Ana Belsome Events

Ana was our month-of coordinator for our wedding 4/16/23. She was communicative, helpful, and made our day incredible. She made sure everything was beautiful, went smoothly, and made it so easy for us to be in the moment. She also kept us on schedule and the bridal party was even ready early, allowing us to do some extra fun photos! Overall, hiring Ana was the best decision we could have made and we are so grateful to her and her team for helping to make our day better than we could have imagined!

Ana and her team were absolutely fabulous! We hired Ana as our day of coordinator and she exceeded our expectations. Ana was constantly available when I needed to touch base with her about vendor details leading up to the wedding. Ana and her assistants allowed our families to truly enjoy our wedding day and relieved our families members of any stress. I hired Ana Belsome Events for my daughters destination wedding in New Orleans. I live in Indiana and only had 6 months to plan the wedding. I hired Ana for Month of Coordination. Though I must say, she tooks calls/e-mails from me well before the month before the wedding. She was great at brain storming and helping me think through timelines, reception needs and guest transportation. All very challenging long distance and kept me nervous most of the time. Ana was always reasurring, calm, and offered good suggestions. I'm not sure what I would have done without her the day of the wedding. She made sure my vendors and the venue followed through with the arrangements for the day. Ana is professional, very experienced, and a good listener - she will make sure the things that are important to you get taken care of. She is a must have for a successful wedding!

Ana is AMAZING. Could not recommend her and her team enough. We went with the month package but really Ana was taking calls and texts from us months out. She really went above and beyond! She made us feel so special and calmed a lot of nerves that we had. We were planning our New Orleans wedding from Kentucky so having her on the ground and bringing our vision together was amazing! Not only was she great in the lead up to the event but she was a joy to be around the entire weekend. She planned our rehearsal dinner and wedding/reception and everything went off without a hitch. I think the best thing I can say about Ana is that we wouldn't change a single detail about our weekend and that doesn't happen without her working her butt off and making sure everything went seamlessly. For real, 10/10 amazing person/wedding planner!

If you are high anxiety and have difficulty making decisions (like me) then you NEED to call Ana Belsome! We hired Ana half-way through the wedding planning process realizing that it was just all too much for us to handle on our own. Ana came in and swept us off our feet! She handled EVERYTHING and we couldn't have asked for a better planner to relieve all our worries/stress. She even coordinated/brought to life all of my crazy ideas for the reception/cake/flowers, etc. Ana is so easy to communicate with, she remains professional, and she remains calm and collected no matter what. This is the kind of planner every bride needs on their wedding day!

Ana is a wizard! She put together the most beautiful wedding in the middle of COVID. She really brought our vision to life by creating an elegant but also entertaining and joyful party. We had a few hiccups along the way - like shifting guest counts and concerns with new mandates - but she took it all in stride. She also brought amazing ideas to the table, like projecting our wedding video on an outside courtyard. She was totally hands on day-of. We had guests take polaroids when entering and one friend joked that no one could get past Ana without taking a photo - she wanted to make sure every detail of the party was perfect! I can't recommend Ana enough - without a doubt, your wedding will be better if she is a part of the process!

I was very hesitant about hiring a wedding planner and waited until further along in the process to bring in Ana and her team, and if I could do it over again I would have hired Ana Belsome Events the day I got the ring on my finger. She was worth every single penny and more. Ana and her team go above and beyond for you and your event. I did not have a single stressful call or even thought on the week or day of my wedding. It was a flawless day, and the team far exceeded my expectations in every way. I was able to relax and show up to the wedding and see my wedding inspiration pictures/ideas come to life, better than imagined. I was also able to be present and spend every precious minute of our wedding day with family and friends because I knew that Ana and her team had it covered. Ana and her team were an amazing help during our wedding. Due to COVID-19 we had to change our plans and she helped guide us the entire way. We managed to pull off a beautiful wedding keeping our guest's health in mind.

Ana helped us tremendously the month of our New Orlean’s wedding as we planned from afar in Brooklyn. She was able to tie up all the loose ends and pull off the impossible to truly make the big day so special and complete. She also was accommodating and worked within our budget to ensure success. We hired Ana for a "week of" planner, but she was fully hands on starting a MONTH out - right when all loose ends need to be tied up. I have no idea what I would have done without her. She ran the day (week) start to finish, from the minor things no one remembers to do, to the major things that no one wants to be in charge of. Looking back, I don't know how she did it. The night went FLAWLESSLY. If anything went wrong, I know nothing about it. I did not have to blink an eye, and neither did my parents, which was exactly what we wanted. We were all able to enjoy ourselves without a care in the world. Best investment of the wedding was Ana Belsome. Some examples of her going above and beyond: *My mom and I had gathered all the DIY decor, pictures frames/signs for entry table, umbrellas for second line, and any other random trinkets I purchased online. The day before the rehearsal dinner, Ana came and took ALL of it off our hands and made sure it got to the hotel safely. On top of that, she offered to be in charge of transporting my dress. This took a huge load off of my shoulders when having to remember everything i wanted to pack. *I sent over all my vendor contacts, and she went to each of them individually, the week of, to confirm times and make sure everyones schedules lined up. I did not get a single call from a vendor the day of - it all went through her - she was the ring leader. *After the reception, Ana made sure any personal items we used were gathered - she returned them to my parents house the next day organized in a basket. We didn't have to worry about any sort of "clean up" . *Groomsmen were pinned, everyone was where they needed to be on time, nothing fell through the cracks - we were actually running AHEAD of schedule so had time for extra pictures.. My parents and I truly cant say thank you enough. Ana, we love you. THANK YOU!

Ana and her team went above and beyond. No matter what hiccups came up through the process she was there immediately with a solution. If we were ever unsure about which vendor to choose she gave her honest opinion and had our best interests at heart. Not once did we feel unsure in her hands. We received nothing but praise from our guests and some comments were “Best Wedding Ever,” “Absolutely Magical,” and “Everything was Amazing!” We can say in all honesty that our day would not be as perfect as it was without her. Ana and her team are a shining light that looked out for us and took care of us in a way we never could have imagined.
