines to get details ready. Her calm demeanor and professionalism put us at ease throughout the planning process and on the big day itself. I cannot recommend Ale highly enough for anyone in need of wedding coordination and floral design. She truly exceeded our expectations and helped make our wedding day unforgettable.

5/5 100% perfect experience working with Ale! She was so sweet and really took the time to understand my vision and make sure we were on the same page for my intimate wedding.
I couldn't have made it through my wedding day without her! She made me feel so comfortable and secure, even when I decided to change some things up last minute. She was right there whenever I needed her (which wasn't often - since she did such an amazing job preparing things!)
On top of being there to help troubleshoot, she really made my venue come to life with the decor, greenery, flowers, and candles. At the end of the wedding, I knew I could continue on my night, knowing that she was going to handle all of the breakdown and packing up.

She was pivotal to our wedding planning on a tighter timeline than usual for both flowers and day-of coordination, quickly aligning with our concept and being responsive leading up to the wedding. I hired Ale and Caro from ABC Flowers and Events for month of wedding planner and the bride and bridal party bouquets. The bouquets came out perfectly and were exactly what I pictured. For the month of planning, the check ins were efficient and thorough. They were extremely prepared and it put me at ease.
On wedding day, Ale and Caro saved the day. We dealt with weather delays, last minute changing of ceremony location and a short turnover time from ceremony to reception. They communicated so well with all the vendors, took charge and made everything happen. I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work!

I can’t say enough good things about Ale and Caro, at ABC Flowers and Events. I hired ABC for month of wedding planning as well as the bride and bridal party bouquets. The bouquets came out perfectly and were exactly what I asked for. Additionally, the check-ins throughout the month of were efficient and thorough. They were so prepared and it made me feel at ease.
More importantly, Ale and Caro saved the day. We had weather delays, changing the ceremony location at the last minute, and a very short turnover time from ceremony to reception. Words cannot express how amazing Ale and Caro were! If you're considering a planner or coordinator, it's absolutely worth every penny. I hired them as my Month of Coordinators and they both went above and beyond, and were meticulous in every detail. I work in operations and account management and consider myself very detail oriented and organized. I was on the fence of whether to even hire a coordinator to be honest, but I am sooo glad I did! They thought of literally everything that I would have never even considered. Also it doesn't hurt that they're absolute sweethearts and so easy to work with!

Alejandra with ABC flowers and events was so wonderful to work with. She provided such an easy flow of events and extremely smooth experience leading up to, and on my wedding day. You can fully trust her to handle anything you might need while not having to worry about a thing. She is efficient at getting all tasks completed and well versed in the wedding industry. Aside from her excellent professionalism, she made me feel so calm on my wedding day because of her demeanor and etiquette. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting to feel at ease on their wedding day and looking to trust someone fully with order of events, contacting vendors, decor, managing friends and family, walking you through the day, handling/ directing bridal party, and anything else you might need. If you're looking for a wedding planner and florist who is not only professional and organized but also incredibly talented and passionate, Alejandra and her team are amazing!
From day one, Ale put me at ease. Her expertise and creativity were evident as she took our ideas and turned them into a beautiful reality. Communication was seamless, and she was always quick to address our questions and provide helpful solutions to any challenges that arose. She even helped with creating our table numbers!
Every aspect of our wedding, from the floral arrangements to the seating chart, was flawlessly executed. She coordinated with vendors, and kept everything on schedule – all with a smile on her face. Our flower arrangements were exactly what I envisioned and so so beautiful!

Wow, where do I begin? Alejandra was my lifesaver for our wedding. Everything came out perfect and as planned thanks to Alejandra and her team. Alejandra couldn't have been more professional, caring, energetic, and very creative! She was super easy to work with, and my husband and I always felt calm after having meetings with her. If your on the fence about hiring a Day of coordinator I highly recommend you do just for peace of mind. Where do we even start… Ale & Carolina were a dream to work with. As an out of state/country Wedding they were there whenever we needed them and helped guide us to have the most special wedding day. They are helpful, knowledgeable and hardworking all in one. As a bride you can get overwhelmed but with them I felt nothing but comfort and excitement knowing they were handling our special day. Alejandra is amazing. I wasn’t going to hire a day of coordinate at first, as I’m pretty particular with how I want things done, but everyone I knew said that must have one. I was searching on theknot.com for several days before I finally found always be creative flowers and events. I met with Alejandra, she was so sweet and I felt she could the job. Hiring her was the best decision she was so helpful, and she executed everything that I asked of her flawlessly, she was on time and took care of everything as if it were me. She is amazing and also affordable which I loved.

It’s always hard to trust someone else to take control . She took care of our venue setup and coordinating. When I showed at the venue after leaving the church, it was absolutely amazing! I was a covid bride who had to reschedule and change venues and Alejandra was with me every step of the way. Anything I ever asked for she made happen. She took my vision and gave me a dream wedding setup, all within my budget. Between the florals, the flower wall and additional decor here and there, the day of coordination and all the additional services she offers and provides, I truly felt like I was in such good hands. My wedding was 2 weeks ago and I am still on cloud 9 with how everything turned out. I really can’t say thank you enough.
