Always n Forever Events

We hired Courtney Shelton through the recommended vendor list given to us by our wedding venue. Initially there were no problems. We went over a detailed time line, and I sent her a list of all the names, and relations of the people in the wedding ceremony. When we got to the venue she introduced herself, and started coordinating. When it was time for my step dad, and I to do our first look she went to look go look for him in the groomsmen suite. All the groomsmen were in the room including my stepdad. Courtney goes to ask “where is the step dad of the bride?” My stepdad lets her know it’s him and she replies “no you are not.” My step dad replies “yes ma’am I am!” My step dad is African American. Everyone in the room was so uncomfortable. She was very unprofessional, and she made my family, and friends feel uncomfortable. I am in the service industry, and I usually do not go out of my way to make reviews, but this experience was horrible for my family, and I. I feel the need to let people know that if you have any diversity in your family, Courtney Shelton with Always and Forever is not the best option for you.

Courtney gets it done!! She was so great to work with throughout the entire process. She has the best insight and advice to give. She also managed the vendor relations effortlessly. We hired her team to help set up in the morning and they were very professional and helpful. She kept our wedding party on time and gathered up whoever needed to be. Thank you Courtney and if you need someone who is ON IT-she is it!

Courtney Shelton was a gift from God for my wedding. She was honestly the best decision I made, second only to my choice of groom. Courtney made sure that I was caught up on all of my tasks at all times with regular calls and check-ins, while also making time to listen to me when I had a "meltdown" or a fight with another member of the wedding party. On the day of the wedding, she made sure that my husband and I had plenty of time to eat, fought off anyone that dared get in the way of my timeline, and made sure that everything found its way back home with the right person. I couldn't have asked for anything better in a wedding planner, and what's even more, she did all of this while also doing my floral and handling my rentals as well! She communicated with all the vendors and the venue for me, curated gorgeous floral arrangements and centerpieces, and brought my vision together even better than I ever could have myself! Thank you so much Courtney! I'll forever be singing your praises!

Courtney was Amazing!!! I hired her as my wedding day coordinator and as my florist. When I was searching for both of these positions... it seemed like everyone was over priced and didn’t return my calls till a day later. With Courtney, she picked up the phone immediately and she gave me a reasonable price on everything and she just seemed so organized with everything just through conversation. I also remember calling a lot of these five star review people that had a ton of reviews (I found on the knot ) and just didn’t like how they called me a day later, or were too expensive. So I stumbled upon “Always n forever events” who didn’t have all those reviews and took a chance on this company and on Courtney. I am so glad I did!!! She did an amazing job on coordinating the ceremony and reception and kept things running smoothly with every little hiccup we encountered. She is so caring and nurturing and she just made me feel comfortable. She decorated my venue so beautifully. Decor was very important to me and I wanted lots of flowers ...she delivered, and she did so tastefully. It was the secret garden I envisioned. If you are unsure of whom to go with, just give her a call and try her out... that’s exactly what I did and I’m so happy I did!! Thank you Courtney!! 💖
