nely do anything to make your day special. The venue itself, is beautiful. They are constantly making it better in ways you don’t even realize it can improve! The bridal sweet worked perfectly for my large party and they boys loved the games and space in theirs. It’s truly a magical place, from the street you can barely see it and when you are inside the gates? The rest of the world doesn’t even exist, it’s your own personal fortress. Plus, they offer so many packages that work with every budget! I was able to source every vendor through them and not even have to worry or think past that. I 100% recommend the venue and the team to anyone and everyone!

By the end of it, we felt like we had formed a personal relationship with her — she really took the time to understand us and brought the perfect vibe to our celebration. Our bartender, “Magic Mike,” lived up to the name! He was laid-back, fun, and made sure everyone was having a great time. We even had our own dance with him, which made the night even more memorable. Josh and Hailey were also fantastic! We worked mostly with Josh, and his excitement and positivity were contagious. He made us feel supported throughout the process and genuinely cared about making our day special. We had a Disney-themed wedding, and all of the staff absolutely loved it! They embraced the theme with such joy and enthusiasm, which made everything feel even more magical. We did run into a couple of scheduling hiccups with meetings that had to be rescheduled due to mistakes on their end, but honestly, things happen — and everything came together beautifully in the end. Our wedding planners were fantastic the night of the event. Their communication was clear, they matched our energy perfectly, and they made sure everything flowed smoothly. Amanda, our photographer, was incredibly kind and encouraging. She made us feel comfortable, gave us tons of compliments while shooting, and was so easy to chat with throughout the night. Overall, the day of our wedding was nothing short of perfect. The staff brought great energy, were so personable, and it truly felt like we had the right people in the right place at the right time. I wish we could relive it all over again!

They do other events for families that we will happily be attending. Any future large event we want to host we will be looking towards this venue!

Everything ran smoothly. We loved the venue and how beautiful at night it looked. Our DJ Debbie was fantastic and so much fun. We used Lumiere photography and the two photographers we got were amazing. They were easy to work with and communication was great as well. EVERYONE raved about our food from La Fiesta. Their chips and dip amazing!!! Everyone got seconds. You have to choose this for your wedding day you will not be disappointed! ut door everything from the ceremony to the reception. The lighting was great dont let the area deceive you when you get in there is is beautiful. Where to start DJ Debbie was so fun she listened to us and also suggested things which we did not think about. Debbie worked with us to get all the details we wanted to make the night so special. We had to do a couple day of changes to accommodate and debbie got it all moved around and timed so right.We had sharko's catering they where so amazing. The food came out great. The guest loved all of the food serviced. Also had to add chicken strips for all the kids we had those also was amazing. We gad Lia as the photographer she was also so amazing got the shots I wanted and had it scheduled so well. Due to us having a bigger party we got those photos out of the way first which I felt like made more time to do other things. Out florist was wendy Campbell we had a hiccup but we go it all straightened out and the flowers where so beautiful. Was better than I expected due to wanting blue she made the flowers flow together. Marisela is the vendor they used for our cake. Which first off tasted so amazing but was wrong flavor cake we picked got carrot not pumpkin. Also mising the strawberries for the other type of cake we picked. But added in macaroons which were so amazing. But the best part was the Cierra our coordinator Mike out bartender for the day of. Cierra was so amazing was helping me with getting food for my kid. Being there every step of the way. Checking to make sure my husband and I didn't need anything. Mike was all over drinks and taking care of our guest and us. Never missed a drink between the two of them. The whole group was so amazing and recommended them. They made our special day perfect.

My only complaint is that I created playlists for the dj to use for our songs and he didn’t follow it as much as I would have liked, but no huge issue. Everything else was so perfect and pretty affordable for what’s out there nowadays!! Our guests were constantly complimenting the venue also!

The only negative thing I could possibly say was that some of the vendors took awhile to respond and I had to reach out to them multiple times to get a response. (Mainly the catering and DJ) everything else was truly perfect. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. The photos are absolutely stunning. I highly recommend them.

ot meet with her until the week before so this caused stress by waiting until the last minute. - Cake: The cake at our wedding tasted nothing like our cake tasting, we were a little disappointed. We also figured out what the cake would look like the day before the wedding. - Bartender: AMAZING. We listened to what Hayley told us to bring and then Mike, our bartender, sent my dad to the store to grab more stuff right before the wedding. - DJ: Bradley was great, we gave him a generic vibe that we wanted and he killed it. He was even able to blend our first dance in English and Spanish. - Food - Mexican: We finally succeeded with meeting our food vendor on the 3rd try after 2 no shows. Other than that, the food was delicious, the al pastor was our favorite meat. - Photographer: Our assigned photographer never reached out until a few weeks before and we noticed that she did not have the experience we were looking for so we brought in our own. There was confusion between the amount that we should have got refunded, first it was $600 and then it was $500. Would recommend you have an itemized list with the cost of everything broken out. - Videographer: Amazing, we loved working with her and are excited to see the final video. - Day of Coordinator: AMAZING, we were absolutely blown away by Lauren. She truly ran the show and made our day more than perfect. Highly recommend requesting her! I did wish we would have got to meet her before our big day so we could go over how we wanted the tables and all the smaller details. - Hayley and Josh: We mainly worked with Josh, he was great anytime we met with him. I will say he showed up to rehearsal in pajama pants (we paid almost 15k and this was a little upsetting because it felt like the venue did not care about how big of a deal this day was to us). My interactions with Hayley were direct and I felt there was a lack of any excitement or emotion for our big day. Making payments was challenging due to the delayed response in most cases. We were not able to get there until 3:00PM with the ceremony starting at 4:00PM. My dress was going to take at least 30 minutes to put on and that did not leave us much time for a first look with my dad and first touch and private vows with my husband, our ceremony started over 30 minutes late. I feel like this was the most stressful part of the process, I wish we could have been able to show up at 1:00PM and get ready without having to panic and run around. Ultimately, they made our day perfect and I will be forever grateful to everyone that make it happen. I would also recommend this wedding venue to everyone.

edding! Their all-inclusive package makes wedding planning a breeze (especially for those of us brides who are NOT detail-oriented), and I didn't feel stressed out at all throughout my engagement.

to have your day go right. To start, leading up to the wedding the communication was perfect. They answered all our questions, changed or choices when we decided we wanted something different (such as adding the photo booth), and were thoroughly helpful overall. They were always in touch when we needed assistance or assurance, and also helped talk my wife out of catering the wedding herself. The venue is absolutely beautiful, and they even added updates leading up to our big day which made it even more astonishing. At night with all the lights on the place is truly magical, and they should be extremely proud of what they have accomplished with it. Josh and Haley were also always clear on what was needed on their end, and they were one of the few people we talked to that allowed us to customize our wedding perfectly to us. The prime example of this was adding a cigar lounge to the front patio. In the days before the event we had our rehearsal and last minute coordination, and Josh himself acted as our coordinator, which pleased us greatly. He was great with our family and friends and made it clear what needed to be done the day of the wedding. We even had some last minute changes he assisted in implementing. On the day of we dropped everything off around 11am and it was all set up in great order by the time of the ceremony at 4:30pm. During the even Josh, Haley, and Eric were always by our side assisting with whatever we needed, from communication between parties to getting us water. About 30 minutes before the ceremony the one button on my jacket fell off, and Josh had it ran over to his grandmother’s house, who personally fixed it in time for the service. Our DJ also turned out to be a dud, and I spoke to Josh about getting him to play the music we had actually requested etc. About ten minutes later the music improved. He made sure all scheduled events were done early in the night and implemented anything we asked, including a “candid photos only” rule so my wife and I could enjoy our night. It is impossible to describe just how wonderful and perfect Josh, Haley, and Eric made our big night. It was not only the best night of our lives but of many there, in large part due to the venue and the work these 3 put into making the day amazing. We would not have it any other way! I absolutely recommend having your wedding here and working with Josh, Haley, and Eric. They will go above and beyond to make it the most amazing day of your life. The only complaints/recommendations: - I highly recommend having an extra staff or two just for unloading the stuff and then packing up at the end of the night. We would have paid for this service 😊 - I would keep stuff to sew on hand so that it does not have to go to grandma’s. The story and gesture are amazing, but also stressful at the time! - Some sort of connection between the bridal suite and groom room would be awesome, we had a few people in both parties and they got their steps in! Maybe just even approve 2-3 people for going through the middle areas.

It was a blast having Josh be apart of our moments when he was on the dance floor with us to making sure we were all taken care of. This day will be something I will always remember. ete.package. Our package was very affordable and family members who attended the wedding said that it looked as if we had spent A LOT more. We were pleased with every vendor and felt listened to, and everything my daughter wanted was a priority with every vendor. Our coordinator, Haley, was extraordinary! She was calm, professional, kind, and listened to us at every meeting. When something unexpected and out of anyone's control happened with the photo booth we had ordered, she made sure that we were compensated and provided a substitute, solving the problem. Amazing!! The flowers and cake were absolutely beautiful. We were especially pleased with the photography which, when all is said and done, is what we have left after the day along with our beautiful memories. The wedding was beautiful and everything my daughter had dreamed of.

endors were decent priced and it made planning so much easier when we booked vendors through the venue. the officiant was a gentleman and nice the DJ andre was great he was full of energy the entire night we loved it. decor colors were all great the desserts and cake was absolutely delicious! few minor things the cake was sooo good however it was still frozen so it was really hard for us to cute the cake. the day of coordinator was on point but I wish I would of seen her a little more there were multiple times I needed her but she wasnt to be found I am sure she was making the day run as smooth as possible because it was still an amazing day. Thank you so much for helping our day be as beautiful as can be!

f questions/concerns & Sarah was great; she made us feel welcome & put us at ease, she was very patient & took time to explain anything we were not sure about. She went over everything w/ us a few times & made sure to confirm any unclear details far ahead of time. We went for the all-inclusive package w/ the venue hosting both ceremony & reception & using 4 of her recommended vendors: the officiant, the caterer, the DJ & the Photographer, all of which we were pleased with. It totaled about $6,500, the stated amount spent ($7,000) includes the OPTIONAL gratuity I paid to the vendors because I was so thrilled w/ them! The flawless Day-Of Coordinator (Susan or Suzanne, I can't remember) was amazing! She made everything flow smoothly, she had a calming effect on my rattled pre-ceremony nerves, & she was an absolute JOY to work with. Her professionalism & aplomb (as well as her sense of humor) is unparalleled. I was extremely nervous before the ceremony (reading my own vows which I knew would make me emotional) & she helped me to not freak out. My wife said that it was the wedding of her dreams & I have the Venue, Vendors & Susan to thank for it! I couldn't have done it w/o them! It was a Beautiful, Metal Wedding that was a perfect reflection of both our individual & our combined styles & tastes! I can't thank them enough!

wedding. We used the venue at night, and I feel it is even more beautiful in the dark. The trees are wrapped in twinkle lights, the gazebo is lit up, and everything feels more romantic. Old town gives you the option of doing a more DIY-centric wedding or doing anything and everything for you. The lady in charge of the venue-Sarah- is the sweetest and most helpful. She encouraged us to call/email her with any questions and opened the venue up to us as many times as we needed to come back. They are also flexible with payments, and work with you for setup. They have vendors they typically work with, but you are not required to use them, and there is no fee for not using their vendors! We brought our own photographer, flowers, and cake, but used their DJ and caterer. Everything came together easily thanks to the day-of coordinator that is provided (at no extra cost) by old town. The site has 2 dressing rooms for prep one for the bride and her attendants that is victorian themed and another for the groom and his attendants that is more modern. They are both spacious- we had 5 attendants each and still had plenty of room for everything. I also had my mother, a few other friends, and the photographer in my room and it didn't feel cramped at all! We have received some photos from our day and everything looks better than I remember. Very garden vintage. If you are looking for a very well kept and beautiful vintage venue Old town is the place to go.

For the most part, everything was smoothly, up until the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. On the rehearsal, the "wedding planner" they provide, got upset because I had my own planner and using her was one of their benefits. Well, it was one that I didn't need. She ended out being rude to many people in our families, and to my friend who was my wedding planner. She told me, "I have worked with a lot of people, but I have never been treated so rudely. This wedding is not my first rodeo, but she thinks I know nothing.". While she was always pleasant to me and my groom, she kept my mom away from me on my wedding day, she bossed people around when it wasn't necessary, she wasn't there when my wedding planner needed her, and she was in the way at times trying to do "her job". Overall, my wedding went well because I have incredible and talented friends. She wouldn't be enough for me to defer someone from having a wedding there, but she would be the only thing I'd change.
