Amy's Limo canceled service 2 hours before scheduled pick up on Son's wedding day! I chose Amy's Limo for our son's wedding day two weeks prior. Was offered to come by and look at the limo by the owner Amy, only to have a call 30 minutes later saying they didn't have the limo I was renting onsite at that time and offered to text me pictures. I enjoyed my conversations with her, her website and bio's of her drivers, and pictures of the limo that we decided to hire them. I paid my deposit to reserve the drive. At that time I found out they use "an affiliate partner company" for some of their limos but was assured I would have one of their drivers. The day before I called them and gave them the rest of the balance for the 11 hour rental. The day of the wedding I receive a call from their limo driver who left me a message he was introducing himself. 30 minutes later he texts me to tell me "the drive has been canceled and if I have questions to call Amy's Limo." I verified online that they ran the payment and it had cleared. Then I called Amy's Limo and got the answering service, twice. Left an urgent message for Amy to call me. She has never called me. The wedding was 9-10-2016. Her driver said he went into work and she told him the drive was canceled and they were closed for the day. He did not know why this was happening. It was to late to rent another limo. No matter what the reason is I should have had a call explaining that there was a problem on their end. Amy's limo left three families out the day of the wedding. That morning I received an email what appears to be a refund but nothing has hit our bank account. If you want a company you can depend on it would not be this one. If you want a company that has integrity in the way they handle their customers it would not be this one.

I just used a stretch limo to take my bridal party and I to our reception and it was great! Amy's had the best quote after a lot of research. Amy always answered her phone, which I appreciated. They were on time and the limo was awesome!

Amy's Limo was one of the service providers that our coordinator Rebecca Grant from New Creations had recommended. When we reserved our limo over the phone, Amy and I had a wonderful conversation and she presented an amazing customer service by being able to answer all my questions and concerns. On our wedding day, we reserved two limos. One to do a couple of pick-ups at the hotel to the ceremony and wait while the other will pick us up from the ceremony to another location for photographs. The limo that was supposed to come do the pick ups from the hotel to the ceremony was supposed to come back and pick me(the bride) and my bridesmaids up but we waited at the hotel for 40 minutes! We eventually figured that traffic couldn't have been that bad and so we made some phone calls and turns out the limo had gone to a different client already because he misread his notes. The day wasn't ruined but that was definitely a lot of time wasted for a wedding day :(

we were fortunate enough to have amy as our driver. she was so nice and was understanding when we wanted to make a stop before heading to the hotel. we enjoyed our time and would use them again!!!

We just got married two weeks ago and called several limo services. After talking to most my husband decided to use Amy. She provided transportation for bridal party, after party and bride & groom. She was very easy to work with, nice, accommodating and flexible. The value has no comparison. We recommend her to all our friends. We will definitely use her services again.

We had a really hard time finding a limousine service that would fit our budget and hold our huge wedding party. Most places out there want you to book a minimum of 3 hours and charge way too much. Amy's charged 300 for an hour, and it was well worth it! All 18 of us rode from the chapel to our reception site, and the driver even abided by my request to stop at our house to get a photo with my dog! The company is very professional and our overall experience was grand!

Amy's limousine service is a class act. Amy has great cars and drivers. I have used her many time and every time they are on time.

The first portion where the strech escalade take us around was wonderful (we booked this for 4 hours). On time, and great service. However, we were supposed to be getting a getaway car from the same company and they gave our car away to someone else...Amy (the owner) felt bad and apologized and gave us a discount on the Escalade, but that was not what we wanted so it was just a little disappointing.
