Choose Amber Terese Events and ONLY Amber Terese Events for your wedding. We did her partial planning package and I'm so glad we did. She was extremely helpful with picking out and selecting our vendors. My now husband and I were the first kids to get married in our families so we had very minimal knowledge on what's good, what's not, where you can save money, what's reasonable pricing, etc. Amber knows it ALL. She was so informative and walked us through everything step by step. She is so well organized and really keeps you on top of everything. Without her assistance I'm sure our last month leading up to the wedding would have been MUCH more stressful than it was. And if that's not enough, on the day of the wedding Amber and her assistant were a God sent. I arrived to the venue with all of our stuff in boxes and I didn't have to touch a thing, they set everything up for us. They made sure we stayed on time and got down the isle on time. If something went wrong we had no idea. Our whole day went flawlessly and I give that credit to Amber and her team. You will not regret choosing Amber!
Amber is truly, hands down, the best decision we made on our wedding day. We kept calling her the MVP throughout the day, because she handled anything and everything with the most positive, upbeat energy. She was there from the rehearsal to the end of the night to help with setting up decor, tearing down decor, directing the bridal party, fluffing the dress before going down the aisle, keeping everybody on time and making sure everyone knew where they had to be, and driving us in a golf cart to catch sunset photos. I know she did a million other little things to make the day go seamlessly that I didn't even noticed. Her support and hard work allowed me, my husband, and our families to enjoy the night without stress. Amber is a class act and I could not recommend her enough!
You NEED to have Amber be a part of your wedding day! I couldn’t even count how many people told me “your coordinator is amazing, so funny, so awesome” over and over throughout the weekend. She led our rehearsal with a huge bridal party, set up our day beautifully, and helped us whenever we needed it the entire day. Prior to our wedding day, we knew we could trust her to keep us updated on all the regulations changing with the pandemic. Her energy, humor, and sense of calm are unlike any other. One of the best decisions we made!
Where do I start!? I would give Amber 100 stars if I could! Our wedding was just over 3 years ago and I still rave about her and send her to all my engaged friends! She was my favorite “purchase” of our wedding day & the husband would agree! She is so down to earth, funny and just a boss!! She was with us every step of the wedding process and captured my vision perfectly! On our wedding day, I hardly noticed she was there (in the best way possible) but she was ALWAYS there! She checked in here and there and made sure everything was on time. She just knew when and if she needed to step in. We had misplaced our ring bearer pillow, which was sentimental as we made it out of my mothers wedding dress, she looked up and down that venue and even had multiple other options ready in case we couldn’t find it! Thankfully we found it but she was ready for the worse case! Need a Kleenex.. boom! She was ready! The only way to describe Amber on your wedding day is a little guardian angel making sure you have the best day of your life!!
Amber made our wedding day run as smooth as possible. When first meeting amber she promised us to do whatever possible to make the day everything we could ever imagine, and make to come to her with any requests, big or small and she did not disappoint!! We will be recommending Amber to everyone we know getting married. Amber will without a doubt go above and beyond any of your expectations and she’s so easy to get along with and fun!
Where to start!! Well that is exactly how we were feeling as we thought about our sons wedding. We wanted it to be perfect. We wanted it to be safe and special for our guest. We wanted to be able to enjoy it and not worry about the days coordination of activities. Amber Terese Weddings and Events was so incredible at giving ideas, connecting with vendors, preparing for the rehearsal and executing the most incredible day! What a feeling of comfort walking in the venue; having such a cool and confident wedding planner who managed every detail from the table settings, the timing of events, the lineup of music, transportation, photographer, staging and doing so in a way that quite simply created the most amazing day for our the groom, bride, family and friends. We love Amber! She is authentic, so experienced, she listens closely and execute beautifully. Amber is simply amazing and made the wedding and preparation absolutely perfect. Hands down the best decision we made was hiring Amber!!
we had a COVID wedding and without this amazing talented women it would not have happened this year. she listens, asks question understands and then brings to life your vision and then some. if you are getting married COVID or not you NEED this lady on your team! she will not steer you wrong
If you are getting married, then you need Amber in your life! We hired Amber and her team for day-of coordination and it was a life saver for the WHOLE planning process! Amber was available for me to ask questions the entire time (even if I e-mailed her multiple times some weeks!) She answered every random question I came up with and handed out amazing recommendations for everything I needed. She exudes professionalism in her business but is also the down-to-earth and hilarious boss that you need to take charge on your big day. She knows everything about weddings! She can do it all! As the bride, I didn't want to worry about anything on my big day-- I just wanted to enjoy it! Amber took the reins and was there to make sure everyone knew where to be and what time to be there. She was able to help direct the rowdy groomsmen during photos and helped me get a footprint stain out of the train of my wedding gown! The entire day, everywhere I turned, there was Amber, one or even two steps ahead, answering someones question or dealing with an issue so I didn't have to. She bustled my dress, had lipstick ready to reapply when I needed it, and even helped me dish my food during our buffet-style dinner (I mean, seriously, how amazing is she?) I was able to enjoy EVERY SECOND of our wedding day. I would hire Amber and her team again in a heartbeat. Her expertise, attitude, and help is PRICELESS.
Amber is the best of the best! She is so incredibly talented at what she does and knows exactly how to make your special day or event absolutely perfect. She is amazing at following and helping you develop your vision! She literally takes care of EVERYTHING! My wedding day would not have been what is was without her! It was PERFECT!
I cannot say enough about Amber. My husband and I hired her for partial planning, and it was the best decision. Our wedding day would not have been as stress-free and fun without Amber. She had all of the details figured out. She did so much for our wedding--from arranging the reception layout, dealing with catering, decorating the venue, and answering any and all last minute questions from me. Amber did all of this with a smile and a laugh. I HIGHLY recommend Amber to anyone getting married. You will not regret it!
A day of coordinator is the best investment you can make for your wedding and we definitely hired the right team with Amber Terese Wedding and Events. She took care of all the set up and take down of all the decor, coordinated with all our vendors, organized family photos (which is more challenging then it sounds), she made sure everyone was well hydrated, and stayed until the end of the wedding making sure everything was cleaned up. On our wedding day she almost seemed like a fairy godmother, making sure everything was perfect with almost no questions asked. She was that smiling face in the background who made sure you stayed on track but also made sure you didn't feel like you are on a schedule so that you just enjoyed your day. Amber Terese Weddings did an amazing job bringing my vision to life!
There isn't enough I can say about Amber to fully capture how incredibly instrumental she was to the success of our entire wedding experience! Amber was there for the big things and the tiny, insignificant things I never would have thought of. She was there through all of our happiness and nervousness, and to walk us through the occasional panic that comes with planning a wedding. She was there for me, my now-husband, all of our vendors, and more importantly, my parents! There was nothing Amber was not willing to answer or help with, and we would not have had the perfect wedding day we did without her! It was flawless, and we are so grateful for everything she did.
Amber was SO great to work with recently at a wedding for a couple involving their fur-babes! Amber was organized, thoughtful and had a clear vision of how to provide the best customer service to the couple! Doggy Social MN greatly appreciated working with her and highly recommend her!!
Amber was amazing! We hired her to decorate but she ended up doing so much more. The place looked just how I imagined it would be. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone whether they want her as a decorator or to plan the whole thing!

We recently got married at Chankaska Creek Winery and Ranch and Amber made our day absolutely magical. She was so easy to work with and got the vision for our wedding from day one. Amber decorated our entire ceremony and reception space. The Meaningful Moments team went above and beyond to make our day so special. Starting with their staff bringing our Glam Doll Donuts from Minneapolis to Mankato. THEN she completely saved the day when our florist completely dropped the ball and did NOT put any flowers in our centerpieces, but Amber took care of it immediately without hesitation. Her staff came from Minneapolis to bring the exact flowers we wanted and completely re did our centerpieces! I cannot thank Amber and her team enough for everything you did for me, my husband and my family. You took so much stress off of our backs and made our day perfect. Please if you’re thinking of hiring Amber — I’m telling you to do it!! Do not hesitate! Everyone needs an Amber for their wedding!
Amber was SO easy to work with. She made our event so effortless and beautiful. I can't recommend highly enough that you need to enjoy your day, and not be consumed with all the details. Amber takes all that off your plate so that you can live in the moment and enjoy your special day!

I honestly probably wouldn’t have made it down the aisle if it weren’t for her AMAZING help!!! I have a very type A personality and it was hard to find someone I could trust, to oversee one of the most important days of my life. But Amber over exceeded my expectations!!! From researching vendors, to meeting vendors with my husband and I, to picking decorations, to handling crazy family members, to negotiating vendor contracts, to the day of coordination… I mean the list goes on and on. She was always on top of her game and always available! When I would start to panic or stress over something, she could tell through my texts and would instantly pick up the phone and call me. She always had the right answers to calm me do. She didn’t even bat an eyelash when I would start to turn a bit “bridezilla!” She always made me feel like she had everything 100% under control.
She was able to take the vision in my head and make it happen in real life. I am forever grateful and thankful for everything she did to help me throughout this process! I would hands down recommend Amber!!! We are now Westies for life (Wedding Besties!)
Meaningful Moments saved my wedding. Literally. Throughout the wedding planning process I was blind-sided several times by my mother hiring or attempting to hire vendors behind my and my husband's backs. Despite only having hired Meaningful Moments for day-of coordination, they helped me through every one of these situations. Fast forward to the morning of my wedding - I was on the phone with my then fiance, sobbing, as we discussed how to notify our 200 guests that the wedding was cancelled. The things my mother screamed (yes, screamed) at me which led me to that point do not need to be made public, as they have created a rift between us that I do not want to heal (likely part of what led to the angry MOB review). After receiving a phone call from my maid of honor, Meaningful Moments showed up early and talked me out of canceling the wedding. After the morning's events and our DJ calling in sick, Meaningful Moments role at my wedding became fluid, redirecting attention, last minute and no notice, to be where I needed them most. Whether it was getting me into my dress, putting my jewelry on, getting me down the aisle, dismissing tables (DJ was supposed to), fixing my sister's bridesmaid dress, keeping my mother at a distance, or keeping an eye on the venue owner (that's a whole other story), Meaningful Moments was rarely out of my sight, which was exactly what *I* needed from them on a day that began so horribly. At the end of the night Meaningful Moments packed up ALL decor and even bagged up the venue's linens, something that was not in my contract with the venue. The only items left at the end of the night were the venue's responsibility, and Meaningful Moments stayed with my husband and I until we left. We tipped Meaningful Moments almost as much as we paid for the contract because SHE.IS.WORTH.IT!!! My guests and wedding party (not related to me by blood) were so impressed with Meaningful Moments and told me I was lucky to have her. I'm still to this day learning about additional tasks she took on to avoid me finding out about yet another hiccup in the day. Meaningful Moments truly focuses on what the BRIDE wants. My wedding was a cluster for many reasons, but Meaningful Moments is not one of them. Meaningful Moments is the glue that held my cluster of a wedding together rather than letting it fall apart. My only regret is that I did not hire Meaningful Moments to plan my entire wedding!
Amber is absolutely worth the money! She is extremely helpful in tricky family situations. No matter what a parent or family member might want she will always stand up for YOU, the bride. Which I believe is the most important. Amber is so pleasant. She clearly loves her clients and will go above and beyond to help make your day wonderful! I have no idea who would do all the little things you don't see on the day of the wedding. I would absolutely suggest hiring her. You will be happy you did. She invests in her clients, she gets the job done, and she is absolutely everything you would want or need from a wedding planner, coordinator or decorator. And I absolutely suggest reaching out to her before you hire vendors! She knows which vendors to avoid and which vendors are great to work with. Can't reccomedn her enough.
As the mother of a bride I would give Amber a 1 at best. The young woman who worked with her was pleasant but the day was chaotic and if we hadn't had amazing family to actually help out getting things set up nothing would have been done. I found myself 15 minutes before the service arranging flowers that belonged on the alter. Many guests complained about Amber throughout the day. Amber was supposed to set up buckets with ice, bottled water and soda for the social hour beverages, nothing ever got set out. During dinner one table of guests got their food and 5 minutes later were told they needed to move so their table could be cleaned up for the dance floor. They took their food and left the reception. While I was visiting with a friend Amber approached the person I was speaking with and told him the bride and groom wanted to extend their thanks for his services and wanted to give him a gift. It wasn't even the vendor!! They were supposed to monitor the gift table and routinely secure gifts and cards in a family members car, instead one of the bride's siblings and myself were securing the gifts around midnight. They promised to clean up at the end of the night but they didn't do that either, instead they told the vendor that their work was done when the bride and groom were on their way to the hotel. Today when the bridal attendants went through their personal bags of clothing a couple of items are missing and the personalized hangers the bride made for them were bent. I am not suggesting that Amber took the items but she did take responsibility for securing the items in an area that was supposed to be safe. Suffice it to say it was a cluster. Save your money.
If there were more stars to give, I'd give them. Amber is completely amazing and an all around wonderful human being! She has put me at ease multiple times as the wedding got near. Amber is the one person I trust as much as myself to get my wedding day off without a hitch!
Amber is so much fun to work with. She is a ball of energy and will take care of your special day like no other - she puts so much care and love into what she does. After meeting with a decorator that shot down all of my ideas, it was a breath of fresh air working with Amber who said - YES we can do that to EVERYTHING I had already been told no to. She delivered on our wedding day - it was absolutely stunning - she really went above and beyond. She also took care of small time consuming tasks (like favor boxes) that I thought I would have to do. It was so stress free with her there - I highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed!
