We can’t say enough wonderful things about Jena, our wedding planner! From the moment we met her, she understood our vision and helped turn our dream wedding into a reality. Jena was incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, which made the entire planning process stress-free. She took the time to get to know us, making sure every detail was personal and meaningful.
On the big day, Jena managed everything flawlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy every moment. She coordinated with all our vendors seamlessly and even anticipated needs we hadn’t thought of ourselves! Our guests are still raving about how beautiful, smooth, and unique our wedding was, and that’s all thanks to her expertise.

An affair to remember was incredibly unhelpful through the planning process. On our wedding day, our vendors were having to figure out what to do themselves even though it was a venue that has had Jena work with them many times and we had a plan in place reviewed with her. It became clear that she had not actually coordinated with our vendors ahead of time like she was supposed to. During the reception, Jena contradicted our wishes to the videographer and caterer instead of talking to us or trusting that our contracts with them had the correct details. It became clear she had not fully reviewed our expectations with them. In addition, she did not fulfill her contractual agreements and left the reception early, leaving us to scramble to gather our personal items (pictures, table numbers, gift table, cake table decorations, etc) ourselves before leaving the venue. It would’ve been more useful having a family friend coordinate, as the attention to detail was not lacking and our contractual agreements were not fulfilled with not follow up, real time communication, or explanation as to why. We do not recommend using them for any party or wedding planning support.
Jena and Audra are a dream come true!!!! My wedding was on 10.15.22 and I originally had another company booked for my Day-of coordination but she unfortunately closed her business about 2 months before our date. So I reached out to An Affair to remember through The Knot app and Jena was able to send me a brief outline of everything they offer for a great price, so we set up a call. From the very beginning, working with Jena was so easy and wonderful!! I booked her immediately after our call and from there on out it was perfect. She gave me advice when our venue told us we might only have 1 bartender. She came to my house the week of the wedding and picked up all of my decorations, signs, etc. She sent me my timeline and I was able to forward it to all of my vendors. The rehearsal was so quick and easy! I was incredibly thankful that I found Jena. And then THE BIG DAY…. both Jena and Audra did such a phenomenal job. They set up literally everything just the way I pictured it without even asking how I wanted. I cried to Jena because I was so happy!! I’m still in shock at just how amazing they are. I was able to enjoy every moment without having to worry about a single thing (that’s the dream) and every bride should be able to experience that. They worked with my vendors and the venue staff to execute the most incredible day and I can’t recommend them enough!!
Hands down 100% worth it. Having Jena handle all of the details on my day meant that I could just be in the moment and my new husband and I could just relax and enjoy our day. It took all of that pressure off. Plus they brought all of our stuff up to our hotel room so we didn't have to figure out how to transport everything at the end of the night when we were wiped out and just wanted to get some rest. Everything was all boxed up and ready to be brought home the next day. It was awesome.
We used An Affair to Remember for our rehearsal and day-of coordinator services for our wedding in June 2022. Jena and Audra were wonderful and provided exactly what we needed. Before the wedding, they were open and quick to answer any questions we had, including vendor recommendations and tipping quandaries. Unfortunately, Audra was ill and unable to attend the rehearsal/wedding, but Jena was able to step up and provide 5 star service nonetheless. At the rehearsal, she coordinated with the venue to ensure everything was set up appropriately. On the wedding day, when the weather prevented us from having our first look at our scheduled outdoor location, Jena contacted all of our vendors to let them know of the updated location. She helped our photographer coordinate family photos and wrangle family members, provided setup/cleanup at the venue, and did a whole lot more behind the scenes that I wasn’t even aware of–because isn’t that the point of having a wedding coordinator? We appreciated all of their hard work and would highly recommend them.
Jena and her sister Audra were truly incredible. They were so helpful leading up to the day and made the day of so seamless and so easy. She’s well versed in all the Chicagoland vendors and helped us find the right vibe at the right price. Day of, they sparked so much additional joy into the day by suggesting little moments for the two of us, and making everything so easy. Could not recommend them more.
We had to postpone our wedding twice due to covid and through it all Jena and Audra were able to accommodate our new date! They were helpful while planning the wedding and quickly responded to all of our questions. The rehearsal was a breeze and the day of the wedding I was not worried about a single thing. They had everything set up the way we discussed and had the timeline down perfectly. They stepped in when needed and I would highly recommend, they went above and beyond to make sure our day was not stressful!
Hiring Jena & Audra was the single best decision I made throughout the entire planning process as our day-of coordinators. They know their stuff and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day! I was uncharacteristically calm the entire day of my wedding and I attribute a lot of that to them! We are very grateful to have had Jena and Audra keeping the show running and taking care of all the details on our special day! Everything ran so smoothly, and we appreciated how none of our loved ones had to worry about a single thing - allowing us all to truly take the day in. Not only was their presence beyond helpful the day of to keep things in order and on time, but it was also incredibly helpful to have a hand with the planning, logistics, and industry perspective leading up to our wedding day. I don't know where to begin with this dynamic sister duo. Jena and Audra were truly amazing and worth every penny to have the months leading up to my wedding and on my wedding day. They are very organized, helpful and easy to get along with. My dress needed to be bustled and had 20+ ties that needed to be done before the reception, which no one learned how to do. Audra stepped right in without even asking if we needed help and got it done in 5 minutes flat. They also met with my mom and I months before the wedding (per our request) to help calm our nervous and offer advise for the day. At the end of the night they dropped off all the gifts and personal items from the reception at my parents condo before going home. There was nothing they didn't do above and beyond. I have nothing but raving reviews about these two and have recommended them to all my friends! If you are wanting a relaxed in the moment wedding day away from the chaos and answering questions then these two are your answer to getting that done!
If you're looking for professional and drama-free ladies to handle your big day, look no further than Jena and Audra. These ladies are awesome! Jena was pivotal in helping iron out all the final details with our venue and taking all the stress off my plate in the weeks leading up to the wedding. I knew that once I handed the details over, she would take care of them. I had a lot of small personal touches at the reception, and they did a great job keeping everything organized and accounted for. On the day-of, they kept us on schedule, helped our other vendors execute, coordinated our photo lists, and kept things running smoothly. The biggest reason I hired then was that they said they would pack everything up at the end of the reception and drop it off where it needed to go. They definitely executed, and even went above and beyond during my honeymoon when there was a small mix up in where things should have been delivered.
Jena and Audra were rockstars! Originally I didn't think we would need day of coordinators but it was on of the best decisions we made. They are professional, accommodating, and extremely helpful. Everything about our wedding was perfect and I know they're helpfulness is why. I have and will continue to recommend them to any bride and groom!
Jena and Audra were amazing. They took all of the burden off of us and were the best problem solvers when things didn't work out - like decorating the cake and decorating our flower girl's hair (we forgot her flower crown).

We chose them to help us with the day of but we were in touch with them leading up to the wedding since they helped us in planning out the schedule for the actual day. Audra also helped us with the rehearsal which was great. They were essential in making the wedding day go smoothly so that we could focus on enjoying the day rather than worrying about logistics. Some of the important things they took care of included coordinating the vendors’ deliveries, gathering up family members, keeping the schedule on track, making the tables look elegant, laying out wedding favors, helping figure out the bustle on my dress (!), securing the gift box, and the list goes on! Jena and Audra are an amazing team! I used them for a day of coordinators and I could not have had my wedding run so smoothly without them! Jena picked up all my stuff two days before my wedding and when I saw it again on my wedding day it was exactly where and how I imagined it! They are such a sweet team and so supportive! I’m so happy I hired them!

We hired Jena and Audra after a terrible experience with a wedding planner. I was very nervous to trust someone else, but after speaking with Jena and their former clients I knew they would be a good fit.
Jena and Audra are both down-to-earth, friendly, and extremely capable. Even though they only provided day of coordination services, they were more than happy to answer questions I had throughout my planning process. They always responded to any questions I had quickly. As the wedding neared, they handled all of the final details really well. I'm somewhat of a control-freak, and they were great about keeping me informed and never seemed frustrated with me double-checking on things :-)
Audra also handled all of our ceremony and reception stationary. She did an incredible job and her prices were super fair. I don't think we could have gotten such quality work for a lower price anywhere. I highly recommend asking about her design services!
The wedding went by perfectly. Jena and Audra both worked seamlessly behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly, and always seemed to be there if I needed them. I'm sure there were issues throughout the day, but I never noticed them or felt like I had to deal with anything thanks to them. I strongly recommend their services!
Jena and Audra were really terrific to work with and everything about my wedding went very smoothly. I only had 5 months to prepare and they stayed on top of everything from the very beginning. They were more like girlfriends or big sisters with advice for all my questions and concerns. They found great vendors and worked with all of them to put together a fantastic day. On the day of my wedding they took care of everything and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I miss talking to them all the time but they are a big part of my wedding day memories. You couldn't pick a better team to help you plan your wedding or handle your "day of" game plan.
When I decided to have my wedding in Chicago (while I lived and worked in Iowa), I knew I'd need help. Before we even selected our venue, we had hired Audra and Jena Warren of An Affair To Remember, to help us plan the greatest day of our lives. From the first night when I texted Audra concerned about whether one venue might have too much traffic noise, and she responded at 10 pm with a reassuring message, I knew we had made the right choice. The sister duo were so responsible, full of guidance and expertise while allowing me the freedom to make any and all decisions, and always available whenever I wanted an opinion or assistance. They met with us periodically throughout my engagement, and Skyped or called for meetings in between visits. They organized trips to allow for the most efficient use of time (since it was limited!) and always made me feel like everything was in control! They took the hard work out of wedding planning (by doing it themselves!), and replaced it with pure excitement and joy. When I was asked in the days and weeks leading up to my wedding if I was ready or nervous, I simply responded with, "No, why would I be? Everythings taken care of." And it was. Our day was perfect. From providing lunch to our bridal party between pictures and the ceremonies, to working magic and figuring out how to get our two year old ring bearer to go calmly down the aisle, to meeting at the reception with flip flops to change into, Audra and Jena were absolutely incredible. They are worth every penny, times two. A remarkable team, I am so so grateful for them !!!!

Right from the beginning they made sure things were convenient for me by coming to me for our initial consultation and also to pick up my DIY stuff a couple days before the wedding. I didn't feel an ounce of stress the day of the wedding and felt totally confident that they were taking care of everything. A couple weeks before the wedding we made a timeline and they kept everything right on track! They are both very sweet and so easy to work with...we couldn't have asked for more!

These ladies are the wedding super stars. Seriously, I don't know what we would have done if we hadn't been able to lean on their advice, expertise and friendship while trying to put together a wedding 2+ years in the making. Jena and Audra were from Day 1 super helpful. Even though we only requested them for "day of" support, they were available throughout the planning process and helped guide us to the decisions that made our wedding one of the best days of our lives. Add to that their friendliness and genuine excitement for our wedding and it was just more than we could have ever asked. How could their company being called anything else? Sweet memories were made at our daughters wedding thanks to the calm, professional and patient service of Jena and Audra. Jena was really amazing in the days/ months leading up to our wedding day as well as on our wedding day. she coordinated with all of our vendors and made sure i felt comfortable with all the details. She really made the day go smoothly (despite the blizzard that rolled through). Just having her there meant I could relax and enjoy the day. We hired An Affair to Remember for day of coordination for our daughter’s October, 2015 wedding at Cantigny Golf in Wheaton, IL. Living in Louisville and planning a wedding at home, our daughter wanted someone she could develop a rapport with immediately. Having seen firsthand the good work Jena and Audra did at our son’s (her brother) wedding last year, we had no doubt they were the right way to go. Throughout the planning process, Jena and Audra were prompt to respond to our questions and requests for advice. There isn’t a bride around, or a MOB for that matter, who wants to worry about all those pesky “what ifs” … and when the big day arrived a few weeks ago, we were confident we were in good hands. Jena and Audra made sure everything moved smoothly from the start of the rehearsal to the end of the reception and handled it all with skill, poise, professionalism, patience and understanding. The day wouldn’t have been the same without them!

Jena and Audra were my day-of-planners at my August wedding at the Chicago Botanic Garden, and I have them to thank for my dream-come-true, fairy-tale wedding. The day of my outdoor, garden wedding was met with rain, fog/humidity, and huge traffic delays on the North Shore. The wedding was going to be held in a back-up venue, but Jena and Audra knew I really wanted to have an outdoor ceremony and really toiled to make it happen. All of the details were worked out - from the staff holding umbrellas to help the quartet, to the helping of escorting wedding guests from one of three areas within the garden throughout the course of the night, plus a fourth area for a sparkler send-off. The great thing about Jena and Audra was I truly didn't have to worry about a thing the day of my wedding - they made sure I could spend time enjoying the day and celebrating with friends and family, while they took care of all of the logistics. They would give me a head's up when the cake-cutting or the first dance would take place, but otherwise, I felt like I could just enjoy the day and relax (believe it or not, for a bride). I am so lucky to have had them as my day-of-planners and don't know what I would have done without them. Hire them, and you'll be able to relax and enjoy what might be the most fun day of your life. Love them!
Jena and Audra are true wedding planning professionals. They helped me plan my wedding in Illinois while I live in California and did a terrific job. From hair/ makeup and catering to ceremony logistics and reception timelines, they can do it all! Everything on my wedding day went super smoothly. Words cannot describe how grateful my husband and I are/were for everything Audra and Jena had to offer! As native Chicagoans who have since relocated to Arizona, we made the decision to have our wedding back home. We knew planning a Chicago wedding from Arizona was going to be a challenge, not to mention we both work full time (40+/wk) so day off was not an option. Audra helped us customize a package that best fit our needs and after it is all said and done, we could never have done it without them! Between communicating with all vendors, arranging and attending all vendor meetings and events, answering endless amounts of emails, helping our family members with misc. tasks... We are eternally grateful! Every meeting with endless vendors they attended, which helped our wedding become the best and most memorable for all who attended! Most importantly, their hard work, dedication, professionalism and expertise allowed my husband and I to enjoy every second of our wedding without worrying about a thing! If we had to do it all over again, we would have made the phone call to Audra and Jena the first thing we did, instead of attempting to do it all on our own (which we quickly found to be unmanageable and next to impossible!). Everything was executed precisely and beautifully just as planned. Not to mention they are both so much fun to talk to and work with, they make you feel as if your dream wedding was in the hands of your two best friends! Hiring Jena and Audra for day of coordination was one of the best decisions I could have made! From the minute I met these two I could not wait to work with them. They gave me, and my mother, incredible peace of mind leading up to and on the day of my wedding. They were always very prompt responding to my emails or phone calls which was very much appreciated, especially when you are having a wedding crisis! My husband and I hired An Affair to Remember as our Day of Wedding Coordinators. We were expecting approximately 350 people at our wedding and knew that it would be impossible to coordinate the entire day by ourselves. Hiring them was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. Both Audra and Jena were professional, diligent, and thorough during the process and especially the day of. They helped coordinate our bridal party that consisted of 14 bridesmaids and 14 groomsmen, they were pros at our bilingual ceremony, they helped make our reception hall look amazing and they took over when I hurt my knee during the reception and kept the party going. Planning a wedding requires a lot of communication and help to carry out your vision with all the small details. If you are considering whether or not to hire a wedding planner for your big day, or you feel you don't want a day of coordinator because you've already planned every detail, signed all your vendor contracts, and you just think it is an unnecessary expense; I urge you to work it into your budget. Jena and Audra were very clear with me about their pricing during our initial consultation and their service packages are certain to meet a variety of different needs and budgets.
As a bride, your big day will pull you in so many directions that you will not have time to make sure the vendors you've hired actually fulfill what you've paid them to do, help guide guests where they should go, or keep track of timelines. Jena and Audra are your support and have the expertise to ensure your event runs smoothly, keep vendors on task, and do so in a calm and professional way.
You always hear advice from former brides about spending the extra money on photography services (which is very important!); however, they forget to mention how spending a little extra to hire a wedding coordinator ensured their photographer knew which family members to include in those valuable keepsake pictures. Not to mention a coordinator will eliminate the extra stress of your day, so your true beauty shines through in your photos!! Jena and Audra took the time to acknowledge and learn who my family members were and had them organized and waiting ahead of time- my photographer didn't have to waste valuable photo time chasing down family. They worked with my DJ and reception servers to ensure the timing of our grand entrance, champagne toast, and first dance went off without a hitch. Somehow, the coordinators timed it just right where the servers had all of our champagne flutes filled and the servers were out of the way as we made a quick transition from the grand march, to the first dance, and then to the champagne toast. These among other small (but crucial details) go into making your big day run smoothly and effectively.
In addition to day of coordination- I hired Audra to design my wedding programs, menus, and escort cards. I provided her a few ideas for inspiration and let her run with it. She provided proofs along the way and asked for my input. I trusted her creativity and she delivered my vision flawlessly, not only did the end product looked professional, it was completely custom, and personal.
Jena and Audra went above and beyond my expectations- and in my case they were happy to meet up with me if I had some decorations I needed to hand off to them, or joined me for meetings to iron out a few details with my reception venue. My emails and phone calls were always answered quickly, too.
It is a wise investment to hire the right team to eliminate as much wedding day stress as possible for you, your guests, and family. Jena and Audra were an absolute pleasure and so easy to work with! I was so fortunate to have had them as my wedding coordinators.

An Affair to Remember was the absolute best money we spent on our wedding! We used them as our day-of coordinators. I DIY'd almost everything for our wedding but the one thing you can't DIY is the actual wedding day. I wanted to be able to not have to think of anything related to set-up/timeline on my wedding day and An Affair to Remember provided just that! Jena and Audra provided such a great peace of mind that everything would be set-up, the timeline would be kept, and clean-up would go smoothly. They answered questions I had throughout my planning process and met with me to check in on how everything was going. The week of the wedding, I handed them all my décor and they handled bringing it to the ceremony/reception venues so I did not have to do anything myself nor did my family have to work the day of the wedding on set-up. Jena and Audra are both professional, friendly, very attentive, and provide great advice. On the wedding day, I noticed a few small things they went above and beyond with that I hadn't even asked for. They think of everything! Everything was done so beautifully and I would recommend An Affair to Remember to anyone! They will take your vision of your wedding day and make it 10 times better!
We used An Affair to Remember for day of wedding coordination and Jena and Audra were great! They were very quick to respond to our questions during the planning process and so nice to work with. They did a great job putting together our timeline and helping make sure the day went smoothly. I was so glad to have them, especially when they covered the little details I hadn't considered (like using the bridesmaids bouquets as additional decorations at the reception or how to get the gifts back to the hotel). It allowed me and my family to relax and enjoy the day!
Audra and Jenna of "An Affair to Remember" did a great job with my wedding. I did the "day of coordinator" package with them but they still agreed to meet with my mom and I when neccesary just to go over important details just like if they were doing the full wedding planning package. They were particulary good at solving the last minute crisis that happened (and happen at every wedding) like when the limo didnt show up to pick up the groomsmen. They eased my stress considerably by getting everything to the venue ahead of time and they followed my instructions to a T -including last minute detailed requests like swapping out table cards. I would highly reccomend them.
One of the (many) pieces of advice I received after getting engaged was to hire a day-of wedding coordinator. Jena and I used to work for the same company, but I knew she and her sister now ran their own wedding planning business. After doing my research and speaking with other Chicago day-of planners, I found An Affair to Remember to be extremely reasonably priced. I contacted Jena and we met to discuss she and Audra providing day-of coordination services. My fiancé and I were immediately struck by how relaxed and unruffled Jena was as we laid out our plans for a 200-guest downtown Chicago wedding. I knew that when the big day came, I wanted someone calm, cool and collected running the show. From providing vendor recommendations, taking an additional meeting with my mom to ensure she was comfortable, coming over to my apartment to collect all of our wedding day items needed at the church and reception and coordinating and confirming arrival times with all our vendors, I felt completely comfortable with how things were handled and had peace of mind that everything was taken care of. And the day-of timeline they put together...y'all! As an extremely detailed driven person myself, I can't say enough good things about that timeline. I sent it to our bridesmaids, groomsmen and parents so everyone knew what was happening and when. They are fantastic people and excel at what they do.
I hired Jena and Audra as my day of wedding coordinators and they did not disappoint! They were available when I needed them, responded to emails quickly and always maintained a professional demeanor. They coordinated the wedding rehearsal, as well as met me at the hotel to pick up my DIY items on the day of the ceremony. Everything was set and ready to go by the start of the wedding. I definitely recommend An Affair to Remember. They were beyond awesome!
Jena and Audra were an absolute pleasure to work with on our wedding day. I was not worried about any of the details on our wedding day because they were very detail oriented leading up to our wedding day. The day ran very smoothly thanks to Jena and Audra overseeing every detail and vendor on our day. My dress even had a bit of a malfunction the morning of and Audra came in and helped me fix it! I would highly recommend both of them to work with any bride and groom on their wedding day!
An Affair to Remember provided Day of Coordination Service for our wedding on 5/17/14. Jena and Audra were wonderful to work with, were very responsive, and were affordable. I received lots of good suggestions for vendors prior to the actual wedding, which were really helpful. And, when I was stressing about how everyone seemed on a slightly different timeline for the day, Jena and Audra helped coordinate everyone. I cannot tell you how thankful we were to have those two, because all we had to do on the day of was to show up and enjoy the day and evening. Everything was decorated beautifully, and they even brought us lunch while we were getting ready and brought all of our decorations back to our hotel room at the end of the night. Jena and Audra were amazing from beginning to end! Our day ran like clockwork and went off without a hitch. They handled everything seamlessly. They put together a comprehensive schedule for the day of and it helped everybody so much. They were also so accessible, even when we were still months out. They were an absolute dream to work with. I originally wasn't going to get a wedding planner, but now, I'm beyond glad I did. I used An Affair to Remember for day-of coordination, and they were amazing. I didn't have to worry about any details on the day of the wedding except for getting ready. We did a mixed culture wedding, and so I was nervous about the details and everything going perfectly, and we received so many compliments on how smooth the day went. Jena and Audra came with me to my final meetings, ensured that everything was just as we wanted, and managed all of the vendors on the day. As someone who was getting married near my family, as opposed to where I lived, they helped me to manage the distance, and provided much-needed assurance and reflection on the decisions we were making. They also provided great advice on certain vendors (video and music, especially - our DJ rocked!) and decisions. I know that our day ran smoothly, was gorgeous, and caused us very little stress because of all the work Audra and Jena did. We are so grateful!!

I always wanted my perfect wedding, as any Bride would, and enlisted a full service wedding planner to make that happen for me. We didn't get what we paid for and unfortunately, about 2 months prior to the wedding, it was in our best interest to release our previous wedding planner. I was pretty upset at the money that was wasted for a FULL service planner when I felt I received minimal service quality. In a weekend, my now husband and I interviewed 3 wedding planners and we landed with An Affair to Remember for a partial planning package. Jena and Audra were very down-to-earth and understood our situation where we needed someone to step in quickly and resume the details of our wedding planning with 2 months to go. They were easy to work with and very calm. I was able to reach them on phone, text, or emails and they were very responsive. I wish we went with them to begin with for full service but was lucky to have them to finish the job for us. The wedding was beautiful and I knew I was in good hands. We had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend them for any scale of wedding planning.
Jena and Audra from An Affair to Remember were amazing resources to have at our wedding. We weren't sure about having a Day Of Doordinator, but they made a huge difference to ensure that we could enjoy our wedding day. Not only did they help with "day of" services, but they were available ahead of the wedding to help us make sure everything lined up in the weeks leading up to the wedding and the Rehearsal. Jena and Audra stopped at our house a few days before the wedding to pick up all of our programs, ceremony items, placecards, table numbers, rehearsal displays, favors, etc. They knew where everything went the day of the wedding and there wasn't a single item out of place. Having Jena and Audra as our Day of Coordinators was a huge part in making sure that my husband and I could ENJOY the day we had spent so long planning for. We had a great day that we can fondly remember enjoying because we had An Affair to Remember helping us. I would highly recommend them as Day of Coordinators!
Jena and Audra were great! I used an Affair to Remember for the day of coordination. They were reasonably priced and did everything I needed and more! They even assisted with setup and breakdown, which I did not find with other coordinating services. I worried about nothing the day of my wedding and it flowed seamlessly. If there were any problems, I didn't know about them :) Highly Recommend!
I used An Affair to Remember as my wedding planners and would highly recommend them. My wedding was april 27th and we hired them about a month before the big day. We probably got lucky being able to book them with such short notice since april isn't too busy. I wasn't sure why I needed a wedding planner, but my mom insisted. Mother does know best. They were able to help give advice, take materials and responsibilities off my hands, and smooth out any concerns the whole weekend. There are two sisters that make up this company, and I have to say, two is better than one. They do a great job working together to accommodate you and meet with you when you need them. I am so thankful for them being a part of such a special day!
We utilized An Affair to Remember as our wedding planners and we could not have made a better choice. We looked at a variety of planners and in the end, Jena and Audra provided us with the most comfort level and affordability. They tailored their services to meet our needs and, compared to the quality of service we received, we felt like we got a steal! We still think of this as the best decision we made of our wedding. Our wedding had a large guest list which required a correspondingly large amount of work. Jena and Audra were there every step of the way to guide my wife and I throughout the process. They never once complained or made us feel that we were asking too much of them, even though they provided us with so much help throughout the planning process and the day of the wedding. Among the things that make them so great was their level of patience, their organization, and their creativity. We never felt like we were behind in our planning and, yet we never felt rushed by Jena and Audra. Wedding planning can be stressful, but they made us feel so comfortable throughout. We lived in Philadelphia and were getting married in Chicago. That could have been a struggle, but Jena and Audra were able to work around our schedule and make sure to set up vendor appointments whenever we were back in town. They gave us great recommendations for vendors which helped us choose from great options that they already vetted for us. From a creativity standpoint, there were so many little items that they contributed to our wedding that our guests loved! Our friends are still amazed how calm we were the week of the wedding, but together with Jena and Audra, we were so ahead of the game that there was very little headaches which is such a huge help. They were there with us the day of the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. That is impressive for a wedding with 550+ guests. In the end, we highly recommend Jena and Audra as wedding planners and we are so happy to have worked with them. You will not be disappointed in their level of professionalism and skill!
