We worked with Amber from the start of our wedding planning process on the design, timeline, picking vendors, etc. She offered valuable insight on every aspect of the process and made very thing so much easier. When it came to the wedding day, she ran everything so smoothly so that my husband and I and our families and wedding parties could enjoy the day and be stress free. The day was absolutely perfect and I would not have been able to do it without her.

Amber was awesome! Any questions or concerns that I had prior to our wedding day, she was there to answer them! She was also very helpful in making a day of timeline for us and communicating with our vendors. I would definitely recommend Amber! She was a great day of coordinator and was just what I needed to make our wedding day so special!

Amber so so great to work with! Very knowledgable when it came to the timeline and very helpful the day of with keeping us on schedule as well as just trying to ease us with not worrying about anything. Well worth the money. Highly reccomend

Amber was so helpful with day of coordination and went above and beyond! She made sure we stuck to our timeline, worked with the vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page and provided a calming, helpful hand when it came to tearing everything down at the end of the night.

Amber was so pleasant to work with and I am so happy we decided to hire her! Me and my husband have said multiple times to people that we don’t even know how we would have pulled it all off without her. She made sure everything the day of the wedding ran smoothly and none of the random responsibilities throughout the day fell on me or my husband so we could just enjoy our day together. Our venue was very DIY and did not come with any workers to help with anything. But Amber handled everything with grace and everything came together perfectly. Whenever anyone tells me they are planning a wedding, the first thing I recommend is Amber Ahrens Wedding & Event Coordination!

Amber was phenomenal! She was very professional and had great insight into the wedding day. She was prepared for anything and everything! She always asked if I needed anything more and was ready if I needed something. I was on the fence about booking a wedding day coordinator and I am so glad I booked Amber! Amber went above and beyond. She did an amazing job making our wedding more special. I loved her organization and being prepared for any hiccups! I appreciate her so much for being there on our big day. And I don’t think saying thank you was enough! I’m so lucky we crossed paths! ❤️❤️❤️

The venue was so pretty and rustic and it fit the couple's style. The bride looked so beautiful and we had a great time! We liked having an open bar and lots of dancing!
