Great source for our rental needs for a backyard wedding and reception hosting about 100 guests. Accuracy was spot on and very responsive to some changes we made. Highly recommend.
Despite the closing time noted on their website, they DO NOT accept returns within the last 15 minutes of being open.
I learned this the hard way. I went to return 3 tables and 2 stacks of folding chairs on Saturday. This would've taken me all of 5 minutes to unload from my truck into their bay. I arrived at 2:53 PM, called to let them know I was in back and ready to unload, and they refused - despite being inside. They noted that their team to unload had left for the day. I told them I'd unload myself and accept all damage. They simply said no and to come back on Monday morning. I pleaded with the person but she was not budging.
Note that I live 40 minutes away and agreed to be quick and accept any damage claims.
I spoke with the manager, Val, today and she said that this is their policy. When challenged on why not keep the entire team there until 3 PM, she simply said "they have other stuff to do."
I am not saying I couldn't have planned with more time in advance. I am not saying that I was 100% right in how I handled the call on Saturday. But I do expect a small dose of customer service. It seems that corporate red tape and loose closing time practices have taken their toll on this place.
I'm hopeful that the company owners take note of this and make some changes.
Until then, there are plenty of other places to rent from.
American Party Rental was the perfect company to help us for our wedding! We had a large order that we adjusted quite a few times with COVID and plans changing. Overall they were flexible, professional and provided truly exceptional customer service by Valerie. I can't recommend using them enough for your event. They are on time and reliable, and helped us out significantly even when our wedding venue was being less than professional. We are so grateful to the delivery team for all they did to make our wedding a dream!
American Party Rental was wonderful to work with! I had a lot of iterations to my quote and their team was very responsive in making sure that they are capturing exactly what I need. The gentleman who delivered it items the day of the wedding was very friendly and made sure to explain what everything was. As far as pick up, the extra fee for them to pick up at the end of the night was VERY much worth it. One less thing I had to worry about! For a bride who did everything for her wedding a la carte, I highly recommend this company for future brides looking for the same wedding planning option!
We used American Party Rental for our tables and linens at our January wedding, and were very pleased with their service. I even forgot to pick up the tables on the day I requested them (two days before our wedding) and they called me and said they would hold them for us an extra day! I was so grateful for their patience.
The team at American Party Rentals were very helpful to me when I was looking at all the rental needs for my wedding day. They laid out different linen combos so we could find the best matched ones to my theme. They were also very flexible when my needs for the day changed a few weeks before the wedding, ensuring we had all the items we needed and even including instructions for pickup in each linen and rental bag.
We had a lot of things covered for our wedding already, but needed a dance floor for our outdoor wedding. We chose American Party Rental's "indoor/outdoor" self-setup dance floor, and it turned out really well. You have to provide your own subflooring for it, but we were okay since the ground was very level. A tarp underneath did the trick for us. We partied all night at our wedding!

These guys have some of the best prices in Austin and are pretty reliable. We ordered our linens from here. I picked them up and return them to avoid delivery costs.
After weeks of searching online for a budget-friendly party supply company, I found American Party Rental. This company has the best rates for what they offer! The tables, linens, and miscellaneous decor were everything I'd hoped for and more. The process of ordering was simple, and the follow up made me feel that I could trust the items would be dropped off and picked up on time for my wedding reception. The only thing that would have made our lives easier would have been assistance with carrying the heavy items up into our actual venue. The staff was friendly, the items were all in tact and accounted for, and the overall rented items brought my vision to life! I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs party supplies in the future.
