This resort is truly gonna be spectacular when completed. Its location, pristine beaches and amenities are arguably the best. The concept is amazing and exciting. I’m so excited for the finish line.

Although it's still under construction it's coming along beautifully. The finished model unit is breath taking. Using only the finest decor with a modern style, oh! And the ocean view... words can not describe it. You have to see it for yoursel...

I experienced this property during a “soft” opening and indeed there are a few things to complete throughout the building. But before I list areas of opportunity, I must mention my guy Jose Antonio, the pool attendant, server, officiant of come...
dy. Jose was the highlight of our stay, a warm welcome to see everyday, even up to our exit. Keep being you Jose, it’s was a pleasure.
Now, as hospitality professional, here are some things I suggest to take a look at in the immediate future.
- The fire alarm was activated during our 2nd morning, and this will happen in the early stages. The number of people that can silence the alarm has to be addressed and whether it is a false alarm and real, an announcement must be made to clear the minds of your occupants. In addition, the guests that were on our balcony heard nothing, which absolutely must be addressed.
The rooms are nicely furnished and the room attendants do a great job servicing throughout my stay. I especially like the bathroom decor with shower and soaking tub. May I suggest that the engineering team go floor by floor, room by room and run the fixtures? This will aid in finding and repairing leaks prior to a guest uncovering it in a luxury property.
All in all, because of the staff here, I’m confident this property will be a go to for me in the future.

While I will revisit this post in the future once I have had a proper chance to visit to the hotel (if it has indeed opened to non-hotel guests), I will say to those looking at this property based on their 5-star reviews, keep in mind 76 of the...
78 are from years ago, and the only two from when the hotel has been "open" have been of a different sort.
Based on my limited time on property, I can say, as a local resident, I have been treated less than you would hope to expect, especially from a luxury property such as this.
I do wish all of the good folks here nothing but the best, given how long we have all been patiently waiting for Amrit to be completed and their doors opened to both guests and local residents alike. I look forward to editing this review in the near future, for the better, I hope.

The Resort has faced numerous delays over the past several years, and there are numerous problems with management. Recently somebody left a review laying out all these grievances with pictures of their villa showing water damage, cracks, poor p...
aint jobs, unfinished electrical outlets, etc. That post, for whatever reason, has been removed. Many repairs have been done on the exterior of the building, of which none of them have been repainted properly. The fountain at the front of the resort is not functional, and there have been construction fences lying in the garden beds for 2 years. I don’t know if there are liens against the property, but it wouldn’t surprise me if the company is in trouble financially. Dilip Barot (The individual developing it) has been sued in the past for failing to pay off multi-million dollar loans. The place is empty. Many of the penthouse suites are unfinished 5 years past the planned opening date. It wouldn’t surprise me if many of the positive reviews being left are the construction workers themselves. Please tour the entire resort before making any financial decisions.
