Stop what you’re doing and hire Jessica for your wedding! She is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. She made sure we had all of our final preparations finished on a timely schedule and she attended our final meeting with the venue to make sure everything was perfect.
The timeline she created for the day was amazing, and she truly made the big day go as smooth as possible.
Another great perk was the use of her wedding decoration/reception inventory. It was incredibly helpful (not to mention cost effective) to use things like picture frames, votive candles, etc instead of having to buy them.
Not only did I love her, but both my family and my husband’s family had nothing but amazing things to say about working with and interacting with her during the wedding.

We started working with Jessica about 14 months before our big day and were immediately blown away by how organized, professional and kind she was. Those traits remained in place throughout months of indecisiveness (me), general stress (also me) and last minute issues that required quick thinking (our venue). Jessica is one of the most impressive people I've ever worked with, whether it be in my profession or through wedding planning. She was detail-oriented and thorough, and did a terrific job of reigning the bridal party in during rehearsal and on the wedding day. She also made sure that my groom and I ate, had dessert, and wiped stains off my dress.
She was so supportive in translating our ideas to our vendors and pushing back on any unreasonable requests or incompetent service from vendors. We were able to turn to her for anything - from whether our table linens looked good with our napkins to vendor gratuity rates - and she would often offer further support for our original ask, taking initiative to go above and beyond.

Jessica helped us communicate with our vendors. She not only coordinated vendor load in and strike, but she also read over the language of all of our vendor contracts prior to signing and helped get all of our certificates of insurance.
I truly felt like I never had to worry throughout our wedding planning! Jessica was always there to support, problem-solve, and offer sage advice. She truly helped us bring our wedding vision to life and always had our backs! On the day of the wedding, Jessica had the perfect balance of being calm and cool but also really knew how to get things done! I had a great experience working with Jessica Gonzalez of Amethyst Event Productions. She was exactly what you would hope to find in an event planner--very prompt email responses, easy to reach, pleasant, and well-connected. She kept us on track throughout the wedding planning process. Even though we had a micro-wedding, we still had to source a venue, photographers, officiant, rentals, florist, hair & makeup, and figure out what we wanted for music and AV set up. There were a lot of moving parts and we are wedding planning novices, so we needed all the help we could get. Jessica recommended excellent vendors and the day-of coordination went off without a hitch! I can't say enough good things about Jessica and Deniz! This year has been a rollercoaster of emotions for me and I tried to hold on to hope for as long as possible that my wedding would happen as planned. Jessica and Deniz helped me through all my Rona Wedding Planning Stress and helped give me options and creative ways to still have my dream wedding in 2020.
We opted to elope on our original wedding date and pushed our big celebration to 2021. The girls at Amethyst helped us plan everything and made our wedding day so special. They handled everything from finding a location for our elopement to handling everything on the day of the wedding; and they always had a solution for anything that came up. I'm so happy I booked them for my wedding last year and can't wait to continue to work with them in the year ahead. Jessica and Deniz are LIFESAVERS! My wedding was planned for Summer 2020 and we had to change our plans because of COVID. We opted for an intimate wedding and didn't know where to start. These girls took care of EVERYTHING and thought of things I didn't even have on my radar. Not only did they help us find our vendors, but made everything go smoothly on the day of. Our wedding day was everything we could have ever dreamed of and we're so fortunate that we found Amethyst Event Productions. 10/10 would recommend these ladies whether you're looking for an intimate wedding or something bigger for next year!
You need to hire Jessica and Deniz for your wedding! They are the best in the business and helped our wedding dreams come true. They are very professional, lovely to work with, and the kindest people. We did our wedding in Costa Mesa, CA and planned it from Boise ID so communication was key. They always responded to me so quickly and were always on top of everything.
They are also very knowledgeable about having a sustainable wedding, which was so important to us and they helped us pull it off!
We actually got to enjoy our wedding day without any issues, they made sure everything went smoothly! Our families were so impressed with them and I got great feedback from vendors too. It was just the greatest experience and I’m actually sad that it’s all over and that we won’t be in regular contact anymore. They are so wonderful and we love them! Hire them now!

You need Jessica and Deniz in your life ASAP. These ladies are professional, kind, and beyond helpful. I booked with them about 8 months before my wedding as “month of” coordinators. To my surprise and delight their help started as soon as I booked.
Jessica and Deniz were in constant communication with me and were ready to respond to any of my questions at any time. They were always super responsive – I never had to wait more than a day for a response.
Jessica and Deniz relieved so much stress during the planning process. Throughout every step they would be there with an answer or different suggestions for things that I was unsure of. I was driving myself crazy trying to figure out what kind of details I could add to my place settings and they provided some suggestions that I had never considered. On the day of the wedding, they had seemed to carry around everything I could’ve possibly needed. I swear that every time I asked for something it just magically appeared.
Not only were they extremely helpful creating a day of timeline and organizing everything with all of our vendors but they also hung a neon sign we had rented to complete my vibe. They also PICKED UP MY WEDDING DRESS THE DAY OF MY WEDDING. My husband “jokes” that after meeting them and seeing everything that they did for us, he doesn’t feel so guilty about making so few decisions. They made everything feel so easy and effortless. For that I can’t thank them enough.
After everything, I feel like they could be my good friends. Luckily for me, my cousin booked them for March and I get to see them again very soon!
Jessica and Deniz... we are forever grateful to both of you amazing and wonderful ladies. You are true professionals! Both of you went above and beyond for our wedding and made sure we were worry free throughout our special day. Honestly, we do not know what we would have done without the both of you. From the moment we hired you, our stress and worry levels disappeared. They were in constant communication with us and our vendors before and during the wedding. They were always available whenever we needed them and always very attentive to our needs. (cough cough groomzilla). Not once did they make us doubt our decision to hire them and they always made sure we were happy.
Funny story, Jessica and Deniz were both working at the Venue that we selected for our wedding reception before we hired them as our coordinators. We initially met with Jessica when we first toured the venue and she was always very kind and professional. To be honest, the main reason we selected our venue was because of her. Later on, they left the venue and we were incredibly fortunate enough to be able to hire Amethyst Event Productions to coordinate our Wedding. We were very happy to hire them as we knew that our special day could not have been as special if it was not for them.
Needless to say, our wedding day was perfect and amazing because of Jessica and Deniz. We cannot thank them enough for all of the hard work that they put in to making our day magical and memorable. You are truly in great hands with them.

These girls were amazing. I don't know where to start. I contacted Jessica and Deniz after I was recently engaged, dazed and confused because of course I had a idea of what I wanted for my wedding but absolutely noooo idea how to start. These girls from the beginning were extremely professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I can't express enough how much I appreciate them. I can't express how much attention to detail they have, and in the end they truly felt like family.
When it came to the day of the event they were on it. From checking in with the other services to making sure that everything stayed according to the timeline. I COULDN'T have asked for a better team to envision this day with, and I will definitely be using them again for any future needs. You won't be disappointed ♥️
Deniz and Jessica were so helpful in making sure our wedding day went smoothly! They started working on the details of our wedding even sooner than they were contracted to. Right away they sent me a customized wedding checklist with details and key dates from my contracts. Since I hired them for day of coordination, most of the wedding details were outlined in a document I created. Deniz & Jessica were very detailed and accurately input all of the information into their simplified wedding intake form and timeline, making for a smooth transition. I felt this was really great service and I have noticed that most vendors do not provide this convenience to their clients. Throughout the planning process they responded to emails in a timely fashion. They handled communications with my vendors so I needed to contact them for my requests. They offered helpful schedule suggestions for our bridal party photos. Based on their suggestion, I hired TaskRabbit for my floral delivery instead of using Uber and the process was seamless and way less stressful. It was important to me that my bridal party was on schedule during our wedding weekend so they helped me send text reminders to them about event timing and attire. I gave them the painfully time consuming task of organizing 100s very delicate place cards and they made it happen! They helped set out florals and other design items. They even helped hang our neon sign during a room flip of the ballroom. At the end of the night, all my items were neatly packed up similar to the way I gave them and loaded into cars at the end of the night. The following day they sent me an email with a recap of the important things we needed to be aware of or follow up on from the wedding. They even mailed us a nice card after our wedding! Deniz & Jessica’s services were reasonably priced and were worth every penny!
We recently had a pleasure of working with 2 amazing Human Beings, Jessica & Deniz. They were amazing to work with and did everything on point. From the beginning planning process to the day of coordination, everything was flawless.

Words cannot begin to express how thankful my husband and I are for Deniz and Jessica. They were an absolute dream to work with and killed it on the wedding day! From our initial phone consult to the weeks leading up to the wedding to the big day, they were on top of it all. We hired them to be the month of Wedding Coordinators but they really jumped in right away, sending me reminders and guidance, checking in on my progress and offering support when needed. They immediately connected with all of our vendors, created an amazingly detailed and well thought out timeline, guided my cousin through the officiating process and really went to bat for us with difficult vendors. If that isn't convincing enough, our florist was a no-show on the wedding day...that meant no bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres or reception table garlands. Deniz and Jessica partnered with our venue and went to WORK all the while keeping me calm, confident and happy. They pulled off gorgeous florals and our guests were none the wiser. Honestly forever grateful to these two, it was such a pleasure working with you!
I cannot thank Deniz and Jessica/Amethyst Event Productions enough for the job they did with our daughter Carolines Wedding. We hired them to be the month of Wedding Coordination’s but from the moment we hired them they stepped right in and took over. The immediately connected with all of the vendors.. Venue, Florist, photographer, videographer, caterers, pastry chef, DJ, Rentals, Officiant, Shuttle service, hotels, Makeup stylist and Hair stylist. I honestly do not know how we could have managed the wedding without them. The wedding went off without a hitch and the day was more. From Dress Rehearsal, to Rehersal Dinner to wedding day, they pulled it all together.
I cannot recommend them enough. When you Hire Deniz and Jessica be rest assured you will be in wonderful hands.
Where do I even begin. If it were not for Deniz and Jessica our dream wedding wouldn’t have come to fruition. From the moment we hired them they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. From coordinating vendors, creating a weekend timeline, directing the day, setting up the day, making suggestions, just everything, they really out did themselves. I am very type A and I have a hard time delegating responsibilities but with these gals I never had any doubt or hesitation. Anytime I reached out to them they would respond immediately, any worry I had they handled, any question I had they answered, they are truly amazing. I can’t thank these two enough. From the bottom of my heart I believe they are the best in the biz and can’t recommend them enough. Trust me, if you hire them, you will not regret it.
Deniz and Jessica were absolutely fantastic to work with! They have the perfect personalities for wedding coordination- chill, calming, but competent and top of it all! Jessica and Deniz were very available to me prior to the wedding, and sent gentle reminders throughout the process. Their reminders saved me from numerous potential "disasters" of things I definitely would have forgotten! On the day of, Deniz and Jessica MADE the wedding. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. Our flowers were a disappointment and they fixed them up and made things look beautiful. They were magical and anything we needed just appeared! For example, they assisted with makeup repairs on the spot (eyelash glue), and had a bandaid in seconds! And of course everything ran perfectly on time thanks to them! There were so many things I didn't even know about thanks to them- they packed everything up while we danced the night away. Thank you Deniz and Jessica! You were perfection <3
Deniz and Jessica were amazing to work with. I feel so grateful I had them on my wedding day. Not only were they incredibly professional and detailed, but they shared my passion for having a vegan and sustainable wedding. They were really knowledgeable on how to cut down on waste, while still making sure we had a beautiful and fun wedding. These two are the real deal! I can't speak more highly of them!
My husband and I could not be more thankful to Deniz and Jessica for an amazing wedding day. I had never even thought to hire a wedding coordinator until my venue required it. We only met twice before the big day but our wedding day was perfect. They both knew all the details to ask and kept us and our vendors organized. The best part is that they really stuck to our vision. Walking in to the venue and seeing how all the details became a reality was our favorite part. We had a somewhat traditional Jewish ceremony and we were happy that Deniz had a ton of experience with this aspect! We can truly say that our wedding was stress free and our friends and family had a great time. Lastly these two women really made us feel special on our big day. They are kind and genuine and care about their work and their clients.
Thanks to this duo, my husband and I were able to enjoy and relax at our wedding with our guests. We needed help planning everything from renting luxury portapotties to finding a budget friendly floral designer, and they helped us fill in all the blanks. Then at least a month before, they took ownership over coordinating all those loose pieces to come together seamlessly. They are the most accommodating and committed team you will find. (And for the price of 1 you get two coordinators! It was a great deal.)
