Maria and Bobby were extremely responsive and able to work with us to ensure that we had the most fabulous wedding. We went with a clear tent at our wedding at Pellegrini Vineyards on June 22, 2018 and it did not disappoint. The bistro lights were perfect and we also rented ceremony chairs which were a beautiful addition. Maria was just fabulous to work with and I would highly recommend this company for your rental needs.

The tent was set-up the day prior, before the rehearsal. It was great to drop off all our DIY stuff for ceremony and reception prior to the wedding with it being safe. Dance floor was perfect as well.

Dirty tent. lousy customer service. late delivery. Disgusted.

We were married last weekend on Long Island and the wedding went wonderfully with a single exception: the weather. To avoid any major complications due to rain, we reserved tents and heaters from Bobby and his crew. On the day of the event, the tent started to leak, right onto one of the dining tables and chairs. This was not a small leak-- several of our guests' bags, etc got wet. The venue attempted to contact Bobby himself on 4 separate occasions, with no response. When they did finally reach the receptionist, her advise was to move the tables away from the leak...very helpful. As a result, we could only use 2/3 of the deck space for dining/speeches, etc. When I finally DID hear back from Bobby (2 days later), he tried to blame the leak on other vendors, and said he couldn't call back due to a family emergency. No offer to refund my payment, and only a sad excuse for an apology. I really am not one to give critical feedback unless something goes really wrong, but I would STRONGLY encourage anyone needing a vendor to look elsewhere-- THESE GUYS ARE NOT RELIABLE!!
