I loved this bridal shop and the employees! Emma picked out so many different styles and then picked exactly the style dress that I wanted and helped me say yes to the dress!

They were amazing at helping me pick out the perfect dress. I went to the outlet so the selection was smaller but I was still impressed. They were accommodating when I asked if I could bring a few extra guests along with me (I have 6 sisters). Jessica was my consultant and she was very personable and friendly.

I said yes to the dress today! My consultant, Nicole, was amazing! She was able to help me find exactly what I wanted to wear for my special day. Highly recommended checking out America’s Bride, and having Nicole help you find that special dress.

Finding my dress was a good experience, 5 stars to my consultant she was friendly and helpful, but my alterations another story! Basically left with my dress still falling off of me after 4 appointments, asking for the same things to be adjusted each time and being charged about $300+ For it to not fit me and barely anything done to it! I was pretty much told to use dress tape! Lol what a joke. Thankfully I know someone who helped me a week before my wedding and my dress is now perfect, fits me and I will be sharing before and after pictures once my ceremony is over.

Absolutely loved my experience at America's Bride. I went to so many places and never felt like what I wanted was heard until here. The service, atmosphere and selection we incredible. I couldn't imagine a more perfect dress or experience. Thank you so much.

While I didn't buy my dress here...I could have many times over! I had an EXCELLENT experience here. My associate was a younger gal, she was so sweet, professional, and made me feel cared for. She asked questions about myself and my fiancé, and made the experience amazing. Definitely go here!

If I could give this boutique ten stars I would!!! I went to close to every bridal salon in the Grand Rapids/Lansing area because I am unfortunately a very picky bride. I was looking for something that was unique yet had that classic wedding feel to it, Jessica was my consultant and she is AMAZING! My appointment began with me feeling discouraged like I was not going to find anything again, Jess made me feel so comfortable and truly took the time to listen to me and what I wanted in my gown! She ended up pulling something that I didn't think I would like but it turned out to be EXACTLY what I was looking for. It checked all of the boxes and is very unique because it just so happens to be a one of a kind dress made for just America's Bride so I am the only bride to have it!!!!! It gets even better because they gave me a free honeymoon to Jamaica!!!!! Bottom line is, if you want amazing customer service, your own personal stylist, a large gown selection (I think they said they have over 1,000 gowns?), budget friendly options, and an experience you and your entourage will not forget, make America's Bride your one stop shop for everything on your big day.

She was very kind, patient, and a true expert in bridal industry! she actually cared about my wedding and my “vision” for the day and how I wanted to feel and look etc.. I was super nervous to go wedding dress shopping, but at America’s Bride I felt at ease. The consultants were not pushy or solely sales oriented. I could tell they truly just wanted the best for me and my wedding party. They also have bridesmaid dresses, tuxedos, and mother’s dresses! They even give you a FREE HONEYMOON if you pay off your dress with in 30 days! I mean how cool is that!?! Now me and my future hubby are planning our honeymoon to Cabo! Jennifer was amazing to work with, she knew exactly what I was looking for. She made trying on dresses so fun yet very professional. She was very patient with me as I was being very picky and couldn’t make up my mind. Found my dress within the first 3 I tried on but she still encouraged me to try some more and we could always go back. I cannot day enough good things about my experience here!! Wonderful experience! The consultant (Madison) was friendly, helpful and more importantly she listened attentively. It was pressure free, even when I was going back and forth between two dresses. She asked questions that lead to a beautiful gown and veil 😍. Love that they work closely with their designers to give the option to custom made your gown so you don’t lose any details. I CAN’T WAIT!

Oh my GOSH LADIES... America's Bride is THE PLACE to get your dress! All of the staff are so sweet and helpful. They are extremely accommodating & are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that your 100% happy with everything. My consultant was Madison and she was perfect! I 1000% recommend her! She was patient with me (as I had a "perfect" dress in mind but didn't give up on me.) She listened to what I wanted in a dress and found me THE dress - as soon as I put it on I knew it was the one :) I was also lucky enough to meet the owner, who is a TOTAL sweetheart. They have gorgeous, and I mean gorgeous, dresses to pick from. America's Bride also has a huge selection of dresses to pick from (with a variety of sizes also, which helped me out as I am a bigger bride). Lace, silk, toule, white, ivory... you name it. They also have a variety of Bridemaid's dresses which are all gorgeous as well... I completely recommend America's Bride! Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful experience! The consultant was very informative, friendly and NOT pushy! I love that they didn't make me feel pressured and I felt beautiful in all their gowns! They work closely with their designers so that makes alternations, etc. easy! Can't wait to see my dress!

Adored my dress and veil - it was everything I envisioned it to be and was a good price. I also worked with a really nice stylist who was happy to answer all my questions and make the who process really great! The only thing I think brides and grooms should know is that the"Free Honeymoon" advertised isn't by any means "free". You work with a promotions company and end up paying just as much as you would for a tropical, all-inclusive vacation. We looked up our same flights and room + the "extras" that the promotions company said they were going to throw in for our honeymoon (we got one of the things that we were promised that wasn't automatically included for all guests) and it was a $200 discount - aka not "free". It's not until 60 days before you want to leave for your honeymoon that you are in contact with a travel agent or book any flights or rooms... meaning you don't know what type of discount you're getting until its too late to book elsewhere. Luckily, we were able to swing it in our wedding budget and still go but for those that are relying and budgeting for a free honeymoon... it's quite a curveball. Other than that - it was a good experience.

Wonderful experience, extremely helpful staff. I had no idea what I wanted, they helped me try on tons of different styles, and I left with my dream dress that day! I would recommend America's Bridal to all my friends and family!

We shopped for my wedding dress here and our helper, Kaitlyn, was flying solo for the first time. She did a fantastic job! She was able to find me many things that I liked and started to pull things based on my tastes that I ended loving a lot. She was very helpful and gave her honest thoughts about each dress. Plus, the personalized parking sign out front was a very cute touch. All around great experience!

I had such a great experience at America's Bride. They opened early to accommodate my schedule and were very helpful while I figured out my style. They made what I thought was going to be a very stressful decision very enjoyable.

I had such a wonderful experience at America's Bride over the weekend! I had gone to 3 other places that day and didn't find close to what I was looking for. We decided to walk in to America's Bride as our last stop and although they didn't have space for me to try on dresses that day, they allowed me to look through the racks and choose a few to try on when I came back the next day. I felt like they actually listened to me, unlike the other places I had gone. I cannot wait to marry my best friend next year in my dream dress from America's Bride!

This bridal boutique I recommend and would encourage my friends to go to. The salon is modern and yet welcoming. The selection of gowns is great yet not too overwhelming to look through. The dressing room was large and allowed for multiple gowns to be brought in at once. Then when I was ready to show off my likes I went out to a runway with mirrors and my friends were there on a white couch to encourage me. My appointment was just over an hour long and I found the perfect dress, veil and jewelry! Thank you to America's Bride for making this shopping experience easy and quick!

The ladies at this salon exceeded my expectations. I was there when my soon to be sister in law choose her dress here and then the bridesmaids found our dresses here as well. I witnessed the caring and understanding that went into finding the bridal gown and then I had no trouble in finding a beautiful and current MOH dress. Everything arrived exactly when they said it would and other than length I didn't need any alterations. I highly recommend purchasing with America's Bride.

My consultant, Jennifer, was amazing! She was so helpful and personable. I never felt rushed during my appointment, she was willing to do anything to help my find my dream dress. She’s so knowledgeable about the dresses, the fits, styles, fabrics and everything in between! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Okay honestly, Nicole and Rachel have been so extremely helpful and sweet to me. I had to make three appointments due to having conflicting bridesmaid schedules and had the same consultant at all three. While their selection isn’t HUGE, and they only had my color in one designer, all 6 of my girls were able to find different dresses that they all loved in my exact baby powder blue that I wanted. My first bridesmaid appointment was delayed by about a half hour due to another bride taking a while for her appointment, but there was complimentary alcoholic drinks and cookies so we were fine LOL I would definitely recommend this salon because not only did I find my dream dress, the ladies here are all the sweetest, and the most personable and helpful. I’m so excited!

I loved everything about America's Bride! My mother and I were coming from over an hour away and got into unexpected traffic on the way there, I called to let them know I would be late and I was reassured that it was not a problem and just to take my time and arrive safe. Just that helped to alleviate so much stress! When we pulled in we noticed the reserved parking sign which read Reserved Parking for Bride Rachel (my name written in with dry erase marker)...this made me feel so special and like I wasn't just another faceless bride to them. Anna was such a joy to work with...she showed us around and let my mother and I browse through the racks...also pulling things she thought I would like. I was resistant to trying one particular dress on because I thought it was similar to a former friends dress but she and my mother thought it would look great. Anna asked me to show her a picture of the former friends gown and took the time to reassure me that the one my mother picked looked nothing like hers and that she thought it would be so beautiful. With her encouragement I tried it on and as soon as I saw myself in the mirror I couldn't stop saying how perfect it was! I would have never tried on that dress because of my own insecurities but Anna helped to calm my fears...I would have missed out on the most perfect dress if it wasn't for her. The shop also accommodated a short notice visit so that I could being my aunt up on another day to get a second opinion....she got lost getting there and I felt bad since it was a Saturday and I was afraid they were too busy but again Anna assured me she was there to help me find the right thing and feel beautifil and that it wasn't a problem. I never felt pressured to buy anything like they do at some shops and I always felt like she cared about finding the right thing for me. I would recommend this shop to any bride who is looking for a personal experience and something a little different than what everyone else carries.

Went here in February and had a great experience!!! The consultant was a little awkward at times but she was super sweet. I almost picked my dress from here!!!

I want to preface this review by saying my dress and veil from America's Bride are beautiful and arrived flawless. I can't exactly say the same for what occurred between ordering it and receiving it. First, when I arrived for my appointment in May, my name was not on the sign in the designated parking space as I have read other brides have experienced (I really don't care, but if you are going to honor your paying customers, at least be consistent with it). Secondly, When I purchased my dress that same day, I was not given access to pay my invoices online until months after the purchase date and my own follow-up. My email had been entered in to their system wrong and so I had not been receiving any notification of how to pay my bill - no phone call or anything, either. I thought this was odd because any business who has clients paying large sums of money should probably follow up a little better with their bookkeeping - again, my opinion, but I think it says something about the organization of this shop. This ended up resulting in a late fee at no fault of my own. Jennifer was kind enough to waive this a few months later. Third, After the new year, something happened with their system and again, I was not receiving my invoices as requested. This resulted in another late fee, again, at no fault of my own. It was also later waived but what a headache to even have to deal with that in the first place. When I got the call that my dress was in, I went to pick it up only to wait 15 minutes to even be acknowledged at the receptionist desk and was then told that I could not leave with my dress until the balance was paid in full (Okay, I probably should have realized this beforehand, but I drove an hour to come pick it up only to leave empty handed...) I looked back at my original contract when I bought my dress and it did not include anything about the balance being paid in full before being able to take the dress home (even after months of consistent payments on my part). I guess it just would have been helpful to be reminded of this when I set my appointment - before driving an hour to pick it up? They also forgot to include my veil with my dress and I had to be the one to remind them that I also had a veil with my purchase... A bride just shouldn't have to be the one worrying about these things when it's crunch time. Lastly, when I was finally able to pick my dress up after paying my remaining balance a week later, I AGAIN, waited at least 15 minutes at the reception desk to even be acknowledged. This I just don't understand. I have spend years in administration/receptionist positions and the least you could do is acknowledge your customer and let them know there will be a wait. Even if this is a staffing issue, train your employees to acknowledge waiting, paying customers. Needless to say, after almost a year of headaches, I am so glad to officially be parting ways with America's Bride. I really wanted to give this place a chance, but I probably should have just listened to the other reviews who had similar experiences as mine. I do love my dress & I will give Jennifer credit - she was very helpful with the late fees and was understanding of my requests, but I can't say the same for the staff/customer service. Looking back, I would not have purchased my dress here.

Planning my wedding has been a journey for my family & I, and America’s Bride provided an experience befitting a queen. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and cried with me when I said yes to my dress. The boutique itself is beautiful and personal. My dress arrived early which was a pleasant surprise. I had an amazing experience with America's Bride!! Jennifer was so kind and helpful in finding the right dress for me. I said yes to a beautiful David Tutera dress but the options before were amazing as well. And we never felt rushed in the appointment even though we did end up being in the shop a little past closing time. My dress and veil came in much earlier than expected and was just right. Jennifer and her ladies were always willing to help with a few calls and emails that I had following pickup as well. The visit went just as you imagine it to!! Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience at this boutique. Searched for hours to find my perfect dress with great encouragement from all the staff only to realize later that evening that the dress I had chosen really wasnt the dress of my dreams after all. The manager had worked me into an appointment a short few days later and helped me find the dress herself. Coordinating the cancellation of my first and ordering my second all with a smile on her face! My dress at no fault of the store came in a bit behind schedule and the situation was handled with class and reassurance!! So grateful, Five Stars all around!!

I am a tall girl. Over 6ft so when I found America's bride and saw that they had brands that offer extra length I got excited. I went to look for dress early knowing that I always have issues with lengths of everything I buy so I wanted to make sure it would be perfect and have time to fix it if it wasnt. Customer service was awesome! very helpful so willing to listen to me and find me exactly what I wanted. Then I got measured and I was promised that it would all work out. My dress was a month later than was supposed to come in because the "wrong dress" was sent. When I the dress it wasnt long enough and I didn't even have shoes on. They remeasured and the measurement was 3/4" longer than the original measure. The dress looked like they took it to a seamstress and added a strip of fabric to just the front of the bottom layer. No designer would send their dress from the factory like that. it wasnt blended well and just looked like a quick fix. The top layer laid in the same spot as the sample I tried on was. Although they offered to send it back and see what they could do I no longer had confidence that I would get it in time for the wedding considering it was already a month passed the promised time. I will say they were helpful to get lace to make the dress right. But when you pay for extra length you expect to get what you pay for vs having to pay extra and then pay extra at the seamstress. So for anyone getting extra length from one tall girl to another add an extra few inches to whatever number they measure. I am still happy with my choice and they were very helpful to find my dress. So I can't knock them for that. But when you spend extra for something you expect to get what you pay for.

I could go on and on about how great America's Bride was. I was nervous going into a bridal salon with a smaller budget, but Elizabeth worked with me and made sure I was happy with what I picked. She made my experience so comfortable and easy that I wasn't nervous anymore. This is the place to go with any budget and any style! I would recommend it to any bride!

Best of the Best! After visiting multiple stores (including all of david's bridal) I was finally able to find the style of dress I desired. Along with great customer service, this store made it all happen not only for me but for my bridesmaids as well! A great thank you and an even greater shout out to Elizabeth!

This was a pleasant surprise. I am the Mother of the Bride and found this place from another mother who recommended it. My daughter had the delight of a personalized parking space upon our arrival. The 2 ladies that were working that day were very nice and I felt they really listened to what we were looking for. I took a seat on the couch while they shopped and then enjoyed the show of the gowns that were selected. It was so nice to have someone else doing all the dressing and undressing, unlike another place we visited where I had to do all of that for her. Every dress was beautiful and there were so many to choose from. The consultant helped pull the right dress and she said YES! The search was over and so glad we made the appointment there. Bridesmaid dresses will be next as we are excited they have our color! Strong recommendation here.

Rude and superficial customer service. The zipper on my dress was sewn in incorrectly. America's Bride agreed to have their seamstress replace the zipper, which only resulted with a loose zipper (same lumpy bulging) and a hole between the zipper and fabric. Eventually, America's Bride agreed to pay the seamstress I booked for alterations, the cost of the zipper replacement. America's Bride never fulfilled their agreement. This is only the last of the many distasteful experiences I've had with them. Wedding dress shopping is suppose to be enjoyable and a lifetime memory. I'm saddened to know that another Bride to Be will more than likely run into similar experiences with America's Bride. *Shockingly, since this experience and my first review of America's Bride, there was a new member "Ashley W" who seems to have so much similar to myself, yet complete opposite experience. Sounds like fake reviews from bitter employees or owners of America's Bride who don't want the truth exposed.

Absolutely Amazing and Wonderful! I found a dress for under $700 and it was everything I had dreamed my wedding dress would be. The consultant picked it for me, she understood exactly what I was looking for. It as beautiful, even better yet, it arrived 4 months before my wedding giving me plenty of time for the little alterations I needed. The pick up was perfect, the dress fit great, the girls were great as always, and I am so excited to marry my best friend in just a couple of weeks! Ladies, save yourself the trouble and buy your dream dress with America's Bride. You won't be disappointed. Thank you ladies!

This is the best bridal shop. Seriously, don't go anywhere else. I was so frustrated with the experience of getting a dress at all the other shops I went to. But here was personal and laid-back. I was finally enjoying dress shopping. The background music is fantastic, the owner has a heart of gold, and her dresses are the most beautiful I've seen. Worth every penny. Seriously. Go here first. Then shop around and come back. Because you will come back. Probably in tears from the terrible experiences you had elsewhere due to the unrealistic expectations you have for any other shop but this one. Because she will exceed your expectations.

The staff was very helpful and patient. They allowed me to try on as many dresses as I wanted, some multiple times, and were very patient during my decision making process. My family also agreed that they had the best place to model the dresses of anywhere else we looked that day. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

This place has it all. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful atmosphere and the warm welcome , not only to the bride but they made the guest of the bride feel welcome too. There was never any pressure to buy or hurry up and select a gown. The consultants were genuinely nice and you can tell that they are not only good at what they do, but they love what they do! They knew exactly which dress she was looking for!

I loved every single thing about this bridal store. When you get to your appointment there is a parking sign with your name on it waiting for you front and center. And the staff truly figures out what you're looking for but isn't pushy with their own ideas. I tried on at least 10 dresses and once I had it down to two choices, tried those on each another 2-3 times and I was not once rushed. I had even left the store to hunk about it and called them because I knew they were closing and said, hold that dress! They were closed but waited for me to come get it. Very happy with my experience.

Me and my guest were blown away by the service we received at America's Bridal. This was the first salon had ever visited in my wedding dress search and I'm so glad that it was. We were greeted by a personalized parking space and felt special from the moment we walked in until we left 2 hours (and 12 dresses) later. I wish that I could remember the name of the amazing lady that helped me (I'm great with faces, not at all with names) but she was accompanied by a very nice young lady that was training that day. They both helped me pick out 12 dresses that all seemed to fit me perfectly and were all equally gorgeous ( I especially fell in love with an A-line dress that I tried on first, which was not a style I ever thought I'd like). The dressing room was huge and the runway was gorgeous! I never felt pressured and they were so patience with me and my guests (we were an indecisive bunch). Although I did not purchase a dress that day (mostly out of fear that I would be moving too fast since it was my first time trying on any dresses) I would highly recommend this place to any bride! I couldn't believe how affordable their dresses were...and they had such a wide range of choices! The customer service was unmatched and I am so grateful to have had this experience first. It set my bar VERY high.

This bridal salon exceeded my expectations! The salon itself is a gorgeous boutique style salon with large windows providing natural light for the large runway which is surrounded by mirrors on three sides. The gowns are beautiful and very affordable. The quality of the gowns is amazing for the prices! I went in several times to try on a dress and I had the same consultant and the owner there to help me at each visit. They were so personable and helped me find my dream dress. It was so great to have the owner there to help me pick out my dress because she is so passionate about what she does. I really cannot even explain how impressed I was with this salon!

Finally! I finally found a salon where I was actually treated like a bride AND they had a great selection of beautiful gowns! So glad I found this place! My biggest problem was trying to pick just 1!!

Best experience ever. I found the perfect gown and I did not feel rushed when I kept trying the same ones on again and again (due to my indecisiveness). Their patience was endless, and they went above and beyond to make sure that the experience was everything and more than what I had imagined. Everything from my own parking spot to the helpfulness of my bridal consultant was perfect. I highly recommmend this place to any bride.

I wouldn't bother stopping at this location. The selection was awful. There were about two racks to look through and most of the dresses were the same style or duplicates. Half the the selection were off the rack samples to buy. I had favorited at least 10 dresses on the knot that said that this bridal shop carried them and there wasn't even one of the dresses there. There was just their brand and all the dresses looked the same. The stylist wasn't very helpful and didn't pick out anything for me to try on. She showed me a catalog of dresses and I pointed out some I liked and she said well we don't have any of those and said that they might be getting some of them in a month or so but she wasn't sure. I was only there for 20 minutes, it seems like a gimmick that it says that this location carries all these other brands and styles on the knot and they didn't have any. Don't waste your time.

America's Bride is certainly worth taking a look at when in search of a dress!! They have an excellent selection of unique and gorgeous dresses. The entire process went extremely smoothly for me, and I absolutely loved my dress (and so did everyone else, including my husband)! Jennifer is incredibly nice, understanding, and helpful. My dress fit perfectly when it came in. The only thing my husband and I wouldn't do again would be to go through America's Bride's partner, Bunny Tuxedos, for our groom and his party's attire. But, overall, even with Bunny, we were extremely happy with everything about our wedding, including America's Bride!
