f the flowers was outstanding, so fresh that they lasted for about 10 days in vases after the wedding. The artistry of the breathtaking beautiful flowers on the arch just blew us away! The florists painstakingly arranged flowers in large terrariums and added tiny, intertwined fairy lights for the reception table centerpieces. Everything just looked magical!! The bouquets were so beautiful and matched the dresses perfectly. Bravo Amelia Florists! We can't thank them enough.

nough about the gorgeous centerpieces - 32 tables and each decorated with mason jars, flowers, candles - perfection! She added little bees to the centerpieces when she found out we were doing honey jars as favors. Isn't that an awesome touch and one that she surprised us with. Vickie has so much talent and vision - she is the most talented and artistic person I have every met. We couldn't quite get the arch the way we wanted and Vickie had it gorgeous within minutes! The swags she used to decorate it were stunning. The flower arrangements around the room were the most beautiful we have ever seen. I can't count the number of guests that commented on the flowers and how gorgeous they were.Thank you Amelia Florist and Vickie for making our daughter's wedding so perfect. d. They called the week before the wedding to verify everything and texted me pictures of one of the bouquets to make sure I liked it before they made all of the others. For the wedding day, they set up all of the flowers at the church and reception venue for us and dropped off bouquets and boutonnieres at my parents' house where the ladies were getting ready and even worked with my in-laws create a small memorial that sat in the narthex to honor family members who had recently passed. I am so glad that my cousin recommended that I use Amelia Florist for my wedding flowers.

The sweetheart table, the memorial table, the card table and particularly the guest book/seating card table were truly something out of a fairytale wedding on tv. My daughter was truly in awe of every single aspect of her special day. I cannot end without mentioning the bridal, bridesmaids and flower girls bouquets. They were so lush, tasteful and truly the prettiest I have ever seen. Even the boutonnieres were unique using succulents and beer hops. Vickie, Linda and the team was so easy, especially for someone who was planning the wedding from out of town. Everyone at the shop is friendly, professional and fun - they even added a toy dinosaur to my sister's bouquet as a surprise for her. I truly had no worries about my flowers once we turned it over to Vickie and team, and still can't quite believe how stunning all of our bouquets and arrangements were. As if that wasn't enough, the shop is incredibly reasonably priced. I can't recommend Amelia Florist enough!

My then fiancé and I met with Angela to discuss our floral needs. Not being well versed in the floral world, we conveyed the theme of our wedding, The Great Gatsby/French Art Deco to complement our ceremony and reception venue, The Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza’s Continental Ballroom. We informed Angela that our bridesmaids would be wearing different jewel tones, including a canary diamond yellow, sapphire, ruby, amethyst and emerald. I showed Angela a few Pinterest photos for a rough idea of floral arrangements we admired and I emailed Angela a photo of my dress, a slim beaded number in champagne. We felt confident we when left our meeting with Angela that our floral arrangements would be as gorgeous as our wedding venue, we knew we were in good hands. As the wedding date neared I emailed and called Angela with updates as we had more time to analyze our floral arrangement needs. The team at Amelia Florist Wine & Gift Shop are incredibly helpful and responsive. The day of our wedding, June 6, 2015, Angela personally delivered our bouquets to the hospitality suite my bridesmaids and I were staying in. The bridesmaids loved their mixed bouquets, which incorporated all five jewel tones. I was quite pleased with my bouquet, which featured green hydrangeas just like my bridesmaids’ bouquets, but also stunning orchids and calla lilies, with hints of purple, my favorite color. The groom and groomsmen looked dashing in their boutonnieres. My husband’s boutonniere was comprised of an orchid to coordinate with the orchids in my bouquet. Our ceremony aisle floral arrangements were dripping with sophistication. The colors were bold and bright, just like we had expressed to Angela during our consultation. My husband and I truly enjoyed coordinating with the Amelia Florist Wine & Gift Shop team and were pleased as punch with our beautiful floral arrangements. We highly recommend the Amelia team; they understood our wedding day vision and interpreted that vision into beautiful floral creations.
