The White Trolley was a dream for our big day this winter. The team dressed up the trolley for the holiday and created a beautiful aesthetic for my crew and I on our wedding day. It was fun to see all the videos and photos from our guests as well from the "old town" trolley. The staff was easy to work with and extremely friendly. They did all they could to make our experience unforgettable.

Our shuttles were on time and did amazing transporting our guests to and from the venue. They were able to shuttle guests back to the hotel throughout the night and the drivers were great, especially dealing with our rowdy crew! The options for different bus sizes were great and they were able to help us determine the best ones to choose based on our guest count. Prices were reasonable and service was great!!

Guests missed my wedding. I originally scheduled one school bus a year prior to the wedding and knew my requirements would change. I was told to call when the wedding got closer and it would be no problem as long as the vehicle was available. Several months before the wedding we switched to a coach bus, and the girl I had been dealing with was out of the office, but another guy offered to help me. All of the paprrwork was faxed and a hold on my credit card for the coach bus was in place a few days before the wedding, so I thought we were set. I was hiding from guests prior to ceremony and see them smooshed like sardines in one school bus. Because of my jitters, I called them immediately, waiting to walk down the aisle and they were so very unapologetic. I even had to ask for a discount, which was basically nothing. Right before I was actually getting ready to walk down the aisle the wedding planner got a call asking if I wanted to delay the ceremony (40minutes) so the bus could go back and get the rest of the guests. Nothing against the bus driver, I was told he did his absolute best to accommodate and drove safely. So make sure your bus plans are set in stone from the moment you call or use thoroughbred, etc.

Wow, I cannot recommend American Limousines enough. We got one motor coach and one school bus for our wedding to transport guests from our hotel in downtown/inner harbor to Towson. I was so nervous because there was a bike race in inner harbor resulting in many road closures RIGHT by our hotel. Multiple people had difficulty getting to our hotel due to the road closures. As we were getting ready in the hotel, one of my bridesmaids asked "is your transportation through American Limousines?" I said yes and she pointed to them down in the street parked and ready to go. They were 2 HOURS EARLY to make sure they weren't affected by the road closures. I am so grateful to them and so glad I did not have to worry about my guests transportation to the venue. Definitely recommend!!

Our driver was great and the price was reasonable. They were on time and our driver was knowledgeable about the area, ensuring everything ran smoothly. A solid option if you're looking for shuttle transportation.

They provided all services paid for and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of on our wedding day. Jared in the back office was great to work with as well!! We had a great experience working with American Limousine for our wedding day! They seamlessly shuttled our 200+ guests from the hotel to venue in Baltimore, and also worked with us to transport the bridal party to another location for photos ahead of time. It was easy to communicate with American Limousine ahead of time to figure out our timeline and vehicle needs, and they were transparent with pricing and professional throughout. We hired this company for my sisters wedding. One of the drivers did $700 worth of damage to property at the venue — we know it was them because a piece of the bus was left behind — and they are refusing to pay. Absolutely would not ever use them again.

I hired one 56-passenger bus for wedding guest transport. The bus was clean and on time. I had to reschedule our wedding due to Covid-19 twice, and the team at American Limousines were very flexible with having to postpone our wedding twice.

I am so lucky to have found American Limo during a Baltimore Bridal Expo. My experience with them was better than I ever dreamed it would be. Our driver was so fun and professional, and most importantly got us to the venue on time. Renita was so amazing to work with. She made everything was taken care of and ready to go so I had nothing to worry about the day of. If you need any vehicles, I defiantly recommend American Limo!

American Limousines, Inc. was great for our daughter's 9/1/19 wedding. We rented a 14-passenger Mercedes limo sprinter for the bridal party and one 42-passenger white school bus to shuttle guests from the church to the Inner Harbor. The bus made several runs. And after one of our guests forgot her purse and wallet on the bus, the bus driver, Rolanda, came back to the waterfront so our guest could recover her belongings. Rolanda also navigated that big bus on small one-way, one-lane residential streets in Federal Hill. All the transportation was clean and comfortable. Thanks to American Limousines for doing a great job!

Transportation was really important to us because our venue was about 40 minutes from the hotel we were all staying at. We were so worried about our guests getting to the venue on time because it was a Friday wedding that started during rush hour. The two buses got everyone to the venue with plenty of time to spare before the ceremony. The bus drivers were so awesome, we had such a great experience with this company!

From the start they were great communicating with us and answering any questions we had. We opted to use the trolley for our wedding- getting my bridal party and myself to the venue and also providing a shuttle for guests to get to cocktail hour from our ceremony site, which was a bit of a hike. The driver was a pro and navigating in tight quarters in not the best of driving conditions. He was also patient and waited for the wedding party to finish pictures before making his final departure. The trolley was extremely clean and made for great pictures. We would definitely recommend American Limousines!

The price was comparable to other limo companies in the area and the driver was very nice however, I would think twice before rehiring. The driver was about 20 minutes late picking up me and my bridesmaids. My maid of honor reached out multiple times to get an ETA but was unable to reach him. Once he picked us up, he took the longest possible route to the church making us 30 minutes late to the ceremony. Based on other reviews I've read, our experience seems to be in the minority but I would think twice before hiring again.

This is a great company! The pricing was competitive and they were extremely professional. The shuttle for my reception was wonderful and my guests had no complaints. The limo for the bridal party was well-stocked and the driver was extremely polite, patient, and thoughtful. He was so helpful in helping us coordinate from the ceremony to the photo location to the reception. He would drive us to the closest drop-off point, hold my dress when necessary, and aid my entrance/exit from the limo...talk about white glove service (he actually wore white gloves too!)! American Limousines is a must.

**Update** After posting this review a few months after our wedding, the owner of the company reached out to us. In the end we received what we believe was a sincere apology and a partial refund. I have amended from a one star to a three star rating because of this. We reserved two large white school busses for our wedding and it was just a debacle. The wedding started about 45 minutes late because one of the busses got lost (after I'd offered to meet them in advance to ensure they knew where they were going, but they declined), and one of them broke down on the way. This was not communicated to us at all. We had guests in the rain, in an empty parking lot, waiting for these guys to arrive and get them to the wedding site. I totally understand that things happen, and wouldn't give such a negative review had there been communication to inform us of the issues and had the company handled the situation better after the fact. We asked for a bit of our money back (to cover the time that the buses weren't doing the job they were hired for) and after being given the run around for weeks, were told the owner did not feel as though they owed us anything. Had they been willing to work with us on this I'd be writing totally different review. As it stands, I do not recommend them, simply because of the hassle they caused in the moments leading up to our wedding, their unwillingness to work with us to make it right, and the amount of time we wasted following up with them to even get them to give us that answer.

Buyer beware! This was, by far, the most unreliable and unprofessional company our family has ever dealt with. My daughter was married in MD this past June, and this was our experience with American Limousine: 1) They arrived 45 minutes late to take the bride and bridesmaids to the ceremony. We did not receive any contact during this nerve wracking wait and had to reach out to them for help. 2) The van backed over the basketball net in the driveway. 3) The driver got out of the car and walked behind my daughter and her father as the ceremony began, asking where the corkscrew went!!! 4) He then knocked down the mailbox at the venue. 5) Company sent the wrong buses to transport guests between the hotel and venue. (Coaches were too large for the roads and not agreed upon.) 6) Driver was unable to start the coach at the end of the reception, so guests had to wait an hour. They were tired and started to question if it was safe to go on the bus! We felt very embarrassed in front of our family and friends. When my daughter and her husband called American Limousine to report this service and express their disappointment, they were treated horribly, and received no satisfaction. After several stressful and rude telephone exchanges, they were told that American Limousine fulfilled their contract and the matter was closed. The day my daughter was leaving for her honeymoon, she was told that thanks to her, someone had lost his job! That was their feedback, as if it were all her fault. I fail to understand how that many mistakes were made that day, and how a company can stay in business with this type of incompetent staff and disgraceful customer service. I am outraged that American Limousine is listed on THE KNOT and WEDDING WIRE. By advertising this company, they are allowing for more wedding days to be compromised and more young couples upset. My kids made an agreement for a service on the happiest day of their lives, in good faith, and paid for it, and this was a disgrace. DON’T RISK IT!

Vehicles were spotless, drivers were prompt and friendly. A bunch of people missed the last bus and they came right back and took another trip for us. Very easy to book and professional.

My wife and I hired American Limousines for a wedding we had last Saturday, December 9. Overall it has been a horrible experience. I'll start by saying that the first shuttle driver--the one who drove us to take photos and then to the venue--was very nice, very respectful, and on-time. That part of the experience, which makes up for less than 40% of the bill, was pleasant. The more important part of the day--the large bus that was set to transport our guests to the venue from the hotel left from the hotel late and only made one trip, leaving our guests stranded at the hotel. When my wife instructed him that he needed to go back and that it was clearly stated in our contract that he was to make continuous trips, he was very rude. He refused to do go back and refused to show us the contract, stating that he didn't have one. ALL OF THESE DETAILS ARE CLEARLY STATED IN OUR CONTRACT. Oddly enough, when I spoke to American Limos yesterday on the phone, they seemed to be reading details from a different contract. Just a recommendation: make sure your costumers have the same contract that you do. The next day Renita from American Limos called us apologizing for the issues. "I'm sorry there was traffic and that it delayed your ceremony," she said. We quickly explained the situation and that we were very dissatisfied with their service. After several days of back-and-forth between my mother-in-law and American Limos, I decided to step in and call them. We asked for 50% off of that portion of the bill and they have refused to grant out request. I have called them several times and asked to speak to the owner and he refuses to speak to me. Carlo, who I assume is the manager, speaks for the owner. As a result of American Limos our wedding started nearly 25 minutes late. The shuttle driver was also yelling at my wife just minutes before she walked down the aisle. Never, ever use American Limousines for any reason. They take your money up front and then do not provide the service they promise. At times this last week I felt like I was dealing with Comcast...yikes. On a more positive note: We had an amazing wedding with tons of amazing vendors that we would recommend to anyone. If you're looking for a great venue, caterer, floral shop, wedding coordinator, live band, or bakery, please send me a message.

Very easy to work with. When we had to make changes to the cars and buses they were very accommodating. Book early.

We used American Limo to rent the trolley for our wedding. Everything was perfect! Everyone was very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. The trolley was beautiful, spacious, and nice and cool. All of our guests loved it and we have great photos from it! We had a large bridal party and this was the most accommodating option we could find. Our driver was friendly and everything ran on time perfectly!

Neither snow nor rain prevented American Limousine from delivering on our January wedding day. Despite a 3-inch snowfall in the morning, our shuttle service went off without a hitch. All pick-ups and drop-offs happened as scheduled -- no guests shivering or stranded in the cold. We opted for the Mini-Coach and heard only good things about our driver, Will. A warm thank you to American Limousine for getting our guests safely and comfortably though the elements!

Renita Purnell was amazing to work with while getting a reservation for a limo on my wedding day on April 22, 2017. She was extremely professional and very kind! On the wedding day, our driver Monique Watson was such a sweetheart. Very professional and extremely friendly. She got us from the hotel to the church and back to the hotel safe and sound. I highly recommend using this company for any special events!

I have never used this company before but the way they are responding to the reviews that they obviously disagree with is very unprofessional. I understand a company's frustration when it comes to negative reviews but how you handle situations and address your customers speaks a lot about your company. And then, they are only responding to negative reviews. Show that same enthusiasm for the positive reviews as well. I will not be booking with this company solely based on this. Sorry!

Overall not a good experience. Bridal party limo driver got lost for almost 2 hours and caused us to miss our entire cocktail hour. My husband and I have been calling for 3 weeks now to get in touch with the manager or owner to discuss what happened and they are ignoring all our calls. Poor customer service and professionalism, do not recommend at all.

This is a tough review to write. When we first booked our trolley and 2 white school buses (as guest shuttles) we were dealing with Joe Rosensweet who was BEYOND WONDERFUL. Then he left the company, and we got switched to work with a different gentleman named Brian. He was fine leading up the wedding. He went over the timeline with me. I provided a tricky timeline for the trolley and they were very willing and accommodating to work with that. They said they would provide me with the names of the drivers a day before the wedding, which I never received, but no big deal. As for the white trolley: it was amazing. It made me so happy and truly completed the look of our wedding day. Not only was it like brand new, but it looked amazing in pictures. It made such a statement! I was literally thrilled to pieces by it. The driver was wonderful and very patient as we took pictures. Made sure we did not go over on our time. I was very excited to have the white school buses to shuttle our guest from the hotel to the reception and back. After the wedding was over, we got multiple reports from guests on our 1st shuttle that there was no A/C on the bus. In fact, there was warm air blowing and the windows could not be opened. It was a very hot and humid day and guests were all dressed up. Then we heard, the same driver, did not want to pull the bust in to the venue to drop off at the entrance, and instead wanted to drop them off on the road in front of the parking lot. He also claimed he did not know how to "back up" the bus, and one of our guests who is a bus driver himself was trying to explain to him how to do it. When I heard all of this I was truly MORTIFIED. We also heard that the bus with no A/C was driving very slow (under the speed limit) which even caused the bus to arrive to cocktail hour a few minutes late. After complaining (and they were not friendly) they reimbursed us 2 hours) just to then give us an overcharge of 50 dollars saying we went over by 25 min). Our photographer even loved the trolley so much she booked it for her wedding. which means we helped them book more business. We had no problem paying for what we owed going over 25 minutes. but it was frustrating that they charged our card with no explanation other than an email receipt stating the chafe. We had no rationale until we emailed them. While I loved American Limousines, and loved the trolley and the buses and really can't say I wouldn't recommend them...I am disappointed that I had to feel embarrassed by how my guests felt sitting on a warm bus and asking to be dropped off by the road. Very strange when the other bus had no problem pulling up to the front of the building.

Overall, American Limousine was a great company and did exactly what it needed to do in terms of pickups after the wedding. The drivers were on time and the vehicles were of great quality. The 4 stars for service comes from an incident that caused the vehicle for pickup before the ceremony to be more than half an hour late. The bridesmaids were expecting pickup at 2, but about 15-20 minutes before, we got a call saying the requested vehicle had mechanical trouble and the driver would be about 10-15 minutes late. I did appreciate the upgrade to a larger and more spacious vehicle, but the driver ended up being more than 30 minutes late and I was already starting to panic a little because it had already thrown off the time we would have to get ready before pictures. It was a little disappointing because I did end up losing time with the photographers and missed out on extra pictures. Luckily, I worked with amazing photographers who were able to plan around it a little and an amazing coordinator who kept me calm and reassured that the time would be made up and we wouldn't have to drop anything in the reception. Afterwards, we did contact the manager to explain the situation. He took time to verify the situation and did offer compensation for the unused time that we had originally been billed for in our contract. Incidents like the mechanical issue probably don't happen often, and the manager was very responsive, I only feel that we should have been notified earlier so that we could try to plan around it and/or they should have discovered the issue earlier (not as they were leaving to pick us up), so that they would have still had a chance to make the pick up on time. Otherwise, I would still recommend.

Just about all of my guests were from out of town and I didn't want anyone to worry about directions or designated drivers, so I rented a coach for everyone. American Limousines was by far the cheapest quote I could find so I was able to book their biggest coach and not have to worry about the chance of running out of room. I live abroad so had to do all the arranging online, their website was helpful and Joe was very prompt and communicative over email, we arranged my contract quickly. I didn't take the coach myself but I heard Tammy the driver was nice and they ran perfectly to time. This was probably the easiest plan I made for the wedding and I'm really glad I found them.

I do not recommend using this company for transportation. We contracted one of their school buses to transport our guests from the hotel to the venue and from the venue back to the hotel at the end of the reception. First while speaking with one of their customer service reps, I gave specific instructions for the driver with a timeline. The contract went back and forth countless times. After spelling out all the instructions with specific times, it was still incorrect. I printed out the contract and hand wrote my changes, signed and sent it back. When they sent the final contract over, all of my notes had no punctuation or spaces between words. Very unprofessional. I called and confirmed our contract and all of my specific notes and pick up times the day before our wedding, I also got the drivers name and phone number. The day of the wedding, the bus arrived at our venue during the time they were supposed to report to the hotel to pick up the guests. We had to send the bus back to the hotel to pick up the guests, while they were waiting and now were running late. Since the driver had shown up to the wrong location even with my specific notes.

I called this company to inquire about their trolley service. I was offered a quote over the phone for one price, then after traveling to see the trolley, called two days later to get a contract and pay a deposit. When I received the contract, the price was $300 more than what I was quoted. They would not honor the original quote citing a price hike. I find this to be terribly unprofessional especially since the time between the initial call and receipt of the contract was less than 7 days. This is poor customer service and a company that I feel was taking advantage of someone looking for a special service for her wedding. When I asked to speak to a manger or to be given an explanation, I received no reply. I could probably find the $300, but it's not worth it to me to give my hard earned money to a company that clearly doesn't value my patronage.

We booked a 24 person shuttle to transport the bridal party and guests back to the hotel after the wedding. American limo was perfect. Clean, on time and reasonable. We booked 1 month before the wedding and they still accommodated perfectly.

Our wedding planner Elle from Elle Ellinghaus Designs secured American Limousine to provided transportation for our wedding. The service provided was exceptional! The drivers arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. They even provided umbrellas and walked us to our location. We rented the Baltimore Trolley for the wedding party to ride around on all day and it was perfect! The service was great and the space inside the trolley was clean, cool and spacious. Everyone loved it- would definitely reccommend!!!

Where to start - they were VERY late, didn't have directions, got lost multiple times, rude to the bride and guests, cursed and hung up on us when called. Will never ever use this company again.

We contracted American Limousines for the 48-passenger white bus to shuttle our guests between the hotel and reception and we could not have been more pleased with their ability to stay on schedule, value, and cleanliness. We received so many compliments from our guests about how much easier the shuttle service made everything and we were happy to have the shuttle waiting to get everyone back and forth without drinking and driving or getting lost for those out of towners. I would recommend American Limousines to anyone without hesitation.

We rented their history trolley and it was so fun and they were able to accommodate us last minute due to a cancellation. I would book with them ASAP, though, if you want to ensure your reservation. We also had to pay for a specific block of time due to our day and transportation choice.

We booked this company for our wedding day, because they were a preferred vendor through our venue. We also rented 2 houses for the weekend, instead of hotels to get ready. We booked one limo to pick up the girls, drop us off at the venue, then go pick up the boys. The house the girls were staying in, was 5.19 miles from the venue. It was on the same road as the venue, just one right turn to get into the facility. Our driver missed the turn 3 times. He never went back to pick up the boys. My mom, the mother of the bride, called the driver's cell phone multiple times, as well as the office of American Limousines, Inc. The driver's excuse, "it simply slipped his mind." Our ceremony was supposed to begin at 5pm. The groom and groomsmen did not arrive until 5pm, because American Limousines, Inc, assured my mom the limo would be there to get them. The photographer, yes the photoprapher, made multiple trips to get the boys to the venue, because he was at their house snapping pictures of the boys getting ready when the limo was supposed to come. Needless to say, since the boys were supposed to arrive at 3:30pm with the photographer, the bride (myself) and bridesmaids never had our photos taken getting ready at the beach club. The ceremony started an hour late and we missed an hour and a half of photos. We also paid an extra $1841.60 to extend our reception by 1 hour, which was basically lost, since we had to start an hour late, because the limo never came. Not only did we lose money, because of this, but we lost photography opportunities that we can't get back. Instead of helping me get ready, my mother was dealing with this company. It was a disaster and brought unneeded stress to what had started as an organized, smooth sailing day.

Mary was a great driver for us. Even though she was unable to pick me up from the hotel and take me to the church due to traffic of the highway, she had a drive an hour from Baltimore to get me, she was great! Very apologic about the situtation but great!

Since our wedding included a church, hotel, and reception site, transportation for us and our guests was a top priority. American Limo has a huge variety in vehicles and comfortable transported all of our guests! It was amazing. We had a shuttle bus that was nicer than a school bus but did not run us the cost of a coach bus. Very reasonable pricing, reliable, amazing service!

The limo was on time and got us to and from our venue. Our driver was nice but did not have a GPS, so we got a little lost along the way. Thank goodness for Iphones!

We wanted a large shuttle bus to transport both us, the wedding party and the guests. We found a 29 passenger executive coach shuttle at American Limo and it turned out great!! It was leather seats, very clean and very professional looking. The shuttle itself worked out well for our wedding party and our guests! The booking process was pretty easy, we set up a meeting at their office and met in person so we could see the shuttles beforehand. On the actual wedding day, our driver Tom arrived early and was very friendly, accommodating and professional. Tom had to make several runs between hotel, church and reception and he stayed perfectly on the time schedule (which is so surprising with Baltimore Beltway traffic). I was extremely happy with how it all went and now i would definitely recommend American Limousines.

We chose American Limousines to shuttle our guests from the hotel to the rehearsal dinner and back. Every time I called them, I was able to speak with someone who was very helpful, but it was a different person every time who was unfamiliar with my reservation. We had a little glitch when they never filed our credit card authorization information, but we cleared that up. On the night that we hired them, they did a fine job driving us around. However, the second shuttle driver did not know how to get to the pickup spot, and waited on another street. I did not get a call notifying me, rather we had to track him down. They were a little difficult to work with in advance, but they were extremely friendly. I would say if you choose to use them, try to have one person who you work with. I think that would have made my experience much better.

Overall the service was great and the limo was amazing! We had a small mix up with one of our shuttles to the wedding reception, but it was fixed. Researched for months and cheapest prices I found for sure! Save yourself the research and time no one can beat their prices and the limos are awesome!

We rented a trolley & a party bus (for later on) for our wedding. Excellent service by American Limo especially after our service consultant left the company. The team picked up the slack and made sure we were totally taken care of. The driver was wonderful and courteous...just confirm you know what kind of party bus you order. We had a fun surprise after the reception...our evening bus had a "pole" :) Anyway, that made for some great laughs post reception!

We had a rather large bridal party - 20 total, plus 2 kids!! We wanted to all ride together, and American Limousines had the perfect option - a limo bus!! We absolutely LOVED it!! The driver was very friendly and even chatted with me while I waited to go inside the church before the ceremony. Most importantly, they were punctual the ENTIRE day!! We were extremely pleased with their service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others!!

This vendor was not the easiest to work with. They wouldnt let my mom pay over the phone and needed some kind of form to be filled out before using the credit card for payment...then they had a couple hidden and unnecessary fees involved in booking them, they just were not my easiest vendor to deal with!

Limo driver was late picking up the Bride and her Bridesmaids at the venue. He got lost taking the girls to the church so the girls were late. Same driver took the Bride and Groom back to Venue and stopped and asked my daughter and son-in-law directions. In the process my son in law left his cell phone in the back seat. Icalled to let them know I was not happy and about my son-in-laws phone. Fortunately we got the wedding package so they returned with the phone, however the package was not complete, there was no sparkling cider or a "Just Married" sign. This driver got lost taking the couple to their hotel. He figured he would ride down hotel row and find it, but the groom had to give him directions. So an experience that should have been relaxing was now a stressful experience. After contacting American Limo and telling them our issues we were contacted by the Operations Manager. They gave us % back but it doesn't make up for this time. I would not suggest this company for anything..

Both limos and the bus I booked were on time, friendly and did what they were supposed to. The limo driver I had Mary also went beyond her job to help with fluffing my train and holding my bouquet when my husband and I did pictures at Fed Hill.

Great vendor. The representatives are responsive and patient. I made several changes to my contract. The limo was awesome and the driver was friendly. Defintley use again for my future limo needs and I would defintely recommend.

We needed transportation for our rehearshal dinner and this was a quick and easy process. We just filled out the paperwork and settled payment which was quite affordable. The mini coarch we rented for 32 people came exactly on time. The driver was very professional and was a safe driver. He dropped us to and from the location and he also picked us up on time. Will surely use this vendor in the future!

My matron of honor booked American Limousines for my bachelorette party. We initially booked a 19 passenger van, however, a party bus showed up which was great. What was not great was that when we boarded the bus the driver told us that the CD player was broken because whoever had the bus before us got a CD stuck inside, and because of this the radio did not work either. She also tried to tell us that alcohol was not allowed on the PARTY BUS! My girls had to argue a little with her that even the lady on the phone when she booked it encouraged us to bring alcohol, water and snacks. Her response was "if a bottle rolls under my pedal and we all crash its not her fault" EXTREMELY unprofessional!!! Then one of my girls had to give her directions on how to get to canton, even though she had a GPS in the bus, the drive was bumpy, weavy and very scary I watched as she cut into other cars lanes and they had to swerve out of her way on the high way. After she picked us up in Canton my same friend had to give her direction to get to federal hill. I really don’t think someone should be driving a party bus for a limo company that does not know the area, as she told us when we first boarded the bus as well! The ride home was just as terrifying, no one was drunk by the time we got back to my house. My matron of honor called to complain about the driving and has yet to hear back she has called several times and is told that they are looking into her inquiry. VERY DISSAPOINTING!

American Limo's prices are a little lower than several other limo providers in the area and their customer service was amazing. Our driver was punctual and very courteous. I would use them again for other special occasions.

We got a shuttle bus for the bridal party, and it was a good price. Good time-except the driver tore up someone's yard because he missed the turn to the church. Overall-good price for the service.

I had a very large wedding party and American Limousine was very helpful in finding transportation that was adequate and reasonably priced. The driver was timely and very nice, so much so that I took the time to call the company and let them know about the great service we received.

American Limousines did a great job -- they were professional, responsive, arrived right on time and had a great fleet of limos for us to choose from. We used them for the wedding party transportation (chose the black Limo bus for 4 hours) and to shuttle the wedding guests back and forth from the hotel to the reception site (chose the motor coach for 6 hours.) They were very reasonably priced, especially in comparison to other limo companies in the Baltimore area, and were very pleasant to work with. We were very pleased with their services and would use them again in the future.

We needed a limo to hold 25 people so we used the limosine bus and it was awesome! We also used them for the bachlor/bachloreete parties. No issues with time and the limos were very nice!

They were prompt, the limo was clean, and the driver was professional. The limo service made it extremely easy to get home from the wedding reception. Beautiful car.

Thr driver was early and got us to the church fast! The driver to picked us up from the reception was very kind and gave us some good marriage advice as we rode around in his towncar for an hour after the reception was over. I would definetly use American Limousine for future needs.

We went with American Limo because they had the best value for price. The limo coaches were very spacious and very clean. The only thing we laughed at was the pole in the middle... it looked like a stripper pole. But we had a pleasant ride and even when we asked the drivers (3 buses) to make a few stops, they were willing to do so for us. We would definitely use them again. :)

They are on time very profesional, great rates.

American Limousines was great! The driver was wonderful, helping me to get in and out of the car without messing up my dress. We also used them for a shuttle service from the reception venue to the hotels where our guests were staying. We had no problems with them at all. I would recommend them!

I had two limo buses taking my guests to and from two different hotels to our wedding sites. They were reasonably price and the buses were very nice. They ran on time and were very convenient for the guests so that no one had to drink and drive.

The trolley was a big hit! And having the school bus as a designated driver was fabulous!;If you have more than one car be very clear as to where you want everyone to arrive and when!

We rented a small bus to take the bridal party from the hotel to a local park for pictures. There were great.

American Limousine provided transportation for our guests to and from the wedding. They were at the hotel on time and the guests arrived to the ceremony on time. On the way back from the ceremony we asked the driver to make a quick stop and he did for us. They were extremely accommodating on our wedding day.;My only warning is that they are not overly organized. We called a week before the wedding to confirm and our reservations were incorrect. We had to contact them. Also on the Friday of our wedding weekend they called asking us to come and sign a contract. That should have all been done months before the wedding -- especially not on our wedding weekend.

I was supposed to have a trolley, and about 10pm the night before, while we were at the rehearsal dinner, they called to say they did not have a trolly, due to brake problems that would not be fixed in time. they sent a 'party' bus, with a rude driver. It was a rainy day and he didn't even get out to hold an umbrella over the bridal party as we entered the bus to the ceremony.;Be sure to call and make sure your transportation will be available and on time and if it's not, make sure they give you something comperable.

I didn't love them but they were fine. The limo had a pink strip which I thought was kind of tacky but we were only in the limo for about 10 minutes so I did not care!

I loved the professionalism that was given. I used a 22 passenger limo bus for the bridesmaids and myself and the guys had a black stretch limo. The drivers were excellent and made sure that we were comfortable and arrived safely and on time. After the ceremony, the entire bridal party, excluding the bride, groom and our son, got on the bus to the reception and we were in the limo. The guys were jealous that they only got to ride on the bus to the reception site. The bus a place for storage for our luggage and the bridal party's bags. It was everything I wanted.

They were easy to work with and had a great selection. I rented a trolley and it was very clean and the driver was very nice and asked for directions if needed.

We used a trolley since our wedding party was too big to fit in even the largest of stretch limos. It was wonderful.

We rented a trolley for the bridal party and a shuttle bus for our guests. The trolley was decorated with wedding bells and the driver was dressed in a tuxedo and was very friendly and flexible. The shuttle bus showed a slideshow DVD of us as it was transpoting our guests to and from the church. Our guests loved it!

;The driver of the mini-coach (which was taking the bride the bride's parents and 4 attendants) got lost on the way. The GPS was not working properly and the driver did not have a map. The matron-of-honor happened to have a map and got us back on track but we arrived 20 minutes late. Despite complaints to the company they have not yet given us a discount.

They were on time when they picked us up.
