We were planning our wedding in New Orleans from Boston and she helped us out so much. When we weren't able fly out again for our tasting with our caterers, she joined my parents there to make sure everything went well. On our wedding day she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, she even got a poke bowl for my now husband when he got hungry in the middle of the day. She is just an absolute ray of sunshine, and handles any issues that might come up during the planning process or wedding day. I was able to just show up and enjoy the day because I knew I could trust her to run the entire day smoothly. Hire her immediately because she will make wedding planning so much easier.

usted her. Working full time and planning a wedding is very difficult and they made it SO EASY. I got married at the Ritz-Carlton and they had only done one other wedding there but it seemed like they had done 1,000 weddings there. Every detail was thought of and addressed and I was completely worry-free the month leading up to the wedding. They were EXTREMELY responsive at all hours of the day and I felt like I was in great hands from the start. They made sure I got the best vendors and I could not have been happier. My make up artist even said she doesn't do alot of weddings but made an exception because I had Amanda Price as my coordinator. The best part about this team was the TRUST. They made everything work within my budget and never recommended ideas that weren't value-added. I never felt like they were asking me to spend money unnecessarily. I hired them to do the overall design of my ceremony and reception in addition to coordination and it completely blew me away. I had high expectations and had a really good idea of what it was going to look like based on the design boards but I was completely shocked and amazed when I walked down the aisle and again when we made our entrance into the reception. I could've never even dreamed my wedding was going to be that nice. I felt so at-ease the weekend and day of the wedding because they had everything under control and truly made me feel like a priority. I had so much fun and never had to worry about anything. I really can't recommend them enough.

ne or it wont be perfect the way that I want it to be. From the beginning when we first talked she pointed out so many things I would never have thought of. I didn't have my wedding at your typical wedding venue so there was much more to think about and do for that then I realized, and after already a few months of it being A LOT I knew I needed her for the entire thing. She was the perfect. A ball buster from the get go. So organized and focus on making my day the most special day. She had an incredible team and so many resources that helped guide me in doing exactly what needed to be done. If things went wrong she put those fires out immediately and navigated us through different scenarios- always had a plan B! NEVER complained about my 294275 emails I sent her a week. Although I know she was working on plenty of other events, she never made me feel that mine was on the back burner and was always so responsive and attentive to my needs. I knew Amanda when we were kids growing up so it was such a wonderful time reconnecting. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart, for everything you did for us! You nailed it 10/10. I had the most amazing wedding and im still talking about how much fun we had almost a month later!

I knew on our very first call that Amanda would be the perfect person to plan the most magical day of our lives and keep me sane through the entire process. She is impeccably organized and detail-oriented, professional, thoughtful, and the perfect balance of sassy and sweet! She provided all of the tools I needed to stay organized, including the most comprehensive to do list that helped me stick to our timeline every step of the way. She lined up meetings, provided vendor recommendations, helped us make decisions, and calmed our worries (but thanks to her we didn’t have many). She was always so responsive throughout the entire process, including a postponement. She cared about our wedding as much as we did and made sure our vision came to life. No small thing was overlooked and her number one priority was that we relaxed and enjoyed every moment of our day. When we had issues with our venue and our videographer, she guided us through solving problems and finding a new videographer, and she made sure we were protected every step of the way. On top of all of her amazing work, she is a genuine, funny, and now a friend! I honestly don’t know how we would have done it without her. Now I just need to think of another celebration to put together so I can work with her again!

When wedding day rolled around, she made sure I did not have to sacrifice one inch of my dream wedding, even with covid (and second line) restrictions in place. g planner. I thought we could manage it on our own (even though we live 850 miles away). I definitely didn't think a planner was in our budget. But once we started looking into vendors, we became overwhelmed very quickly. We decided to start looking into planners and Amanda had been recommended to me by a few photographers, so I gave her a call. She and I clicked immediately. I got off the phone and told my fiancé that we had a planner! Amanda was everything we could have ever asked for and even more. From the moment we started planning our wedding in February 2019, Amanda has been our rock. We live in west Texas and every time we flew into town, she picked us up from the airport and we hit the ground running with appointments she had lined up for us. She always made the most of our time in Nola and we accomplished so much on each planning trip. She checked in with us often when we weren't in town and always made sure we were comfortable with our progress. She also had GREAT recommendations for other vendors and helped so much in the research process. I knew when I started planning that I didn't have a creative eye and that I would need help pulling our vision together. Amanda not only executed a wedding that was better than anything we ever dreamed of, but all of our guests told us it was the best wedding they'd ever been to as well. The team of vendors Amanda assembled knocked every detail out of the park. Everything was breathtaking. On the day of the wedding, she had a great timeline created and kept us on a reasonable and easy schedule. Amanda also made the wedding planning process so easy. I have so many girlfriends that felt major stress during wedding planning and they couldn't wait for their weddings to be over. I never felt this way working with Amanda. I felt calm and prepared and was able to enjoy my wedding day with no stress at all. I was actually sad the planning was over. Throughout the 13 months of planning, Amanda was so much more than a planner for us. She was a therapist when I needed her to be, a voice of reason when we were being indecisive, a boss during the times we just needed to be told what to do, and most importantly, a good friend. She met and exceeded all of our needs and our wedding wouldn't have been as perfect as it was without her. Even if you don't think you have a planner in your budget, even if you think you can handle planning a wedding on your own, give Amanda a call. Do yourself and your wedding a favor by giving her a chance. She is hands down the best at what she does and you will never regret hiring her!

e industry that made some of my more odd requests very easy. She also never pushed me in one direction or the other but listened to what I wanted and acted on it or offered sage advice. She was an excellent mediator and listener for my parents who didn’t always agree. The day of the wedding, she was the calmness I needed. NOTHING phased me on that day because I knew Amanda could, and did, handle it. I’m sure something didn’t go as planned on my big day but I have NO IDEA what it was because Amanda made sure I never had to deal with it. She kept me and my husband moving around the room the whole night, kept us to a schedule for pictures, eating, made sure I had a drink in my hand, and that all of the odd requests like “a random picture with my step-sister at some point in the night” was taken care of. And, when it was all over, it was over. I didn’t have to contact vendors, return items, get my things from the venue. Amanda handled it all so I got to just sit back and relax after a stressful few days. My bridesmaids, guests, and parent’s friends loved her and asked for her name for their events. And my dad loved her – I can’t give her higher praise than that! I have referred her several times since and will continue to do so! THANK YOU, AMANDA!

Amanda would help us plan and execute the best wedding! She is extremely organized, has all the right connections, makes sure nothing slips through the cracks and very detailed oriented. She’s also extremely responsive and answered all my questions quickly. From a planning perspective, she has the timing of when you need to make decisions down to a science and makes sure you get things done ahead of schedule. She has several vendor recommendations and I was extremely happy with all of them. She handles the scheduling of meetings, contract management and schedule of payments. Above and beyond the logistics and planning, Amanda was able to execute my vision. I showed her my ideas and she made them happen. As for the day of the wedding, her and her team executed flawlessly. I was able to fully experience and live in the moment of my wedding. She made sure that we followed the schedule of events and things went smoothly. I have heard from so many guests that my wedding was one of the best they had ever been to and had so many unique touches- and I fully attribute this to Amanda’s planning. My husband, parents and I can’t speak highly enough of Amanda. She’s easy to work with, calming, so kind and quickly became a friend- not just our planner!

I can be a bit of a procrastinator, and with her help everything was done on time. She also made the hard conversations about money and negotiating a lot easier. The vendors she suggested, helped us tremendously so that we didn’t need to spend time looking for them. This review does not even do justice to how much I appreciated everything she did for us, and how she really made the whole process of planning so much more fun! I would recommend her to anyone who is getting married! She is so hard working and I know that she was constantly looking out for my best interest so that we would have the best wedding weekend!

At one point before the wedding, Amanda told me that for one day in my (very Type A) life, I can kick back, focus on enjoying my new husband and guests who have traveled to celebrate with us, and let her handle all of the nitty gritty details/ logistics/ other annoyances that popped up. I truly cannot thank her enough for taking all of this weight off of my shoulders and empowering and encouraging me to fully soak in that beautiful day. I had absurdly high expectations, and she exceeded every single one of them. If you hire her, I can assure you that you'll feel the same way. After the wedding, countless guests asked us about Amanda's services because they had never thought to engage a coordinator or planner, but could now readily see the invaluable service they provide. Our wedding was truly the best day of our lives and we have to thank Amanda from the bottom of our hearts for making it so perfect!

I cannot say how much it meant to not have to worry about a single thing on the day of the wedding. She kept us calm and relaxed making sure we were able to soak up every moment and truly enjoy ourselves. If something went wrong on our wedding day, I have no clue to this day! She even reminded me to eat and drink water while getting ready. She comes with an amazing assistant and kit of everything you could possibly need last minute. Not kidding about that, everything from make up to double stick tape to medications and other emergency needs! She is truly a gem and someone who deserves all the praise! We absolutely loved her and cannot say enough about her!

She was flawless in her delivery, but my favorite thing about my experience with her was that she managed the crazy details and I was able to focus and take in my best friend’s amazing beautiful day by her side.
