She didn't tell us what to do, she guided us through the process. So many detail we would have missed and not been ready, she was there to guide us. If you are getting married in the Vancouver area hire her! She was well worth every penny! If you haven't chosen a venue hire her she will help you find the perfect one.

When our venue lost all of our event info three weeks before the wedding, Amanda had it entirely covered and re-communicated the whole plan to them, and I barely had to worry about a thing. . Having said that, she was instrumental in getting not only the mess of wedding rescheduling from 2020 done, and also the execution of the long awaited 2021 celebration down to the small details. From making sure that we are taken care off during the big day, she helped with getting the decor and helped organized cleanups, helped with timeline and overall execution, and basically everything else to make our special day perfect. It's crazy to me how is stranger can feel like someone you've known forever, Amanda made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I was able to enjoy my daughter's wedding and not stress over the little things because I knew she had it handled. I loved her take charge and do it attitude. searched for a larger venue. Came across Vintage Gardens where we were introduced to Amanda Day. Called her & she scheduled an in home visit. Good thing because with hindsight there was way more to planning a large wedding than meets the eye. We invited 250 people & ended up with 180 in attendance. After dozens and dozens of calls, emails, text messages, visits Amanda somehow lead the way & the wedding was a blast. I seriously doubt that we could have pulled off the wedding as well as Amanda did. She held our hand, advised us, encouraged us & made our daughters wedding day PERFECT. Coordination with the Pastor, Venue, Photographer, Caterer, Wedding Cake Decorator, DJ, Barkeeper, Set up & Clean Up Crew was flawless & very thorough. Amanda was detail oriented & even thought of things that we did not think of. Amanda from the bottoms of our heart Cynthia & I want to give you a great big THANK YOU.

I know Amanda played a huge part in taking away that stress for me. She was so knowledgeable about the venue we chose and was always a text or a phone call away for literally any question we had. We even had a flower mishap the day before the wedding and she was at the flower vendor within minutes to help correct the mistake and the flowers came out perfect! She made us feel like we were the only thing she had on her plate even though I knew she had several other things she was doing all at once. And that was all just leading up to the wedding! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, more perfect than I could have imagined it and it was all because of Amanda. If you’re hesitant about getting a wedding coordinator or simply just don’t know which one to choose, Amanda is amazing in every single way and your day will be perfect with her as a part of it :) thank you Amanda!
