We hired Ana for a "week of" planner, but she was fully hands on starting a MONTH out - right when all loose ends need to be tied up. I have no idea what I would have done without her.
She ran the day (week) start to finish, from the minor things no one remembers to do, to the major things that no one wants to be in charge of. Looking back, I don't know how she did it. The night went FLAWLESSLY. If anything went wrong, I know nothing about it. I did not have to blink an eye, and neither did my parents, which was exactly what we wanted. We were all able to enjoy ourselves without a care in the world. Best investment of the wedding was Ana Belsome.
Some examples of her going above and beyond:
*My mom and I had gathered all the DIY decor, pictures frames/signs for entry table, umbrellas for second line, and any other random trinkets I purchased online. The day before the rehearsal dinner, Ana came and took ALL of it off our hands and made sure it got to the hotel safely. On top of that, she offered to be in charge of transporting my dress. This took a huge load off of my shoulders when having to remember everything i wanted to pack.
*I sent over all my vendor contacts, and she went to each of them individually, the week of, to confirm times and make sure everyones schedules lined up. I did not get a single call from a vendor the day of - it all went through her - she was the ring leader.
*After the reception, Ana made sure any personal items we used were gathered - she returned them to my parents house the next day organized in a basket. We didn't have to worry about any sort of "clean up" .
*Groomsmen were pinned, everyone was where they needed to be on time, nothing fell through the cracks - we were actually running AHEAD of schedule so had time for extra pictures..
