I offer wedding coordination (starting at $1600, venue dependent) and partial planning. Amanda Day Events comes with a passion for events and 20+ years of hospitality and event planning experience and you'll receive undivided attention from vision to fruition.

She picked up donuts for our dessert table, personally handled vendor issues like retrieving new glasses from another source when our original ones were out of stock, and even collected all our floral vessels so our florist could avoid an extra trip (and fee). She truly cared about making the day smooth for everyone, not just us.
Amanda thought of everything down to the smallest details. She let us ship items directly to her house to cut down on our load, hand-filled bags of petals for our ceremony toss, tested our projector and home videos at her own home to make sure the setup would go off without a hitch, and met with me as often as I needed just to help ease my anxiety during planning.
Her calm, steady presence was honestly one of the most reassuring parts of the entire process. As a very Type A person, I usually struggle to hand off control but with Amanda, I never had a single doubt. That’s how organized, prepared, and thoughtful she was. I truly felt like I could relax, knowing she had everything under control.
We cannot recommend Amanda highly enough. If you’re looking for someone who is not only extremely professional but also deeply caring, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in your day, she’s the one. You will not regret it.

My wife and I have never felt more taken care of than our wedding day, and we have Amanda to thank for that. Everything went perfectly, from the ceremony all the way to the last dance, and we know Amanda’s hard work is the reason why. Every transition, event, and piece of the ceremony and reception went off without a hitch.
One of our favorite moments of the day was immediately after the ceremony, when my wife and I got to relax in a private portion of the venue for a few minutes. We were both overwhelmed with emotion and as soon as we went inside from the outdoor ceremony location, Amanda and her assistant were waiting for us with a drink and a few of the appetizers our caterer had prepared for our cocktail hour. We were immediately set at ease and given time to ourselves to just enjoy finally being married, relaxing into the joy of the day as we realized Amanda was going to take care of everything.

Planning our Hood River, Oregon wedding from Michigan was no small feat, but Amanda made it seamless.
She took the time to get to know us as a couple, understand our family dynamics, and bring our vision to life. Her suggestions on vendors, details, and timelines were spot-on and incredibly helpful. Amanda kept our wedding day (115 guests!) perfectly timed and running smoothly. My entire family couldn’t stop raving about how wonderful she was—so communicative, kind, and organized.
One moment that stands out is when the shuttle left without us after the reception, and Amanda didn’t hesitate to drive my husband and me to our after-party herself—such a fun and memorable gesture! She also went above and beyond a few days later, meeting up with us to return our leftover belongings, even though she didn’t have to take care of those in the first place.

d no clue where to even begin beyond a Pinterest board. Amanda was the first vendor I booked and boy oh boy do I feel blessed. She went above and beyond with recommending incredible vendors and communicating with them both prior to and during the wedding day. She would help me make checklists, check in on me, and was ALWAYS available to answer questions and steer me in the direction I needed to go. She is an expert in the field and will make sure that your day is unforgettable. We would not of come close to such a perfect day without Amanda. The day of she did all of the setup, coordinating, and tear down. When she needed help, she grabbed a few willing volunteers who were there early. We were able to relax and enjoy our day.
Also, she literally saved my reception! There are 2 very similar venues and the caterer delivered it to the wrong one. We both had tacos, and even though their delivery was several hours early and a different vendor, they were ready to start eating. Amanda figured it out, wrangled people to help her go get the food, and brought everything back. We honestly had no idea until several days later. I would have been so stressed out if I knew about that and needed to take care of it on my own. I didn't have to, though. Because Amanda is amazing.

Amanda got us through our rehearsal efficiently with our parents and 12 person bridal party. Which lead to a wonderful ceremony.
On our wedding day Amanda took care of everything behind the scenes. She had all of our centerpieces and decorations set up perfectly in the limited time the venue provided for set up. My friends and I put together our centerpieces and she really made my vision come to life. We didn’t have a dj at our wedding, so she changed the song and playlist during important moments to me.

It was challenging getting all the planning done from afar, but Amanda went above and beyond to help ease our stress. She helped with providing/reaching out to vendors in the area. I would send her ideas (flowers, table decor, signage, etc.) and she would do her best to find the right vendors. I appreciated how available she was and how fast she would respond to my questions and concerns.
On the day of our wedding, she helped set up all the decorations and adjusted as I made some last minute adjustments (haha). During the wedding, she helped with the flow of guests and worked closely with the DJ to help make announcements (time for dinner, toasts, cake cutting, etc.).
Overall, Amanda was very helpful in making our wedding day come together even better than we imaged, if only she could add more time in the day haha.

When our venue lost all of our event info three weeks before the wedding, Amanda had it entirely covered and re-communicated the whole plan to them, and I barely had to worry about a thing. And then on the day of, her presence meant that we were able to be totally in the moment and leave our planning brains behind as we had the best day of our lives. When we needed help changing photographers, find an antique get-away car, to talking with all our vendors (even our puppy sitter)-she was there.
