Renee and her team are absolutely amazing! I would recommend them to everyone. From start to finish, Renee made our wedding day incredible and smooth. We hired An Unforgettable Event to provide day-of coordination for our wedding on February 10, 2024. Renee was absolutely wonderful through every step of the process. We had multiple chats leading up to our wedding to go over the details, she helped us make a schedule that was super useful the day of the wedding, and she was just all around amazing to work with! She helped us set up our rehearsal dinner which we are so grateful for and just made everything run so smoothly at the wedding. She was so thoughtful for all the little details - like helping the girls steam their dresses and boys with their suits. She also helped coordinate the buses we hired which was a big task! And she came back after the reception at Bell Tower to help us break down everything. I’m so glad we chose An Unforgettable Event - if you are looking for wedding coordination, they will do an amazing job!

Renee was our wedding coordinator, we got her for the month of, she was great I have no words, she reminded us on our to do list which was helpful for us as our schedule was crazy busy with work. She help us find some vendors that we needed. I highly recommend her .

Words cannot truly express how amazing Renee and her team at An Unforgettable Event are. She took such amazing care of not one but TWO weddings- including one South Asian event with lots of moving pieces. Both. nights were absolutely perfect and thanks to her I was cool as a cucumber and lived in the moment. She was kind enough to bring us food and drinks the whole night and take care of us. RUN, don't walk to book her for anything you have coming up...and for the love of all don't underestimate how badly you need a planner/coordinator for your wedding!

Renee is the sweetest lil lady I've ever met. We partially planned where we picked majority of our vendors and passed to Renee when it came down to the actual planning/placement/nitty gritty overwhelming stuff of a wedding. Renee was the person who did planning meetings with me, it was never someone on her team, it was always Renee. She is incredible. She handled our invites, timeline, floor plan, design, her team loaded our vehicle after the wedding, genuinely a hands off experience for a nutty bride who could have beat my wedding to death with tik tok trends and panic over things not going to my plan in my head. If there was a hiccup on day of, I (the bride) did not hear about it and that's the beauty of having a planner. My guests still rave about how beautiful and intimate our wedding was and we could not have done it without Renee and Courtney.

Renee and her team went absolutely above and beyond to make our big day as smooth and perfect for us as possible. She was on top of every single thing I asked for help with, communicated with my vendors, and was always checking in to see if there was anything I needed help with to relieve my stress. I couldn’t imagine not having our wedding without this team. You won’t regret having them as your wedding coordinator!!!!

Renee did an amazing job on the baby shower for my new grandson. She found everything we needed, set up and took down everything. It was absolutely amazing and I would definitely call her again for any of my party planning needs! Beautiful decor, great ideas, and friendly at all times!

After being a bit hesitant in the beginning on whether or not we really needed a wedding planner. Renee & her team were the best decision we ever made. They really go far & beyond & we’re just amazing to work with. If you’re hesitant, just run to her. She is a dream!!!! I hired this vendor to be a day of wedding coordinator. I already had all my other vendors booked but had no idea how to make the evening flow. Renee relieved so much of my stress. She helped me create a timeline of the reception. She was available for a weekly phone calls. She made me feel like her only client. When I had trouble contacting my vendors, she would follow up. She went to the venue in person when we could not reach anyone. She even offered to pick up the dessert we had ordered for the reception on her way to the venue! On the day of the event, she showed up early to greet the vendors as they came in to set up. She was on the phone with the DJ company when the DJ did not show up on time, which gave me time to take my wedding photos. Renee is also a multi talented lady who is able to create beautiful floral arrangements. While my husband and I were busy during the reception interacting with guests, she kept us hydrated and fed. She sat in a corner with her assistant keeping a close eye on everything. At the end of the night, I already had leftover food and my personal items packed for me in my car! I would recommend anyone to hire her as their event planner.
