Our wedding would have been a fraction of what it was without Amy. Pulling off 120-person wedding in three months in no small feat. Amy jumped in with both feet and thought of every detail that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. She was kind, enthusiastic, flexible, responsive, creative, and caring. I couldn't have asked for more in a coordinator and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a true professional who clearly loves her job. Thank you, Amy!!
We couldn’t have been happier with Amore Coordination! From start to finish, Amy brought professionalism, expertise, and genuine warmth to every aspect of our planning and our big day. She coordinated seamlessly with all our vendors, providing each one with a thorough timeline so everyone knew exactly where to be and when. Amy did an amazing job as our day of coordinator for our wedding! She is great at communicating and has so many helpful tips for planning a wedding. We felt so at ease leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day. She was a huge part of our day being as stress free as possible. We were so lucky to find Amy!! Amy was amazing to work with and just the right person to help us make a wedding happen in only two months’ time. She helped us plan a ceremony for 40 at the Redwood Deck followed by a reception for 120 at our home. She didn’t hesitate at the short timeline and led us through the process with confidence and offered needed reassurance that we were going to be able to have everything come together in time. Amy’s vibe and presence is calming while assured, and she was always patient and kind with our demanding work schedules, willing to meet us during evenings and weekends. Amy’s team for our wedding included her husband who was as warm a presence as she was, and so many of our guests commented on how amazing the two of them were. They did so much behind the scenes at our reception that I never once felt stressed or pressed – her priority was making sure we enjoyed our day and could focus on our family and friends. In short, Amy was looking out for us in a way I hadn’t predicted we would need and I was overwhelmed by how much space that left us for just pure joy of being surrounded by our loved ones. Amy went above and beyond as our day of planner for our wedding at Skamania Lodge. Even though we live out-of-state she made us feel confident going into the day and everything went perfectly! Amy took the time to set up our reception tables, move flowers from our ceremony to our reception, hand out our wedding favors, and even took the time to grab us food/drinks to ensure my husband and I could simply enjoy our wedding day! If you are looking for a wedding coordinator look no further- Amy is the best!
I’m a wedding photographer and I’ve worked with Amy at Amore a few times at this point. Every time I’ve worked with her I very much enjoy her organization, thoughtfulness and caring nature. She makes certain that not only are her couples cared for but also their wedding vendors as well. Your wedding team works hard on your wedding day and sometimes in difficult conditions (like extreme heat), so having a coordinator who cares for your team’s well-being helps you get the most out of your wedding day and your talented vendors. Amy is amazing! She was organized and kept me on track to make sure nothing got missed. Our wedding was so lovely, we couldn't have asked for anything better! She took our vision for a "spooky elegant" Halloween wedding and elevated it, it was perfect! On the day of the wedding she kept us on our timeline and even made sure we ate and were hydrated. Amy was exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. She was actually referred to us from a friend who worked with her at a prior wedding and spoke so highly of her. She was super patient with all our questions during our planning and process. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better team of her and her husband who made our day the most amazing day ever. They were attentive, patient, easy to work with. They provided anything and everything we needed throughout the process and the day of our wedding. They handled my family and friends perfectly. As a fellow vendor, I really appreciate Amy's professionalism and attention to detail. I'm a professional Wedding DJ and I have the opportunity to work with many coordinators. They are not all created equal. The wedding that we worked together on went off without a hitch and was flawless. Good coordination always makes my job easier and I would recommend her to any couple.
Amy is an exceptional coordinator! She was thorough and very responsive throughout the process of planning. I did not have a single stress on the day of with execution because I knew we were in good hands.
Amy went above and beyond the call of duty. Especially when some organizational things with the venue we got married at started to go awry. Amy stepped in and assured me that she would take care of it, and took all the weight off of my shoulders. She is a no nonsense coordinator, and I appreciate her for that. Her husband (her assistant) was also incredible in tending to our needs during the wedding!
Amy was invaluable! She is sweet & patient & knowledgeable. It was Amy who kept tabs on the vendors, from reviewing all the individual contracts to making sure all the vendors knew when to deliver & setup the day of the wedding. She attended many appointments with my daughter & I. She was there just to make sure that we got all of our questions answered ,or gently remind us if there was some detail we forgot to inquire about. There are so many details to remember when planning a wedding.
Amy always made sure we had all our bases covered. When the day of the wedding arrived, we didn't have to worry about anything. Amy made sure everything ran smoothly & on time. As the parents of the bride, we were absolutely delighted with Amy & Amore Coordination & the fabulous job she did.

Amy was THE BEST!!! Even though we didn't get the full planning package, we were in touch for months before the wedding, and every time I reached out she was always so quick to answer my every question. I am a highly anxious person and had lots of questions-- Amy was not only so helpful in answering every question and but also in validating the many concerns I had in the months and weeks leading up to out wedding. I feel like another vendor may have eventually gotten annoyed with me but Amy was incredibly patient, kind and easy to work with.
When it came to the couple weeks leading up to our wedding Amy was invaluable in interfacing with and wrangling the other vendors and in sending us helpful checklists. Most of all, I am SO appreciative for all she did for us to make our wedding day run smoothly-- when issues inevitably arose, Amy was ON IT, dealing with the bartending issues our venue had during cocktail hour and also dealing with my and my family's anxiety like a pro :)
Planning a wedding for the first time, there is so much we would never have thought of (like timeline, dress bustling, best time of day for photos, wedding signage, information for our officiant, etc.) and Amy was there to guide us through it all.
Hiring Amy was by far the best investment we made for our wedding day-- do yourself a favor and hire her!!! You won't be sorry.
Amy was absolutely amazing. We wanted a wedding coordinator so that we could just RELAX on our wedding day, and that's exactly what Amy allowed us to do. We hired her as a month-of coordinator, and she made the day run so smoothly. Throughout the entire planning process, she was available for questions and was able to advise us wonderfully based on her years and years of experience in the industry. Leading up to the wedding she provided excellent tools for how to tip, helped set up a timeline, and arrange the ceremony. On the day of the wedding, my husband and I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. Amy had it all handled, from set up to take down and everything in between, and she made sure to keep us on our timeline as well so we had time for what was important to us - like eating and spending time with our guests. She kept a calm demeanor while also orchestrating everyone around us. My parents loved her too! I cannot recommend her enough. HIRE AMY. She's truly the best.
Ladies, BEST WEDDING INVESTMENT!!!! I have no idea how I would have planned and executed my wedding without Amy and her assistant Maddie. I planned my wedding from out of state, and as a full-time working mother of a one and two-year-old, the whole wedding process was a very overwhelming thought, however, not with Amy. From her templates, checklists, her kind demeanor, and her ability to put out fires last minute... If I had to do it all over again she would STILL be my first choice for a vendor. The peace of mind I had on the day of my wedding knowing she was by my side was PRICELESS. Her vision and professionalism are top-notch. I am going to miss our random check-ins. Amy and Maddie were the perfect team for our wedding. They were so hands on and made the planning process so perfect. They were available anytime I needed them. It was so comforting to be able to send off a text and get a response immediately. They helped with all the little details I would have never thought of. They always gave honest advice when I needed it and made all my ideas really come together. My whole day was set up perfectly.
I had Maddie day of and she was awesome! She handled everything I needed her to, made sure we were on track while also respecting the time for everything and not making us feel rushed. She really made sure everything ran smooth and we were all where we needed to be.
I seriously couldn't recommend this team enough, I am so thankful for them and my wedding was the best day of our lives and I don't think I could have changed anything about it.
Amy was our full service wedding planner for our destination wedding in Hood River this past May. I chose Amy as our planner over a larger company, as I got the feeling I would receive more personal attention and support from her - and I was not wrong! Throughout the whole process, Amy was quick to respond to all my emails, texts or calls, and on top of all the details I had not thought of. I wanted to be very involved in the planning process, and Amy allowed me the freedom to take the lead on planning while reviewing it all to ensure nothing was missed and handling the logistics once I got burnt out. I’m a highly anxious person and like to be in control - but on our wedding day I was surprisingly relaxed - because I wholeheartedly trusted Amy to handle any SNAFU’s that arose. Our wedding day had hiccups that couldn’t be helped, but the guests were none the wiser and Amy had the foresight to fix many before they became a real issue (like subtlety relocating the furniture rentals into the tent before the rain came!). I can’t express enough how wonderful both her and her assistant were to work with - if you’re looking for a planner who will give you personalized attention, is incredibly detail oriented and responsive, is easy to work with and an awesome problem solver who’s main goal it is to make sure you and your partner and relaxed and happy - Amy Ha of Amore Coordination is the planner for you!!!
Amy and the Amore team are unbelievable. If you are on the fence as to whether or not to hire Amy... don't be, she is worth it. As a groom, she did everything to help the bride feel better and better about everything, down to every last detail. She put us at ease leading up to our big day, and then knocked the day of coordination out of the park, ensuring everything went off without a hitch and if there were any complications... We hired Amy as our day-of coordinator for our wedding that was originally scheduled for August 2020 but was delayed because of the pandemic to August 2021. Amy was in communication with us throughout the process (over 1.5 years!) and was flexible and accommodating as our plans changed and pandemic-related requirements evolved. She was thoughtful, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as we planned for the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she was great throughout the day, keeping things organized and taking care of countless coordination tasks so we could focus on our guests and enjoying the wedding. She was truly instrumental in helping us pull off a successful event. We are so happy that we hired Amy as our coordinator and would recommend her to any couple.
I cannot say enough good things about Amy and the Amore Coordination team. Amy is professional, accommodating, and so personable. As a pandemic bride, she was so understanding and offered so much support as we navigated new dates, vendor constraints, etc. Amy sets you up for success to ensure that on the day of the wedding you do not have to worry about a single thing! The Amore team had everything covered and prioritized our (the couple’s) wants and needs. Without Amy and her team, my husband and I wouldn’t have had the most incredible day. I hired Amy as a day-off coordinator for our small, residential wedding. I was hesitant to hire a professional coordinator at first because of the size (45 people) and venue (mother-in-law's home) of our wedding. I am SO grateful I did. Not only did Amy help SO much in the planning process by thinking of things I hadn't considered, communicating with vendors I had secured, AND helping with the RAIN plan we had to put into place last minute, but she was also absolutely invaluable on the day-of. She was the go-to person for all of our vendors so I was never bothered. She kept our events on time and I never had any idea if anything wasn't running smoothly - which is really what you want on your big day. I highly recommend hiring Amy for your wedding!
I am so glad I was able to find Amore Coordination early on during our wedding planning, especially since we had to navigate through postponing it the first time. After every meeting or phone call with Amy, I was always left at ease about wedding planning. She always had great advice and suggestions.
She is also very well liked and reputable among the industry. "We love Amy." "Oh, I love working with Amy." "You guys are in good hands." And that we were.
As we got closer to the wedding, she handled our vendors and even dealt with a scheduling snafu I had with one. On our wedding day, Amy took care of pretty much everything, which allowed us to be enjoy our wedding. She set up/break down decor, took care of my mom's last minute changes to our reception timeline, handled all our vendors, made sure we ate, and even that we were able to sneak away and had some time away from all our guests.
Our wedding turned out better than I could have imagined and Amore Coordination played a huge part in that!
I would not have been able to pull off such a smooth and beautiful day without Amy! Planning a wedding during COVID was full of ups and downs ; Amy kept our feet on the ground and helped us create a couple alternative plans (just in case). Knowing we were prepared allowed us to relax and enjoy the planning process. Amy instinctually and gracefully queued the vendors and guests to seamlessly move between ceremony, dinner & dancing! She was decisive and serious when the circumstances demanded it but always personable and sensitive. Truly enjoyed getting to know her over the last few months!
I knew I wanted someone to help with day-of coordination (i.e. timeline, logistics, & decor setup) since I wanted my family to enjoy the day and didn’t any of them having to do that. My mom is old school and didn’t understand the need to spend $ on a day of coordinator. However, when our venue coordinator changed during our 2 years of planning (thanks COVID) and communication became more difficult, my mom quickly realized what a godsend Amy was. She'd always seem to know when to intervene in emails regarding timelines and took so much of that communication off my plate. Amy was a great sounding board and isn’t phased by anything. She was the perfect balance of professional and assertive. She takes charge and yet is somehow also so easy-going, which put this anxious bride totally at ease.
Amy was always on our side & had our back with vendors. When I mentioned at the rehearsal that our DJ was switching personnel up on us the day before the wedding, she emailed him that afternoon. She also did the little things that make you feel cared for - she literally hand-fed me an appetizer at our cocktail hour and got us drinks as we waited for our grand entrance. The wedding party loved her and my mom kept mentioning what a lifesaver Amy was. She herded all the cats and kept everyone in check. Hire her - you won't regret it!
I highly recommend Amy as an event coordinator. She was such a help for my daughter's wedding. I truly can't think of one negative thing to say about her. Amy is calm, organized, pro-active and responsive. She worked well with out other vendors. She definitely made out special day less stressful.
Amy is absolutely amazing! If you’re debating whether to hire a wedding coordinator, do yourself a favor and hire Amy. From our first meeting, Amy was nothing but helpful, organized, professional, calm, and patient. This continued throughout our entire wedding planning process, even through all the changing COVID-19 regulations. She is prompt and organized in answering questions. She was so amazing on the day of our wedding! I was much less nervous knowing she was in charge of the schedule/logistics. She adapted our schedule on the fly, and made the whole day go seamlessly. She is the best!

We hired Amy for day-pf coordination for an outdoor garden wedding for ~70 people and are so so glad we did! Like most of us who get married it is not completely understood how the whole wedding day will play out and how all your careful planning will actually get executed. If you want to have a care-free wedding and enjoy your special day I would HIGHLY recommend Amy. She was great to work with and made our rehearsal and wedding day go so smoothly. Our timeline was executed to the best possible ability and Amy went out of her way to ensure me and my (now Husband!) were comfortable. After a long session of photos she brought us a drink and appetizers and during dinner time she made sure we were served. It is very easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle and I have no idea what we would have done without her. She made a special day just that much better. Thank you Amy!
Amy was AMAZING to work with! Amy was everything we hoped for in a day of wedding coordinator and more. She met with us and other vendors leading up to our wedding and ensured we were all on the same page for the wedding weekend. We had a large wedding (bridal party = 23 / guest count = 240).... Amy took charge and was able to keep everyone on task during rehearsal and on the wedding day. As a bride the day was effortless for me, I fully relied on Amy to take what my husband and I had planned and make it come to life. There are so many moving parts on a wedding day and Amy proved she could juggle and take ownership of every detail. Whether it was keeping the bridal party on time, meeting vendors, working with venue, or helping give confidence to our little ring bearer and flower girl .... Amy was up for the task! She kept track of all the little details I couldn't possibly remember, she made sure I didn't forget anything along the way (toasting glasses, nose ring, you name it), and she coordinated all of my vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page and created a master timeline to make sure my husband and I got the most out of our day! She helped calm my nerves about planning by allowing me to lay the stress on her shoulders! It was a picture perfect wedding and I owe it all to Amy!!! I would recommend her time and time again!!
