I can't imagine what we would have done without Ariana as our wedding coordinator!! We booked Ariana for her Event Management package for our October 2022 Newport wedding, and I am so happy we did. She was incredibly helpful and responsive in the months leading up to the actual wedding day, providing advice and answering questions as often as we needed. She was also willing to jump on the phone with me whenever I needed more clarification, which was much appreciated- as the first one of my friends to get married, I was navigating this process pretty much alone, and had quite a few questions! She nailed down a timeline for the day that was planned out to the exact minute, coordinated with our vendors, and helped us troubleshoot hiccups along the way. On the day of, she was such a calming, professional presence throughout the entire day, from getting ready in the morning with the bridal party to the very end of the night. My bridesmaids and I loved spending time with her on the day of! We had some VERY last-minute changes in things like timeline and processional order due to a family illness the week of the wedding, and Ariana altered our timeline and plan with no problem. Last week we had the the most amazing wedding weekend! It was truly better than we could have ever imagined. Our family members and all our guests have not stopped talking about how beautifully everything turned out and how much fun they had. I find myself shaking my head of disbelief whenever I reminisce. It was dreamy… We feel so lucky. We have so many people to thank for how wonderfully everything turned out, but first on that list is our event planner, Ariana. Ariana is worth her weight in gold. She is professional, caring, organized, and diligent. Everyone who interacted with her on our wedding weekend absolutely loved her! We started working with Ariana before the Pandemic and were first scheduled to have our wedding in August, 2020. She stood by us for 3 long years and 2 postponements. Her involvement and investment in our wedding never faltered in all that time. She made the horror of rescheduling our wedding feel like just another simple task on her meticulous list of to-dos. I tend to be an overly organized person who struggles with delegating tasks to others; however, I felt entirely trusting of Ariana and quickly learned to let her take the reins. She was also the genius behind many of the creative decisions along the way. My husband and I trusted her eye and we’re so grateful that we did because the outcome was breathtaking. Just when we thought we knew how amazing Ariana is/can be, she outdid herself on our wedding day. Ariana arrived at the bridal suite on the morning of my wedding with an upbeat attitude and the biggest smile on our face. She was up and ready to go, despite it being 7 in the morning. She also handled each of the inevitable “wedding day bumps in the road” like a true champ. She ensured everything was quickly and professionally resolved and left us out of any unnecessary stressors so that we could enjoy our day. In short, my strongest recommendation is to definitely book with AMC weddings. You will have absolutely no regrets and you’ll work alongside Ariana and her team who are not only talented and professional planners, they are also amazing people. You’ll learn that wedding planning can be fun and you’ll come out the other side with a new friend in Ariana. Ariana doesn’t know it yet, but she’ll be planning all major events in our family going forward. We can’t wait!

When looking for a month of wedding planner, I was looking for someone who I would be comfortable sharing my ideas with as well as speaking openly if there was something I did not like. Ariana was just that. She made a beautiful inspiration board with many ideas that I wound up incorporating into the wedding. She was detail oriented, and sent reminder emails monthly of tasks to complete that month, making sure that I would remember to get everything done. I got married during the height of COVID, and Ariana was not only understanding of the fluid plans, but also worked diligently to communicate and coordinate with other vendors who had been less flexible with myself as the bride. It was a relief that I had someone else “in my corner” to make sure that everything was planned out smoothly before the wedding. The day of, she communicated efficiently with all of our vendors, kept tabs on many rowdy groomsmen, and seamlessly adjusted our timeline when our shuttle from the hotel showed up late to the ceremony with many guests on board. She arrived early in the morning to set up all of our decor including folding every napkin for each place setting, and stayed until after we left at the end of the reception helping to load up all of our items. Ariana also acted as my wedding etiquette expert, and was available after the wedding for questions. Ariana traveled from RI to PA to provide her services for my wedding, and I am so glad that I was able to find and trust someone like herself to help with our special day. She was able to coordinate and manage extremely well even without having a working relationship with the out of state vendors, which was so impressive to watch. We were so thrilled to have Ariana from AMC Weddings help us in planning our special day! We got married on New Year's Eve at Rosecliff Mansion. From the first time we spoke with Ariana on the phone, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful in organizing the details of the wedding. Ariana has great organizational systems in place to be able to plan every detail of the wedding. She even helped to create a design board for our wedding that had the exact vision we were going for. Throughout the year planning the wedding, Ariana would email me each month with details of different parts of the wedding that needed to be planned. Ariana was responsive by email and phone. She was so easy to work with and would take the time to listen to concerns or answer questions we had throughout the process. Two weeks before our wedding, Omicron hit and we had guests starting to cancel. New rules started to be put in place and we were starting to get nervous. As things were quickly changing day by day, Ariana was flexible in speaking with us on the phone with our vendors to help ease our nerves. Ariana helped to run our rehearsal at the church. On the day of our wedding, my bridesmaids and family could not say enough good things about Ariana. We all loved being able to have Ariana with us while getting ready. She was there to help us with anything we needed. We are so grateful to have worked with Ariana. She is such a pleasure to work with. Brad and I truly enjoyed our day and our guests did too. I highly recommend hiring Ariana to plan your wedding.

Ariana is incredibly capable, professional, and delightful to work with. We hired her as a "day-of" planner (my daughter had already secured the vendors) to make sure the wedding day went off without a hitch. We received far more from Ariana than we had ever expected. She started well in advance collecting all the vendor names and contracts, contacted each one, created a wedding day schedule to make sure everyone understood the timing (value not to be underestimated because she found and corrected several potential issues), reviewed every detail of the ceremony and reception - prompting us with questions to make sure nothing was left to chance. She even emailed monthly reminders to make sure nothing was missed. When the wedding day came, Ariana was in complete control and my daughter and I were able to enjoy the evening. It was truly a gift.

Ariana and her team (we worked with Pascal on our day as well!) were a dream to work with! From the very first day we contacted Ariana, she was so professional, friendly, organized, and easy to work with. She acted as event manager for our wedding weekend and we can't imagine how we would have handled everything without her. From liaising with our transportation companies (for a not-so-straightforward bus and trolley schedule), to helping us manage flower and gift deliveries the morning of the wedding, to being the most attentive and accommodating go-to person for us and our families throughout our big day, Ariana and her team were TOP notch. She was in consistent contact with all our vendors, creating timelines and itineraries, and she brought such a wonderful, helpful, and sunny energy with her to our wedding weekend. My husband and I hired Ariana for month-of and day-of planning/coordinating for our wedding, and she did an incredible job! We had to postpone our wedding 1 full year due to COVID, and Ariana helped us coordinate and re-book with vendors, and she even stepped in to mediate when one of our vendors pushed back. Ariana ran our ceremony rehearsal seamlessly, and most importantly, she made sure our wedding day went over without any issues whatsoever. I thought I was easily going to be able to plan a wedding in RI while living in CA. I was wrong. I was stressed to my wits end and then I found Ariana and AMC Weddings. She was the best investment we made out of all our wedding vendors. The day would not have been complete without her. She is a truly amazing human who treats every wedding as of it was her own. Amazing work from an amazing company!

Ariana was critical in making our wedding day a success. She and her team ran the entire wedding wedding weekend which allowed my entire family to just relax and enjoy the special day! She was so kind and really just blended right in with the wedding party and other family members - she is truly one of a kind!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Ariana and her team. We originally planned our wedding for August 2020, but Ariana helped us seamlessly transition all vendors and events to our new date in June 2021. Planning through a pandemic and state restrictions was especially stressful, but Ariana was there at every turn to make sure we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. We absolutely did, and more. Our wedding was the best day of our lives, and we owe that in large part to Ariana and her team. She was there to answer every question, plan out the smallest of details, and make sure our day went off without as hitch. Where do I begin?! First, a big thank you for the most beautiful day! Ariana was wonderful from start to finish with my wedding! My wedding was originally scheduled for September 20, 2020 and through the uncertainties of year last year, we of course had to postpone. So many things were up in the air about postponing my wedding, that I knew I could not execute a dream wedding without the help of a wedding planner! With this being such a difficult process with so many different things changing almost daily, I knew I needed the help of somebody who was well organized and on top of things that surly did slip my mind. We ended up changing the day to May 2nd, 2021 and secured that down! Thankfully she would check in all the time to make sure everything got done on time and planned out a beautiful vision board. When I tell you, the vision board was exactly what I wanted and on wedding day was truly over delivered and jaw dropping! Up until a couple of days before at my rehearsal, I sprang on her that I might want to do a sparkler send off! Without hesitation she assured me that she will try her best to get the correct information to make sure we could get the ok to do that from the venue! I was overwhelmed with joy that night being able to have my sparkler send off, it was truly magical! The whole day just flowed so well and I couldn’t be more thankful for her and her team for making sure every vendor and guest was where they should be, at the times they were scheduled for! Three locations can be overwhelming and I was so nervous for how that would go before hiring her! From getting ready in Scituate, to the second location in Cranston at St. Mary’s Church, and the final location in Narragansett at The Towers, I was relieved to feel really calm and not worrying that day because I had all the confidence in the world with her business and professionalism! I would highly recommend AMC Weddings for your big day, you will be so happy you did, I promise!

Ariana is a planner's planner. As someone who had a background in events and working high-end weddings, I was under the assumption that I could do it all myself. Of course, with about 2 months left until the wedding, I quickly came to the realization that I simply couldn't do everything and would need help. My florist recommended AMC Weddings to me and I'm so unbelievably grateful that she did. We hired Ariana as our Day-Of Coordinator and she went absolutely above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and all that we dreamed of. I truly felt like she cared about our wedding day and every detail in it just as much as I did—which I didn't think was possible. It was so refreshing and my mind was so at-peace knowing that Ariana was handling everything for us and always two steps ahead. She provided to-do lists leading up to our day, detailed timelines, bridal party schedules, coordinated with our vendors, ran our rehearsal, and was present on our wedding day from the moment we started getting ready until my husband and I's exit—all these things and so much more that I truly wasn't expecting but allowed us to be able to focus on all the moments of our day. Ariana is a wedding day angel. As a former event planner, I had a lot of special requests and high expectations. Although I’ve planned events for hundreds of people before, I’ve never planned a wedding and that’s where Ariana really shined. Things I would have never thought of were constantly happening in the background and I never had to worry about any of it. We got married in a church, and even the priest mentioned that she is more professional and put together than most so called “planners”. She’s kind, detail oriented, a great listener, and she anticipates needs - which is the most important. One vendor in particular was a true problem and a nightmare to work with (I’ll be reviewing them soon!) and Ariana kept everything exactly the way I would want it, even with their issues and even in my absence. She was able to problem solve in a really short amount of time for every obstacle that came our way. When the forecast had bad weather slated for our outdoor pictures? She offered a plethora of solutions. For every time we changed one of our entrance songs - she coordinated with the band and the DJ. For our table cloth would-be disaster, she solved it before anyone ever got to the venue. If you’re wondering on whether a wedding planner would be helpful or not, trust me - having Ariana as our wedding day hero is an expense I would happily pay again and again. Worth every single penny. I was so unsure about using a month-out wedding planner. I went back and forth a million times---"Do I really need it?” “The venue will be able to handle it.” “Will it actually make a difference?”. Thank goodness I came to my senses and reached out to Ariana at AMC Weddings. From the moment that I first met Ariana I knew that we would be in the best hands. She was comforting, knowledgeable, and thorough. And I barely needed to ask questions because she had already answered most of them. This was just my impression from our first meeting! It only got better. Ariana coordinated all communications between our vendors (there were many!) and made sure that everyone had the correct timeline, locations, etc. This was such a HUGE relief. I never doubted for a minute that everyone was on the same page. As a bride—this is invaluable. From the moment I woke up on our wedding day—Ariana was by my side. And I needed it after a very fun Rehearsal Dinner. (You get it, Ariana haha). She made all of my bridesmaids feel comfortable and multiple times I was told that she was wonderful. I already knew that, of course. She also had an assistant with my now-husband and his groomsmen. Bless you, Lauren!  They are a FUN group of guys—but a little corralling was necessary and Lauren handled it like a boss. One of the things that I was most concerned with on our wedding day was the set up and coordination of the ceremony site / reception tent. I had collected quite a few details / items that needed to be set up and I had a very specific vision. In short—it was going to require a lot of work and attention to detail. Ariana and her assistants NAILED IT. It was perfect. I can’t recommend AMC Weddings enough. I had a blast with Ariana from beginning to end and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. THANK YOU SO MUCH. You are the absolute best and I will never forget what you did for us! Ariana was absolutely fantastic! She has several different options for her services- I opted for monthly check-ins with lots of help the month of and weekend of the wedding. She totally kept me on track with all of my planning, reminded me of details I would have never thought of, and gave me excellent referrals for other vendors along the way. Ariana is absolutely amazing!!! Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made. We planned a 175 person wedding in the backyard of our beach house in RI (while living in Colorado), which led to an unbelievable amount of coordinating. Where do I even begin? Ariana and her staff did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job helping us plan our dream wedding and executing our wedding day. We found her through a recommendation from another vendor. Our guests and bridal party couldn't stop talking about how smoothly everything went. We started working with Ariana about 2 months before our wedding and her and her team jumped in headfirst to help us finalize our planning, coordinate timelines, deliveries, and details with our 12+ list of vendors, navigate a few communication challenges, and even tackle extra tasks, such as helping us locate a rowboat to use for our sunset photos. She is extremely organized, professional, and helpful. No task was too small or large. She led the wedding rehearsal for our very large bridal party the day before and brought printed materials for every member of the party. On the wedding day, she arrived super early with coffees in tow, oversaw hair/make-up, and helped with steaming and sewing while her assistant attended to the groomsman and a couple of urgent day of needs. Meanwhile, her other staff helped with decor set-up and vendor coordination. Having her and her team there allowed for the groom, our family, and I to focus on the wedding day itself, completely relax, and enjoy the day and the whole process. She was a huge advocate for us in actualizing our dream wedding. So glad we found you!

I was in the bridal party of a wedding that AMC Weddings coordinated, and Ariana did an amazing job!! While she is young, that does not define her capabilites and professionalism. Her attitude brought excitement and joy to the wedding day festivities, but she also knew when to be firm in order to accomplish all of the events that needed to happen throughout the day.
