American Eagle Limousine and Party Buses

We rented a party bus from out of town. We choose to go with American Eagle Limo for our event. We are totally glad that we did. Ashley provided wonderful customer service, and the bus and driver George were amazing. 5 stars service.

I would absolutely not recommend this company to anybody else. I was quoted one price and when they charge my credit card I was charged more than $650 more than my original quote when I called to try and rectify the situation they were completely unwilling to work with me and understand the situation. They told me that the price had changed and that’s just what it was gonna be. They will not refund my money even though we’re a month before the event, and they will not honor the original quote. Please find a different company and don’t get taken advantage of by this company.

We booked American Eagle for a family night out while we had relatives in town. The reservation process from start to finish was surprisingly a BREEZE. This was our first time renting a bus and the office staff was super helpful in getting us all set for our spur of the moment decision to go out that evening. The bus was Gorgeous and SO MUCH FUN!! Our driver was great, he was very patient with us and didn't even Cringe when we played nothing but Christmas Music. 🤣🎄🎅 Overall it was a great first-time experience, and I would totally recommend them to anyone.

This Message Has Been Tatty Approved! 🤣🤣🤣 Our company usually uses the same place every year for our annual Christmas party event. But this year our planner dropped the ball and almost left us without transportation. Luckily a friend recommended American Eagle and they were happy to oblige. The young lady Ashley who saved us from this fiasco was outstanding. She was kind, understanding, and THANKFULLY able to accommodate us last minute. The driver was sweet and humble enough to turn a blind eye and not judge while the "Professional Parents" blew off some steam after a LONG year. The best part of the evening was 100% the Party Bus. The bus was clean/elegant - not gawdy like some other buses we've rented in the past. Not to mention it was surprisingly larger & roomier than I expected. The lighting, the music, the BOOZE, the ambiance of it all was just PERFECT. Our group couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Moral of the Story is while we've always used the same company in previous years, this year was a game changer. Not only will we be using them for our Annual Christmas Party in the future, but I believe my husband and I plan to use their services for most the events we have this year. 🥳🙌 Thank you all for everything, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year.

I took my family to go see the lights at Bull Run this past weekend. It was so beautiful, and such a fun event for the family. We come every year and it never gets old. So much better than these Wacky Tacky Christmas Light Tours around the DC area lol. No long hours planning, just booked our bus, bought a bus pass, sat back and enjoyed the show. We will be booking again for our moms birthday in April, were going to take her to one of the local Wineries.

My wife was glowing the whole night. We booked the bus as a 30th birthday surprise and she absolutely loved it. The company was so gracious to work with me, I needed to book the bus without my wife knowing. Ashley was super helpful and never dropped the ball not once. Even when I was a hot mess. Our driver Esteban was awesome. He was professional, respectful, super accommodating and actually knew his way around the DMV area which great cause most chauffeurs these days don't. We couldn't have asked for a better driver for the perfect night to come together.

Being a Regular customer with this company I set certain high expectations and each and every time they meet them 1000%. It doesn't matter if it's a Birthday, Wedding, or just a family outing they never disappoint. Do yourself a favor and hire this company for your event!

Ashley was super easy to work with and the driver, Carl, was FANTASTIC! We had him shuttle our hotel guests from the hotel to the venue, and in a 10-minute drive, he won the hearts of our guests. They got off the really fun party bus (complete with lights and music) and I heard, "I LOVE Carl!" Pretty impressive!

Carl, our driver was nothing short of professional, timely, patient, and entertaining! He made sure we were taken care of at every stop, helping the bride on & off the bus, carrying our bags, and making sure we had places to store our beverages. We really loved Carl!

I normally don’t write reviews, but the services I received at American Eagle were great! The party bus was clean, the music sounded good, and the colorful lights made it a memorable experience. Our driver, Esteban, was also very professional and got us to our destination safely. I will definitely recommend American Eagle to family and friends.

If you like being yelled at by the dispatcher, don’t care if they take you to one of the two stops in your contract, dropped-off on I-66 because they are over committed, and really were looking forward to a pink bus/limo 15 years older than what is published on the website...... then you found your ride. In all seriousness, horrible experience, this company and their office employees are unethical and awful

THE PITS. I was looking for a party bus for about 10 people to take us from home to a wedding about an hour into the country. So first off you notice I said an hour into the country, so not really uber/lyft-able. I spoke with Sam about a month before the event. I explained I was shopping around and I gave a very specific amount that we were willing to pay. A day passed and because I had not yet committed (really because I work and was travelling for work) Sam started texting me. He said he could meet the price but I HAD to do it today. As I was travelling for work and at an airport I submitted my payment online as to not read my credit card number to all of the fantastic United travellers I was spending my most intimate time with. I received confirmation of payment from Sam in addition to seeing it removed from my bank account and we were "all set". The week before I event I texted Sam, requesting confirmation. He said it was confirmed and any other questions I can be directed to my contract (which from the start had the incorrect number of people). Wedding day comes, the bus was to pick us up at 3pm for a 4pm arrival. Thankfully I had a build in buffer of a half an hour as the wedding didn't start until 4:30. Here is a timeline of the events. 3pm - bus pick up according to the contract and confirmed on Tuesday of the week before 3:10 - no call, no response to text messages, no bus 3:15 - called, asked where the bus was. The gentleman we spoke to knew nothing of it and requested to call us back after he locates the driver 3:20 - we call again as we are quickly approaching when we will now be late to the wedding, he says there is an issue with the bus and asks " what time do we need to be there?" my response was, the bus was supposed to be here 20 mins ago, it shouldn't matter when I need to be there. He says it's going to be a while. I will call you again to let you know 3:27 - call again, at this time we are developing a plan B of ubers, that promptly cancelled as they don't want to drive an hour into no where. They tell me to take ubers and the bus will pick us up at the venue. I envisioned the same level of communication to come from American Eagle but with greater consequences. We were to trust this company that didn't even bother to call us once up to this point to pick us up at 12pm in the middle of Virginia. I requested our entire trip be refunded, which they refused. 3:30 - As the second of our Uber XL's cancelled picking us up we decided to drive. It was only now that I received a call from the manager who said he would refund the trip, which they did. It was a nightmare. They were rude, unapologetic, reactive. Don't do it.

I hired them to drive the bride and her bridesmaids to the church from their hotel, then the wedding party to the National Mall for pictures. While the driver was polite but with limited english, he repeatedly took wrong turns and confused the reception venue location. This contributed in overtime pay of $300.00 for 50 minutes. The company would not negotiate the overtime pay. They were my lowest quote, now I know why

These review are surprisingly positive, given the negative reviews you can see on Yelp. I recommend you don't use this company. Don't just take my word for it, read the negative Yelp reviews. I hired them for my daughter's wedding to run continuous loops to take wedding guests back to the hotel. They interrupted the runs without my OK and then left 30 guests in the dark and rain and refused to bring them home unless I paid overtime. I refused what I thought was a scam. In addition, on the trips to the wedding one driver cut off an old man on a bike and the bike hit the bus. On another, the driver got lost for 20 minutes on a 5 mile trip. I had extensive back and forth with the company afterward to get some of my money refunded and got nowhere. I wish I had done my homework and investigated them before I paid them. Don't make the same mistake I did.

My friends and I had an awesome time using this limo service the driver was on time and professional! The bus ambience was fun and lively! Loved that they had ice because I did not think of getting it my only regret is that I didn't get another hour!

We reserved the white Mercedes-Benz stretch limousine for our February 2016 wedding. When we went to the showroom to see it 5 months earlier, it was in prestine condition-- no dents, scratches and a clean interior. It was a beautiful vehicle. Unfortunately out of all the vendors we hired, we decided to keep our budget for limo service to only $700. In hindsight, we should have pushed that budget to another grand and hired a different company for our event. A couple of disappointments and embarrassments on our wedding day: The limo arrived with an ugly 6 inch crack on the right rear passanger door. VERY hideous and being that we were having photos taken with the limo, the crack was an eyesore. I cringed when it pulled up to the Four Seasons to pick myself and my bridal party up-- very embarrassing. I was expecting the same flawless Benz to roll up to our hotel, but that just didn't happen. The "Just Married" sign was also a mess. It was bent/wrinkled, worn and just crappy. Very disappointing. Second disappointment was when the driver first arrived to pick up my groom. Instead of being parked in front of the hotel dropoff area, the driver was parked off on the street. That weekend a very famous and well known basketball team member was staying at our hotel. The driver was parked 60 feet away and was outside of the limo soliciting the basketball player and his buddies for business. My groom had to walk across the valet parking area and onto the street to get the driver's attention. My groom said he heard the driver say, "Do you and your friends need a ride? I am free now. You can call me up any time." and gave them his business card. What the heck!! The driver was visibly embarrassed when he saw my groom standing next to the limo in his tux. The driver appologized profusely, got in the car and turned around so that he could pick up the rest of the groomsmen. VERY unprofessional. My pickup was on time with no more solicitation for other business from the driver. The driver waited until our ceremony and photos were finished and then headed back to the Four Seasons. When he went make a turn into the hotel, you could hear this horrible, loud and embarrassing scrape and bang-- he had hit the under carriage of the limo trying to turn into the valet pickup/drop off. People standing near by all turned to look at the limo and cringe...thats how loud it was. NOT the classy exit and entrance we wanted to make at the Four Seasons..it was so mortifying. If I would have known these things would happen, I definitely would not have skimped on our limousine service. This is not the company you want to have transporting you to and from your wedding. I am sure they are fine for other, less important events. We tried to save a little money, but it definitely was NOT worth it.

It's been just about a year since our big day, and I can still say what great experience we had with American Eagle. Despite there being a lot of traffic in DC that day, our driver still showed up early and ready to serve, so much so, filled the role of the 2nd car (from another vendor) that was late. My white stretch Benz gave whip lash to those passing by on the streets. What an amazing transportation experience. My only issue was the driver was asking for my credit card upon completion of our needs. As the groom, I handed all my stuff to my groomsmen who were not around. I guess it didn't matter since the company got my money either way.

After doing extensive research for a limo service, I can say that American Eagle did not disappoint. The sales rep, Mary, was very patient with me as I asked her multiple questions prior to making the reservation. I was able to tailor the itinerary for the newlyweds to make it a very memorable and lovely experience for them. The driver was also very wonderful to work with. He allowed the photographer to take pictures of the newlyweds and he was so patient with everyone. I would certainly recommend them to anyone, especially for a wedding!

I used American Eagle Limo for my transportation and was thoroughly impressed. From the initial booking, to the detail confirmation, to the day of the event this company was professional and courteous. The pricing was the best that I found in the area. The bus arrived on time and was one of the cleanest buses I have rode on to date. Our Driver was so friendly and accommodating. He really made the trip! I would recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

I would highly recommend this company for your special day or any other day for that matter!! The driver arrived 30 minutes early so we never had to worry about being late or a no show!! The limo was absolutely beautiful inside and out and extremely clean. The driver was polite and very knowledgeable of the area!!! I had the great chance to use American Eagle Limo for my anniversary. Everything was fantastic and exceeded my expectations! They were earlier than expected, driver was very nice, car was top notch. The pricing was competitive. American Eagle couldn't have done a better job.

This limo company has a great indoor facility, they were on time the day of and very professional overall. The only snag we had was that they sent a different driver than the ones that were on the list for The Club at Andrews so we got searched!! Yes, the whole wedding party, including the wedding party!! I guess it made for a great post-wedding story huh...Anyway I would definitely recommend their service.

So we were a bit delayed because the limo driver wasn't given the correct location for the reception hall and went to the wrong military base. He was polite if that counts. The limo air conditioning wasn't as good as it could have been for such a humid day. And something was wrong with the radio because the speakers kept turning off.

My husband loves style so we were taken to my party in a Range Rover Limo. It was beautiful on the inside. The ride was easy going and gave me a chance to take in all of the love I was feeling marrying my bestfriend.

i thought this company was great intill iwas on my honey moon and they sent me a bill for $300 dollars for over time when the driver was told to let us know when we should leave so we dont go over...he did come to me and say we gotta leave now to make it on time and i looked at my cell phone when we got to my reception and we were not late at all and if they thought we were late they shoud of told me because i would of utlized the extra hour

This was a great company - their planning/office staff was very friendly and worked hard to meet our budget and help us get the type of service we needed. The drivers were so nice and really really accomidating - they helped us navigate DC Cherry Blossom Festival and closed streets without any issue. Also - no other company would allow us to book a second block of time for less than 4 hours. We were married on a boat, and had the reception right after so did pictures in the morning before boarding. AE Limo did a four hour block of time to pick up my whole wedding party and family from the hotel, shuttle us to pictures, then drop us off at the venue and then picked us up later that afternoon. All the while they had the BEST prices! Their price was unbeatable - and when the limo bus (for 25 people) broke down a few days before our wedding they called us and made sure they had 2 limos that could carry everyone at no additional fee. It was great and very stress free. Also - they did a military discount which was MUCH appriciated. Thanks AE!!
