Amazing event rentals was beyond accommodating. The weather kept fluctuating between sun and a down pour (low country weather). They were so flexible about timing of the tent and putting out tables to give us the under the stars vision we dreamed of for our bit day. The rain cleared right in time for the ceremony and their ability to pivot was amazing! Also the park where we got married wasn’t done with its renovations until 3 days before the wedding but they didn’t blink an eye! As soon as they were able to get out an measure the space they did without a single hesitation or complaint. The whole was amazing!
Good Value
Amazing Event Rentals was great to work with. They had everything we needed and everything arrived on time, in perfect condition, at a fair price. The reason I would really recommend this vendor is that we rented a dance floor from them, and found out two days before the wedding that the reception hall had a new one that we could use. So we cancelled the one from Amazing Events, not expecting to get a refund so close to the date. Turns out, they gave us a full refund for the dance floor. We could not recommend this vendor enough for that, and for the amazing service they provided!
Amazing event rentals provided all rentals for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding! My mother-in-law and wedding planner did most of the coordination with them, but they were very easy to work with and were flexible with some late-in-the-game changes. Our wedding could not have happened without them! We are so thankful!!
Amazing Events was great. I knew a beach wedding was going to be difficult but everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. They set the chairs up just like I envisioned.
Not only was this company extremely easy to work with, and very prompt with communication, they made my day perfect! They arrived right on time, and were very polite and courteous. Their chairs and tables were in great condition, and I received many compliments on how great everything looked! Strongly recommend!
When we had an issue with the original draping and lighting vendor for our wedding, Amazing Event Rentals stepped up and saved the day for us. I spoke with Lyndsay on the phone, and she was able to help us have a beautiful reception. They are wonderful people to work with, and I highly recommend this company. Their rentals were amazing for my wedding in June! They were easy to work with and were so flexible! They helped me to create 2 perfect plans for rain or shine on my wedding day. They helped ease all my stress by doing set up and break down quickly! Their team is the best!
Amazing Event Rentals did a great job breathing life into my vision. With the world wide web at our finger tips it is very easy to get carried away with bigger than big ideas.
Misty, Devon, and the entire team did a fabulous job with making my vision a reality (even coming down the very last minute with additions and changes prompted by me). With a great amount of inventory, collaboration, and administrative support these guys were a great addition to our vendor team.
They even went the extra length to make the "unthinkable" wall of waterfall cafe lights happen with some creativity and ingenuity.
I would highly recommend them for any event!
I worked with Stephanie and Misty through Amazing Event Rentals and let me tell you they did not disappoint! They were both VERY friendly and helped with ideas about chairs/decor for a beach wedding. They were easy to work with and my coordinator had no complaints with the delivery when they came to set up for my ceremony. All in all, 5++ stars!
I wasn’t extremely involved with the day-to-day conversations with Amazing, but the transformation that they helped facilitate at my wedding, turning a restaurant/bar/nightclub into a beautiful wedding venue was spectacular! I couldn’t have asked for a better rental company

Amazing Event Rentals certainly lived up to their name! They provided rental equipment and supplies for my wedding and reception last month and I was very happy with the outcome. They made the process of ordering the rentals very easy and they accommodated the multiple adjustments I needed for my party of 40. They delivered the items I requested, set up the tent and lighting, and set up the DJ's audio equipment. They supplied everything in a very timely manner the day before the events and tore down promptly on the agreed upon day. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, ease of use, quality rentals, and delivery/set up team. Thanks for the great service!
I was helping with a placed order for a wedding and due to Hurricane Florence we had to cancel. I was very upset and heartbroken, but no where as bad as the bride to be. The staff was absolutely “amazing” as far as reaching us and trying to help us out. They offered to reschedule for us, but it was an option. Even after the storm passed, one of the girls there, I think her name was Jill, called to make sure we were alright and safe. It really meant the world to us. Destination weddings are hard to begin with, but with hhis compnay, you can tell they genuinely care. I absolutely recommend them to anyone!
First of all, I have to point out that Devin was absolutely perfect from the first planning site visit, the multiple e-mails and most importantly the setup of the massive 50'x90' tent and associated equipment. The event was perfect form start to finish and the first time I saw the completed tent, I was blown away. You guys should take a lot of pride in helping to facilitate the most important events in people's lives.
I worked with the owner, Tony and he was so great! He really brought my vision to life by custom building what I needed, answering all my questions and keeping me informed along the way to confirm we were on the same page! Highly recommend him and his team!
Misty with the Amazing Event Rentals Team was awesome! She was very responsive, super attentive throughout the entire process of selecting pieces, updating quotes and adding on last minute tent (pending the weather). Even with some last minute surprises of some items not being at our disposal the day before the wedding Misty and Tara our wedding planner were able to work everything out to perfection. I was even able to meet some of Misty's team members and they were also a complete pleasure, very professional and super flexible. Their rental pieces were in great shape and exactly how they were pictured.

This company was all too willing to take my money for extra chairs for my wedding. They never showed up with the chairs. They claimed that I was supposed to pick them up. This was not what I ordered. They made every excuse under the sun. This business is more concerned with keeping my money than doing what was right. Nice way to do business. Do not pay with cash or check. I will never do business with this company again. And, I will tell all my friends.
They did a wonderful job! We needed a tent set up last minute due to weather, and they did it, no problem! They made my wedding look so good!
Amazing Event Rentals helped make our day perfect. They worked with us to make sure everything we needed was ordered (thru many invoices- so patient and helpful) and made sure that everything was perfectly setup for wedding day. They went above and beyond. We highly recommend them for wedding event rentals!

While more expensive than I anticipated, Amazing Event Rentals was able to provide the equipment we wanted for our wedding day. They were great to interact with, and we thought we were all set up to go after they delivered it.
However, on the day of the wedding, we discovered they didn't give us an integral piece of equipment to put the wedding arch together. We reached out to them using every medium possible including, phone, email, Facebook, Twitter, etc. and got no response. Thankfully our creative bunch figured out a way to attach it ourselves, but it caused a lot of stress on the day of the wedding.
The following day they apologized and refunded us which was greatly appreciated, but we would have preferred to have a prompt response on the day of the wedding when a key piece was missing.
With our wedding being on the beach on Tybee Island, I searched forever to find chairs for the ceremony. When I found Amazing Event Rentals it was like a dream come true (they also have a location in Savannah). When I first spoke with them I was a little upset because I learned that it would cost significantly more to have the chairs delivered to the beach. They were willing to work with me though and drop the chairs off at our reception venue which was right across the street. When the day arrived however, our delivery man brought our chairs to the ceremony site anyway and even helped us set up and breakdown. Overall, everyone was so great to work with and made getting everything ready so much easier.
Thank you Amazing Event Rentals! The chairs were set up exactly how we wanted them and kept all our guests close to hear everything easily. The chairs were very comfortable for everyone and looked perfect in the setting we picked – Forsyth Park. Thank you for being so wonderful and exactly what we wanted!
We rented from their Hardeeville, South Carolina store for my daughter's wedding in Savannah, Georgia that was on May 21st. Everything was delivered and set up on time. They had everything packed up in the truck on time after the wedding too. There prices are the best of all the rental companies we talked to.
I would suggest that you go to their store to talk with them in person.

Amazing Event Rentals offers good prices and are very helpful. There were some instances that happened with some chairs breaking a couple days before the wedding day which we were able to work out. There were some chairs broken that we could not use and they shorted us the correct number of chairs but they were very willing to come back as soon as they could and delivered us more chairs. Overall, they were great.
We used Amazing Event Rentals for a few of our needs for the big day. When we got a chance to go in store, they were very helpful. Even so, we were able to add to our order over the phone. Some days it was hit or miss though - as we had several of our vendors call in to inquire about our rentals or add on to our order and Amazing Events couldn't find my wedding in the system. For prepping - this was a semi-nightmare... but for the wedding - they got everything we needed to us (which was the ultimate care!)
My wedding was on October 17th, 2015. Everything was pretty much delivered on time except they forgot the bar riser and it took them an hour and a half to get it there.
Also, all the white chairs were disgusting, they had dirt and black grease on basically all of them. When I asked them if they were going to clean them they said they would but then complained to each other in front of me that that wasn't their job. And they never got cleaned.
Also, one of the chairs broke WHILE one of my family members were sitting at the table while eating dinner, she is no more than 130lbs, I was highly upset about this.
I sent them this same conversation after my wedding and never received a response.
If you can avoid Amazing Event Rentals you should.
This business has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They will do anything to get you off the phone. Myself, along with my parents, were continuously lied to over the phone. Three days before my wedding, we were contacted by this company to let us know they never processed our payment. After telling them not to process the payment, they processed the payment anyways, also without having a signed contract. We were told the refund process would take 10-14 days, even after we told them to void it immediately. They were finally able to refund the payment immidiately. We asked to speak with a manager multiple times, and as of now, we still have not been able to speak with one. They were not concerned nor did they act like they felt bad about our experience.
Loved everyone. Especially the girl who ran the photo booth. Everyone here is efficient and easy to work with and really helpful. Tony was knowledgeable about what we needed, more so than my wedding planner.

Calling this company "amazing" is so true! Everything was set up in a timely manner. The Amazing staff is wonderful! From the ladies in the office that had to put up with some naughty groomsmen during their suit fittings to the guys that work so hard on site... We couldn't have asked for a better rental company! Not to mention they have a huge selection of rentals!

The people of Amazing Event Rentals provided the tents, chairs, linens, etc. to ensure that my day was AWESOME! Their set up and tear down was quick and they didn't hassle around wasting any time!
The venue took my beath away once everything provided by Amazing Event Rentals was set up.
They are the BEST value for your money that I've found.
I had two tents that cost me less than $1,000.
A friend of mine is getting married and her one tent at the same size was over $2,000!!!
We were so happy with amazing rentals. The whole process of choosing tables,chairs, linens, silverware was simple. We used them for our tent as well. Everything was handled well & professionally

Our experiences leading up to the wedding weekend were not very pleasant. Luckily I had kept notes and exchanged emails because they tried to take back something that was told to us at the beginning of planning. Every time we contacted them to change something about our event, it was like they were talking to us for the first time all over again and we had to start from scratch. After about 4 rounds of this, things seemed to get better and we started to deal with someone new in the office and she was incredibly responsive and helpful. The set up for our wedding was beautiful and the weekend of the event was great! Our stereo system did go out half way through the reception though and no one at the wedding knew how to fix it.
Used this company for my beach wedding. The company was suppose to deliver the chairs and arbor at 5:30 but arrived after the ceremony time. When I talked to the supervisor/ manager he was very rude and unprofessional leaving me in tears. I would not use this company.
When I first went to the place I got great services even thought there were some false information. After going back to confirm my order it was "FANTASTIC." I got everything I wanted and more. They arrived on time for setup and the arrive on time for pick-up. You all made my decorated day by doing all the above. Nothing was left behind everything I ordered and reserve was there. I would recommend you all to anyone. My next occassion I will use you all for sure..
Great vendor that answered all my questions promptly. Ivey and Richard were courteous and professional. The staff wore uniforms during setup and take down and were courteous to those who worked along side them during the process. Prices were reasonable and they worked to meet my every need.
