We got our start at the beautiful Kindred Oaks Event Facility and do many of our weddings at this venue but love providing our services at other locations such as Union on 8th, Highpointe Estate, Lone Oak Barn, Pecan Springs Ranch, Womens Federation of Clubs Mansion and many other iconic venues.
We work with budgets of every size and brides from TX to SC and even AK!

When my daughter got married, I wanted to give her the once-in-a-lifetime wedding. I helped her plan the entire event and then I coordinated it on the day of the wedding. But after the fact, I realized I missed everything. While I may have been in the location of the first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, and on and on... I wasn't really present. I was thinking about what needed to be done next. At that wedding, the owner of the venue took notice of my skills (which I hadn’t realized I had!) and reached out to see if I would consider becoming a professional coordinator for their venue. I realized I was being given the opportunity to help other moms not miss out on being truly present for their daughter’s wedding day, and it was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. Now, as the founder of Ame Soeur Events, the leading wedding management and planning service in Cedar Park, TX, I’m helping couples create their once-in-a-lifetime, dream wedding. Donna was our day of coordinator for my daughter’s wedding. She was AWESOME on the day of the wedding. There was a challenge on the wedding day in that the string quartet did not show. She helped us navigate that beautifully. She was on top of every detail and two steps ahead of me the whole day.

We started working with Donna about 5 months out from our wedding, and we are SO glad we did! We thought we had everything figured out, but the experience and expertise that Donna has was unmatched and she quickly found several planning points we had missed. Donna made planning so easy—she asked all the right questions during meetings, offered her advice on commonly made mistakes, and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Donna also coordinated the day of our wedding, and she did a fantastic job. She helped set up our table decor, coordinated our ceremony cues, set up our late night snack, and did a million other things behind the scenes to make our day flow smoothly. She is a wonderful asset to have if you are stressed about wedding planning!

This review is long overdue but well deserved! I got married in May 2022 and Donna was my wedding coordinator. She was absolutely fabulous. I kept repeating throughout the planning process, “this is my first time being married so I don’t know how things are supposed to go.” 😅 Well now that I’ve been married and was able to help my sister in-law out with her wedding, my eyes have been opened. I don’t think I could have made it through the day without Donna. I watched my sister in law stress tirelessly the night before AND day of her wedding over things I didn’t think twice about because Donna had addressed and talked everything through with me months before. Donna was not my wedding planner, just my coordinator, but she followed up with me for 30+ minute conversations over the phone just about every month until my wedding. I had access to her website which prompted me to think about and plan things I didn’t know needed to be planned. I was give mockups of the venue layouts, wedding schedule and more. Donna reviewed everything I submitted to her website and was on the ball the day of. I also got to meet her at my venue and walk through everything with her maybe two months before the big day. I lived several states away from my venue but Donna made me feel prepared even with the distance. The day of my wedding everything went smoothly - at least to my knowledge! If something did not go as planned, Donna handled it and did not bring it to my attention so I could enjoy my day. Thank you, Donna and Sierra!!!

Donna is a ROCKSTAR! We had the most beautiful wedding day and not a single thing went wrong. Donna is great at communicating and made me feel so much better about the planning process! Her checklists and progress checks were so helpful I always knew what needed to be done and when. When our big day came and went she was on it! Everything was placed exactly where we wanted it and in a timely manor and every little hiccup (like my son getting a stomach ache and the hook popping off my dress) she was there to help right away so nothing was ever a real problem! I am so happy we chose her because it would not have been the same without her! On top of being professional and great at what she does, she was kind and fun to talk to and plan with. I HIGHLY recommend choosing Donna to help coordinate your wedding, you would be genuinely missing out without her!

We were to lucky to have found Donna Aleman with Ame Soeur Events. She was extemely helpful and kind throughout the entire planning process for our daugther's wedding at Wish Well House.
Each meeting she was very organized and had documents for us to make each meeting very productive. She gave wonderful guidance as we were choosing vendors. Donna answered all of my questions wether they were big or small.
Normally, I am the person organizing family events, but I was thrilled to have someone as detailed as Donna making the day so very special down to every detail. We are truly grateful!

I knew I wanted to plan most of my wedding so we hired Donna as our coordinator and it was a great decision! We started working with Donna about 14 months before our wedding and we had multiple video calls to make sure we were on track. Donna was always available for all of my questions that came up throughout the planning process but the best and most important part was how incredible Donna and Sierra were on our wedding day. From my knowledge, not a single thing went wrong which is pretty rare! Donna and Sierra checked in on us throughout the night without being overbearing. We had the best wedding day ever and we couldn't have chosen a better team!

I loved working with Donna for our wedding! We found her as part of our vendor package at the Wish Well House, and I am glad we chose her. As a type A bride, she provided such great documents to help me keep track of things that needed to be done before the wedding day, and I always felt free to email/text her with questions that I had. I did not work much with her assistant Sierra directly, but she was also kind and I knew I could count on her the day of. I would definitely recommend them if you are wanting planning services in the Austin area, as it definitely took some of the stress off of me.

I cannot say enough about Donna and Sierra! They were absolutely amazing to work with and made the entire wedding planning such a breeze (seriously, a no stress wedding). They were always quick to respond to emails, questions. The day of our wedding, they took care of EVERYTHING from set-up to clean-up while I laid back (aha) and got pampered by my HAMU crew! Everything was perfect and as far as I know, it went perfectly with nothing going wrong!

Donna at Ame Soeur was absolutely incredible! We met her after one failed venue and less than 5 months to the wedding date. She provided us encouragement, practical deadlines, online planning resources, and got us ready for the big day with so much ease. The day of, she handled some surprise issues (like the DJ cancelling!) before I even knew about it. She definitely knows what she's doing and comes with so much experience, yet is an excellent listener and was never condescending. Highly, highly recommend.

Thank you so much to Donna and her team. I started the planning process early and had a pretty good vision of what I wanted for our special day and Donna made it become a reality. Down to every last detail, everything went so smoothly. I was so appreciative for the frequent meetings and constant communication. My own mother was out of state during the planning process, which can be a little bit sad and discouraging at times, but Donna made me feel like her own and has such a comforting quality about her! Thank you for keeping us on track and thinking of everything! You will not regret working with her and the Ame Soeur team.

Donna was spectacular!! I couldn’t have asked for a more talented and devoted wedding planner. She was always there when I needed her expertise and I love how she would always give me her honest advice. When I first started preparing my to do list for my wedding it seemed so overwhelming. Donna and her team keep you on track the whole way without it being overwhelming and stressful. Donna can truly do it all she decorated my cake table, and it was just the way I had envisioned it. I highly recommend using Donna and her team you will not regret it!!

Let me start by saying everyone at Ame Soeur Events is just AMAZING! Donna was just the best throughout the entire wedding planning process! When we first started planning, I thought my mom and I would do it without a wedding planner. I’m SO glad we decided to hire Donna and her team. They kept us on track and helped us remember all the little details that can easily get forgotten! They answered every email and text very quickly that I felt like I was their only bride! I truly loved every meeting we had with her. Not only was the planning process super easy with them but the day of coordinating exceed every expectation!! Seriously, they didn’t miss a beat and I was amazed it was just 2 people keeping everything going smoothly. They achieved the dreamy and romantic vibe that I wanted far better than I imagined! Everything was decorated so beautifully and PERFECT!! I still can’t get over how magical and incredible the whole day was. I can’t thank Donna and her team enough for how perfect they made our wedding!! I’m going to miss all the Starbucks meetups. They truly were such a dream to work with!! I cannot say thank you enough for making our wedding day seamless and perfect. I hired Donna to coordinate our wedding so my mom and I could enjoy the process and the time getting ready together. Little did I know she would make the whole planning process stress free and fun. I had monthly meetings with Donna where she made sure we were on track answered any and all questions and provided priceless advice. Donna accommodated every need we had and went out of her way to warn vendors and everyone involved that I suck at returning emails and to call or text me. Donna was always one step ahead and only a text away. It became kind of a joke between my wedding party and I that anytime they would ask if they could help planning the answer was always oh Donna has that covered. Which meant I had more time with the ones I love to just enjoy the moments that mattered the most. The day of the wedding Donna and her team coordinated all the vendors, set up any decor we brought, wrangled the groomsmen and the rest of the party and calmed all my nerves. At the end of the night I sprung a surprise on her and said I was ready to go home an hour early (not because the wedding wasn’t perfect, it was. My feet hurt and I was tired) Donna quickly jumped into action and got everything prepared in a matter of 2 songs to make an early exit. Most brides after a wedding never want to plan one again but I would happily go through the process over and over agin and long as I got to work with Donna. No matter the level of help you are looking for I guarantee your wedding experience will only be enhanced by working with Donna and her team.

My wedding went off without a hitch do to Donna! From our “sanity check ins” before the wedding to just having her there on my big day all my stress went away. She is easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. She is there to put the couple’s wants and needs first.

We got married at Kindred Oaks this October 2018. Donna was referred to us by Kindred Oaks and we could not have been more pleased! First, she is the nicest, kindest person! She was SO helpful throughout the entire planning phase. She had great recommendations on vendors and overall suggestions. She was a huge help and a great sounding board for ideas. The day of the wedding she made sure everything ran smoothly. She made sure we were on time and everyone was where they needed to be. We didn't have to lift a finger afterwards which was even better! They made sure to load the car with gifts, food, decorations, etc. Made it SUPER easy for everyone. If you have it in your budget to hire a wedding planner, I highly suggest Donna!

Enlisting Donna to guide us through the wedding planning was one of the best decisions we made. As mother of the bride, I was so happy to have her knowledge to help us plan. She worked with us for a year of planning, assisting with budgeting and vendor choices. She was always there by phone or email for any questions we had. Her warmth and organizational skills really put us at ease. Because of her role, I was able to relax and enjoy helping my daughter during such a special time. I cannot imagine navigating the wedding details without her assistance! My daughter walked down the aisle with a huge smile, knowing that Donna had it all under control!

My husband, Brian, and I got married on March 22nd at Kindred Oaks in Georgetown, Texas. Once we decided to use one of Kindred Oaks’ package deals, we met with Donna Aleman (their wedding planner of choice) to help us plan our big day. She was so nice and really helpful with everything! We had a lot of small details in our wedding and Donna made sure that everything went off without a hitch. She met with us early on in the planning, gave us a great timeline, then we met as needed up until the big day. She made sure we stayed on schedule, cut the cake, packed up the car at the end of the night, made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, when they were supposed to be there, made sure we got dinner. She set EVERYTHING up including our mix and match china place settings! She definitely made the day less stressful and I would recommend her to any bride!

My mom did most of the planning but Donna made things run smoothly. I looked to her several times when I wasn't sure where I should be and she's the reason we managed to get a bite to eat as she kindly made our plates and had them waiting for us at our table. She thinks of everything so you don't have to!
